It was a breakfast buffet, and I was very disappointed. The eating area was messy, the buffet area was untidy and needed wiping. Half of the buffet was missing and the tea was over brewed. I would not recommend the buffet at all.

Excellent family lunch. Food was great and we had excellent service. Disabled friendly, with parking outside and no steps to the downstairs dining. I would recommend calling if you need space at a table with a wheelchair. The place was full downstairs while we were there and we had no issues with the service. We all ordered something different and thoroughly enjoyed all of the food. We were also happy with the prices.

We family of 4 visit here. On M&G area the manager welcome us, we request can we sit upstairs please and he relied there is a party going upstairs, though we saw later other waiters were taking people upstairs first dinner. After few minutes waiter took an order with no bother to ask for any drinks if we want and left us which I went to ask if we could have done drinks please. We order masala dosa ( burnt from outside) , utpam dosa ( just ok- not very authentic taste) paneer tikka masala - ask to make it mild for kid but came hot when we ask manager to sort out and make a little mild. During our dinner no courtesy or check back We manger anyhow to finish our dinner. No one come to clear the plates after 15 minutes my wife went and took menu so we can order desserts. It was not so busy and 2 staff members were just chatting and so do 2 managers. When my wife help her self to take the menu then one of the manager in glasses realise, send staff to clear our plates which we stack all together in a side by waiting after so long. We order faluda, chocolate brownie and x2 paan. Brownies was nice, paan was dry and faluda was the most disgusting with just rose milk, strawberry ice cream. Customer service with no attention to details - I wil never recommend anyone to visit. 0/10 Places like these shouldn’t exist where customer service is least priority in compare to Making money.

Starters were great. Dosa cold and tasteless. Sent back still tasteless but with rotten potatoes. They offered a 10% discount, then charged 10% service. Will never eat here again. Rotten potatoes often have flies or worms.

Plant based Crispy Dosa, the food was amazing. We all ate something different and all our meals were great. Really fresh, and extremely tasty. The place wasn't to busy when we arrived downstairs, upstairs was busy with families. Place seemed clean and welcoming. The service was slow and our meals came a different times, meaning 3 people sat and watched me eat my food. It was however delicious. So I shared mine and when there's came I shared there's. Drinks are very expensive, £3for a can of coke, or Fanta and Falooda was £7 but yummy, the table water was free. We do look forward to returning to try more of the menu.

Went for Saturday lunch , got the table straight away , Had to wait 50 minutes for my food to arrive , by that time my wife had already eaten her food. The service has a LOT to be desired for , the staff seems to be lost and confused ! Basically service doesn’t exist you have to remind them , that we are your paying customers and waiting for our food ! Let alone even if the service was good I would NOT go there again , as the food was so underwhelming . Dosa was not crispy( Even though the restaurant is called Crispy Dosa) , let alone the taste of sambar(no flavour ) .Thali trust me not worth at all , hardly any dishes to relish . Over priced and underwhelming food. A experience to forget. Other better places in MK for dosa for sure !

Restaurant supervisor is not capable of managing customers. One unknown barged in and sat on our table with us by saying she is disabled and neither the manager nor the staff did anything. Instead the manger kept telling us that this lady does it every time she comes on and I told him clearly in that case you should be aware and handle it as soon as she enters the restaurant . Why letting customers suffer. We were celebrating a big occasion and we had to change tables go up and down . Our memory was spoiled . We asked for coffee with the food which arrived when we were leaving . Food came out cold and no staff was bothered in checking if we need anything. We waited for the cutlery and tissues for 20min. Water was not served . All in all it’s not a place to celebrate any memorable moments . May be go with the low expectations. Food had no flavour at all . Sambhar was bland and chutneys tasted all same .

Lovely place, great atmosphere, delicious food, great service, we had masala dosa, cooked to perfection. Ordered Masala chart, food tasted authentic. The staff was lovely.

We were in Centre MK and wanted to have Indian food in lunch. This was in our go-to list, and we decided to go this time. It was really worth going there. Food's taste, quality, and quantity were all above the mark. We will surely visit again.

Visited the restaurant this Saturday, Very slow service, waited over 30 mins for the food to arrive had to chase .

Service was awful. Took them half an hour to get us drinks and an hour for our mains. They also randomly brought one of our dishes 10 minutes in, eiththoutba plate or cutlery, and ice cold. They then took it away saying they would heat it up and neve rbrought it back When it came the food was nice, my favourite being the paneer 65, but overall an awful experience. After all of this, they still argued that they deserved the service charge.

Went to Crispy Dosa in Milton Keynes last week after reading good reviews and website pics etc. I was expecting decent Dosas however was disappointed. The prices were too high like £12 per dosa but did not meet my expectations. Paneer masala dosa in particular was poorly cooked and not tasty at all. Paneer 65 was nothing but fried paneer cubes. After paying a hefty bill on nearly £113 I was very disappointed with the taste and quality. I don’t mind spending on food if it is delicious enough but on this occasion I was very disappointed. Kulfi sticks for £5 each and service tax of 10% Sorry but I don’t think I will visit again.

I went here for lunch at the weekend, and I have to say I was really impressed. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was fantastic. I had the masala dosa and a mango lassi, and they came out on time and were full of flavour. Not quite sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but I loved it and will be a regular with all my friends and family.

Terrible food. Not sure how they make it. Either they reheated or heated frozen old food and served. All of us including children got burning bottom at the morning and for the next couple of days.

We ordered 1 Chana masala. The portion was not expected what they priced for. Taste was straight from the tin. We ordered 1 Dose which was ok but over priced then other 3 Dosa places in MK. Small bottle of water for £2.99 Really. Faloodo was not great and expensive. I think they need to review their prices and increase the portion as well.

Super excited to try a pure vegetarian Dosa place in MK. Parking is easy, seating is ok but sofa seats were really badly stained. Food looks ok and fairly decent but the taste is average and incredibly overpriced. A lot of the food had a overpowering vinegar smell. Some items like Flooda were not on the menu we asked why and was told ‘they don’t serve on a Sunday’ - but odd but there you go. Chole Bhatura - bhatura is very nice, chole have come straight out of a tin and not authentic in flavour for South Indian cuisine. Chilli paneer - didn’t need extra green chilli on it has a strong vinegar after taste, paneer pieces cut way too small. Methu vada - not crispy and a bit dry on the inside it was almost cake like. Masala dosa - dosa was ok, potato stuffing was too oily, green chutney has way too much mint. Veg biryani - over powering on spice and way too oily. Portion sizes are ok Food is overall priced for what it is. You need to improve your work ethics. Especially in-front if customers. Lady cleaning table was using some super strong smelling cleaning spray which puts you off when you eat. Had to wait a long time for spoons and forks. The napkins on the table were very dirty obviously people eating with hands have touched other napkins - easily done. But each cutlery tumbler should be cleaned n re stocked not left dirty or empty. Not sure why they serve adults food in kids plastic plates - not appetising at all. Feedback for staff: You do seem to be chasing tips. To check the receipt wallet for money at the customers table is a bit lame, to then go running to the counter to tell every staff ‘they have not tipped’ is very rude and you were embarrassed when you got caught out. We would of left a bit on our way out at you bar counter but after what we saw we were not best pleased. A place that has great potential but needs a lot of attention. A good try But will not be returning.

We visited this establishment for dinner with some friends who had recommended it to us. It took some time for them to take our drinks order and there was a bit of delay in its arrival. The mango lassis did not taste of mango and maybe that is how they are. It was brought to the attention of the management but we then ordered an alternative selection. We had a selection of dosas, korma parotta and mendu vadas. The food is good and the dosas and vadas were served on melamine plates which is a bit unusual. The selection of dosas is excellent. The service is a bit slow but its early days for this restaurant as it opened recently. Some training issues on service need to be addressed and I am sure they will be resolved. Would return for the food quality. Would have given at least another star were it not for the slow service.
