I rang after 10 mins late to be told food was ready and waiting on driver and would be 15/20mins. Delivered 45 minutes after the stated delivery time. On delivery they said they weren't able to make one of the orders and had swapped for something else (didn't agree this beforehand). When dished out food noticed they hadn't delivered one of the starters either so had to re-deliver. Overall majority of food was ok but had better at other places. Wouldn't order again from here

Had a takeaway last night 13/7/24 I’ve used these for a number of years now and normally a very good takeaway but my last one a number of weeks back was ok which I thought was just a bad day what happens to all take away but tonight it was terrible , the can of coke was warm , the chicken madras was warm and not piping hot like previous and very watery and it wasn’t the thin sauce but literally water split from the sauce , so something sounds defrosted to me or they have a new chef 🤷‍♂️ who cooks different. The madras had no kick to it the rice was soggy which might be where the water came from when I put it on my plate so that could have been the defrosted part , the naan where very doughy not cooked enough but I didn’t eat to much before I felt sick and I was up sick all thru the night unfortunately. I’m normally very positive about neath hill takeaway as they have been so good but having this experience may have put me off now . Don’t like doing a bad review but I’m an honest guy and a takeaway is a treat for me so will have to think differently about ordering from them next time .

This is take away and having food prices like dine in. I asked for spicy food and they made it extra hot having 5 green chilli in one portion. Ordered 2 butter Roti and got 2 Roti naan. Not satisfied with the quality.

We ordered lamb Jalfrezi, pilau rice, chicken tikka, onion bhaji and poppadoms. Everything was superbly cooked and full of flavour. The Jalfrezi was probably one of the nicest I've tasted. There was plenty of mint sauce to accompany the bhajis and poppadoms. The food was served piping hot. Thanks for a lovely dinner; we'll order again soon.

Order was placed at 1722.. no driver was able to collect and store phoned me to inform me of issue.. I personally collected order and paid again for order.. now been advised 2 hrs after placing order that it has been delivered... no order received as no order required as had collected it.... system fault and no easy way to notify you... full refund required

25.10.23. Ordered takeaway after having had a leaflet through my door. I ordered online and paid by card when the food was delivered. The delivery man was very professional and polite. The food here is absolutely amazing. I ordered a Chicken Vindaloo, Keema with potatoes and Tarka Dal with naan bread and some puris. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The portions are generous and it lasted me three days so I didn't have to cook. I would definitely order from here again. I'm of Indian origin and I am a good cook especially when it comes to Indian cooking. I had to ask for extra chilli 🌶 as I like my food hot hot hot. Well done to Neath Hill. Keep up the good work guys and I will be ordering again soon. Next order I will visit the restaurant in person for my takeaway.

Received 2 cans of unwanted cherry cola instead of two portions of curry sauce. Batter on battered sausages was inedible. Everything was overcooked. Will not be using again.

Fake Indian restaurant. I strongly recommend not to have food here especially if you’re an Indian.

Best curry in MK. The only problem I have with this place is that I can never have a good curry anywhere else because they just don’t compare. It’s so full of flavour and the people are so nice. Take-away only (never tried delivery so I can’t review that). I’m a vegetarian and I always enjoy my meals they’re packed with food - they’re not mean. My dad eats meat and he always enjoys it here just as much as I do. It’s our a go-to place.

I have ordered from here for many years, given multiple chances and today finally I have decided i will no longer order from here. Its a shame because the food is usually good, but I have had to chase orders on quite a few occasions. After waiting an hour and a half again for food to be delivered and not the best customer service on the phone, I give up. Used to be so good, not sure what happened!

I've bought from this fish and chips shop for many years and the food is always good. the home delivery was excellent and food arrived lovely and hot.

Food is ok nothing special but worth a try. The food could be a little less source and slightly thicker and ABIT more meat. But other than that it's fairly decent.

Waited around and hour for worst chilli chicken masala curry I've ever had.

Fish was overcooked but nice, arrived hot and good portion size. Value for money. I didn't like the salty batter sausage. I requested salt and vinegar which wasn't done. I will try here again 😊

I order from their webpage and by the time I drive over, my food is almost ready. Cheerful staff at the front desk and a warm aromatic waiting area. Oh, and the meals are great too :D

Have used the shop before but this was first time delivery. Fish was nice and chips were lovely. Value for money in my area. Will use delivery service again for sure.

First time ordering a takeaway, although the service was very good my order was wrong I ordered a lamb dish a received a very hot chicken one which I could not eat.

Worst food I ever had. It shouldn't be called as Indian takeaway because non of their food tastes like Indian. It is a crime to call this place as Indian takeaway.

I am surprised at some of the bad reviews for this take away. I have lived in Neath Hill for over ten year and always found them to be excellent. Food always tasty, always hot, and really nice friendly service. My daughter lives in Bletchley but comes all the way over here for her Indian take away.

1.5 hours way too long to wait for cold - hard food. Shane as been a customer for a long time and this was worst I have had.

Cheap, bad food, avoid like the plague. The Butter Chicked, Chicken Korma and Lamb Tikka Masala tasted exactly the same, sickly sweet, far too much coconut and none of the usual complex flavours found in any decent curry. The rice was dry like it was cooked the previous day, poppadoms went straight into the bin. The only good part of the meal was the plain nan bread, £30 for plain nan bread!!! This isn't Indian food, this is just bad food.

My Madras was very fluid and way hotter than I was expecting, more like a vindaloo. The rice was nice, but the chapatis had stuck together by sweating in a bag. One of the sauces for the pappadoms tasted very old a stale.

I was kept waiting for 3 hours for my order. On 3 occasions I was given an incorrect time for my delivery. I was told ‘there is nothing I can do.’ When the food finally arrived, it was cold. There manner on the phone was very impolite. Very disappointed. Won’t be using them again.

This is the best Indian takeaway in Milton Keynes. I've tasted most restaurants/takeaways here in MK and the food here is the best I've tasted so far. They raised the bar and now I think that no restaurant would be able to top this. In addition to this, the customer service was amazing. Yes, the food did take a tiny bit longer than I expected but it was worth the wait and the manager and the chefs were so polite. Well done Neath Hill Indian Takeaway.

First take away from here never again. Chicken curry was very watery with absolutely no taste at all. My partner had vegetable Bhuna again tasteless. Pilau rice just looked like plain rice. 2 garlic Nans paid for but were given plain

Turned up an hour late and then no chicken in a Chicken masala and very rude down the phone and tried to overcharge us.

Never had a bad meal from this Indian Take away. Reasonably priced and very nice people in there. Always very helpful and great customer servce.

Came to MK to visit a friend this is local to her and she recommended What a fantastic meal we had and I’m fussy great mushroom rice, which believe it or not not many can even get this right, lamb jalfrezi extremely tasty and perfect balance of hot and spice (but I do like heat) the lamb was very tender, sag aloo and nan bread complimented it perfectly Every time I visit my friend I’ll definitely be coming here again and again 10/10

First time i've tried this indian , Food was amazing! Vegetable pasanda was so nice, amazing flavours. Everything was cooked perfectly and delivery driver was friendly. Tried alot of curries in MK but this for me is the best so far.. Highly Recommended.

Asked for a slightly spicy Korma. Heat was beyond anything I have known. Lamb chops gristly and tough. Everything else tasted old. We have eaten here before and it was much better. Disappointment

Had to stop using this as our regular local indian takeaway as the service became really inconsistent. Sometimes it'd be great, order spot on, etc. but theres also been times where Items had been missing from the order or a mystery item we didn't order would be in place of what we ordered (and by that time youve already gotten home). I think they've got a good product, the food is good but I get the impression they struggle under pressure when its busy and make mistakes. If you do order from here I would advise you check your order before you leave (especially if its a particularly large one). I'd be happy to give this place another shot in the future if it gets itself more organised.

The stuffed parathas we ordered were raw. The side dishes we ordered with the parathas were tasteless and condiments were full of artificial colourings. A bad decision!!!

Best to order by phone beforehand and collect. Delivery can be an issue when busy. Food is super tasty however and this is my Indian of choice in MK. I collect only.

Neath Hill Indian Takeaway has a fantastic and wonderful staff. Furthermore, the food was absolutely delicious.

Have to say I dont normally like takeaways. Plus my last visit to this takeaway was not good. But I went to collect my lanb dansak and although I had a little wait as they were so clearly very busy. I was told 30 mins but it was an hour. But the food was freshly cooked and hot and really very tasty. Would recommend after tonight .

We received a takeaway menu for this restaurant in the mail, they had free delivery and the prices were reasonable so we thought we’d give it a go. We had issues ordering online for our area but the guy on the phone was friendly and helpful and took my order, saying that they could send an eftpos machine out with the delivery. Food took 2 hours from the time we ordered, we were told 1 hour and had to call a couple of times but they were helpful throughout and apologised and offered a discount. The food was nice and hot although all three curries we ordered were really sweet (none had a spicy sign so maybe that’s why). If we try again I guess we will try some spicier types and maybe order early!
