Wafflemeister in Milton Keynes

Got a hot chocolate from the machine that requires payment beforehand, there was no chocolate and it just made watery milk. I then spoke to an unhelpful guy who said just use one of the others that doesn't require prepayment and don't pay for it. I tried to make a hot chocolate with both machines and they both did exactly the same thing. Very disappointing as was in a rush and looking forward to a hot chocolate

Ordered two pizzas for delivery these came by a chap on a push bike and back pack and when the boxes were opened both pizzas were a mangled mess at one side of the boxes very disappointing

Just experienced unpleasant service and food made in low standards. The lady who work there was rude and threw everything in one spot leaving half of the sandwich dry with no filling. Very disappointing.

We ordered food from KFC , using the self ordering kiosk which was pretty easy & straightforward. We ordered boneless box meal £11.49 which has popcorn chicken ,3 fillets , fries , mash potato or gravy and 1 sauce of ur choice + comes with drink We also ordered fillet burger meal comes with fries & drink Service was quick , Staff Rohan was friendly & polite. There is an option of paying by card or cash at the main cashier Food was very nice, unlike a few bad reviews I read after buying the food which made me worry, Only minor thing is that the burger was 2 pieces of fillet rather than one big piece which is what a “chicken burger” means for me I added a photo for you to check
