KFC Newport Pagnell - M1 South Services in Milton Keynes

After seeing so many bad reviews I am a bit scared before I order. However it's alright maybe because I visit in a saturday morning at 12 noon it's alright! Food is fresh and the drinks got ice too! It takes a bit time to wait for the order because it seems to be popular among its rival burger king and chopstix. Overall a good one!

Will never pay you!!! Prices go up, and all meals get smaller!!!

I got a bucket for 1 and upon recieving my order, i noticed than my drink was half filled (pity i forgot my camera in the car). One of the fries was raw! I am not exaggerating it was literally raw. The rest was just so miserable...

Disgusting. I order a delivery, didn't turn up so I had to re-order. Now I have been charged twice! I have tried to ask for a refund from Uber but they have refused. Apparently it is my fault that they couldn't find my address!! I paid for delivery to door, how is this my fault. They won't give me proof of delivery for the first order, as it wasn't me who got it even though you need to give a pin. I wonder how many other people have been treated like this but just write it off in the end as it's only £20, well I'm not giving up. A lot of £20's add up.

Really Bad customer service. I had two orders so I ask her to keep the first order with them to sure it's hot but the service person replied angry in response to it. The service person named hina is bit rude and monisha is so kind to us and severed us politely .

This KFC no longer supplies BBQ sauce, so if you like your chicken with a little extra flavour - go somewhere else! Staff were rude too

I paid 3.19 for this 3.19 left my account for an undefiled tiny cup 3.19 , what do I even say 3.19 really this should be £1 at most £1.5 not to be a Karen but I WANT A REFUND

All the staff there are a waste of space. They are rude and missing half your order each time I have been here. Dont bother coming here

Staff ignored us completely. Forgot cups and cutlery. Understaffed and overworked. This KFC is truly a nightmare. These poor human beings. Food was overpriced and underwhelming. Skip. I beg you.

Lady behind the counter was completely rude. I walked over to the counter to order my meal to which she said I have to do it on the standalone pods they have to pay. I asked Seany and nobody was here if I could order at the till she said yes if you have to do, I just turned around and ordered at the pod when she handed over my food. She just threw it on the counter and said there you go. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve left won’t be returning

Not great service, ordered food stood and waited 15-20 mins , not overally busy served 4 or 5 before us who ordered after us , said waiting on fries even though the orders served before us all had fries ? Not great , staff looked like they were just waking around in the kitchen part Not doing much Date visited 30 April around 2pm

Worst KFC I've ever had. Soggy chicken, barely warm chips, cold gravy. All tasted of old oil. Come on KFC need to up your game! Over £23 to be disappointed.

Was waiting in the queue and 5 people behind me. The guy behind the till turned away and decided to prepare food. As a result the queue disappeared. Go down to South by motorway. Service there is much better. Do not stop here. The worst service evere experienced in this KFC even though the KFC is my favourite. That’s why overall rating is 1.5 star probably.

Had a quick stop for a meal and toileting before continuing my journey. The toilets were clean and tidy. The meal was as delicious as possible. Nice place to stretch your legs. I highly recommend it. Thank you 🙏🏻

I would give zero stars but no option for that. Fries were cold and under cooked, staff Rohan who served us was miserable.

Worst place ever ....I didn't have my employer card, so I showed him photo n my driving license, I told him the reason that I lost my card, he denied ( I came so far from Leicester), I'm allowing that , then again I ordered 4 meals box, thank god I checked turns out there was only 3 box, on recipe charged 3 but I did told him 4 . neither the manager himself was serving and didn't apologise, worst customer service.

Tonight me and my partner ordered 2 x tower box meals one fillet and one zinger, 2 tangos and chips/gravy. The meals were wrong the chicken was dry my burger had no hash brown cheese or sauce. The chips were also stale and it was an expensive order that I threw in the bin. Went to the local garage to buy a microwave meal that tasted a lot better!

Staff and mamager too busy chatting and laughing about targets to even take an order. So poor service.

Rubbish chips, more like warm potato slices. Properly pants, totally unseasoned, undercooked and tasteless

Awful service southbound. Constantly forget parts of your order, won’t compensate what is missing once you leave, it’s like sold as seen, don’t check the order its your loss! Paying for a service no? The Staff very rude, don’t care, awful customer service!! On one occasion the lady who is always there Watched me at the self serve order food to then be rejected, when I asked staff at the til what happened with the payment process? I waited a further 5 mins to be told it’s closed!! Why watch me stand there ordering if you know your not serving anymore food?! It’s gluten for punishment going back there to constantly be disappointed. Don’t learn the hard way and waste your time take my advice and Go North bound on the otherside its a whole different service.

I was very wary coming here considering the low ratings. Unfortunately the scoring is correct. It's a very busy KFC and they seem understaffed. The manned counter doesn't accept card payments, so it was cash only (a bit strange). My order was left on the counter. It was a couple of boxed meals bagged in their smallest paper bag, the boxes just manages to fit in. It ripped easily since it cannot hold the weight. I asked for a larger bag but was given the same small flimsy paper bag for me to pack myself. It ripped again, and I was not happy. After seeing my frustration another staff told her to give me a bigger bag.

Shout out to a new recruit (I'm assuming) to Taqi My dad is a very picky eater as he only prefers only the leg and thighs (none of that dry stuff) He offered us a cheaper option by offering a bucket instead of separate orders He managed to get us the bucket with thighs and legs only, props to him :) Didnt get any sauce, but as I was asking for some, the other worker (young female) was listening and by the time Taqi turned around she was on it Great service 👍👍

It's getting really hard to find decent kfc, but here was one of the best. The staff is polite and fast and the order was perfect Thank you!

I honestly don't recommend it, we waited 40 minutes for the food and then it turned out that they didn't take our order at all... after ordering again, the food arrived to us lukewarm, the fries were rubbery, the chicken was cold, the staff didn't even bother to apologize... and on top of that, they charged us for one order. twice the transaction I'm very bad and disappointed because if it wasn't £30 it's not on the ground.... the place is a terrible mess🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Kfc Every time we have a takeaway get it home there's something missing every time

Slow , understaffed and incredibly poor. Refused to serve customers at the till, but served other service station staff at the till so they got their staff discounts. 😂

This one gave quite tough chicken due to being sitting around for too long. Not happy but was on motorway a few mins later so couldn't go back and complain

The dark haired girl working there on 13th Dec 2021 should not be working with the public. She calls out the number, dumps the bag (literally) on the counter, you make eye contact and say thank you and she turn round and walks off without muttering a word. I watched her do it over and over. We will never come back here to see your rude unhappy staff.

Tried ordering on two of the machines but both touch was not working and all the machines were out of bill printing paper. Then went to the till seeing someone else was served on the till. He served that person and left. I waited 10 minutes to be served but no guys inside wanted to come to till. Horrible service!

Rude staff and took 22minutes for a burger and chips. Don’t bother.

First KFC for 18mo. Last KFC probably. Place is filthy. Staff have v.poor hygiene and treat customers like sh!t. Amazing this place has survived.

Incompetent and inept staff who don't want to be there - One to avoid. Subway staff far more helpful and friendly

On bank holiday u get extra pay & in this KFC staff gets extra on with personal phone using time on till when serving customers how lucky. I think I should also apply in KFC WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎

A bit understaffed but overall good quick service

I been charged 2 times for the same order, manager from there told me not to be worried because first payment didn’t worked, however when i checked my bank statement i was charged 2 times! Contacted KFC by phone and email, but never got any answer back! Shame on you

Staff members was rude, go to the one over the other side. Much better.
