Papa John's Pizza in Milton Keynes

Have been ordering from this Newport Pagnell store for a whiile now and have had a good service. Today the order got really messed up, however the store manager Chris was very helpful and sorted it out swiftly and even threw a free side for the online order server problem. Keep up the service Chris.

I ordering papa johns pizzas most of the time online. Today I ordered pizza through online delivery and I waiting for get the confirmation of order more then 1 hour. I call them after Amount Going through from my bank account they said they going to check then after 40 minutes I call them no one pick the phone. After 1hr I went to the Newport pagnell papa John the customer service assistant said my pizza in the oven. I’m waiting for get the pizza next 15 minutes and i paid delivery charge as well, this is not firs time, same thing happened last time when I ordered that time I was waiting more then 45 minutes because of online Confirmation delay. I Understood one thing even if I complain papa John’s customer service center no point .

Got there before 5pm for a deal- and we were refused the offer and told there was only 2 mins left before the deal ends?? Therefore surely it should of been valid?! Tried to sell us another “offer” which was almost double the original! Poor service in which they care more about money than their customers. Came away with nothing. On principle, my partner will refuse to return.

I got h pylori from eating papa John's, immediately after eating their pizza, a few hours after my stomach was sore, had flatulence and it carried on for days, went to doctor, tests were done and it turns out I had h pylori and had to have gut redistant antibiotics for 2 weeks, my friends I have eaten all over the world, and my local pizza place was the one to give me h pylori, which can lead to stomach cancer if untreated, I will never eat a papa John's in my life

If I could leave no stars I would 3 times they have under cooked my pizza and didn’t even cut it as well I had to cut it myself I love papa johns but come on please how can you not cut pizzas properly I’m really Annoyed at this

Our horrible delivery driver turned up swearing and cursing about the location of our house, nothing I can help or correct, if you cannot send drivers who can’t figure out why one side of the street is odd and the other is evens, then you shouldn’t be in the food delivery business. Absolutely disgusted and will never order again all down to how rude this man was. He even swore about how terrible England was because of this. If you’re not happy then *%#} off somewhere else you nasty piece of work.

Went in store and ordered take out Large ‘All the meats’ pizza was £9.99 Friendy staff service at the counter Very reasonable Good Pizza

Pizza delivered in good time. Nice and hot and was delicious.

Fresh Dough Pizza. Gaint chocolate cookie and brownies are my recommendation.

Food was average service terrible some female server chewing gum like a horse eating hay.

Had a pleasant experience ordering on the phone. Spoke with a gentleman called Depak who went above and beyond suggesting toppings for my pizza. As for the delivery I had a tall bearded lad, who arrived prompt and delivered with a smile. Will definitely continue to use Papa Johns in the future!

Just received our order and it's cold.

Ordered for my partner and I & we decided to get vegan potato tots on the side, however when our food arrived it said that on the box but inside were chicken nuggets instead. I called up to tell them about the confusion and I had to text them a photo of the box and the contents in it as they quite clearly didn’t believe me (very random accusation of me to make, like I didn’t just want the food I ordered and paid for), and then said they were vegan nuggets so that I could eat them. They finally sent some out once I asked them to, which was actually a surprise considering they were adamant I could just eat the nuggets I didn’t want.

Excellent customer service, delicious pizza, freshly made! I really appreciated the fact that they offer gluten free and vegan options. Great value for money, I look forward to my next visit!

Felt the chicken wings were slightly under cooked. Did not enjoy.

The worst service ever! I've never faced with such a disrespect, seemed is normal thing for them to hang up on customer (at Newport Pagnell).You can make an order, pay for it but don't expect to get it.

We always order from here and go and collect as they won't deliver to our address, my boyfriend arrived home with the pizza which smelt amazing but due to have a poorly baby who requires medication and tube feeding I wasn't able to eat it straight away, after 1-2 hrs I started to eat my pizza and I found 2 hairs in the cheese! We called and asked for a refund the employee refused and said he could deliver one to our address but as we explained that they don't normally deliver to us and we would just like a refund and the employee refused. So now we are left with one hairy pizza 🤷‍♀️

I have been taking away from this place for years. Always tasty and the staff is friendly. I am surprised how low the rating is, looks like their delivery drivers are sub par but I wouldn't know. Otherwise nothing wrong with the pizza itself, the best dough in town.

DELIVERY DRIVER LIED ABOUT RINGING DOOR BELL AND WAS VERY RUDE ASKING ME TO COME DOWN STAIRS, MENTIONED TO THEM I HAD MY BABY IN DOORS I COULD NOT LEAVE HIM ALONE, DRIVER SAID THAT IT WAS RAINING WHEN IT CLEARLY WASNT .LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS TELLING ME SHE CALLED ME , NO PHONE RANG, GUESS WHAT SHE TOOK THE WRONG NUMBER DOWN AND EVEN HAD THE CHEEK TO TELL ME THAT , THAT WAS THE NUMBER I GAVE HER ASIF I DO NOT KNOW MY OWN MOBILE NUMBER. DRIVER VERY RUDE ABRUPT WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN AND WILL REPORT THEM FOR TAKING MY MONEY. i EVEN GOT MY FRIEND TO CHECK THE BUZZER AT 11.15 GUESS WHAT IT WORKED, AND THE DRIVER WAS SAYING ITS POURING DOWN WITH RAIN WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY NOT LOOK AT MET WEATHER TO SEE TIME POSTED, i WILL REPORT THEM FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. What a waste of time ordered food by phone waiting 1hour and 30mins before calling to ask where the food is. there reply is I dont no . They gave no answers as to where or how . I wouldn't waste you money in here . I went to oldbrook and collected tfood was ready in 15 min and it was cooked perfectly dont use Newport if you want your food delivered at all

DO NOT ORDER!!! waited 1 hour and half to be told they couldn't find the order on the system !! They do not have a clue what they are doing and offered a free pizza delivery which would take 1 hour. I mean I dont think any body would realistically wait 2 and a half hours for a pizza. Disgusting service.

A great takeaway, offering decent value, but always check for offers! Service is usually fast when it's not too busy, but it's always best to order over the phone because then they'll tell you when it'll be done. Knocked one star off because they messed up my order once, and I got the wrong toppings - it was still a nice pizza though!

Horrible pizza, ordered barbeque chicken and it had 4 pieces if chicken on it. Pizza was cold and very poor quality, Asda offers better frozen! Will never buy there again.

Pizza turned up cold, forgot out dips and drinks. The guy on the phone said ‘i told you 45 minutes’ as a reason why the food was cold.??? Please explain that to me lol? Guy was shouting at us down the phone, the woman hung up on us. Terrible service and we wont be ordering from them again. Papa Johns - i suggest you look in to this franchise as theyre bringing your name down...

Have they changed management? Pizzas seem hard and really chewy chicken wings but separating the garlic sauces from its original sealed pot to a plastic container in to two to save pennies? Lost a customer.

Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff Confusing /conflicting promotions & over priced

Bit gutted about the order. My pizza wasnt cooked properly, so was doughy. The wedges looked like they had been smashed with a potato masher, and no green peppers in the box :( which are my fav. Called to speak to some one and got told the managers out!! even though it's says on the pizza box they will send another pizza of not happy. So back to dominos for us! Shame as I love there garlic butter sauce!!

Always order fudge brownie ben&jerrys and they never have it. Don't even call to ask me what I want instead and just bring me the ones I don't like it. Never ordering from there again. Plus food always comes under cooked including the brownie cake.

Extortionate prices and long wait times, pizza is decent quality

ordered a large stuff crust tuna and pineapple pizza. there was twelve pieces of pineapple on my large pizza. TWELVE. Very dry pizza. My partner ordered buffalo wings and they had no sauce on them. extremely stingy and over priced for mediocre pizza. you are better off at dominos or the hut. I just cant get over the scarcity of my toppings. thank you no thanks

Ordered online on a Friday at 7pm. Website said it arrived at 7:45pm but it hadn't. Called the store and they promised it would arrive hot, they were just busy. Arrived 8:30pm lukewarm, cheese congealed. I called again and they said they could give me the next order for free but I was stuck with the cold pizza due to delivery wait times. They're not equipped to deliver.

Ordered on the phone and despite ordering one pizza it felt like I was trying to order 10 with multiple toppings. Poor service which funnily enough was the same in store. I noted how empty and quiet it was compared with Dominos at 7pm on a Saturday. Pizza was terrible. Poor quality ingredients, really dry and hardly any tomato sauce. Also lacked flavour. Not going back 👎
