Pizza Hut Delivery in Milton Keynes

I ordered from this Pizza Hut through the app and it took over an hour to arrive then when it finally arrived it was the wrong order I called them over 10 times and no answer so I started to eat it then the delivery driver unexpectedly came back with my order and asked if the wrong order I had was opened my boyfriend told him it had been opened and he still demanded for it all back so we gave it back to him and then when I opened my order it seemed like it had been possibly touched and it was also cold it made me really paranoid that someone had got it delivered to them before It was given to me

I wish i could rate 0 stars for this place, I have ordered from this pizza hut via the app. First of all it was an hour late for the 1st delivery then when we got it it was the wrong order we have attempted to call this pizza hut for more then 10 times but was not answering this is unprofessional service. Afterwards we ate some of the pizza as they was not answering and the delivery driver unexpectedly came back and took the pizza while it was opened (this is a food safety hazard), then finally after an hour they have finally given us the order but our items was stone cold and my pizza looks like someone had already touched it this is disgusting and unprofessional from this company, i think the delivery was going to take the wrong order to a another person, this company has no knowledge of professionalism and the delivery guy has no idea of what simple food hygiene is, never ordering from here ever again!!!

I made the mistake of ordering a takeaway pizza from this company mainly induced by hunger. The pizza arrived cold and soggy and not even the dog could be persuaded to eat it. They charged me £20 which is disgraceful and if they had any sense of decency, they would refund me. Half of it went in the bin.

Zero customer service skills. Arrogant staff member over the phone whilst i was trying to explain the situation. Very confrontational attitude over the phone. Will not recommend all. Shop elsewhere. NO REFUND TO DATE, almost a Week now! Customer services saying not to contact as it will delay their investigation? See email screen shot. 6th day today and no resolution, no refund. Ordered a veggie pizza to find it had chicken over half of it. Rang the store back, no apology. Instead was asked to contact customer services for a refund or they can send a new pizza out. Lets see how the 2nd one comes out…… Terrible service, pizza oily & undercooked….. An absolute shambles…. What a let down!

The pizza we ordered was literally dripping in oil. I have never come across a Pizza Hut pizza this oily! It was so oily that the pizza base was soaked so much so that the cardboard box was damp in oil. This is so disappointing!

They regret pepperoni on pepperoni pizza. If you compare to others pizza hut standards you start thinking that sb on Bletchley eats pepperoni and then it's not enough to meet standards! Next time I'll take a picture to show that.

Dough is all greasy, also taste odd almost of old cardboard! Topping also not fresh something very odd about the taste!

Great Service given for as lunch order for the office. All was ready for collection on time and everything clearly marked. All very warm and tasted delicious. Will defiantly return.

That has to be the absolutely worst pizza hut I've ever been to man. Man genuinely tried to charge me £89 for 10 chicken strips.

Always use this Pizza Hut - food is always fresh, tasty and hot. Delivery drivers are friendly and the turnaround time is very good, even on busy nights/weekends.

I have used Pizza Hut at the city centre (Milton Keynes) and oldbrook forbdelivery too often and they have been nothing but perfection. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and the side were to. Can’t complain about nothing, but unfortunately due to myself and my partner moving it’s now being ordered from the Bletchley branch, and let’s just say this my experience wasn’t great. My pizza came cold, the pepperonis were burnt to a crisp, the base was soggy, the cheese was very greasy, and to top it off it had my partner throwing up after a slice, the dessert looked nothing like the picture on my app, it looked like someone with no passion in their job just slapped it on the piece of cardboard, it was absolutely disgusting, smelt and tasted like cheesy feet. I will be ringing up in the morning, as I tried tonight with no answer to get a FULL refund. Not happy at all.

Sometimes the delivery comes later than normal, but it worths all the money.

Pizzas are good but do not order the nachos!! Ordered two lots and both were burnt.

Just had my order turn up over an hour after I had ordered with no such word as even sorry when the driver showed and the worst thing is my pizza and cookie dough are both cold! I will never recommend anyone order from pizza hut bletchley, absolutely disappointed and what a waste of money!

Gave me a different Ben and Jerry's to what I ordered and pizza was cold with a rock solid cookie dough and melted ice cream. I wouldnt order again from this pizza hut which is a shame because it was good before but had too many bad takeaways from there recently .

I get a take away from here nearly every week and it’s quality every time!

Hardly any topping it was bearly cooked. One table was extremely noisey so much so we left early without eating all of our food. But we did not mind leaving it as it was tasteless anyway. We will not be going there again.

What on earth has happened to pizza hut!?! I can't believe how bad it has got! Last time I ordered I got raw inedible pizza, tried to complain, no-one wants to know.. hubby (stupidly) ordered with them again last night (told him to order domino's!), wasn't the best and now the whole house has a dodgy tummy! I used to much prefer pizza hut over the other pizza chains, but they have seriously gone downhill and I won't be ordering from them again!!

Ordered a pizza online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was eventually ready after 40 minutes. All I got was a shrug of the shoulders

Can be slow to deliver, but when collected takes 10 minutes. Normally some good deals to be had if you search online.

Ordered via phone. Arrived to collect. 20 minutes later the server said they had not made my pizza and they could only cancel the order. Disorganised, under-staffed and impolite. Use another branch.
