Red Rooster in Milton Keynes

I’ve had great Leon experiences in London but this was poor. Incredibly slow service, the food was poorly cooked and made. The guy didn’t know how to work the coffee machine.

I wish i could rate 0 stars for this place, I have ordered from this pizza hut via the app. First of all it was an hour late for the 1st delivery then when we got it it was the wrong order we have attempted to call this pizza hut for more then 10 times but was not answering this is unprofessional service. Afterwards we ate some of the pizza as they was not answering and the delivery driver unexpectedly came back and took the pizza while it was opened (this is a food safety hazard), then finally after an hour they have finally given us the order but our items was stone cold and my pizza looks like someone had already touched it this is disgusting and unprofessional from this company, i think the delivery was going to take the wrong order to a another person, this company has no knowledge of professionalism and the delivery guy has no idea of what simple food hygiene is, never ordering from here ever again!!!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery these came by a chap on a push bike and back pack and when the boxes were opened both pizzas were a mangled mess at one side of the boxes very disappointing

Got a hot chocolate from the machine that requires payment beforehand, there was no chocolate and it just made watery milk. I then spoke to an unhelpful guy who said just use one of the others that doesn't require prepayment and don't pay for it. I tried to make a hot chocolate with both machines and they both did exactly the same thing. Very disappointing as was in a rush and looking forward to a hot chocolate

Extremely poor quality and service… it’s a shame, I am sure the owners did not intend for such service, change the duty manager ASAP!
