LEON - ASDA Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

Can’t stress how good the staff are at this Leon. Every time we have been they have been excellent. I accidentally ordered via the app to the other Milton Keynes Leon but they called them and proceeded my order.

Delicious food and outstanding service from Adam and the team. What a lovely chap he is. Don’t mind waiting a little longer for things when it’s as delicious as it is and the staff are so welcoming!

I came in just before close on Sunday. There was a gentleman and lady who greeted me with amazing smiles The gentleman was very accommodating bearing in mind it was minutes before they were due to close. Amazing customer service and the drink I’ve received was perfect

Thought I'd try Leon, went for the vegan love burger...main server was polite, no other customers. I stood and watched another team member make the burger and waffle fries to eat in. The food was tepid. Customer service ok. Wouldn't recommend or return. I could have returned food and complained, but if that's your face to face standard, my complaint wouldn't do anything.

Got takeaway. Great delicious food made to order. 👍🏻

Sorry guys, you must try better. I’ve had such wonderful meals at Leon, however, you completely missed the mark today. My daughter and I visited at your shop n Asda MK. After waiting for a while, the food was awful.. the fries hard and cold and the burger was cold, rubbery and bright pink. We were advised it was thigh and is that colour, I understand that, but warm and soft meat would have sufficed. The Haloumi wrap ordered by mu daughter was sub standard and again. Cold hard fries. I get its fast food, but you werent even bus. Fast food should not mean sub standard.

By far the worst breakfast we have ever had Cold .Dry, hard . 😫

Limited vegan options, the love burger was made terribly and took so long. No atmosphere as you are eating in Asda. Never again!!

What a shambles of a restaurant. It follows the Leon trend of not giving a stuff about customer service. I stood for 15 minutes watching the most miserable, inattentive pink haired human make the slowest, saddest burger I've ever seen. When he/she/it finally acknowledged me I was told there's no food left. What??? It was close to closing time, but at least put a sign up to stop people wasting their lives waiting for nothing. I'm now done with Leon for good. It's a common occurrence that many branches rarely have half of their full menu available, and their staff seem to get away with being slow, grumpy and inattentive. In my opinion they now rank amongst the worst of the worst fast food restaurants. One can only hope they take more care with their food and hygiene than their customer service but I very much doubt it. As a matter of principle, we should avoid spending money with trashy companies that have such awful values.

Took almost 5 minutes to get served even though the store was completely empty and I could see they had one order on the screen. Took a further 6 minutes to make a simple hot chocolate. Staff members with blonde and pink hair was very unwelcoming and I would say a bit rude. As someone who works in a similar setting I was very disappointed.

I can honestly stay this was the worst breakfast I have ever had looks like a motorway services Who ever had the idea to put a breakfast in a box must have been on the beer .

Food came out cold and chicken looked old. Awful food a waste of money!!!

Ordered on the screen by till - no one appeared to be working. After ten mins or so two men came out so I went over. I told them (perfectly politely) that I was waiting for an order and they looked at me like I'd said something awful... They then had a conversation, one man walked away and the other went to get another colleague. The third staff member gave me my drink but again, looked at me like dirt and said nothing. I love Leon usually but I don't think I'll be bothering with that one again!

I make orders through deliveroo from Leon, more times than not items are missing or just incorrect. Today's order was missing a coffee, a soft drink and a portion of hash browns. How hard is it to read a receipt before you give your orders out? I'll tell you... it's not. I could tell their was items missing by the weight of the bag alone! Train your staff better!!

We came on Saturday and had good food and good service. The chicken wraps are so nice.

Absolutely poor service. Missing meals from my order. Very slow service. Staff couldn't keep up with orders.

Shop at Asda regularly and decided to grab a bite from Leon today whilst out. Food was hot and fresh, coffee was delicious 😋 Served by gent called adam who was very friendly and polite. Good service and food all round. The seating area is pretty grim as others have mentioned but can't really blame anyone outlet as it's run by Asda so maybe they need to get regular staff to man/clean it.

Food was OK (1 wrong thing on order, fries soggy) but service was really awful. Guy making food wasn't wearing gloves, hygiene highly questionable. Order takers less than helpful, other staff members just hanging around. Not what I'd expect from Leon.

Check your coleslaw guys, mine had rotten vegetables. Guy at the counter didn’t look surprised but handled situation well.

Quick service and good tasting food at reasonable prices.

We wanted to buy our autistic daughter her favourite drink and was rudely ignored by all staff they just looked at us and couldn’t be bothered to serve us so we just walked away, think you need to train your staff on customer service

I’ve been here twice now and both times I haven’t been disappointed. I have coeliac disease, so I’ve had to ask the member of staff what I can eat. Both times he got an allergen folder out and went through everything with me. The first time I had a gluten free burger, yesterday I had loaded Mexican fries. Both were very tasty and I didn’t have to wait long for them either.

Placed our order on the screens, many out of stock items at the time. After paying with my card and standing looking at a screen that says "payment accepted, waiting for approval" for 5 minutes with seemingly no employees anywhere to be seen a message popped up saying "unfortunately something's gone wrong you've been refunded" and my order got cancelled. My money was taken and that left me with not enough left to place another order and get food for myself, my daughter and my partner so I went to the counter to ask somebody how long the refund takes. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear. When she finally did she had the demeanor of somebody who couldn't care less before I even said hi. After first telling me 24hours she said she didn't know how long and that she would ask someone and walked out the back. Another 5 minutes later she returned, saundering along on her phone in the food prep area (very clean I'm sure). Then came up and informed me in the next 2 hours. Generally nobody to speak to, the person I eventually found was just disinterested. It's a shame as the food looked like it would have been fantastic.

The food here was very nice, and what I’d expect of Leon. However, the seating area is not big enough to accommodate the 6/7 food outlets’ customers. The seating area is also pretty grim. The tables are dirty, the floor is sticky and the bins are overflowing with rubbish. I probably wouldn’t come back, although I still like Leon generally as a brand.

2 members of staff working at 5pm.waiting 20 minutes for 2 pre made bottles of orange juice. Touch screen machines don't even print out a reciet how on earth have you let it get this bad.

i was served by Roshan and the way he handled customers was a very good way he respected everyone and takes time and is also very patient with all of his customers he really is a great person to be served by thank you Roshan xx

Do not go here. Service is slow, staff sat having a drink with their friends whilst massive queues. Not a proper Leon.

Roshan had updild me harissa wrap which was very tasty and amazing …. I give him 7 star for his kind and polite service

Only 2 of us waiting but the coffee took over 15 minutes. And food portions are a bit too small. Especially the breakfast boxes. Edit: just tried the iced coffee and it's got so much sugar it's undrinkable.

Food is up to the usual high standard but please get more staff. Every time there been literally two people doing everything and it means a very long wait

30m waiting for a fast food on a typical day. Completely damaged my previous experience from having Leon in London

I really wanted to like this place. Disappointing food. Ordered hot box, which was lukewarm at best. Nor much flavour at all. Staff need more training on customer services. To survive in MK where their are various food choices, especially independents. Got to buck up its game. Poor value for money.

The best decaf coffee around and bacon and egg muffin ideal start to the day. Only negative being like any food outlet these days, if you get caught whilst a giant Uber eats / deliveroo etc …. order being prepared.

Leon food is always healthy and Delicious But when you get great service by staff its make your day. Thank you Ben for great customer service , keep smiling as you always do 😊

Not a regular leon in terms of service of food quality. I am a big Leon fan but this place is a complete let down. Staff rude, took over 20 mins to get a chicken satay box and no apology for the wait. Never again unfortunately.

workers are so slow and just stand and talk, took almost 15minutes for 2 drinks that literally come out of a drink fountain….orders piling up and they’re not even bothered

Absolutely awful. So painfully slow. Staff look utterly miserable.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely appalled. 30 min wait for 4 cold burgers. No sense of urgency or a care in the world. Not sure we will be buying from Leon again after this experience. Took 2 attempts to get a refund. Even then they disputed it. Not a pleasant experience.

Just awful! No idea this was a vegan based company as they sell chicken 🤷🏻‍♀️ Plus no where does it state this is a vegan company!! Burger was just awful. Lady at counter gave a refund thankfully but will not eat at Leon again!

The breakfast is supposed to be a big breakfast looks like a kids breakfast. I also ordered a hot chocolate and 2 muffins both hot chocolate and 1 muffin missing terrible service £21 for this I won't bother with this place again

Love the new Leon at Asda, made a stop to get some food and I had the best service and reception from Jason and Ellie..

Customer service awful saw us standing waiting to order and didn’t even tell us to use screens until we asked if anyone was serving. Then waited 25 mins for our food and wasn’t even busy only 2 people before us. Have given chips instead of hash browns and then order totally wrong. Ended up with getting a refund and won’t be back

It’s a place we will definitely avoid!! Half cooked and unhealthy food were served at overrated counters with inflated prices. We had a meal twice and both times were disappointed.. rice meal and the rice was dry & half cooked, we had breakfast on 22nd and the bacon, hash brown & halloumi was rubbery!! The coffee didn't tasted any better than mcdonald so why pay inflated price🤔!!

I ordered overpriced aioli chicken (8small piece of chicken breast) with small amounts of garlic sauce and some dry rice. It was dry and small portion for that money! I payed £8+ for 250ml lemonade and small box of aioli chicken

I order a chicken burger to take away. When I got home there was no chicken in the burger, the burger was wet, I just could not ear it. There is no number to call Leon Asda. I am very disappointed.

Just what this Asda needed. Quick service, great food. Will be back soon.
