Looks like someone punched my burrito, what even is this slop

Very disappointing meal. For a savoury food item my burrito was very sweet ! The best comment anyone could raise about the food was "it's OK" Lacklustre staff who looked like they would rather be anywhere else and to be fair I wouldn't blame them as the place was so cold hypothermia was beckoning! Tasty fries though, but not much positive otherwise.

There are plenty of choices available T a reasonable prices. It's also a drive-through as well.

I ordered an hour ago for my food. it arrived and was cold!

The chips were still frozen, the rest of the meal was poorly presented, minimal filling and somehow the quesadilla was sweet and taco was so greasy it had started to break apart. The dipping sauce was flavourless, I don’t even know how that’s possible. Possibly the worst meal I have ever had, ever.

Driver was very nice and polite

Tables weren't cleaned, restaurant was filthy, food tasted like it had gone off 0/10 never going then again despite the one at South Mimms services being actually good

Good value and pretty reliable but estimate was 15-30 and it took an hour to arrive.

ordered at 5pm. Showed up at 8:30pm. Food was colder than the North Pole! Worst experience I've ever had on Just Eat! Refunded but still not acceptable.

driver and delivery were great but the food was disappointing, my tacco was so crushed that I had to eat it with a fork, food was cold and the churros were rock hard. it was such a shame as we'd saved up for this treat.

Absolute disappointed about the food and it was the first time having it with my partner. I should have known to look at the reviews beforehand and taken other peoples advice on the food! This is must an avoid branch as they ruining the reputation of stores that might do provide good food. I can’t believe I wasted £30 on the food! I wish i took pictures of the food I got served!

The food at this branch is fantastic, among the best I've had. However, if you go in the evenings, there's a noticeable odor of urine inside the restaurant, which affects the overall experience.

The waiting area is not quite expected to be the hygiene standard. Can do more to look after the front entrance .

The delivery person was great- he went the extra distance to make sure the instructions for delivery were followed- thank you.

2nd visit 2nd time an item is missing

I was told it was 7:35 turned up at 8:35 keeper changing delivery time will not order again

Food was cold and portion size was tiny

Once again something in my meal is missing, I can’t remember the last time I ordered something and received everything that I have payed for. Unbelievable

Food was delivered in an ordinary shopping bag so was cold. That’s a lot of money for delivery to not even use a proper insulated bag for delivery

Got charged by the machine and was told to go to the till, they insisted the 0s on the receipt means I haven’t paid when I showed them my bank statement, money has now come out twice but I’ve been charged more the second time, learn your own system, it ain’t that deep

Food quality is not consistent. Been here time and the quality and taste is not the same each time.

Had a marvellous beefy cheesy burrito with extra Jalapeños- I love Taco Bell but they are too few and far between in the UK! Please open more 🤣

Ordered to have delivery scheduled for 2pm. Order didn’t arrive until 2:50pm and was stone cold…

Never disappointed. My daughter loves the vegetarian Burrito...Its reasonably priced, so a great place to have a quick bite...

My food got left outside didn’t ring the bell or call me I am very disappointed my food was cold and the bag was wet I couldn’t eat my food very poor service

vegetarian box contained a chicken wrap. Beware, this store has trouble with very basic requirements.

Food was warm but not hot. Was alright but that's about the best I can say about it.

Spending £20+ buying quesadilla taco meal, taco meal and chicken tenders. Receiving our taco poorly made where there is a tiny cheese to none. Returning it showing how horrible it was been made received an awful response from a staff saying that it is there standard of cheesing, asking her why last week the quality is not as bad as today she responded that not everyday same staff is making our orders and today they are standard on it and in the past they made my order wrong receiving visible cheese on top. FYI once a week or 2x a month when we visit them but this is the first time I experience a substandard worse service at taco bell. They didn’t have receipts on there machine! Now i understand why they practice this, to prevent customers from showing receipts as a proof of their order. I have asked to refund my tacos as it is not worth of my money to spend on what they called standard. I will put taco bell last on my list to go to and can’t recommend this to any of my friends and family as this is a waste of money and worst service ever. Top management must look on to this practice, Taco Bell will definitely loose their customers on the poor food quality and bad service

Couldn’t understand a word of English when taking my order. I’ve never had so much trouble asking for an order anywhere, even when aboard! Food was okay, a bit cold.

How does one review Taco Bell? It’s obvious what you’re ordering and it’s not Michelin rated. Tacos tasted like Taco Bell. Cinnamon twists were fine. Nothing amazing but again should it be? Eat in your car for the full Bell experience.

The mince beef hard shell taco was soaked in grease as was the soft taco, cheap mince. The chips were nice and flavourful, the wee tub of cheese sauce had no taste and it was pretty cold. Most went in the bin… not worth what I paid…very disappointed

Around 3/4 members of staff saw me waiting to be served and all ignore me, they had seen me waiting but once they came to the till collection was very quick.

DO NOT USE - Food poisoning - went there on a sunday afternoon, no queue, no delay, but the food tasted a bit funny... just figured it was us not being used to eating this type of food..... boy were we wrong... Spent 48 hours vomiting violently and had the most severe stomach pain. Went to A&E cause we couldnt keep anything down... turns out it was food poisoning. Will NEVER Return to ANY Taco Bell - based on this experience. NEVER want to feel like that again - and neither do my two teenagers.... Avoid at all costs

There aren't too many taco bells around so it is nice to have something different. Service wasn't super quick as they didn't have many staff given it was a weekend lunch time and one of the staff members seemed unwell and was coughing a lot.

Food is cold, bag wasnt sealed not sure if some chips were missing. Box was bashed. Lady who handed over food took it out of a handbag instead of heat keeping style box. Their device went offline and then they showed up even further away on the map than starting place. Awful.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Burrito from here and it was good. Nothing great, but I ate it, so that’s something. It’s what you’d expect from Taco Bell. The worker at the drive thru was very friendly.

we have not been able to get in contact with taco bell. we spoke to a just eats driver and they have confirmed that taco bell has just carelessly handed over our order to someone.

I’m done ordering from Taco Bell for the family , whenever u order meals they never put the drinks in or the delivery drivers help themselves . I ordered 5 meals each with drinks for my kids and myself and again only get two and then get told to take it up with the restaurant

Just no no not again it gad grease dripping of the bottom and there was nothing to it and hardly ang cheese on the nachos never again

I paid for the order after which, because of terminal error didn't receive the order. I had to pay again. I did not receive a refund for 2 months although I was assured by the restaurant that it would take a week. No contact whatsoever with taco bell uk. A ghost company.

Has to be the noises fast food joint ive ever been to. Food is good and service is fast. But the noise. The chairs are steel and heavy. So when people move them...they drag them across the floor and the noise they make is horrendous. Then we have the music. Its at a decent level. ..but..theres different music blaring out from the kitchen. So you have two different music types coming at you. Sitting outside with the nearby traffic noise is more soothing.

FRAUDULENT I ordered my meal at the kiosk and it took my money however it did not get sent to staff at the kitchen. When I mentioned this to the people working on the till they said it has happened to other customers. When I told them my order, i was told that i would have to pay again and wait 6 - 9 working days to receive my refund. I was then told that if i did not get my refund in said days, i would have to return to the store and then they can process it on the till. Leaving me with no choice, i ordered again. I told them I am not local to Milton Keynes but the staff did not take that to consideration. What made this situation even worse is that it happened to another person in the space of 5 minutes and instead of placing a sign on the kiosk for customers not to use, none of the staff were proactive in preventing the situation . I had to tell new customers not to use the kiosk machines. I'm not sure if it incompetence or fraudulent if taco bell are aware their kiosk are not correctly processing orders, then they should not be charging customers twice to receive their meals. Very unprofessional This is very disappointing especially being my first time visiting the establishment.

I love Taco Bell. From my first ever bite in your Bournemouth branch, back in 2018, up until now, and very likely forever, it has always been outstanding. There's nothing like it around. It's a much, much better take-away than McDonalds. Please bring one to Hertfordshire!! Whether that be Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Stevenage, Hitchin, Codicote... because I promise I will be there a lot!! Please have one near me!! It will be very popular. Amazing food.

chips and main wrap were cold. Not even really luke warm and the chips portion was pretty small.

Tacos were not crunchy, way to much sauce & salad not enough meat! It fell apart when i picked it up! The burrito fell apart too from where it was so soggy from all the sauce, hardly any rice or meat either. I upgraded to cheesychips which appeared to be just a scoop of cheesy sauce, the chips were cold so they didnt taste nice at all. Even my son didn't eat his because of how messy and sloppy it was. I'm usually a big taco bell fan but was very disappointed tonight. 👎

Server Connor is brilliant and our order is always fast, hot, and yummy when he’s on the drive through. I always feel really happy when we see him as we turn the corner because he always does a fantastic job. Please give this guy a raise, he is a great member of the team and I trust that my order is safe with him. 🥰 Slightly disappointed in the vegetarian menu being removed, it was the most advanced fast food place when the menu was active (which was for over 6 months, I think) and I visited at least weekly. Now, I might visit once every month or two.

The food is good. I asked for a chicken burrito and I received a beef burrito, when I asked for my chicken burrito, a young boy, very polite he said sorry and he gave me the right burrito. His colleague, a Romanian woman seemed to be annoyed by me asking for the right burrito, she asked me very rude and loud “what’s wrong with the burrito, is it not good?” I told her that I got the wrong one and all she said was “oh” and turned around.

Poor package causing the food to sweat, get soggy, brown bags like a bakery. pile it all in and then it all gets squashed so all the sauce is put the sides of the quesadilla covering it like someone sat on it. The crunchy tacos to be broken up and no longer crunchy. To be honest has made me nev ever want to order again! When I am a major fan. We probably £40 worth into the bin because it was like soggy, sweaty sat on slop!! The lack of care for the way it was made and packed, lack of boxes!

Just no! We were passing by and were hungry as not had breakfast. Really wish we hadn’t stopped. Firstly, there are 6 parking spaces. I’m not a heathen so I prefer to eat in. This is a mistake if you have any car larger than a SMART car. Non paper in order machine to print out order and order number. Order number shouted and then orders are just left on side with others, no one checking what you were taking. Appalling taco, broken and cheese falling out everywhere. Burrito cold. Fries deceptively large portion. Churros, don’t bother. Cold and lifeless. On the plus side you can get Lipton Iced tea from the fountain. Try not to touch anything when you go to the loo, it’s probably clean but looks like something out of a horror movie.

1st time at Taco Bell. Staff friendly and helpful.
