If I could rate it zero it wouldn’t be low enough! We went in with low expectations but curious to try Taco Bell but sadly our expectations were still too high!! The service was painfully slow considering what was served up and the ‘meat’ inside the Taco’s was meagre to say the least. Needless to say we won’t be trying TB again!!

What a joke. Food was cold, 1 item missing, quesadilla was not even toasted properly with chunks of grated cheese inside. The crunch supreme had very little filling which was bland, nothing that would remind spiced beef.

Excellent food, delivered lovely and hot and very quickly! Perfect!

I agree with other reviewers. To start at the beginning; the ordering machines were not taking card payments and would not allow the order to be paid for at the till. We were told we would need to walk through the kitchen to the drive through card machine if we wanted to pay by card. In all instances we needed to make the order again. The manager told us she couldn't warn customers that card payments were not possible because the machines worked sometimes. From here things only got worse. We finally ordered at the counter and they got the order badly wrong and had to replace most of the food. I seriously suggest you do not use this restaurant

DO NOT BUY MEALS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A DRINK TO COME WITH IT!!! I’ve ordered on a number of occasions and EVERY time it comes with no drinks despite ordering them. Staff can’t even put a simple order together !

It was pretty good. Had a friend with us who had never had Taco Bell. Very well received.

Excellent Service ! When we have asked for a birthday party , Even though they are closing at 8pm usually on weekends , they went beyond and opened the store after 8pm for this Birthday party and even allowed decorations . We were able to pre order the food for the kids and it's an amazing service. This has become one of our favourite place to go now 😀 Customer service and food 100 out of 100.

My favourite thing to eat. Some sites can be hit and miss in terms of quality, but this is consistently good.

DON’T BOTHER GOING HERE! This place when first opened used to be quite nice with good food, but somewhere along the line it’s become incredibly unhygienic! We came here craving a good Taco Bell, but for starters we couldn’t even order! We queued for at-least 5 minutes whilst a staff member stared and didn’t serve us, to then be told ‘this is cash only’. The reason we queue is because on the kiosk they miss out items so we usually find it easier to speak to someone. We then used the kiosk, for it to also NOT WORK. The staff were all arguing over someone’s food, the place was disgustingly dirty & nobody seemed to bat an eyelid. Unfortunately we will NOT be returning here again. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Unfortunately everything was stone cold , half the wrappers had came off and the chips al spilt into the cinnamon crisps . First time trying was very let down .

didn't receive order at all. waiting nearly 4 hours, they have marked as delivered but no food. This is the 2nd time I've experienced this with JustEat on behalf of Taco Bell. They mark it as preparation after about 10 minutes so you can't even cancel the order...very sly and horrific customer service from both JustEat and Taco Bell. That's twice I've been left without my order, I won't be using this service again and sharing this experience on social media!

Very disappointing meal. For a savoury food item my burrito was very sweet ! The best comment anyone could raise about the food was "it's OK" Lacklustre staff who looked like they would rather be anywhere else and to be fair I wouldn't blame them as the place was so cold hypothermia was beckoning! Tasty fries though, but not much positive otherwise.

I ordered an hour ago for my food. it arrived and was cold!

The chips were still frozen, the rest of the meal was poorly presented, minimal filling and somehow the quesadilla was sweet and taco was so greasy it had started to break apart. The dipping sauce was flavourless, I don’t even know how that’s possible. Possibly the worst meal I have ever had, ever.

Tables weren't cleaned, restaurant was filthy, food tasted like it had gone off 0/10 never going then again despite the one at South Mimms services being actually good

driver and delivery were great but the food was disappointing, my tacco was so crushed that I had to eat it with a fork, food was cold and the churros were rock hard. it was such a shame as we'd saved up for this treat.

Absolute disappointed about the food and it was the first time having it with my partner. I should have known to look at the reviews beforehand and taken other peoples advice on the food! This is must an avoid branch as they ruining the reputation of stores that might do provide good food. I can’t believe I wasted £30 on the food! I wish i took pictures of the food I got served!

The food at this branch is fantastic, among the best I've had. However, if you go in the evenings, there's a noticeable odor of urine inside the restaurant, which affects the overall experience.

The waiting area is not quite expected to be the hygiene standard. Can do more to look after the front entrance .

The delivery person was great- he went the extra distance to make sure the instructions for delivery were followed- thank you.

Food quality is not consistent. Been here time and the quality and taste is not the same each time.

Got charged by the machine and was told to go to the till, they insisted the 0s on the receipt means I haven’t paid when I showed them my bank statement, money has now come out twice but I’ve been charged more the second time, learn your own system, it ain’t that deep

Spending £20+ buying quesadilla taco meal, taco meal and chicken tenders. Receiving our taco poorly made where there is a tiny cheese to none. Returning it showing how horrible it was been made received an awful response from a staff saying that it is there standard of cheesing, asking her why last week the quality is not as bad as today she responded that not everyday same staff is making our orders and today they are standard on it and in the past they made my order wrong receiving visible cheese on top. FYI once a week or 2x a month when we visit them but this is the first time I experience a substandard worse service at taco bell. They didn’t have receipts on there machine! Now i understand why they practice this, to prevent customers from showing receipts as a proof of their order. I have asked to refund my tacos as it is not worth of my money to spend on what they called standard. I will put taco bell last on my list to go to and can’t recommend this to any of my friends and family as this is a waste of money and worst service ever. Top management must look on to this practice, Taco Bell will definitely loose their customers on the poor food quality and bad service

Couldn’t understand a word of English when taking my order. I’ve never had so much trouble asking for an order anywhere, even when aboard! Food was okay, a bit cold.

How does one review Taco Bell? It’s obvious what you’re ordering and it’s not Michelin rated. Tacos tasted like Taco Bell. Cinnamon twists were fine. Nothing amazing but again should it be? Eat in your car for the full Bell experience.

The mince beef hard shell taco was soaked in grease as was the soft taco, cheap mince. The chips were nice and flavourful, the wee tub of cheese sauce had no taste and it was pretty cold. Most went in the bin… not worth what I paid…very disappointed

Around 3/4 members of staff saw me waiting to be served and all ignore me, they had seen me waiting but once they came to the till collection was very quick.

DO NOT USE - Food poisoning - went there on a sunday afternoon, no queue, no delay, but the food tasted a bit funny... just figured it was us not being used to eating this type of food..... boy were we wrong... Spent 48 hours vomiting violently and had the most severe stomach pain. Went to A&E cause we couldnt keep anything down... turns out it was food poisoning. Will NEVER Return to ANY Taco Bell - based on this experience. NEVER want to feel like that again - and neither do my two teenagers.... Avoid at all costs

There aren't too many taco bells around so it is nice to have something different. Service wasn't super quick as they didn't have many staff given it was a weekend lunch time and one of the staff members seemed unwell and was coughing a lot.

Food is cold, bag wasnt sealed not sure if some chips were missing. Box was bashed. Lady who handed over food took it out of a handbag instead of heat keeping style box. Their device went offline and then they showed up even further away on the map than starting place. Awful.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Burrito from here and it was good. Nothing great, but I ate it, so that’s something. It’s what you’d expect from Taco Bell. The worker at the drive thru was very friendly.

we have not been able to get in contact with taco bell. we spoke to a just eats driver and they have confirmed that taco bell has just carelessly handed over our order to someone.

I’m done ordering from Taco Bell for the family , whenever u order meals they never put the drinks in or the delivery drivers help themselves . I ordered 5 meals each with drinks for my kids and myself and again only get two and then get told to take it up with the restaurant

Beef tacos were sent, instead of chicken. They were for my wife and she only eats chicken.Very disappointed.

I paid for the order after which, because of terminal error didn't receive the order. I had to pay again. I did not receive a refund for 2 months although I was assured by the restaurant that it would take a week. No contact whatsoever with taco bell uk. A ghost company.
