This place is a disgrace to humanity

The one in Birmingham (in China Town) tasted really nice, fresh & spicy so I thought I'd give MK's one a try. Unfortunately it was nothing like what I had in B'ham. Fries felt like they were reheated few times weren't fresh. Chicken felt as if it's been sitting there for awhile. I may try them again as I went later at night.

£5 for the smallest wrap you could have made terrible

Food was very fresh and full of flavour my new favourite place thanks Dixy's staff are very helpful and super polite. Will definitely be a regular. Absolutely satisfied if I could give 10 stars.

Never got ripped off like this in my life , 5 pieces of peri peri wings all burnt and dry, never had this small size of it in my life . Chicken tikka kebab was too dry , I had to through it to the bin . Guys please avoid this place

A very poor excuse for a takeaway. We have used this place a few times, each time giving it the benefit of doubt but ultimately the food is of poor quality. Our last meal was nothing like the menu advertised. Cold and tasteless. Went back to the counter to explain my disappointment, the staff member was baffled and offered no resolution given. Won’t be going back !

Ordered burger and chicken takeaway. Horrible burger bun, under cooked chicken patty and hash brown, undercooked chicken. Not to mention the poor quality. One guy working in the whole shop no wonder he forgot to put my chips with my food and I realised at home, dirty kitchen. This is not the Dixy you may have tried in other cities, this is actually horrible. Avoid

Dirty restaurant and the guy behind the till was too busy on his phone and ignored us for a good couple of minutes before deciding to serve us.

Trash! I wait 1hr and 30 min for delivery and is 13"inch pizza not 15" inch. Very disappointed!!

Ridiculous pathetic rotten chicken wings they do not cook anything fresh. Ordered a quarter pounder meal & 6 chicken wings everything tasted like food warmed up in fridge . Wings breading was harder than a rock chicken inside was yellow & purple quarter pounder had rotten lettuce with rotten onions which get sodt after expiration . Please look after your health & stay away from ordering anything from this Dixy its should called chicken as it will make you sick and dizy Never ever again will we be ordering from this place. The best part was staff was very polite and assertive but the food was packed rotten which ended into our Caddy Bin atleast it can be recycled.

I ordered through Deliveroo but unfortunately the restaurant actually delivers your food NOT DELIVEROO, so I ended up with no food after waiting over two hours. I had no sort of update and when I tried to the restaurant there was no answer. So so bad, just go to FAVOURITES

I do the chips here! Cooked fresh to order and chicken is good. New manager here now so will what happens to any recipes/ standards

I had an awful first experience with this place, I received dry burnt kebab for my young son who loves kebabs but wouldnt eat this one. I ordered a 'Supreme' burger and it was tiny, half the size of my cheese burger which was about the same price I had to embassingly serve to my other teenage son. They also sent me the wrong tango flavours I requested. It was some baby ting.

Steer clear from this place. Food is low quality and bad. It's overpriced for what you get. Very poor value for money. If you order delivery, food will arrive stone cold and late. When I spoke to the staff about not receiving salad in my burger, despite it being included in the description, they said I need to specify I want the food that I paid for. He argued that if I wanted the food I paid for, I should mention in the description box that I want it. Sweetcorn was mushy and not fresh, definitely expired. The so called "kebab" does not include any salad at all. Wings are very small and badly battered with no real flavour except salt. Pizza was oily and I received deep pan instead of thin crust and it only had bits of ripped fried chicken in it when I was meant to receive a "Dixy Special". When I asked the staff about this, I was told it was a mistake from Uber eats and there are no options for toppings or crust thicknesses available, despite it being available on the website and app. Would highly recommend to avoid ordering this if you are to at all try to order from this terrible food place. The staff I spoke to was very rude and argumentative.

Brought a half pounder got half way through it to find a long black hair stuck in the middle of it. Put me right of my dinner. Definitely won’t be buying from there again should of known from the poor fed back and stair review that it was a waste of time.

Chicken was OK but the portion was ridiculously small. Had a negative burger and the burger was tiny!! Really need to either lower prices or increase size

Love the chicken wings but when you have to pay 30p for a small pot Source and all you only get 1/3 of it.

Ordered Chicken box. Chicken had no flavour, chips could tell had been reheated multiple times. Only positive was the man behind the counter was pleasant. But once home and tried the food never again. Most of it went in the bin. Really disappointed.

If you know Dixy they all different from place to place. This dixy bangs! Bossman is sound aswell. Dont listen to the other donuts on here. This one was on point!!

Once bought 8 wings From dixy Wolverton and went to pick the meat off the 1st, 2nd... 3rd wing, the chicken from the bones each and every time had at at least one snapped/destroyed broken bone and purple/brown(rotten bone marrow/flesh, as if the poor chickens had been stomped on for its entire existence before being punted into a ditzy chicken 0/5000 abomination. (still get haunted by the Vision served and unrivalled unethical low standard of what I had been served in this wasteland). What a joke of an existence, extremely shocked to not see them bust. -10/1000 Inedible

Never again. First time ordering, the fries were cold, chicken lukewarm and sent mint and chilli sauce, when ordered barbecue. Driver was nice, but food was wasted, I will stick to Papa Lui or Chicken Village next time, they are consistent no matter what time you place your order. I normally go by reviews, and I wish I followed my mind. Not happy I wasted money and had to throw away food.

This evening we ordered with you, our Mixed Kebabs and Burger Meals was late by over half an hour, our Kebab meat was well overdone and our Chicken meat was very dry, thank god I ordered Salad and Garlic Mayo on my Kebab otherwise it would of tasted burnt. We decided today we’d order with you as it was my birthday treat as and we couldn’t go out for a meal as a family due to the circumstances in this world. I am very disappointed. Delivery was awful gave us the wrong things less chips than we asked for also when we asked for us stuff back they said you have to come and pick it up if you want it awful place awful delivery and I would rather eat my left toe then order from here

The kebabs we ordered were stone cold the salad looked like they was 2 weeks old the donner meat was hard drowned into sweet sauce they call chill sauce🤦‍♀️ we ordered a mixed kebab and got a donner kebab the manager tried lying and said he put chicken in there and he was very unprofessional when we made a complaint he tried saying to me if we leave a bad review he will not give me a 50 per cent refund and said he will give me a voucher for my next order why will I need a voucher if I had a bad experience and wouldn't want anyone else having that experience The pizza were mushroom pizzas not pepperoni they turned up cold not fresh disgusting in the end I didnt want to get sick so threw all the food in the bin it was not eatable do not order from here and save yourself the hassle

Great tasting chicken and the pizza's are wonderful too. The owners are delightful and i look forward to coming again soon.

I have been living in Milton Keynes for the past 2 years and this is by far the worst pizza place in town. Would certainly not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing quality and customer service.

Can't even rate the food. The kebab I got had next to no salad hardly any meat, the pitta was inedible as was rock solid and gave me chill sauce when not asked for. Worst kebab ever.

Diver supposidly turnt up didnt even hear door knock asked to come bck and i would of waited outside but said no driver has left and wont come bck i was also at window waiting and no one came to the door not pleased at all dont consider disabled ppl take slightly longer due to mobility issues

I order from here often . The pizzas are always good for a girls night however they are a tad oily . I refuse to order the chicken because it usually comes pink and puts me off . The best thing I get from here is the garlic sauce . Because it makes everything taste much better .

To reiterate, it was an hour passed the already extended ETA of 0010, and I did call at 0020 to be promised it's already left (the famous Dixy Chicken promise) and yep, it obviously wasn't on its way, but it was actually hot. This is a first. The chips were awful, yet I couldn't help grab another of those soggy (HOT!!) fries. Why??? So despite being shockingly late, told it was on its way when it wasn't, extending my bedtime significantly etc, I can honesty say I enjoyed* the food and it left me fairly happy * enjoyed meaning acceptable quality for post midnight food following several beverages

The portion size is laughable with what they said was a large, the chicken in the mixed kebab looked and tasted like the stuff you would normally throw away not even suitable for animal consumption , with added salad on a kebab was barely even anything on it like the veg you'd mix into mince or something absolutely terrible not worth it

Took over an hour to arrive and they forgot the main part of the meal order (chicken) paid £5.99 , call to resolve the problem and they said I'd have to wait 1 hr , 30 mins for it!!! These guys are brilliant and the pizza was one of the best I've had. Highly recommend
