It's frustrating to see that I'm not the only one having a bad experience with the quality of pizza at this location. They never seem to put enough cheese or toppings, even when you pay for extra. Despite my love for Domino's and having had great experiences at many other branches, this particular franchise is giving the brand a bad name and doesn't justify the money spent.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and 7 chicken wings, and got 5 chicken wings and no pepperoni. Head Office really need to get a grip on their franchisee, bad stomach after eating, and never ever will I order from this hell hole. Please get in touch and refund my money like you promised

Even at the discounted price I feel robbed. Poor quality, bland, "thrown together" presentation, not cut properly so it gets torn apart, measly amount of shrivelled up ingredients and nothing like the illustration on your website. The portion of undercooked fries were for one, not two. The delivery driver was polite and the pizza was hot though. Never again

I’ve just had the MANAGER argue with me on the phone REFUSING to make a pizza I have ordered regularly since they opened! My son is allergic to milk therefore I have to order either a medium or large to get a vegan base with vegan cheese (which also costs me £2 more than a normal base) but he has normal pepperoni instead of vegan. This has never been a problem before as I’m being charged the same as a large pizza with FOUR toppings when he’s only having ONE! This ‘manager’ was also referring to me as ‘Sir’ and when I said I’m a ‘Miss’ he started getting all shouty!! Every member of staff I’ve ever dealt with at Newton Leys has been polite, friendly and professional- until now. I will never go to or recommend this branch ever again- unless he leaves 😂 My 6yr old son doesn’t understand why this ‘nasty man’ can’t do it for him when the other staff normally do.

They just put barely any cheese on their pizzas. Clearly trying to save money. Even when you order extra cheese you still don't get any. Cheese is a fundamental core to a pizza. This domino's sucks. If I'm paying top whack for my pizza I want pizza, not dough with pepperoni on it

The pizza here is pretty bad tbh. I love dominos and have been there best customer. Every other week grab a pizza however the pizza doesn't rise that well so normally its pretty flat. Quite surprised theyre still in business because the pizza aint rising. Not good theyre stopped the lunchtime menu. We go regularly the service is not too good either. I now pop into the bedford one theyre known me for years and they really know how to make the bread rise and not a soggy parade.

I used to work here. It is the biggest mess of a store I've ever worked in. Management have no clue what they are doing. Deliveries are ALWAYS late because management sent out the drivers with 5 or more deliveries. Pizzas are always overdone or done wrong or rushed even now when I order from here. It is so bad that I used to show up at customer's doors and tell them to order from Bletchley and go and pick it up. Upper management are trash. Literally the only person who seems to know what they are doing in management is Monica. Do not order from this dive of a store. And most certainly do not work here go somewhere else, upper management really has no respect for its drivers.

Ordered a pizza over the counter with pepperoni & bacon, which took about 8minutes from ordering to being given it. Asked to swap the garlic sauce for honey & mustard, which they allowed. Ask if starters had any offers and the lady who served me said no, but the big sign said starters 2 for £8, of which she said it's wrong... She also spelt my name wrong, even after I spelt it out to her. Pizza was great thankfully, hot and tasty.

Not happy with how pizza was made. At least 30% the base was just bare. Domino’s increased the price, added delivery charge and saving on toppings and cheese. What a pathetic strategy.. you’ll eventually go down if are like this

Like others on here I can only say that this Domino's is absolutely abysmal. Out of the several chances I've given them they've been late every single time and when you ring up to ask where the pizza is (after the app tells you to "enjoy" and that it's apparently been delivered) you get met with utter indifference. I'd rather drive to our old store in Bletchley or order from Papa John's than waste my time ordering from this absolute shower again. Has to be a contender for the worst Domino's in the country. I can only assume that the few 5 star reviewers work there... And I use the word "work" lightly.

Awful customer service, pizza was ready 15 minutes after app said ready to collect and their own screens said ready, no apology or offer and just excuses that the app is always wrong and they say it's ready before it is to meet group targets.

My pizzas used to come from the Dukes Drive site in Bletchley and would only take 10 minutes to reach me once the notification came through that the pizza was on its way. Now this lot are doing it instead, it takes at least 25 minutes due to the extra distance and the fact they stop elsewhere along the way. This means my pizzas are lukewarm at best. I now won’t order from them at at all. Not that it was great these days anyway - it seems all they do is cut corners in terms of the quality of the ingredients and put prices up! I’m so grateful for apps like Uber Eats!

Food is ok. Use so much maize lately that's all you can taste. It's a joke you're still using covid as an excuse not to accept cash. There are people who don't have access to a debit/credit card. So to treat someone to a weekend pizza is impossible unless someone else pays. Cash is a legal form of tender so should be accepted. Sort it out! No excuse.

This place deserves to be 0 stars and closed down until they can get an actual competent team of staff, have reported the store to head office before and decided to try and give them another chance with a code we received, person on the phone who I am confident was the manager is still rude (hence previous complaints) and has no clue how to even take an order. Also apparently the store doesn’t take cash for delivery’s? Is this a new thing as never came across this before in my life

What an absolutely terrible experience. Over 1 hour and absolutely nothing arrived. Called the store, supposedly it had just left for delivery and will be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later we called back, supposedly it has been delivered, which it has not. Very very very poor service, not the usual dominos experience. The franchisee of this store needs to give their head a wobble and stop letting school kids run the place. At least be honest with your customers and don't blatantly lie.

Absolute shambles! Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, that did not arrive even though App said it had. Had to drive up to shop with the 2 little ones to see what was happening as they weren’t answering the phone. Only to be handed 2 box’s of cold pizza. I called back today to complain and was told “call back later as I have to make 3 pizzas before 1pm”!!??? What on earth is going on there? Sounds like they don’t have a manager there either.

Would give zero stars if I could. As we can no longer get deliveries from our closest store, we now have to use the Newton Leys delivery. They have always been very slow, but tonight was the worst ever. Ordered our food at 19.26 (payment went thru & confirmed by email) at 20.30 (1hr10mins later) we get a text saying the food is on its way. At 22.15 (2h49mins after confirmation & 1h45mins after leaving the store; it's a 5 minute journey by car) we finally manage to ring through to the store after 10 attempts, only for the woman in the store to bluster about the food leaving the store, but no explanation as to where it was. The woman then said she would re-cook the food, but I would have to collect it (even after paying the newish delivery charge!). I cancelled the order, over the phone & am still awaiting my refund. We did not even get an apology, let alone an explanation. We'll never use this store again.

Order took 2 hours to arrive and arrived cold! Absolutely appalling and filed complaint with dominos head office due to assuming it wasn't arriving. I used to work for dominos as a delivery driver and can confirm no order should ever take this long. Something really fishy is going on at this store and hopefully head office will investigate. Until then do not trust as if this is how far from usual quality delivery is, how has is hygiene etc?

Ordered delivery and paid, then got a call to say they don't do delivery had to go pick up (let's hope I get my delivery fee refund back otherwise I will complain). Also after having the pizza my stomach don't feel good...so have doubts about the quality of the pizza they serve.

This is a takeaway in the local centre on Giffard Park opposite the pub called the Giffard. We have used this takeaway a few times over the last year or so and have never had a bad meal. It's odd that there are so many bad reviews on TA, I suspect they are made by the competition as there are a lot of Chinese takeaways in this area. When we went in tonight to order our food, it was busy with customers collecting their orders and also the phone was constantly ringing. We ordered 3 main courses, singapore noodles and rice, and I can honestly say that all were delicious and tasted freshly cooked.
