Burger King in Milton Keynes

Slowest service in the world, and when we did get our order we were told some of it wasn't ready and we had to wait even longer, can't believe this is "fast food". Update: almost certain this place has given me food poisoning

Two Cokes were added to the order, which I did not want. They have not been released. They wanted to deceive me. After drawing attention and arguing with the staff, the money was returned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst service.The staff is ungrateful and rude. They handled me the wrong food items then refused to change them , when I started to show anger they exchanged the food items for lesser items wuthout refund. Please do not visit them.

Would not serve/cook a beef burger because they were due to close shortly. Still open and taking orders as long as it wasn’t a beef burger

Costlier than other food chains

Requested a receipt several times just to be ignored. Literally ignore twice. The staff then walked away again. Provided the order code 6 times to be told we haven't ordered as its not on the screen. I had to shoot down the cooking area to get someone to come out again to even try to follow the legal process of providing a receipt. They then produced someone else's receipt. Alderbury they could get our receipt as it takes 15 minutes in the office..... what the gel is going on guys. Sort ot out. Train your staff better.

I do not recommend. The waitress handed out a double chicken burger even though it was ordered with double beef. After asking for the correct burger, she said she couldn't exchange the burger because I had already touched it... Even though I had the receipt, she wouldn't exchange the beef burger. I don't recommend wasting £10

Popped in for lunch as this was out the midway point on our trip up north. All the ordering machines were working and appeared clean, and service was very quick. I ordered the triple whopper with fries and tango, my partner ordered the limited edition chimichanga fries and burger with a coke. The staff asked if we would like bacon on the chimichanga fries too, apparently this is an option but the machines don't tell you this! The food was excellent, made even better by the fact we don't have a Burger King near us, and lots of seating to eat at.

They dont allow the Burger King App offers or anything, there is no point buying from here with a KFC next to it which is much better. Also no coke freestyle machine. The management of this Burger King must be braindead.

My son and i went to the Newport Pagnel BK i ordered a Peppercorn Angus combination. Peppercorn loaded fries. Well 1stly the Burger had NO PEPPERCORN SAUCE.2NDLY THE PEPPERECORN loaded fries ahad dribbles of peppercorn sauce, cannot get hold of burger king at all,

Good burger with a larger range than some other Burger Kings I've been to. Staff also seem to be doing a good job serving the customers.

wouldn’t take my coupon code wth had me waiting 10+ minutes just to say no even though one of them could’ve taken my order , avoid coming here .

Mess in the dining area and staff have not patience, couldnt explain to us what the menu is, machines dont work. The food was ok.

Worse staff ever, waited to be served and they said to wait 1 min which I waited 20mins and still did t want to serve me, ended up going to kfc who treated their customers with respect

Burger King at Newport pagnell service station , must be worst berger ever. Definitely go for KFC instead. The burger was dry and very salty not made with TLC.

Offers not available in this restaurant which makes this BK ridiculously expensive with today's costs of living.

A delicious burger I ate at Newport Pagnall services with a view of the M1 on New Year’s Eve. Had a lovely bit of peace and quiet to eat my double Memphis delight burger. If you are passing through and are feeling a little peckish I’d certainly encourage you to make the pit stop!

Normally love a good BK burger, but today patties had obviously been precooked and reheated. Bacon in the burger was actually cold, while pattie itself and chips were lukewarm. Very disappointed 😞

Bought a takeaway meal after 10pm at this Burger King after the restaurant at my hotel had closed. Service was great as was the food. Should you book into the hotel at Newport Pagnell services, this a good alternative place to buy your hot meal.

Absolutely terrible 50% of the que ended up asking for a refund including myself it took that long. After a really long day at work and still hours left till your home. To then be pointlessly stood in a queue for 40 mins still to get no food. And the staff quite honestly couldn't care. Like they just are so use to people complaining it don't phase them now. I'd just drive to any other services than waste my time here again

Absolutely terrible server, has a very bad attitude towards work and also to the customer. Rude when asked for simple things e.g commodities. Needs to be retrained on customer service skills, communication and attitude when in the working place.

I really enjoyed going to Burger King on the A43 today and tonight I had a chicken tender, fries and a chocolate Milkshake and the staff were helpful and kind and I really enjoyed my visit to Burger King on the A43 today.

Staff slower than a sulking snail. In a rush so ordered a whopper by itself. Took 20 mins to arrive. When I finally received the burger it was cold. Took it back and they microwaved it. All of it. Hot lettuce, boiling mayonnaise and steaming ketchup. No time left ot argue just had to accept it. Burger King. Your restaurants are badly run. Every one I have been to has had problems. Last visit from me.

This is not a Burger King, it is some sort of franchised scam. Avoid! The prices are outrageous and the staff are rude. A Double Cheesy bacon IS NOT A WHOPPER. It has BBQ sauce and no Mayo. Why is it called a Whopper on the menu when it is not? Furthermore the beef patty inside both a regular whopper and the cheesy was not even a Whopper patty it was some generic thin patty. Worst burger I've ever had anywhere. It was cold and I asked to swap it for a Whopper because clearly no mayo and BBQ sauce has no place in a Whopper. They refused. Chips were cold and came with no salt or salt packet in the bag. Have it your way but not here.

Stood there for 10 min and never even got served, absolutely disgusted how they treat customers

the man, sorry boy who served me is obviously biased to ketchup verses mayonnaise as i asked for both and he gave me 3 ketchup and only 2 mayonnaise. i understand if you have bland and basic tastebuds however i find the eggy condiment delightful paired with fries and nuggets and find it outrageous he doesn’t see the condiments as equals but instead ketchup as the better table sauce. fuming.

Slow service, really, really slow.

Absolutely outrageous, do not go here, over £10 for a regular sized burger thats actually child size, their regular sized burger are literally half the size of mcdonalds cheese burgers and if you want a normal sized burger you'll have to pay for a large

Stopped for food. 2 people serving 100. Waiting 30 mins now. No doubt will be thrown together and Cold be the time we get it

I ordered an Angus Burger Meal and received a Double Whopper Burger. I also ordered a Flat White Coffee eith with my meal and the cup was only half full. Really disappointing.

Burger King northbound more interested in serving there online delivery service I waited 15 minutes for them to serve my food which I can see was waiting to be served to me on the hot counter in the end told them To give me a refund so if you see the delivery men waiting prepared for a long wait for your food

Food was OK, but order machine did not work properly, and staff could not care less unfortunately. Once order placed, there seems to be more priority for delivery drivers, so expect 30 min wait

After a 12 hour journey from Tenerife (Door to Door), needed food quick, & thats what we got. Served Quick,Hot & not at all bad. Not Gourmet, But did what it said on the tin, 'Good Burgers & Chips' Quick.

The girl (Nadia?) is very unhelpful and I kindly asked three times the invoice and she said not possible.

Cold burger that tasted like cardboard

I buy it cheesy bacon and it's a s...it,just salef and sweets and cold .i pay 20 chilli cheese and it's give just 19 .It's the first time when I eat so bad a burger king..

The order machine didn't work. I spoke to the staff who were just rude. If I returned here I'd order 2 meals, one for me and one for the bloke holding the gun to my head, thats the only way I'd return. Genuinely I'd go hungry before a go back there...

Was waiting 30 minutes with HGV vouchers after 15h of work. And they didn't care at all. I guess they don't understand how the food gets into stores and restaurants

Burger king are my go too when traveling. Called at Newport pagnall services 16th march. Couldnt work on line order, so asked staff to order, completly ignored. Eventually placed order for myself and son, waited for what seemed like an age, only to find food cold, and quality poor, along with disinterested staff. Wont be calling at that burger King again.

You really need to advertise the times you actually close. Was very disappointed when I passed two other services as I fancied a Whopper, then to be told that you had shut up shop at 10pm instead of 11pm. 🤔😔

Horrendous! Absolutely disgusted that my wife was served chicken nuggets instead of the cheese bites she had ordered. She has been vegetarian for over 30 years and is devestated that she took a bite of meat. Poor service, appalling handling of the situation by the staff who just said 'I'm only human!'

they gave me 2 fish burgers not one and i didn't count my change. They didn't seem to care at all

I don’t suggest you to come here as the customer service is awfully horrible. The workers are so ignorant. We asked if we could have fries. They got us a large fries and he charged us the price of that. We were happy to pay, but wondered why he didn’t ask us for the size. He then said that we should have told him in an aggressive tone. However, we didn’t know what sizes there were and whether or not to request it to them. Finally, we payed for the fries and we were waiting for our penny change. However, they didn’t even give it to us. I know that a penny is not a lot, but the principal is that they must give us the change. This can be classified as conning or stealing.

They forgot our order and did not even apologise but hurried to get it over to us.

After 5 minutes waiting at the till the staff said, it will be quicker at the self-service acreen. My wife doesnt want to I replied. Didnt get chance to say 'as she always seems to get ripped-off by them' as the staff went into back. Then after being ignored for another 5 minutes decided to goto Harry Ramsdens instead. Got served straight away! For a busy friday afternoon they only had 2 people serving too.

Diabolical, the staff were miserable, everything was taking forever, the food was rank, by comparison the kfc staff next door were miles happier.

Not like it used to be. In fairness, the gent serving was really nice but, man. The food is bleak. Just dry and tasteless. Poor buggers probably get complaints. Basically if you're gonna charge £9 for a bag of bland at least draw cool stuff on the bag I'm about to vomit in! Ha ha ha.

Managed to finally make an order which was then wrong, cold and inedible. Maybe if you replaced everybody with machines that don't work (Similar to your self-service screens) at least we would not be disaapointed. As a saving grace then ordered from KFC who provided half a meal as well. Must be sharing staff maybe.......

In last visit i ordered meal with cappuccino coffee , when i took a sip of coffee it was black coffee. They changed but still poor quality .Been 3times in last month , they can never serve coffee. Same answer machine is not working . Staff are not friendly . Looks over stress and no politeness in comunication .

Poor service, long wait, nothing ready, lots of shouting and (when I clocked him not realising who he was) appears a member of staff (Carlos) was parked in parent and child spaces in his lovely shiny white Tesla without a child in sight and was surreptitiously moving their car as we arrived...

Didn't have high expectations for my Smokey BBQ Angus burger, but it still disappointed. A thick flap of dry gristly meat, surrounded by stringy bacon and lettuce that may have been crisp earlier in the day. The burger managed to be hot and cold at the same time, as well as being drowned in sauce. A long wait to be served and there were no hot drinks available.

Came for ice cream. No Ice cream. No sign saying no ice cream. No expected date Ice cream will be available. Same story for the last two weeks. Will try again tomorrow.

Burger was cold! Koch hatte wohl n schlechten Tag. Musste 4Minuten auf DoppelCheesBurger warten und er war kalt, der Ban nicht vorgewärmt, der Käse nicht im Ansatz schmelzend!!! Das schaffen nur Engländer, Fastfood noch schlechter zu machen!
