Pizza Hut Delivery in Milton Keynes

Ordered delivery and paid, then got a call to say they don't do delivery had to go pick up (let's hope I get my delivery fee refund back otherwise I will complain). Also after having the pizza my stomach don't feel good...so have doubts about the quality of the pizza they serve.

Received the wrong order, when we called the manger was rude and wouldn’t accept responsibility. Order was correct our end, the phone kept getting passed around the staff. The food we did receive was cold and soggy. Avoid

Had the best Pizza ever from Pizza Hut Oldbrook, Milton Keynes so wanted to have another pizza today. If I could give 0 stars I would. No manager so no customer service. Told to contact Pizza Hut, well I wanted my dinner now. Floppy pizza, not warm, lack of cheese and toppings. Staff member also refused to give their name. Should have checked the reviews before ordering from Wolverton, Milton Keynes. Dominoes approach to customer service so much better, timely and empowers their stores. Never again from Pizza Hut.

Ordered my food everything came but was missing a drink. How sn some on miss a drink that was clearly labelled on the receipt not acceptable

Excellent pizza every time! The pan crust is lush and they don’t skimp on the toppings like other companies do. We’re never disappointed.

Pizza not great. Bought two large, ate two slices and then left the rest... Won't buy from here again.

Ordered a really expensive pizza for my birthday, with cheesy bites.... one of the cheesy bites was missing when I opened the box! There was a very obvious gap, where one of the staff had decided to help their self to a piece of my birthday meal!

Shocking example of a pizza takeaway service! Ordered a pepperoni pizza, a meat feast pizza, garlic bread and nachos. When we got it home we found d they had managed to give us a vegetable pizza instead! We phoned them up and asked for a replacement, which they did not readily agree to as they seemed to believe we were lying. We then asked for the meat feast as we obviously wanted to eat together and it was now cold and by the time we would get back it wouldve been about 90 minutes since we first collected the first order. This request was roundly and rudely denied by the manager who told us he did t get that bit wrong so why should he replace it. This was supposed to be a nice treat for my wife as she used to love pizza hut and we hadn't had it in ages, but it left a bad taste, especially since the pizza we did actually get was not up to scratch either. We will never return to this branch again, bot even for our free replacement pizzas (yes, it was THAT bad).

Avoid this branch of Pizza Hut, worst service ever. The delivery drivers don't care with food being thrown around and toppings hanging off. The branch staff are worse they will hang up on you if they know you are complaining and blame you for dropping the pizza.

Box open on delivery contacted store about this refused to do anything about it. Was not interested in dealing with my complaint. Just want to argue me telling me I’m wrong about the open box I’m looking at.

I ordered 5 hours in advance and it was cold despite turning up 5mins early . Burnt around the edges yet un cooked in the middle. Dont be fooled by the big brand name .

Terrible service. Delivery is always late, customer service is rude & pizzas aren't up to scratch - they were cold & overcooked by the time they arrived. Glad Papa Johns has opened down the road.

Placed an order at 6:30pm, were told 45 min delivery. 1hr 20mins later, the delivery driver arrived with the wrong order. Note that we ordered gluten free and vegetarian pizzas but were given two wheat based, meat pizzas! This is not good service, especially when my partner has an allergy. We told the delivery driver it was wrong, he took the food back and said he would get the correct order. I rang Pizza Hut, they realised the driver got two orders mixed up but they would make it again. By not we had been waiting an hour and half. I asked if they could throw in a free ice cream – told no – given customer services number. Spent 15 mins of the phone to customer services who agreed a £15 voucher would compensate for the delay. Waited for a further HOUR (2.5 hours since order) then rang Pizza Hut again. Were told the driver had gone home (an hour earlier!!!) and we cannot have our delivery after all! Was told we need to ring customer services again to request refund. Rang customer services again, spent at least 20 mins on the phone logging everything, then was told we have to wait up to 14 working days for the refund! So now, we have no dinner, and no money for dinner! The £15 voucher never turned up, it took 2 weeks for the refund to come through. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Will not be using Pizza Hut again.

Amazing experience, tasty, hot food, staff were lovely and I had to change my order halfway through and they were brilliant with it, food still arrived at originally promised time! 100% better than dominoes.

Been waiting for nearly two hours and pizza still hasn't arrived. I called about 40 minutes ago and was told it would be 10 minutes. Disgraceful service.

I order 45 pound worth of pizza today I called be4 I order the pizza asking if i could order the pizza with no cheese and the lady on the phone said yes I then order the pizzas and phoned back to confirm which pizza want was one with no cheese then they refused to after I have done it before then I went down to the place and spoke to the management but he was being really difficult then he brought out our order and then said I can have it I said I didn't want cheese he also said it take 3 minutes to my food had been sitting there for 45 minutes I asked be my refund and refused it said I have to call customer service so I did while I was in the place the lady on the phone said to the man why can you just make the pizza with no cheese and he ask could you send it in email the place is a joke I left with nothing and now have to wait 5 days for my refund I will never order from here again I recorded the thing he also call us all a lier

Today we ordered 2 pizzas chicken strips and garlic bread, all items were cold on arrival the pizza bases tasted stale but this could be to the fact that they may have been sitting around a while as took over an hour to come. The taste of both pizzas were foul and didn't taste anything like what you would get in a PH restaurant, a couple ofhours after consumering the pizza my parter had an upset stomach. I had no interest in making a complaint as I wouldn't want replacements nor would I want money off future purchases as I will not be going to PH delivery again in wolverton I'll stick to restaurants in future very disappointed.

The meals are hot, very tasty, well made and always delivered on time!

Ordered a pizza this evening from the Wolverton branch in Milton Keynes, delivery of my pizza was 1.5 hours and it was cold!! I phoned the branch and was told they only have one driver tonight (a Friday night I may add!!) The lady I spoke with wasn't compromising at all, only apologising!! I said this wasn't good enough and asked to speak to the manager. After being on hold for some time the lady came back to me and advised me that the manager was too busy to speak with me. Also, I ordered online as I had a voucher code but the website wouldn't accept the code (what a con!!) So paid full price, £20.89 for a Disgusting Pzza!! Disgusting Service!! Disgusting Attitude from Staff!! Don't waste your time and money ordering from this branch!!

Will not be using this branch and also encourage other user to look for an alternative. On more than three occasions the delivery time exceeded the promise. Driver was rude and could not be bothered with the late delivery. Branch Manager and staff at the branch are rude. Have been kept hanging on calls on various occasion's. The whole experience has been less than what you expect from an international brand. The impression this branch gives is that they don't really care and are not motivated to provide a professional service. Also this branch is a franchise so I can understand the lack of commitment and professionalism.

Ordered from here, pizza was like cardboard .. So thin and no taste! Took first bite and broke my tooth, looked into why my tooth had just broken and found a stone in my pizza yes a stone!! I made a complaint and they just dismissed it...

Very bad they did not hear my order and I found meat on a vegetarian pizza takes very long there estimated time is way off they say 10 mins but takes 27 minutes. The staff are very rude when I ordered cheesy garlic bread and they say I didn't and tried to start a argument and I think they should get new staff or close the place down and had to ask 3 people where my pizza is. They don't reply and there service is absolutely appalling.

Tried to AGAIN apply an online voucher code on the website, everything was fine until I come to pay. Then I get a load of bollocks about contacting the local PizzaHut (because there was a problem with the website) only to hear from the chap on the phone that its an online exclusive voucher code and they can't take it over the phone!!!! Nice scam PizzaHut!!! Getting people to get all ready to eat with voucher codes only so that the website can reject them! JUST WOW!

Had a pizza last night and I've been sick 3 times since eating it!!! I phoned the store next day to let them know (to stop other people getting sick too) and was told that as I did not phone last night there wouldn't do anything!!! Completely wrong!!!

ORDER ONLINE PEOPLE!! We tried to order over the phone but waited 18mins for an answer then were informed delivery time was 1hr 30mins! also some products were not available. went online, got every product (even the ones we were told were unavailable) and delivered in 47mins!! ORDER ONLINE!! All we need now is a computer to make & Deliver the Pizzas then we will all be happy!!

Everything you could want from a Pizza Hut. Efficient and friendly.

Order is over an hour late, tried calling the number provided, but no answer after numerous attempts. Allowed phone to ring for over a minute and a half.

Ridiculously long wait times, and they never pick up the phone.
