Phoned to say food was not cooked properly, all I wanted was a replacement, but got abused and saying I wanted a 3 pizza . Don’t like English

A bloody lovely pizza , pepperoni passion was great, staff lovely too.

Sanjay was very kind and respectful very helpful and great worker positive attitude in the work place need more people like him!

Expensive and not very good! We were massive fans of Domino's but the last couple of times the pizzas have been over cooked and dry with hardly any sauce and cheese. The dominos we knew and loved seems to be no more 😞

Always excellent service from Domino's in Stony. I started collection a while back and am always greeted by name and my food is always ready on time. Friendly staff and always helpful.

Dominos Such bad service last night even tho I appreciate it was New Year’s Day and they would have been busy Order was placed at 21.48 And said half an hour until it would be delivered It is a difficult address however I did write driver instructions in the notes and they have delivered here before. I called back to chase the order at 22.36 22.48 22.59 Half an hour waiting outside in the freezing cold after being told they had already come, however no cars had been seen pulling up (we were watching out) and the dog had not barked. If we had received our pizzas they would have been freezing cold. They supposedly close at 11 and I received two missed calls at 11.12 And 11.25 two hours after the order was originally placed we had already made other arrangements abd through they were not coming. I will be calling back today ether for a refund or replacement pizza. Order details were: Your order number is 496396044 This order is for Delivery Your store is Stony Stratford

Ordered twice different occasions and didn’t receive full order. The customer service is horrendous Cocky and sarcastic on the phone and just plain rude. Would not recommend Stony Stratford domino’s

Awful pizza, Awful service everytime. All other dominos in Milton Keynes make a much better pizza, this location is Terrible quality, always late and when calling them the staff are rude and obnoxious.

Ordered through the app, said it was out for delivery, an hour later it said it was delivered. Nothing ever arrived. No longer a customer. Awful service. Don't bother.

Had a really good experience with Domino's Stony Stratford this evening. Collected an order which was prepared and cooked promptly. Manager went above and beyond and it was highly appreciated after another company had let my son down completely. This has changed my opinion of Domino's entirely.

I took my 9 year old daughter to buy a pizza for her dinner this evening. We entered the shop, we stood and waited……. and waited……… and waited……. Eventually someone came to the counter. I asked politely for a small pepperoni pizza to which he replied. “You can’t have one. You can only order online and have it delivered” seems pretty pointless as we are only a few minutes walk away. Imagine going into a pizza shop and being refused to buy pizza! Why would you have the door open for people to come in, to tell them you can’t serve them. We went to Papa John’s instead 🤷🏼‍♀️ One star is too generous considering we didn’t even get a pizza

Service has been rude and unhelpful on both visits now. And on our recent visit our pizza's were overdone Not the service I would expect giving the over inflated prices. Oh and the delivery driver's are consistently parking outside on either the bus stop or the roundabout or the pavement!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Cold pizza and when I complained they took my money and said we cannot meet you expectations and will not serve you again. Shocking!

Ordered a pizza online, after 15 mins the app said it was out for delivery. 45 mins later still no pizza, called to see where it was and was told that the driver was 5-6 mins away. Another 15 minutes later still no pizza. Called again, only now to be told that he does not know where the driver is with a very unfelt sorry and said he can send someone else but it will be 45 mins. I expressed that I was very unhappy with the service, only to be hung up on. I called back only for them to hang up on me again. I've ordered from other Dominos and the service has always been great. Stay clear of this one!

Ordered with the app. Food was ready on time, cooked to a high standard, nice and warm and he gave us extra dips.

Ordered online a large pizza deal including wedges & 500ml drink for collection: Our first treat of any sort of food outside our home in the 10 weeks of lockdown. We live approximately a 3 minute drive away, very disappointed in the luke warm food, we both decided we couldn't eat the wedges and only pick at the pizza due to this. Oh well!!

1 out of 4 pizzas hot. We called them they insisted we were wrong, and that all pizza is cooked to the same temperature. They couldn't grasp that if you cook them at different times they arrive at different temperatures.

Absolutely awful, pizza was cold, lots of bubbles in the dough and very little cheese even on the plain cheese pizza, I used to work for dominos years ago and these wouldn't have been allowed out the door! Took ages to arrive after the app told me it was out for delivery and staff rude and unhelpful when I told them it was cold, just told me it wasn't possible as they were all cooked to the same temperature! Waste of money, we won't be ordering at this branch again

Slow. waited over an hour for my order and when I rang him I said I was just following up an order and he says my whole adress straight away I mean what happened to privacy and when I said to him that it was my order and I wasnt happy as it's taken an hour at that point "yea yea give me five minutes" 20 minutes later it turns up after going to the wrong house when I got the food it was ok but the crust was really wide in places I could see that my food had been rushed and then they got my order wrong and didn't put one topping I ordered on there I think I'll stick to the Buckingham store wouldn't recommend I have only had bad service from the stony Stratford store first time I went in like 3 months ago all members of staff were on phones and looked really unprofessional

They are expensive but such good quality and with the app you know when to expect them. Really enjoyable eating, nothing better than cold pizza for breakfast. Takes me back to my college days!

Absolutely shocking for dominos, pizza was so over done it was dry took it back to complain and tell them they would have to cook everything fresh or the other stuff would go cold. The attitude from the staff was disgusting tried to blame us saying it's because we picked it up late nothing to do with them over cooking it. After the rudeness and God knows how many staff members looking at the pizza and them discussing everything in their own language I demanded my money back. There's a better pizza place next door. Worst dominos I've ever had

Only half order was ready 10 min after agreed collection time (they weren't busy - mine was the only order in progress). When I spoke to manager, he walked off while I was still speaking/explaining. Staff, incl manager, just didn't seem to care. Used the Stony Stratford branch a few times now, never had great experience. Will be walking the extra 5 shops to Farmhouse Pizza from now on.

Nice pizzas after a late night beers

They are polite, although, the constant speaking in another language behind the counter to each other is more than annoying and rude. They made a mistake, as I ordered over the counter, but they more than satisfactorily resolved this. They just need to make things better by only speaking English, so that everyone can understand, without offense, what is going on, we do live in England after all.

Rang them 4 times (werent picking up) to discuss the state in which our pizza arrived looked like it had been dropped was bent and furled up to be told that I was wrong.

Did not want to tell me the existing deals, tried to persuade me to buy the large combos. Not nice.

They very often get the orders wrong which is mainly a language thing and it's always a rush, would be good to have a board like macdonalds to order, I use the app just to avoid trying to get them to understand my order but even then it isn't always correct

Great restaurant in general to have locally. Although staff are a bit obnoxious.
