we ordered 3 naan’s, all of which were raw. The flour was so thick on the outside that no one could eat anything. Very dissapointed they are normally very good so this was a shock. Wouldnt order again.

I don't know why so many people leave such bad reviews, I think the only good food for them is Macdonald's. Because of all these bad reviews I was hesitating to go and try but every time I was passing by it smelled amazing so I went and tried. The staff was very friendly and they helped me to choose exactly what I was fancy and the food was delicious and tasted exactly how I expected. I had a mixed grill with rice and fresh salad. Delicious 10/10. Definitely coming back.

Ok stopped ordering delivery from here as they made so many mistakes and were quite rude. That was a couple of years ago. Was passing so picked up a tikka mix roll. Guys were friendly. The roll was decent for a take away and very value for money. I would have it again if passing. Can’t really comment about other dishes but would have the mix tikka roll again …

Food wasn’t even nice and by the time the chips arrived all cold, spoilt Eid family meals. I don’t think I would ever order from them again. I would advise people to avoid and also to check their receipts and total bill.

Me and my friend ate lamb karahi and Naan and Tandori Roti. The food was absolutely bad taste, a waste of money. The lamb Karhai had zero taste and qulaity of Roti and Naan was also very bad.

Awesome Garlic Naan with Lamb Tikka Masala. The portion is generous. Make sure you came with empty stomach.

I had just ordered paneer tikka in these naan along with all the spices and sauces, they neither delivered any sauce to me nor any cutlery which I selected. It was tasteless. I couldn’t eat it. Very bad

Visited this restaurant whilst in Milton Keynes. Ample seating with peaceful ambience. Food was reasonable but customer service could have been a little more welcoming. Would recommend.

Used to be bad but last couple of years it's been much better and one of our favourite for a quick Indian meal! Budget friendly Nd tasty if you go for the grilled options!

Note on door- cash only. Told can order off the website but no mention made of the 50p admin charge for each of our party of 6. Complained but no movement on charge or offer of a freebie. Food average and waiter dropped a knife covered with curry on one of us when clearing up.

I always order from here, but they let me down big time two of the three meals were incorrect, they advised they could deliver next time which is no good. They then advised they would deliver missing items within hour they didnt then when called again they put phone down 3 times really realy disappointed. Really really poor customer service.

Chips were a bit soggy , and they forgot my colslaw , also swapped my ice cream for a different one , maybe just put “unavailable” on just eat for items you dont have stock of , i dont like the substituted ice cream , chicken was fine , lamb chops starter was so tasty

Not impressed complained that a dish had no flavour was not nice and nothing was done about it service was slow would not recommend or return

Very nice wings as always (Lemon & Herb). Plain rice was fluffy and hot, salad is of decent quality and the peshwari bread was the icing on the cake. Would recommend to family and friends.

Chips were over done. Peshwari nann was not cooked properly and still doughy , ordered ice cream and they sent a substitute without asking and we dont like it at all ….. maybe call customers before substituting , someone could have allergies or simply not like the substitute , wasted money

Possibly the most disgusting curry we have ever had. The food arrived very hot, but the sag Alou was as hot as a vindaloo., the naan bread was not like a normal naan bread, tasted flavourless. There was only one potato in the sag Alou, and also we found a stone or a large Pip in the dish. And it definitel was not a cardamom pod. Disgusted with the quality

There was plenty of seating at the restaurant. The location is good. Honestly I was a little bit disappointed with the food. We ordered the chicken shish roll and a biryani. The shish was dry and didn't come in a roll, the biryani was soggy. I won't be coming back.

The whole family have food poisoning. Never again. We went for the day to Milton Keynes we didn’t know where to eat we noticed this place as we were hungry we thought will give it a try. The food wasn’t great and the suffering with food poisoning is worst.

Placed an order online directly through their site, paid with visa card, via their processing company,  worldpay. Approx 19:06pm Received email of payments made and order number aswell as time for delivery....which was 45- 60 minutes. Waited and waited and waited some  more...placed order at 19:06pm...made 17 phone calls to them, no answer to any of them Eventually, after 1 hour 45 minutes,  tired and starving decided to go to the restaurant. The owner said he hasn't got the order, I showed him email receipts and a screenshot along with the order placed. Logged in to their website to show him this order and literally dozens of previous ones. Was rudely told what do you want me to do? And go and speak to the bank. Because he can't see the order in his system. I told him, my bank account has been deducted and the recipient is sizzling grillz. (Screenshot shown) It is not my responsibility to be calling the bank. And definitely not my problem your computer system is not showing the order...despite the fact that on their site my order history clearly showed as ordered and paid for and awaiting delivery along with the order number. They had my money, and I had no food. The owner was rude. Did not take responsibility, and definitely gave no apology and didn't show any remorse. No sorry, no thank you...nothing but a rude attitude. Do yourselves a favour avoid this place. There are dozens of friendly, polite and well mannered owners of restaurants in Milton Keynes, with much better service and quality of food. Sizzling Grillz is not worthy of even one star. Shameful behaviour.

Bought grilled chicken and kebab. The taste was average. Good service though.

Food is quite bland so quite average, also ordered a mango milkshake which was warm and not really drinkable. Waiter was helpful but the food is very bland so probably will not visit again.

I'm regular customer of sizzling grillz, never happened but today I ordered pizza for guests,while eating pizza I saw fungus on back side pizza I really disappointed 😞

Asked for no cucumbers came with extra cucumbers 🤦🏻‍♂️ Only good thing is game early. Clearly can’t read simple instructions.

We had a takeaway from this place yesterday as it was close to the station. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Apart from the chicken burger and chicken tikka that was okay the pizza and kebabs were unedible and had a strange taste and the chips were definitely not fresh,although plentiful. Why did we forget how woeful this place is......and how it manages to survive. Disappointed with the service and quality of food overall. On a Saturday night only 2 other customers which should have been a warning sign. It is clear that the management has changed and with that the quality of the food. The Tikka masala dish tasted like a chicken dessert which they replaced for us. The waitress was clearly new as she kept telling us and we had to ask for cutlery and drinks. We won't be going again.

Very poor customer service , at the time of ordering no greetings very awkward behavior , I ate one extra bread for which I inquired extra changes, nobody told me anything and later on reception manager(a middle age men) very rudely asked for money, food was very below average, served BBQ was microwave warm, no way fresh… highly disappointed…

Visited this Milton Keynes Sizzling & Grill. We ordered keema naan, lamb kabab with naan. Taste was average. The Sizzling and Grill in Luton has much better taste of Kebabs.

I am truly amazed that it can get this bad. Went there with my mrs, We've ordered one of the burger meals and a coke for myself and prawn biryani with tea for her. a guy brought the mains to us, put them on a table and left without a single word lol I thought he will come back with our drinks and cutlery and maybe some tissus; nope, never came back hahahaha 5 star service right? I went to talk to them after losing my waiting patience, told them about the drinks and came back to my table. guess what? still no drinks hahahaha had to ask later again for them :) My burger was ok but biryani wasn't very nice she said, picked out prawns and left most of it. Definitely not coming back and not recommended.

Recently had a bad experience twice thw pizza was awful qnd tasteless the mix grill the meat was dry burned only tasted like charcoal the onion were undercooked after eating it my family was sick a day later we had breakout of acne all over our face chest and back when I rand up yo complain I was passes to 3 different people when finally I spoke to someone all he keept saying was hello hello hello pretending he could not hear and put the phone down when my son rang them who was sitting next to me and pretended he wanted to order food suddenly they could now hear me....awful customer service no apology no ephanty whatsoever just plain arrogance. Would not in this restaurant ever again.

Some of the best curries in Buckinghamshire, at bargain prices and served fresh and fast. You can't go wrong eating here.

Booked a table on a Saturday afternoon for a medium sized party of adults and kids. On arriving we waiting to be seated, a server carrying food told us we were in the way, as the kitchen and seating area is divided by the entrance. After downloading the app but was unsuccessful placing an order from it. We ended up taking menus and ordering from the manager at the bar. She wasn't able to offer us the promotional free drink with our food as she didn't know how. She had a very bad attitude. (I gave up) When food started to arrive, some of us were left without for some time. Others had finished while the rest were still waiting on food including kids meals. Food was acceptable for the price, nothing to shout about. Saying that I probably won't come back here.

I ate here last night. I had mix tikka grill, salad and a roti. Food is fast, plentiful, very tasty and cheap! Will definitely go again when I next visit MK. Very good!!

I ordered chicken birayani, aalo saag, and tandoor roti.. Food was not fresh. While eating we realized some different taste but ignored and next morning it was smelling very bad. Freshly cooked food can't smell in just few hours.

Food is hit and miss, fav dishes are Lamb Biryani and Lamb Saag, lamb biryani 1/3 wasn’t fresh.

Average taste of food . Had non veg starter platter and naan with haleem for main course . Platter was not that great , so was haleem. Naan was soft. Prices are little high , they can improve taste as per the prices. More room for taste improvement. Service is good , no comments . Atmosphere is just ordinary.

Not my first time visiting however, each time I visited the service got worse. Importantly we start with the food, we ordered a 1/4 Burger. Pretty much a bit better McDonalds hamburger. Chips were decent. We also ordered a Lamb Biryani, notably it was my mistake for not asking about the spice level however, I think it was way too spicy than a traditional Biryani I've tried before. The flavours were there kinda, just too much spice to the point I feel sick, had to go home and just spend the rest of the night just feeling nauseous. Overall I'd just say it's a slight bit better experience than having fast food so 2/5 stars. The environment of the restaurant was dull and demoralising, doesn't feel exciting, the front desk staff looked like they're fed up with the place as well as fed up with eachother and the customers. While we're eating we're being watched like crows draining us of a good time with the already sad moody environment. The table service although not expected as much since there is no table service charge, though I have seen better at this restaurant. The waitress working at the time was inexperienced, we were not welcomed at the door, saw the waitress a few times on her phone before actually speaking to us... so we decided to seat ourselves in hopes to be welcomed, and instantly the poor waiting experience started to show, no forks and knives, no tissue, forgot our drink, the waitress herself didn't know the contents of the menu. We asked if they had a typical Asian starter and if they served it as we were struggling with the menu... The waitress just said bluntly "if it's not on the menu then we don't serve it". This is usually something I'd see at a very busy fast food franchise although, the time we visited it wasn't very busy at all. So service was absolutely horrendous, felt ignored and it felt like we were disliked and not welcome. I would however go on to say that the second time I visited this place (decided to give this restaurant a second chance after our first experience) we had a very charming waiter, he was experienced, very gentleman like, seated us, brought us the menu, set up our table and asked us what would we like for starters and the meal. Honestly that second time really felt like I was at a high end restaurant and it was great just great, coming over to our table to check on us, asking if we wanted anything else, as much as it is annoying sometimes to have this kind of attention to your table, he really played it off cool and showed us a good time to enjoy our food. I wish that waiter good luck for his future, very hardworking and positive attitude. Unfortunately a month later it seems like the place has really hit rock bottom with it's staff this time. Will not be returning and will not be recommending. This doesn't make a good first impression for any meet up with friends or a date. I haven't tried booking an event as I've seen birthday celebrations so maybe the service is a bit better for when you pay for event booking but overall it's not worth it.
