The new lamb chop dish is absolutely awesome!!!

Food as always was 10/10 but it was over half an hour late. The food that arrived was incorrect but fortunately the very apologetic delivery driver was still outside, so after checking other orders in the car he managed to rectify the mistake. Very good food but you need to sort out your organisational skills

Sadly no poppadoms delivered, tikka starter very nice, bhuna has a slight Thai vibe, will use again though.

I rang to check where the food was only to be told it was on its way. 20 minutes later I rang again to be told the same thing. The food arrived 30 minutes late. The driver couldn’t have cared less and when I said the food is cold and I don’t want to pay he said’ you’ve already paid’. He said he had two meals to deliver but the point is you only deliver within a small area and we live about 5 minutes from the restaurant. Where was he got 25 minutes? two different dishes, one flavour for all. not happy at all. seems like a lot at cumin and coriander powder. pretty much no tomato and peppers were larger than normal. no freshness. seemed rushed. upset by the quality of the dishes.

Ordered a tikka masala and keema naan, the tikka was OK but the naan had some hard melted plastic in it that appeared to be from a glove or plaster, so absolutely disgusting overall. I'd reccomended people avoid this place and go anywhere else, if they can miss chunks of plastic/potential biohazards it's never worth it.

I ordered a meal that would be ready in 20 minutes so I paid and went for ONE pint in the pub next door. When I returned 20 minutes later I was presented with another bill for £13.00 ish as I’d apparently returned and ordered a second meal. I said there’s been a mistake as I’d not returned and ordered anything else. I was then told by a short guy with glasses that I had ordered with him. I have a very distinctive look so said come on, I’m recognisable and I didn’t return I’ve been in the pub next door. To which the guy told me “yes and you’ve had one too many” I had one pint! I told them to keep all the food and my money and to sort out this arrogant little oik as I was a customer and deserved better treatment. The guy behind the counter calmed the situation down and I left with the ONE meal I’d ordered. As I left the little oik was outside standing with two colleagues and gave me a stare. I again confronted him about his attitude. As I walked away he said “enjoy your food dick head” obviously he’d learned a lot from our conversation. The dick head comment was a step too far so I returned to the confrontation with more than words on my mind. At which point his arrogance turned to fear as he scurried off back into the takeaway yelling there are cameras, interestingly I’d asked the question about cameras when being accused of ordering a second meal, there weren’t any cameras then but five minutes later there were cameras. To be clear I encountered four staff members during this visit. Three were perfect gentleman, the “oik” should he continue with his attitude will undoubtedly have some manners put on him, not by me as I’ll never go there again, but someone will. If the owners would like to hear the encounter it was recorded as I could tell from the oiks attitude it was going to escalate. So denial is futile little boy.

Korma was so thick and full of big lumps of coconut and the tikka Massala tasted more like a korma than the korma, very coconuty and a tikka massala shouldn’t taste this way. Would not rate this at all.

Never had a bad meal from here, very nice food. No complaints at all.

Hi Willian tandoori That meal was very disappointing because it was WAY too spicy for us we couldn’t eat it. We always order our curry from you. But we can’t eat that. We ordered rogan gosh as it’s not supposed to be too spicy Disappointed

I can see there are many good reviews well they will certainly not get a good one from me food was ordered and when delivered it was not my full order and the did was like warm , I phoned the restaurant and they were so rude and arrogant and even tried to make out I was lying , no customer service whatsoever, will never order from here again and have made family and friends aware

Used to be a lot tastier, last few times it has gone downhill. Previously they gave a couple of complimentary poppadum's, that has finished. Will find a sifferent take away, shame.

Couldn't even get the delivery address right and had to walk 10 minutes to collect from place they delivered to.

Food was good quality and worth the price

Had a takeaway tonight. It wasn’t the best the lamb was quite dry and chewy in the Passanda. Popadoms were also quite greasy and didn’t have a great taste. Sag paneer was very nice though. Rice portions do seem to get smaller. Just lately when we’ve had food from here, it’s been not the same quality that it used to be, which is a real shame.

Ordered a takeaway and was advised a 60 minute delivery time. After 80 minutes, with no further contact, I phoned them to be told that the delivery had left 5 minutes ago - he had not even asked who I was (and so I assume that all deliveries were running late). 5 minutes later the food arrived - cold and virtually inedible. Neither the guy on the phone nor the delivery driver offered any sort of apology, nor compensation. My house is less than a 4 minute drive from the restaurant.

Food was very bland, basic and flavourless for a uk indian, the sort of takeaway you would get in a remote part of ireland, delivered by 4 dodgey looking blokes in a merc wasnt sure if they were delivering my indian or a class a drug

The food that we ordered was so lovely. I'm a vegetarian so I had the vegtable biryani which a pall hot and it was very spice and lovely.my Wife, daughter and sister loved their chicken saag, chicken curry and Lamb Rogan josh. I have always used this restaurant but not ordered for a while. This time I was so disappointed. Chicken was stodgy and dry, the naan, tasteless, safe paneer...where is the cheese? Extremely disappointed.

Awful food, and wasn’t the right temperature. Had to warm the food up myself!!

The set meals are incredible value and so delicious.

The prices have been raised too much. I wont be buying from them till they come down as they should. Dont blame the food crisis to screw us for money.. At the risk of customers......not good

Willen tandoori it's one of my best places I've ordered food from in the past 18 months. The food is absolutely delicious Spicy, rich, flavourful and diverse. They never dissapoint. Highly recommended.

Although our order was 20 mins late it was the best Indian takeaway, if not the best Indian meal I've ever had. I ordered the tandoori prawns and they were delicious!! There were so many of them too!!! My husband had the lamb chop Bhuna which he said was delicious! he really enjoyed it too. Fantastic food thank u!

There was a really long wait of an hour and a half from ordering to deliver but it was well worth it. Food was really tasty.

We have been using Willen Tandoori every week for over 6 months now and are always impressed. It’s tasty, good portions, value for money and always quick and hot. The spices are used for flavour and not just to make it hot for hot sake.

Normally I collect from these guys as they always do great good. Decided to order a delivery and was pleasantly surprised at how quick it came. :)

I will never order again, chicken dish was full of bones, when I called they said it was chicken breast. They said they would give me free sticker dish next time, What made them think I would order again. Looking closer at the bones it the end of a chicken wing. Cutting corners at our expensive 😡

Food arrived early. Rice was great and the onion bhajis... tikka massala sauce was different and darker but not bad. Prefer the usual sauce. 😊

Ordered food at 7:45 and it didn’t arrive until 9:40. Estimated delivery time was 8:45, and took 30 minutes to arrive after getting a notification to say it was on its way (I’m about a 10 minute drive away). Called the restaurant to ask where the food was, the man was polite and apologised and said that it was dispatched later than expected but it was on its way and to give it 5-10 minutes. The food did arrive a couple of minutes later. Delivery driver was also polite. The food was good quality as always, but by time the food arrived I was winding down for the night and didn’t have much of an appetite so only ate a small amount. The mango chutney was also missing from the order.

We haven’t received the meal yet.

Was ready when I got there but only got 1 sag paneer and was charged for 2. Bottle of sprite was missing and instead of chicken korma we got tandoori . Read in reviews that this happens but thought I’ll try anyway.

Everything was really good, enjoyed by all of us.

I just gave £35 for food and it was cold it was the worst food that I have ever experienced in my life I had chips chicken tikka masala special fried rice pork chops chicken vindaloo and a bottle of Coke don’t use this restaurant it ain’t safe The chicken tikka masala was cold it was like something that was heated up in the microwave when it was delivered and dropped off to my door the food wasn’t even in packaging when I took it upstairs it was like the driver had it peg in the boot of the car and it was just rolling around just take a word of advice eat somewhere else descent safe food there place any safe just disrespectful and unsafe food I wouldn’t eat anything I put it all in the bin

You did not give me my peshwari naan decided to give me extra rice. Dont order from here. Horrible

Food was amazing and hot like it would be at a restaurant. Collection time didnt take long at all and they also gave us free poppadoms which was a nice touch. Only thing Is there could of been a few more pieces of chicken. But other than that it was fantastic

The food is amazing. We selected non spicy meals and got exactly that and sooo flavourful. We ordered in advance for 7pm delivery but they only showed up 7:13pm so that was disappointing.

Would not recommend. Rang up after 30 mins late and man on phone was useless and said he would give me an update. After another 30mins rang again and asked for another update and they were clueless. Had a call just as as I was going to cancel to say that the driver had an accident and they would deliver as soon as possible. Around another 45 mins later get a call from driver saying he was lost and after around another 15 mins (felt like an eternity) of explaining where I lived he finally found me and made me go downstairs to collect food. Whilst talking to driver found out that first driver got lost, panicked and then run out of fuel and nothing to do with an accident. Food was cold on arrival. Absolutely useless service.

Normally we like Willen Tandori and order from there often but I’m not sure if they have changed chef or management. Whatever they have changed has not worked The onion bhajees were very small and you could wring the oil out of them The samosas were so salty you could season a years worth of food with them The lamb methi gosht was more like very mild lamb bolognaise (no coriander or spices), I had to add cayenne pepper in it to get it to mildly spicy The chapati was very cold, floury and gooey. Not quite sure how you get a chapatti to be that cold so quickly. Generally all over there was very little flavour or spice and actually for a restaurant we order from regularly, very very disappointing.

Honesty I have had many meals from here and generally been pleased. Tonight tho sadly very disappointed. The main meals were ridiculously watery.. I felt like maybe chef had a busy night and was trying to make less stretch further. I really hope it was a off night. So very disappointed as was bland and extremely watery.

We received plain rice instead of pilau. The madras was good but the sauce was a bit runny. Would have been perfect if it had been thicker

Food (Rogan) was very, very bland and watery this evening, really disappointed as it used to be lovely food here. My partner said his Chilli Tikka Masala was ok but again said it was quite bland and almost like it was watered down. Don’t think we’ll be ordering again sadly :-(

Willer Tandoori has sadly gone downhill recently. This order was very disappointing and will look elsewhere next time we order. A shame as it has been our favourite for a while, guess there’s been a change in chefs 😢

Plain Naan was dry any overcooked but the rest of the meal was lovely!

The food was very disappointing. Bland taste. We ordered lemon rice, there was more lemon zest than rice. Also, garlich mushrooms were delivered in burned onions. Wont order again, and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

First order from this restaurant and really impressed! Had the set meal for two - really great value, good delivery time, loads of food and great tasting too. Will definitely order from here again.

Awful food. We live 5 mins away but the food was not warm, seemed it was not freshly prepared and hadn’t been heated through. Sauces were very wet/watery. Little taste. A meat bhuna was chewy gristle. Even the rice was soggy and not warm. The food from here was good some time ago. I won’t be back.

We've not been to this one for a long while and won't be visiting again unfortunately, collected our order of Lamb Tikka Starter, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Biryani, Aloo Gobi... whilst the potato and cauliflower was nice and the Tikka starter, the Chicken had more over cooked meat than tender and the Lamb Biryani meat was a total let down, all pieces were hard, over cooked, this is Saturday 6pm. Very disappointed.. looks like we had an extra dish of Aloo Gobi, so thank you for that but the main meals should have been better, nobody likes to eat over cooked meat... big sigh 😔 PERHAPS Fridays meat dishes or meat reheated, that's the only explanation here..

Not had this in awhile, the sauces got to be a bit watery and meat scarce. Gave it another go today and what an improvement. Sauces were awesome, nice and thick. All ok it seems. Very tasty, no waste. It was a bit late but nothing major
