always stuff missing from this kfc

Driver refused to leave his car. I had to cross a busy main road to get my food. Gave him a tip, and now wish I hadn’t . Delivery was on time, service was terrible.

AWFUL FOOD - SOGGY OLD CHIPS - burger bun soggy and squashed - chicken cold and chewy. Very very disappointing- we barely ate anything! Was food for our Ramadhan iftar and was awful . STONE COLD SOGGY FOOD! Clearly old food looked like it had been made hours ago and left unclaimed! Never again. And no refund available? A joke!

The food was shocking, hot wings placed with regular chicken contaminating it. Gravy placed on top and burst over everything. I don't eat gravy, my wife doesn't eat hot wings, the only thing left untouched by the gravy was the cold chips.

I wil never gonna go and eat at Kfc as the service is very bad,every single time i wanted to dine is whit wife and kids they pack my food for the take away,even when it was not bussy.Lots of time the table are filthy we had to clean the up,a few times i received the chiken drumsticks raw or whit blood in it and they als refuse to make my meal again

But my food was cold and my bottle of tango 1.5 litre was missing from my older, the terms that was cold 2 corn on the cob, the 2 regular signature fries and the ten pc, I’ve only been refunded £10.12 when my older cost my £33.67 this completely unacceptable

Food was absolutely cold and no tissues were supplied. This was the worst food delivery from KFC & no quality monitored by Just Eat. Extremely PATHETIC and Very DISAPPOINTED with food!

Ordered at 5.30 arrived 7.10. My whole party bucket was cold and even the burgers I ordered individually was cold not even lukewarm, it was horrible and waste of £55 pounds.

Popped by at around 3pm on Tuesday so wasnt busy at all, ordering booths were all working and the food was ready fairly quickly. Chicken was all great as always with two exceptions: 1) chips were not as nice as they could be, but kfc fries kind of suck anyways to be honest so i was expecting that; still, frying them better makes a difference 2) one of the drumsticks had a nasty smells that got worse and worse closer to the bone, skin itself was fine and so were the upper layers. But the inner i couldnt even finish. My nose is subsantially more sensitive than average and I was stuffed by then so maybe that played a role. Other than that it the chicken was great, one of the pieces was so juicy it squirted when i grabbed it lol. Staff is courteous, place could do with a clean up as always. No toilets in store but washrooms are available in the center itself.

delivery driver refused to bring the food up to my door, meaning I had to leave my children alone in the flat while I went down to get it. she rang, and I explained I couldn't and then she rang again and refused to come up. I had already paid online so no reason for her to refuse.

Upon delivery, the food was covered in the gravy pot that were ordered. Evidently it seems that either the food handlers cannot pack the produce effectively, or the driver had decided to not care about food handling and quality assurance. This is absolutely appalling. In future I will be collecting my order rather than having it delivered.

Originally 30 mins delivery time, that kept being put back. In the end was 1.5 hours!!! Food arrived cold so obviously was ready for the original time and just sitting there!!

I have been a fan of KFC’s Zinger Burger in the past, but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I ordered the same Zinger Burger yesterday, expecting the same quality I had enjoyed before, but unfortunately, it was awful. The burger tasted completely different, and not in a good way. The quality seemed off, and the overall experience was not enjoyable at all. To make matters worse, the customer service was unpleasant. There was an Indian lady staff member working in the evening who was very rude when we asked about the burger. It’s one thing to have a bad product, but the lack of courtesy made the experience even worse. I hope this is just a one-off issue, but as of now, I won’t be returning.

Order missing main items again. Not sure how they are doing business. I ordered a bunch of items but the main Original chicken pieces meal is missing again.

hi, the chicken was unusually dry and the chips were cold, not the usual service tonight.

All chicken had a burnt taste to it , even though wasn’t burnt . Order wasted in the bin as couldn’t get past that odd taste . The only thing good about the order was delivery was on time . Disappointed.

The fired chicken has overcooked so all the chicken had the burning smell, and the chicken is so sticky. When I bring the box to the manager , he told me it’s all fresh chicken. At the end he took the chicken box away from me and without saying anything. He is so rude and super bad attitude.

An unpleasant experience. The staff is not friendly and turns their back on the customers when they make a mistake in the orders. I don't give a tax bonus and it's dirty inside. Baskets are very full. Every time the orders are wrong and they don't recognize when we bring the products back.

Good deals for family quick bite. A bit more attention on cleaning the eat in area would be good.

Visited on a Thursday evening, as it's quieter then. Great food, a bit pricey though. Options that used to be included in meals may now be extras (e.g. sweetcorn & beans). On the plus side, my friend and I enjoyed our food. It arrived hot and was nicely spiced. I had the vegan burger, with some of my friend's chips and drink. The vegan burger option was filling and well spiced, with fresh lettuce, so I was happy. My friend had 2 chicken pieces, which they said were well cooked - tasty without being dry. Tables could do with more staff to clean them. It's a very busy shop earlier in the day, so it may be they need more staff to keep up.

Given the wrong order. I ordered boneless chicken but got wings and drumsticks. I ordered gravy and corn cobs but got mash. Also got fries which I did not order or want.
