The delivery driver threw the order over the ground and then left "not my problem" items were missing.

food arrived cold and missing a fillet from box meal and snack wrap vegan burger was cold and was in same box so the person this was for did not want to eat

I always check the estimated time as a key driver for where to order food from and on this order suggested 30mins. When I placed the order it said around 34mins but it took an 1 hour and 10 minutes. The food arrived cold and I’ve had to heat it up. Not impressed. If the restaurant or driver were unavailable then the estimated delivery time should have reflected that fact before I placed my order.

The food was lovely received what we ordered no issues in that way seemed clean and tidy however the smell coming from the toilets could be smelt in the back seating area just heading towards the toilets glad only headed that way after eating just before leaving

The quality of food is exactly as expected when provided from Milton Keynes city unlike the poor quality from westcroft which is cold, dry and inedible

I went into KFc to get my meal like 10 minutes ago. When I placed my order I asked someone at the counter if I could change my gravy. I think she was Eastern European not sure but she said yes, which was perfect because I don’t like gravy. She said I could change it to another side or get a drink (at other kfc’s I’ve received a replacement chicken) but I said that’s fine and thank you. When my food was ready, some Asian lady, I can’t spell her name but it starts with a K, handed my food over and I told her since I’m not getting the gravy can I get my drink as I had agreed with the other staff Memeber. She then proceeded to shout and tell me, I couldn’t swap anything, I explained to her that I agreed and the other Memeber of staff also confirmed what I was saying. But lady K said no, I was so annoyed I just said fine. And I asked for her name and left the shop. I finally get home and open my megabox to this joke. There’s barely any chips in the box. So not only didn’t I even get any side I barely got any chips.

the guy couldnt find travelodge so made things delayed and the delivery guy forgot to give me 1.5l pepsi max!!kfc owe me £3.49!!!

Went there to pick up an order. Was waiting for someone to attend to me. made eye contact with the white/European lady 3 times but she ignored me. Called out loud 2 times if my order is ready. the lady looked at me and ignored me. After 15 mins when they gave te order to me and I complained that how long before you guys acknowledge me and attend to me. they again didn't say anything and instead of apologising they told me to cancel the order.. the staff white lady and tamil lady need to learn some customer service skills.

AWFUL FOOD - SOGGY OLD CHIPS - burger bun soggy and squashed - chicken cold and chewy. Very very disappointing- we barely ate anything! Was food for our Ramadhan iftar and was awful . STONE COLD SOGGY FOOD! Clearly old food looked like it had been made hours ago and left unclaimed! Never again. And no refund available? A joke!

The food was shocking, hot wings placed with regular chicken contaminating it. Gravy placed on top and burst over everything. I don't eat gravy, my wife doesn't eat hot wings, the only thing left untouched by the gravy was the cold chips.

I wil never gonna go and eat at Kfc as the service is very bad,every single time i wanted to dine is whit wife and kids they pack my food for the take away,even when it was not bussy.Lots of time the table are filthy we had to clean the up,a few times i received the chiken drumsticks raw or whit blood in it and they als refuse to make my meal again

Ordered at 5.30 arrived 7.10. My whole party bucket was cold and even the burgers I ordered individually was cold not even lukewarm, it was horrible and waste of £55 pounds.

Popped by at around 3pm on Tuesday so wasnt busy at all, ordering booths were all working and the food was ready fairly quickly. Chicken was all great as always with two exceptions: 1) chips were not as nice as they could be, but kfc fries kind of suck anyways to be honest so i was expecting that; still, frying them better makes a difference 2) one of the drumsticks had a nasty smells that got worse and worse closer to the bone, skin itself was fine and so were the upper layers. But the inner i couldnt even finish. My nose is subsantially more sensitive than average and I was stuffed by then so maybe that played a role. Other than that it the chicken was great, one of the pieces was so juicy it squirted when i grabbed it lol. Staff is courteous, place could do with a clean up as always. No toilets in store but washrooms are available in the center itself.

delivery driver refused to bring the food up to my door, meaning I had to leave my children alone in the flat while I went down to get it. she rang, and I explained I couldn't and then she rang again and refused to come up. I had already paid online so no reason for her to refuse.

Very busy Saturday between Christmas and New year 2024, very quick service but a squeeze to find a table.

This KFC is the worst we ever eat in. Taste like 🤮 NO KETCHUP (they runs out) in fast food place they runs out of ketchup NO SALT CHIKEN OILY like it stays in the oil for a week 🤢 GRAVEY almost cold and without any taste NEVER GONNA COME BACK I RATHER BE HUNGRY THEN EAT AGAIN IN THIS PLACE

Upon delivery, the food was covered in the gravy pot that were ordered. Evidently it seems that either the food handlers cannot pack the produce effectively, or the driver had decided to not care about food handling and quality assurance. This is absolutely appalling. In future I will be collecting my order rather than having it delivered.

I have been a fan of KFC’s Zinger Burger in the past, but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I ordered the same Zinger Burger yesterday, expecting the same quality I had enjoyed before, but unfortunately, it was awful. The burger tasted completely different, and not in a good way. The quality seemed off, and the overall experience was not enjoyable at all. To make matters worse, the customer service was unpleasant. There was an Indian lady staff member working in the evening who was very rude when we asked about the burger. It’s one thing to have a bad product, but the lack of courtesy made the experience even worse. I hope this is just a one-off issue, but as of now, I won’t be returning.

All chicken had a burnt taste to it , even though wasn’t burnt . Order wasted in the bin as couldn’t get past that odd taste . The only thing good about the order was delivery was on time . Disappointed.
