The Indian female supervisor had a very poor attitude; she is unwilling to listen or address the issue, and instead only displayed a visibly unpleasant demeanor

An unpleasant experience. The staff is not friendly and turns their back on the customers when they make a mistake in the orders. I don't give a tax bonus and it's dirty inside. Baskets are very full. Every time the orders are wrong and they don't recognize when we bring the products back.

Good deals for family quick bite. A bit more attention on cleaning the eat in area would be good.

Visited on a Thursday evening, as it's quieter then. Great food, a bit pricey though. Options that used to be included in meals may now be extras (e.g. sweetcorn & beans). On the plus side, my friend and I enjoyed our food. It arrived hot and was nicely spiced. I had the vegan burger, with some of my friend's chips and drink. The vegan burger option was filling and well spiced, with fresh lettuce, so I was happy. My friend had 2 chicken pieces, which they said were well cooked - tasty without being dry. Tables could do with more staff to clean them. It's a very busy shop earlier in the day, so it may be they need more staff to keep up.

Freezing cold food again , waste of time and money , all in the bin

food was all cold they put cold drinks in with food so everything cold waste of money.

My order was missing one whole meal .

It came on time but was lukewarm warm and burnt,we took a photo really not good.

Chips were cold and tasted bad. Their chips have not been too good since they changed them but at certain times they are awful. Chicken cold and looked like had been lying around for a while, probably a bad idea to order on a Monday.

No refund after “looking into the details”? What details did you look at?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I Found a short thick black hair in my food. Unfortunately we couldn’t do anything as by the time the food arrived the shop was closed. Turned us off the whole meal. Food was poor quality and there were no wipes or napkins added to the bag

I always go to kfc but this one is really not acceptable because first of all staff is really very rude … they don’t know how to behave with customers… they even don’t say hello even if customers say to them and today when i went there tables are dirty … and when i asked a boy to clean that he started laughing like i passed a joke to him and then i order on screen and when i go to collect my order girl is very rude to me even she felt very tired.. if she can’t do her job properly leave a job or take a break from work … and i asked her about ketchup she said we don’t have … they always are runout with some stuff they never had everything… and if i come to the food… very cold and it’s just like i wasted my money… KFC should change their staff… i am alone work in a shop i know how to talk with customers and how to handel them even if it’s busy.. either in this KFC alots of staff available… really disgusting

I get an occasional weakness for KFC. This is a very busy one. So expect to wait a while and often no free tables. But their fried chicken is great.

So apparently this is what they serve as "Lipton Ice Tea". Absolutely ridiculous. Also, no toilets

Not great food and very overpriced for what you get! There were no extra condiments, only ketchup and not even a fork for a salad! Try eating it with a spoon. The food was made fast, too fast, and you could tell. Spent £30 on 3 meals is a far cry from what fast food is meant to be. The only positive of the experience is the service as the employees are friendly and make the most of what they have.

Dont know how late it was, but food was cold. Considering restaurant is less than 2 miles away. Also tracker changed to delivered at least 10 mins before it actually arrived.

Full of fraudulent people working there,don't order online for collection, I did it and I don't have the food and and no money back, a shity place to lose money, try some poker instead even if you lose money atlist you will get some fun

Even though the restaurant was very busy!!! The food was cooked really well and was quickly prepared.. I can honestly say this was the best kfc I have had in a long time. The food was hot and the tables were clean.

ZERO! I haven’t received any order. Two hours waiting and then the app said delivered. While I have no symptoms of food at my doorstep. The riders location was all time off. The food either rider ate or has he delivered without asking for code. I have been complaining throughout that the food is late. And now it’s is considered never arrived. How do you want the proof that no kfc that came into my home tonight at all. That too creating a nuisance for my pregnant wife. Audacity of food stealer

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. First as I walked in the lady gave me the most racist stare I have seen! Anyway as I got to kiosk I ordered my favourite box meal (the kiosk was very laggy). I sat down and waited and waited for my order. 30 minutes have passed and my order still wasn't ready. I was starving I saw people who ordered after me have already eaten. The lady at the front was just staring at the screen then stood up pressed a red button and then all the orders on the screen where gone (I am pretty sure that was the delete button). I was tired and hungry an hour has passed and I still haven't gotten my food. I walked up to the lady and told her the situation and she said that she accidentally (which is definitely a lie) deleted the orders. And yet I got home without my food I ended up ordering from my favourite chicken shop XLN.

Really disappointed. My order was missing all 3 drinks and a side order. This is the 4 th time I had items missing in my order. I reported it on just eat but never got the refund. I will not bother to order again. It’s a shame.

The burger was not assembled properly, it had fallen apart in the box. The bites didn’t have much sauce, no cutlery was provided.

Delivery kept getting later, arrived just before the latest time quoted. Food was cold, paid for sauce missing, fries portions were half the size they usual are and the seasoning wasn't on the fries it was some powder loose in a bag!

Food literally made an hour ago. KFC opt to put the cold drink in the same bag as the hot food so all that tells me is that they really don’t care!

The chicken wasnt fresh, it was definitely chicken from the day before. You can tell because it is dry and chewy and not crispy at all. Disappointing and frustrating that businesses think it is ok to do things like that. Just give people fresh food that is what they paying for.

Missing over half the order and our 1.5 ltr bottle of drink. Ordered over £40 worth of food just for half of it to not show up. My father in law just had to go back there and buy some of the missing items so he and my mum had food for the night

Chicken was very chewy which is not right

The food is fine as expected from KFC. The customer service is not good at all. Very unwelcoming and uninterested staff. I am a little unsure how rigorous the staff are in maintaining hygiene. Not sure if KFC provides training in customer service to all staff. The other restaurants I have been to have been fine. The eating area is small and the layout is not good either. I think I am going to stick to the two other KFCs near me in MK. Significantly better experience.

Considering the distance I live from KFC the chips managed to be cold.

fillet burger was approx 2mm thick not really a fillet, bbq bites was stale and hard, wrong drink received, very disappointed in the food.

Restaurant needs to read the RESTAURANT NOTES . This happens everytime we order. Clearly asks for 6 legs to be part of the 14 piece bucket .
