Costa Coffee, Oakgrove, in Milton Keynes

I recently had tried out this Costa on a one off while getting pet food. Lovely service from a young lass called Chloe who served me a flat white with a beautiful flourishing to cheer up my day. Left with a smile and a friend five stars.

The prices are very expensive but other than that it’s great

I was so disappointed when one of barista started to speak to my baby in her language I guess it was Hungarian language, however standing behind the till and speaking different language and laughing with colleges in front of customers its a 0 customer service skill. Not happy about service at all.

Love your sushi 🍣 but will love them even more if you have a delivery option within MK

Situated opposite Waitrose at Oakgrove, this is a bright, spacious, welcoming Costa. Very pleasant staff who were quick to clear tables as people left which helped give such a nice atmosphere with no detritus or used crockery piled on high like many similar premises. Despite Standard Costa fare being on offer, this particular branch has that something extra which will certainly draw me back.

Still no WIFI!! It’s been weeks since their totally unreliable wifi finally failed and yet they seem so relaxed in getting it fixed. If it was the manager’s home wifi I’m sure they’d have it fixed in days! Get your finger out, it’s a service people expect with their expensive coffee experience.

The staff here are so friendly and thoughtful. The service can’t be faulted, as well as cleanliness and product offerings from toastiest to tempting cakes. But… Their till works via their wifi for at least some functions, and the wifi has been ineffective for MONTHS. This not only causes delays at the till because of all the scanning required, such as your Costa card etc. but a lot of customers want to sit and enjoy their coffee whilst reading news and emails etc on their devices through the wifi. But it’s been next to useless for ages and mobile data connection is poor in the area. If this was an intermittent thing that would be understandable, but management have known about the useless wifi for months and yet still it’s not been fixed. I’ve stopped going as it’s just too infuriating.

The food was great! Staffs were very professional and friendly. A must visit 🍱🍣! Lives upto the Waitrose standards. Crunchy rolls are bliss😋
