Oily food, some dishes were watery and the meat were chewy. This used to be much better back in the day. Unfortunately wouldn't return again.

Despite the questionably 1-star reviews (sabotage?), the food here is excellent. Really superb taste and quality. Well worth the wait and I'll definitely be reordering 🙏🏻

Order my food 8th Feb i checked with just eat on the web site said my order was delivered i never got it at all called open kitchen they said give it 10 minutes which I did still no food not happy and no money back I won't be using just eat again to order my food

First time ordering from here and was so wrong the meat didn't even taste like meat so was really off putting. So didn't end up eating it, made me feel rather sick. Wouldn't recommend.

Disgusting attitude. I have a serious egg and dairy allergy and I ALWAYS ring ahead and make them aware and request rice noodles. I did exactly this tonight and when my dishes arrived it was egg noodles. At first I thought they were safe to eat so unfortunately I did eat a small amount and have been violently sick. I rang the restaurant, the woman was extremely rude and even accused me of lying about requesting RICE noodles and no dairy. She would not let me speak and constantly interrupted me. She then abruptly put the phone down.

Ordered a crispy spring roll, the meat was pink and when I rang about it the lady on the phone was pretty rude and I wasn't finished with my conversation with her and she hung up on me.. safe to say I will never be ordering from here again!

Appalled Shredded chicken was not remotely spicy, was if anything sweet Sweet and sour sauce had burst in the bag and the paper bag pieces had stuck to the chicken balls and the chips from it ruining my kids dinner Wings were missing I called and they denied any error and said they were busy, they had no care. Only ok thing was the ribs Wouldn’t care or review normally but I’m upset as my granddad passed away so I ordered food as o did not want to cook

Not too good rice under cooked has special fried rice moke scraps of pork than anything else only 4 bits chicken in it and chips very under cooked need more cooks in there on busy days so don't rush orders used to really good but standard of food has dropped

Peng.... swear to god I love this place... just got the best spicy special fried rice and when I mean spicy jesus... I asked for them to make it hot hot hot and boy they didn't disappoint I always order from here the garlic and chilli chicking wings are from another planet... thanks open kitchen you've made me very happy and full ✌✌

First time using Open Kitchen & was very impressed. The delivery arrived early, food was piping hot, everything was fresh, tasty & not greasy. Think this might be my new Chinese take away option from now on.

We ordered on just eat. We ordered mussels in black bean. Thai green curry. Crispy shredded beef and coconut rice. The order came 10 minutes early. Lovely and hot. Really tasty. Would recommend to anyone based on our experience.

This place is shocking for price and delivery. I'm writing this and my food still hasn't arrived and its been nearly 3 hours so far! The phone line is off the hook with no other ways of contacting them. Stay well clear

Ordered at 6pm for 730pm (asap offered 630pm) time changed online to 8pm without notification and then after calling at 815pm told it'd be with us in 20 - 30 mins - still did not arrive - they just said sorry and there was nothing they could do as they were busy.

Brilliant food although prices keep going up

unfortunately I did ask for no mushrooms and I am actually allergic to mushrooms, so that is the reason why I gave it one star. but apart from that everything else was spot on

Terrible experience.. turned up.witu wrong order and then when I called for it to be rectified they wouldnt send correct item as I was too far away. If they had called to tell me that one of my items wasnt available rather than just swapping it for something they thought would be suitable then it all.could have been avoide . Customer service is shocking.

Food arrived 45 mins early, explained to driver who rudely told me. "You either get it early, or I bring it 1 hour late" Called the restaurant who were equally unhelpful, explained my partner was not due home till 8pm, which is why I had selected that time. Just told me to reheat the food later and hung up. Food wise the beef chow mein had just 2 pieces of beef in it, the pork chow mein was slightly better. We threw out he 2 seafood dishes as we did not want to reheat them. Will never use this restaurant again.

Food was absolutely horrible and the chicken was cold and pink not even cooked the staff were very very rude my partner ate some of the chicken she may be ill. Do t waste your time or money here 30£ for nothing worst chinese in mk

Great Chinese food and very well priced

Ordered some veggie dishes this evening and they were amazing, much better choices than our usual Chinese and they tasted fantastic. Only downside was the delivery was so quick, my husband hadn't left for his evening out and so I had to share my yummy food with him! Great service, good prices and tasty food. Will definitely be ordering again.

First time ordering from here 2 days ago and couldn’t fault a thing. Placing the order to arriving at my door in 15 minutes, really flavoursome food and would 100% use again and recommend.

Very disappointing experience order arrived wrongly and when phoned up was dealt with very rudely with no offer of getting the item exchanged or sorting the issue . Customer service skills are atrocious. Have been a customer for over ten years. And was told to take my business elsewhere and put the phone down on me . As a google local guide I’m very quick to give praise for stand out service but this shows a complete disregard of sorting simple issues and keeping customers happy. All I will say is take your business elsewhere , read the reviews .

Would give 0 stars if it was possible! How can you think waiting over 2 hours for a delivery is acceptable? Especially when we live about 15mins away. We have tried calling and the phone either goes to voicemail or is engaged. Nightmare! Avoid if you can.

Terrible. Food took over 2 hours to be delivered, ordered via just eat and they said they'd already delivered when they hadn't! Very rude when we called and refused to give a refund. Don't waste your time or money at this place!

Given up on using this Take Away. Have never had the food delivered in under an hour however we continued to use them as the food has always been excellent quality when it arrives. Until tonight. Took over 2 hrs and the meat was all fat and gristle. Shame.

I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the customer service and food I have been a long term customer at this place and tonight they have treated me terribly hanging up the phone on me before I'd finished over wrong food order and continuing to do so when I tried to call them back again. I now have cold wrong food and upset hungry children on an order that could of.been sorted amicablely. I am a single mum money is very tight and this is our months treat . One very very unhappy customer.

Ordered via Just Eat. They took over 2 1/2 hours to deliver. When I phoned them they were incredibly rude, not apologetic in the slightest and hung up on me. Food was fine but will not use them again.

Only giving 1 star as we can't give zero! Terrible service ,placed a large value order, requested no veg , all came with veg , chowmein came without chicken, good was cold and tasteless . Phone to complian and staff were rude,only agreed to send correct order when I advised i was revoking card payment for full meal!! Food was then redelivered by rude driver!' If u want good cusotmer service and tasty food don't go here !!!

Ordered a chicken thai curry & brought the special for two people at £23. Bare in mind there is a £3 charge for delivery plus an extra £1 charge for debit card payment so paid £27. I received beef curry instead, called to say but they didn't want to change it but just give me it free next time. Also rice was meant to be coconut but had none in it but again they didn't seem interested. I have never had a restaurant that never rectified their mistake they always resend you back out what you have ordered. Really disappointed as this is the second time I have ordered. I will not be ordering again in the future.
