Giardino 14 Coffee Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

Just came down from Glasgow and had Scottish bank notes.Jaya who was serving on platform 4 and appears not to have the greatest grasp of English waved his arms and said English notes only.Giardino 14 obviously don't like the Scots.

The nastiest sandwich you’d ever get. The lady has a horrible attitude! If you do not want to do your job, let someone else do it!

Oh dear! 😅 2 pots of liquid porridge, lady wasn’t able to sort it out in the microwave before the train rolled in, and a cup of hot chocolate w an ill fitting lid so went everywhere. £8.40 straight in the bin! FAR better off in Pret before you come down to the platform 😩

Just bought coffee at the train station in Milton Keynes platform 3&4 and the lady serving us was rather uncommunicative, no hello how May I help or even thank you NOTHING😳 looked like we upset her by going into the store. The coffee was dumped on the counter and her body language was appalling. I’m not a regular there but this experience has put me off so in future I will make sure I get coffee outside the station or just not visit that store ever again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!

Never work for this company. They discriminate and are so rude towards their staff. They’re very unhygienic and do not wash or sterilise equipment properly. I got dismissed unfairly because I suffer with IBD which they were aware off and also got discriminated because of it. The owner under the name Syed does not know how to do his job, neither does Mariyah which was the one who discriminated against me. They also don’t train their staff members. If you get offered a role from this terrible company, don’t take it and be well aware of what you buy because they had staff members selling out of date food. The pastries sit out for hours and they don’t cook fresh ones throughout the day. And they do not probe the hot food either so be real careful, you could end up seriously Ill.

The staff were lovely; the price is as you would have expected for a train station cafe. Best location in the middle of platform 3 and 4!

We didn’t realize we were out of water until my daughter said she wanted water and told me we were out of water after drinking from her water bottle. I didn’t want to walk back to the shops out front (as it would mean having to drag an extremely tired 6 year old girl with me), so we entered this place to purchase a bottle of water. £2 for a 500mL bottle of still water. Yikes. Converting to Canadian dollars, that’s $3.20. Costco in Canada sells bottled water in their vending machines for 25 cents. $3.20 is quite the profit on a bottle of water. Anyway, better to buy the water as I didn’t want to drag around an extremely tired AND thirsty 6 year old girl.

Terrible pastries. I can not understand why do they still sell at full price when they products are no longer fresh.

There are 3 shops in central milton keynes train station between platforms 1&2 , 3&4 , 5&6. Friendly and helpful staff very efficient in their work and nice to talk to. I was served by sonia who was very rapid in her serving delivering quick and with quality customer service. Variety of drinks, hot drinks, crisps and much more. A little pricey compared to other stores but totally worth it! However, their sizes in hot drinks between regular and large only hold a 20p difference!!! They also sell differnt pasties and crossionts which are delicious

The coffee is excellent, lovely clean, neat and tidy store with the most helpful and hard working staff delivering outstanding customer service, friendly and very considerate of your time whilst waiting for train and lovely to talk to especially Sonia. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Using their services for many years .If you are looking for a good coffee on your way to work or back home this is the place at Milton Keynes station to grab your coffee and enjoy every sip .Enough verity of good quality snacks and drinks .Staff is very friendly and efficient and value every customer .They run a loyalty scheme to save you some money as well .

I visited this shop whilst waiting for my train to grab a quick bite to eat, they had a large variety of foods to choose from including delicious pastries. The service was amazing and the staff were very lovely to talk to, there were even places for me to sit inside whilst i was eating and waiting for my train. I really do recommend popping in to this lovely store whenever your waiting for your train!!!!

My favourite coffee shop to go to whilst waiting for train, Friendly staff and clean environment, Best for on the go food and drinks, Coffees are well made and sandwiches to other items all are really fresh and nice, Lovely staff, 100% deserve 5 stars :)

Coffee shop next to platform 3. Sells sandwiches, drinks, pastries, snacks and of course coffee. A few stools to sit inside. Over priced, but what do you expect, it's on the station platform!

Horrible and rude staff called Imran at Milton Keynes Giardino coffee14 on plat form 6. Giardino will continue loosing good and loyal customers with someone like Imran working for them. He lacks good customer service.
