KFC Milton Keynes - Stacey Bushes in Milton Keynes

Very very slow service. Drive through is always backed up. Big Ques in the restaurant. Seems to have very few staff present. Despite the wait, food was good. Nothing was missing. Definitely alot better then Bletchley stadium KFC.

I placed an order on scheduled delivery at 18.00. Order came nearly 1 hour late! Driver said that restaurant wasnt busy at all! I have been told by Justeat that restaurant caused the delay which is not true at all! Very disappointed with being lied to!

Had a family feast tonight mostly legs it was dry and not worth the money

Nicely prepared food, clean cafe and toilets, but kfc menu has poor options for vegetarians and vegans. Loud music in the loos, which will bother anyone with sensitive hearing. Visited with a meat eater. We both had a rice box and ate in. Theirs came with chicken and mine had an additional corn on the cob (on a stick). We enjoyed our meals, as they tasted fresh and had a tasty sauce on the salad. However we were disappointed with the tiny portion of beans in our rice box. My friend had expected more as they'd had the same dish in the past. Definitely not enough beans for a vegetarian. Nice salsa sauce though. Wish I'd had the vegan burger instead.

Food was lovely, took a little while to get the food and they weren't overly busy either. Only negative I have, otherwise very good.

they forgot the bottle of tango and when you tick the box with missing items there is no bottle but you can see it on the order...

My 7 up can top wouldn’t come off. The tab screwed up rather than opening so no drink

Hygiene seems to be the biggest issue here, the state of the toilets and the front of house did worry me about what the kitchen would be like. The food was average though they managed to burn the wrap and the chicken in the rest of the order seemed under sized.

Absolutely delicious no complaints fast delivery and always on time food is excellent. Lamb ribs are divine

The driver marked the order as delivered but the food did not arrive and the driver didn't try to call me. I ended up having to go to KFC only for them to tell me that they wouldn't be able to trace the driver so I can see what house said that they had ordered the food I had paid for. KFC couldn't even sort this out for me.

chips very cold cant re heat chips so had to bin them

Good is as you'd expect from any KFC as it's all standard. Staff were incredibly rude and only interested in talking to each other, in their own language, rather than serving the customers and engaging in them. Shan't be in a rush to return and will go elsewhere, as there are others close by

Delibery quick but missing popcorn chicken from order!!!!!!!

Said I ordered a burger, then upon arrival no burger was listed on the receipt and about 5 minutes after eating the chips and popcorn chicken I found the burger deep inside the bag

The service is very bad, the attitude. It's very bad and it's not clean. I will never eat in this kfc again !!!!!!!!

I'll give a zero if possible. Just ordered via uber eats online and delivered with half of my order missing. Called uber driver who said to call KFC. Tried calling but no one picking up....!! My first and last time in this particular KFC.

This must be one of the worst KFC's I have ever had!! The food was cold and the portions of chicken were small, dry and tough. Extremely disappointed with this meal. Will not order from this restaurant again.

The courier got lost then got annoyed when I said I didn't want to go outside to meet him.

The order did not arrive, and the tracker said the order was being prepared for over an hour, past the estimated delivery time. the tacker updated at 12:52 saying the order was delivered at 11.25. No delivery was made

Delivery driver arrived very quickly and was very polite.

Uneducated staff Not responding properly even using their own regional language for conversation qnd their own regional language songs were played in ( south Indian I believe ) and don’t have proper information about operation of the franchise. Poor and unacceptable experience 👎

The lady on the drive-through window was rude. We ordered 2 box meals on the app, and she said it's a big order and to wait slammed the window and made us wait. Lol must have had a bad day. Apart from that the food was nice and hot would recommend this place when the staff are happy lol 😂

Speedy delivery, food was hot. Really enjoyed it. The driver did not have my house number for some reason. Not sure why as I was logged in and order all the time.

My Order was changed to a later time, three orders missing 2xchips that came with the meals no dips and the food was cold.i rung KFC repeatedly 6 times.No one answered the phone I would have liked them to redeliver with Hot Food no missing items replaced the cold food.

Some of the worst KFC we have ever had. Dry, obviously been in n hot hold for some time. Ordered a 4 piece chicken meal, what I find really frustrating with KFC is how small the chicken portions are now. I used to order a three piece meal and that was more than enough, now a four piece meal isn’t, and you get to pay more while receiving less! Very very poor

delivery driver came on moped and produced my food from a bag for life carrier bag and not an insulated food bag as you'd expect. food was freezing when it arrived and had to be microwaved before eating

Probably the best KFC in Milton Keynes, -1* for slow service and for inconsistent food quality probably due to high staff turnover as I'm rarely served by the same person. But overall in my experience they're not the best but they're better than all the rest.

Tasty food but cold and the drink was warm. Disappointing as I only live 3 minutes away and watched progress of delivery so driver came straight here. This can only mean that food wasn't hot to start with. Unacceptable I'd say. Great pity, I rarely have food deliveries and I was looking forward to it. Look forward to your comments.

Order misssing 3 items, KFC not answering phone when try to call. Second time ordered from them, items missing both times. Will not be using again.

Despite only having to come from round the corner my meal was cold

chicken was Oily and dripping wet whilst trying to eat, sometimes if any left after meal we give a tiny bit for our pet dog for a treat but this time couldn't and there was loads left. kids meal was a massive disappointment, 6.50 for small fillet and chips? cheaper places and get chips with 3 or 4 chicken. very disappointed with today's order from put regular KFC we go to as used to be tasty and no complaints. I don't usually complain. delivery time and service was best
