Went to get food for my extended family We all found the meal good and had enough to eat at a reasonable price Will use again

KFC, as you all know, is standardised so the food doesn't vary from place to place significantly. The food here was OK. The burgers were a bit slipped together but it was hot and tasty. The service however is next level poor. They are outrageously slow, constantly missing things from the order whether it's eat in, takeaway or delivery.

They put pepper on the fries. Why?

Its kfc its kuntucky fried chicken basically they sometimes forget a thing or 2 so check before driving off but staff are friendly it's moderately clean inside

I went KFC. On Saturday night. Woke up early Sunday morning with food poisoning. Me, my son and the dog were violently sick without going into detaileds i must admit the chicken did not look good. It was a 10 piece bucket. I will never go to KFC again So disappointed

ordered 3 portions 3rd portion hardly any meat on it.

Cannot ever get an order right.

The food had really gone bad, or maybe it had cooled down so much that I ended up throwing it away.

I was very dissapointed with the assistant manager, all the uber drivers got a drink for free, and when I asked for one he went in the back and told one of his colleagues to make me pay. I think it was racist and very rude. Careful when going here, because if you're white or black they might just turn you away and always will be awful in service. His name is Nouna Ditish or something like that.

Used drive through was very quick and the food was excellent, well cooked and actually hot!

We received someone else’s order and couldn’t get hold of anyone to get it sorted! Very disappointed kids

The chips are tasty...better than the old recipe!

5 minutes isn't a big deal but they had the addresss and I sent a message to say if you can't find it give me a call and they wandered round outside in the cold with our food talking to a friend on the phone.

The location is just great. Fast service despite busy hours keep up your good work the in-house staff is so productive in the fast-paced environment

You fired my boy, also been here since I was 10 and the quality has dropped off, this one young manager has a really bad attitude and messed up my order and didn't even fix it complaining that I was the one who didn't input my order correctly. Overall really bad experience. Would NOT recommend to any sane person trying to get a cheap meal.

The skin was not crispy and the bucket was all legs inside

Overcooked chicken. 3 legs so no variety on pieces. chips were good... waited longer than advertised but understandable because of Valentines Day but I'd have liked nice food for the wait. Poor standard

I did not receive a few items. 4 X Regular Fries and 8 X Hot Wings

It was very delicious but the chicken was very uneven. Some of it was lovely and some like plastic. No idea why

Food was an hour later than first told. Time kept changing for delivery. Food was cold on arrival. The coating on the chicken was soggy and chewy.

I placed my order at 22:13 and it had an ETA of 22:50 however I didn’t get it until around 23:30. When it arrived everything was cold.

Didn't get my order correct, annoying as I did a drive through and had already got home by that time. Not well speaking English, thought this was Britain. Also got very expensive as a fast food fix so will be going elsewhere in future.

very pleased it was so fast! I wish there was an option to tip after delivery as I like to do so after in case one isn't deserved (such as very late delivery etc) this should be an option, just a suggestion.

Corn on the cob was over cooked to and inedible state and the extra fries were soggy and inedible too, extremely disappointing and I am completely dissatisfied with the order as this was meant for me and the kids to share!

My food order to take ages to be delivered, I ordered it at 16:38pm and it didn’t arrive until 17:42pm and it was cold.

Was in the area visiting friends at the end of December '24. The last time I had visited this KFC it was dirty and service was poor, but this time was completely different. Very clean everywhere (including disabled toilet), quick service, food nice and hot and gravy at the right consistency.

The delivery driver was great.

we never got our food it was not delivered to our address now we have no food and the money has been taken we could not contact the driver and they obviously didn't ask for the code this is such poor service and I want the money back asap

Food was cold and the Chicken didn’t taste right not happy you won’t do anything about it though but still getting bad review the food was rank no care whatsoever.

Asked to deliver at 6pm delivered at 5.45. Not happy what’s the point of asking for a delivery if you’re gonna deliver earlier. Luckily we were home early but if we’d been late getting home we’d missed it!!

delivery moved back twice. Food was stone cold,side of corn felt like it wasn't cooked it was that cold. Will not be purchasing from them again

We have used this restaurant a few times for take away. Yet again another order that had items missing and some incorrect items. No number to contact to advise. Very disappointed

at the time of making my order, delivery quoted 15-30mins. after placing the order it jumped to 30-50mins. the food was stone cold on arrival. disappointed and won't order this way again

I've just had the pleasure of being served again by Azeem at the front desk 17/12/24 1820, he's always pleasant, courteous and quick! He changes some of the previous experiences and makes it worth coming back! A job well done

We visited this restaurant yesterday Thursday 12th December at around 5pm. In the men’s toilet they had ran out of soap. Outside the men’s toilet they have a hand sanitizer machine but they had ran out of hand sanitizer. I told the staff for some soap or hand sanitizer , they said they have run out of both. Fortunately I had some sanitizer in my car. Makes me wonder how can the staff clean their hands!!!

Ordered at 2:20 and arrived at 4:28. Cold.

2 items missing from the order. This means not enough food to feed the family. The only thing we can do is report this and wait upon an investigation. Why can’t the restaurant in question send out the missing food? An investigation doesn’t help when you have a hungry family expecting a take away and it’s been paid for! Surely a mistake in their part should be their issue/cost/correction!?

order 4 pm and arrive at 7 pm very unlikley plus I had premium delivery

food varies from visit to visit sometimes crispy sometimes greasy, portions vary as well sometimes plenty of meat sometimes a rack of bones but generally good but the drive through is sometimes a bit hit and miss with various different accents on the speaker system sometime have needed to repeat order and sometimes things missed off.

Still waiting for a refund for missing items I didn’t receive!!

So I ordered a 1 person bucket meal last night 19:40 30/11/24 Before and after the meal I felt fine, but at 06:30 the next morning I woke up to stomach cramps and diarrhoea. It's now 16:16 01/12/24 and I'm still not 100% I can only assume I've had food poisoning due the the chicken at this KFC 🍗 wasn't cooked properly. I'm not going back there again! 🤬😡🤬

I ordered today and my food came half missing. Im here paying 30 pounds for 6 pieces of chicken wheres the rest of my food?? This even happened 3 times and i am not happy wheres my refund. I need my two popcorn chicken four corn on the cobs and my 6 piece fillet. If u didnt have any because your broke then say that and give me my refund instead of me paying for something im not getting

I ordered food at 4.15 for delivery for 5pm, acknowledgement from app to say delivery for 5pm, at 5pm looked at app it said courier was onsite and food was being cooked, new delivery time of 5.15, this then changed to 5.25, then to 5.28, at 5.22 it changed status to courier on way, received food at 5.28, tasty but cold

I've tried repeatedly to leave a review that it is all cold but the app doesn't allow me to, it's all bone cold, awful

kfc is either great or awful unfortunately we had awful tonight. over cooked chicken all round kids nit eating massive waste

Very very slow service. Drive through is always backed up. Big Ques in the restaurant. Seems to have very few staff present. Despite the wait, food was good. Nothing was missing. Definitely alot better then Bletchley stadium KFC.
