Lots of worker but inside so dirty.

Drive through is hot and miss tbh

Incredibly slow service. Staff just distracted with their own conversations

Every time I've visited this mcdonalds my order has been wrong or missing.

Rubbish place. Avoid. Took my drive through order and made me wait in a bay - had to go in after a 10 minute wait and even then they got it totally wrong. Get some decent management - this place has lost it.

Fast drive through . Except when ordering vegetarian items

School holidays so thete was only the high bar type table eith high ,small stools to sit. Was hard due to my disability.

I ordered a quarter pounder through uber. When opened there was paper under the cheese. Usually always order from here but today was a shocking experience. Never had an issue till today.

Considering recent visits to McDonalds outlets we were please to find that our order was not only correct, but one of the Shamrock shakes was large instead of medium too, the food was piping hot too. How hard can it be for other McDonalds to do this: give me what I paid for, right first time?

Disappointed at lack of hash browns so opted for carrot bag. Seemed clean and rest of food was usual McDonald's fare

Once again maccies employees don't realise that you need straws with drinks and when I get nuggest and chicken selects I expect the sauce to come with them, brain dead staff

Luckily I’m not allergic to egg because even though I specified no egg and it said it on the receipt as well as the muffin, it still came with an egg. Hit the spot though which was the best thing

Very disappointed after ordering large meal to get half of the box of fries - both of us. Weird thing to save on fries. Also one of the machines was beeping constantly and noone was bothered to sort it out. At 5 am it can drive you crazy, trust me. Not recommended.

I live on the lakes estate in bletchley, Milton Keynes,got message to say delivery driver is on the way. I checked the tracking app and the driver was on the other side of the city on an estate 6/7 miles from mine. the food was stone cold and the ice-cream was liquid, not at all happy

Burgers have onion in when ordered not to have. Burgers wet very disappointed and annoying

half the order was missing. no drinks, no mcflury and no burgers. Completely ruins the meal. After the refund for missing items (hopefully) i still paid £7 for a happy meal when you include service and delivery fee and still have hungry people to feed. Not the first time and most definitely it won't be the last

your GPS on your website does not show my location correctly even when putting in my correct address. I have this problem every single time. the food was 20 minutes late from the delivery time and the food was cold. not impressed what so ever

Food arrived 90 minutes after I ordered it only to be cold.

The chocolate brownie was extremely vile as well as they not having any cookies nor ice creams and the burger was absolutely terrible.

I don’t know what are they doing with the drinks, but both the fanta orange and the coke zero was something else. Fanta taste like a cheap knockoff brand and the coke zero also tastes like that. Unfortunately we visited through drive through so by the time we noticed how awful they taste like we were too far to turn around.

For some reason the delivery location is not my address. Every time I order my order is always cold as drivers can't find my address

Normal McDonalds food standard. I reckon this store got a proper DJ. The music is so spot on. Great vibe to have food in the restaurant.

the bags where soaked where my entire cola had fallen open. chicken nuggets were fine all chips were cold. and didn't relieve my free pie or any straws or napkins. for the price I paid this was awful service. delivery driver drove past my door 3 times whilst I was standing at it waving to him. so awful

there has been a number of time that we have ordered and have not received any straws or parts of the order where missing thus needs to be addressed.

All drinks and ice cream ordered completely spilt in the bag and vegan burger ordered wasn’t even there! Everything looked like it had been thrown into the bag with no care whatsoever. Ordering from here is ridiculous

Not the first time using this drive through items missing from our order:- double cheeseburger, fries x2, 4 nuggets. It was a large order so didn't notice till we got home & too far to go back. Terrible. One star because at least we received some of our order. Won't use this Mcdonalds again.

Typical McD’s, the team work hard to serve you quickly and are rarely over run unless an event is on at the stadium next door.. the. Avoid the whole area unless you’re at the stadium!

Consistently forgets items in orders no matter how you order, it simply can’t be that hard to check the bag before you hand it over

Driver picked up my food then went to a location 15 minutes in the opposite direction according to the map, consequently when the food arrived it was all cold and soggy

Every time we order food either via the drive through or a delivery company we are missing items.... its not even hit and miss, its everytime!!! We even over order to try and compensate the missing meal / items. I have complained before but nothing has ever changed.... it can only be who is packing the meal as the receipts are correct. That is why my scores are so low.

ordered a double 1/4 with cheese and they sent a single in a doubles box. food wasn't particularly hot either

missed both large fries and gave a small oasis instead of two large cokes. no sauces included

Chips have been out a while, different milkshakes but tasted the same. It was okay, just not made fresh

The food took over an hour to come, considering I only ordered a kids meal from mc Donald’s at 3:30 pm that’s a long time. Once the food was delivered it was all cold!
