McDonald's in Milton Keynes

Came in yesterday, had a double cheeseburger and fries with a bonus side of food poisoning, apparently. Avoid this location at all costs.

It's mcdonald's, not much else to say really.

Ordered from the app, they’re still taking orders knowingly understaffed with drivers but they take your money first and then say it can’t be refunded for up to 15 days. This place is a joke 😂😂

Waited at the drive thru for quite a while and then received cold food.

Avoid this Mcdonald at all costs. Use any other one in Milton Keynes. Orders incorrect, food quality and condition is so poor that I would question the food safety rating.

Dirty,messy and food was cold. The system does not work. Very disappointed 😞 wiuld not recommend.

Over-charged me and wouldn't give me a refund. Gave me my food and told me to drive around again and just wait for soneone to come out with my money, whilst food got cold. They never came out. The place had huge queues and staff didn't care and were rude and dismissive.

I've had a few bad experiences with McDonald's lately but this visit put everything right. Easy parking, an immaculate restaurant, fast service, and perfectly presented food. Thank you.

I got food poisoning from drinking Fanta. I spent the entire day in bed, constantly vomiting.

dude, food is freezing. didn't read my note. I asked for my drink to be full because I ordered a large and you are still half filling them. it's a joke. why charge extra for the large and give me less than a small. not good. please learn to read.

All the drinks from 3 orders were missing, the fish burger was over fried cooked burnt and all the chips came cold.

Over an hour late from the original time given and it was cold. No straw supplied for the milkshake.

The food was cold and the ice cream was melted and there was t any bits in the ice cream not happy

The burger and chips were cold. The mcflurry was completely melted and half of it was spilt in the bag.

The delivery person did not have the food contained in the bags to keep it warm and it was freezing cold… I told him that that bags are cold and he didn’t care and just walked off.. waste of money and disgusting service.

You put hot items in the same bag as cold ones and the milkshake was a mix of banana and chocolate powder, disgusting

No straws for the drinks and no dips as requested especially the salsa dip for the shared box of mozzarella dippers

I had a very disappointing experience at Mc Donalds ( Stadium MK1). I ordered a simple menu item at 3:45 am. The staff seemed to be working incredibly slowly, and it was clear that they were sleepy and not fully alert. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving my order, I had no choice but to cancel it. I was on a tight schedule and had to drive to Stansted Airport, so waiting any longer would have risked missing my flight. I understand it was early in the morning, but the level of service was unacceptable, and it felt like the staff were not prepared to handle orders efficiently. Overall, very unhappy with the experience and would not recommend it, especially if you’re in a rush or have important plans.

EVERYTHING WAS COLD! WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. my niece and and nephew went HUNGRY because the Burgers were like rubber. CHIPS WERE OUTRAGEOUS. some sort of reimbursement/ apology would be nice.

Busy as one can imagine, but very friendly staff at hand, my filet o fish meal came after minutes of ordering, piping hot and appetizing. Very enjoyable.

Haven't been to a cleaner McDonald's ever in the UK, honestly. Also the fries are always hot, definitely worth popping eating in, everything in our order was correct.

Fries were undercooked some raw, was suppose to be grilled chicken wrap but was crispy & almost cold, worst meal I’ve had from there & it’s always so slow through drive through even with only a couple of cars going through

no stars from me! terrible service didn't even get my food due to the driver spilling my drink over the food. I sent him back with the food and asked him to bring me a new one but no one came back! requested refund!

It's just a food outlet not brilliant they often get the order wrong food is regularly cool and disappointing.

The most incapable staff I’ve met which is not surprising given the lack of coordination from the management. No order or system. You literally had to ask them to make your order as they were just ticking things off the screen without checking

Food was fresh, hottest McDonald’s ive ever had!! Best McDonald’s ive had in over 10 years! Only reason i gave service a 4/5 is there were no napkins but either than that, phenomenal! Please use this McDonald’s as a role model for all the McDonald’s in Coventry!

Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Overcooked burgers to the point they were near inedible. Cold greasy fries. Even the coke was undrinkable as it tasted strongly of perfume.

Had to wait 16 mins for big mac no cheese, 1x fries x3 apple pies. I was number 49. 50- 56 got there food before me. I had to remind them about my order, oh yeh was the answer. Macdonalds puts online orders ahead of in the shop customers. Hence long wait time.

Some of the food had a bit out of it, from the supplier because it was sealed when delivered. Meaning my food was tampered with before, when it was in the store

drinks turned up but no food, driver said he would go get it and never returned, I drove up to the store , nothing they could do so I had to pay again not happy at all
