As far as fast food is concerned, McDonald's is leading on affordability and taste.

It's a McDonald's. You know what to expect.

I walk in and its full of nittys and teenagers vaping, went to the toilet and kids were just messing about, food was standard for a mcdonalds.

Okay chips cold and takes an age

My son accidentally spilled his drink while enjoying his Happy Meal. As my husband tried to clean up, a female manager quickly stepped in to help and reassured my son. She was incredibly kind and even replaced his drink, despite it being his own mistake. I felt guilty for adding to their workload, but her patience and kindness meant a lot. Truly appreciate her thoughtful gesture—thank you for the excellent service!

This place is so bad why has it not been closed. Staff are so not interested not rude but can't be bothered. Once again no milk shakes short changed by a fiver again and I live a minute and a half away food stone cold again.keep saying this but won't ever bother coming here but the main thing is why doesn't someone take responsibility for this business.

The worst mcdonalds in milton keynes nearly every single time they will screw up your order doesn't matter what time you go there. Something will be either missing or incorrect. How hard is it to look at the receipt and actually get an order correct. Useless

I order delivery from here all the time. I'm super fussy but they always get my order perfect. It's not my closest maccies but it's definitely my preferred in MK.

If I could give no stars I would Came to drive through and tried to order 2 big tasty meals the girl on the speaker was impatient and kept cutting us off as we tried to customise our burgers she kept asking what drink I hadn't even finished asking her to remove the bits I didn't want so the order was wrong, We then went to the window and explained to a different member of staff what we would like to be told that wasn't possible anymore which was fine so we changed to order one normal tasty and one only cheese and bacon simple enough right? Nope so we get to payment window and the guy gives us one drink and tells us to park, now I'm sorry are staff not meant to give out cutlery and condiments as standard when handing out food and drink to the drive through!! We got no napkins no milk and had to ask ourselves for sugar to be chucked 2 and when we asked for a couple more it seemed that it was to much trouble for the boy at the window! We park up and are waiting for our food and a little while later a boy comes out with bags heading towards our car he hands us the food and is like ok bye, so I said excuse me I'm still missing a drink, he's like fine I'll go get it, I'm thinking erm yes please as this is your job. While he goes to grab the missing drink I check my order and my burger is wrong!! I wanted only cheese and bacon this has no cheese so when he comes back I tell him it's wrong and he says no it isn't, I'm like it is I ordered only cheese and bacon, so he huffs and says I'll go sort it, I'm losing the will to live at this point we've ordered 2 meals not 20 it shouldn't be this hard! So what should have been a 10 min trip took over half an HR the food was still cold and absolutely disgusting! This isn't the first issue I've had with this store!! They are forever getting the simplist of orders wrong and they don't even care, the staff there are rude and can't be bothered half the time! The customer service is abysmal honestly go to Mk stadium or Arena they are much better stores! I think West croft needs a retrain on how to execute McDonald's values and service agreement! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!!

Every time I order something from here it's either wrong order or missing items. It's ridiculous, it's like they make it on purpose.I don't know what to believe. We do pay for this product it's not like we get them for free.Now if you order for a delivery and something is wrong with the order if you call them they tell you to contact Uber eats. If you call Uber eats they tell you to call McDonald's.Irresponsible and very unprofessional.

Used drive through today at Westcroft and suprise suprise get home and my order is incorrect again this is the 3rd time this has happened. 1st time sons burger missing 2nd time fries missing and this time get home to find a normal big mac in a double big mac box. I returned to the store no apology nothing offered for my inconvenience. Please check you order before you leave even number of burger patties 🤣. The store looked dirty the people working there look like they need a wash too. Never going back.

McRib, dry as a sandal. Chicken burger, bland. Been some time since I've been to McDonald's, come back and can definitely say overated, no flavour, you get your chips barely warm. Like it all tastes the same and dries your mouth out. Also how you mess up a drink, I ask for oasis, it tasted like bland fizzy water

Very busy behind counter. Chips freezing cold, chicken Select luke warm chocolate milkshake with no colour or chocolate flavour. Server threw bag on counter. Overall a total waste of money. Why do British public put up with these poor standards.

I do not recommend trying McDelivery with this restaurant. The meal that I received missed the Large Classic Coke and Malteser McFlurry from what I ordered. It was quite unfortunate as this is my first McDelivery order and it was not a good experience. A miss from both McDonald’s staff who arranged the order and from the Uber delivery man who received it on my behalf. I contacted both McDonald’s and Uber and they only recommended refund—I asked for delivery of missing items but this option is not there. McDonald’s customer service is saying that they can only document the problem with no follow back that concern had been addressed for issue not to happen again. People does not take accountability nowadays. They only try to do the job to earn, quite frustrating. I gave low star rate as the meal experience is not complete without the drink and the service is not good. Take note that a person from customer service hang up on me when I asked for an escalation of issue as I wanted to understand their follow back process to customer.

Too busy, they can't cope with the online orders, drive through orders, eating in orders or takeaway orders. Just not enough room in their kitchen, every worker was on top of each other. I would not want to work there. I only go there with my grandson not for myself.

My order was not correct at all.

Nice clean restaurant. Good service. Good food.

So many times they've gotten my order wrong or left out items, it's cold or I end up with someone else's items. Most of the time the staff are nice but the other night they were so rude and ignoring customers, everyone in the restaurant was disappointed in their orders.

Can't even get a simple order right, and won't reimburse or provide refunds. Complete waste of time ordering here.

You all know what Macdonalds are like in general, right? Well this is one of the better ones. Efficient service and clean premises.

The service is outrageous. The delivery brought the wrong order and cold. And this is not the first time.

The only thing that is consistent is slow, poor service with items missing or cold.

As usual, they messed the order up, I'm pretty sure they do it for a laugh.

Bacon belongs on burgers. 1-star whilst you continue to refuse to add bacon to burgers.

Been here twice now to pick up food and both times I had to go inside to get my food as they didn't bring it out, not good. Don't get this problem at other Macdonald's. Update july2024 They have improved the numbering now

Peak lunchtime drive through. Fast traffic queue, short wait in bay for meals.

I order food from westcroft mc for delivery and it was cold the cucumbers where out off date no burger in the bun. When called them and complained they told me I at to go in store for them To replace it.

Yet again..no milkshakes. Should take them off the menu as rarely available.

Is it just me or is it a common experience that every order is wrong? For at least a year I've got each and every drive through, order and pick or delivery order wrong. It's either items missing, or incorrectly prepared, a whole bag missing and I even I got someone else order! The correction process is not easy, nobody wants to help. I don't trust this restaurant anymore.

Ordered for delivery to say the food was cold wad an understatement an to be honest i probably could have dealt with that if it was also stale AF! I was literally biting into gandis flipflop when eating a chicken nugget and dont even get me started on the chips😫 biggest waste of £30 I ever spent!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered breakfast with table service. Waited over 20 minutes for food. I've asked one of the managers to provide me with an update on my order, he couldn't, looked for my order but it seemedthat hehadlostit. The manager took my receipt and said that he will bring the order to table. 10 minutes later a member of staff shouts the table number. Went to pick up the order and I've said to the young lady that it was a table service. No answer, looked at me as to say"so what". Very poor customer service

I was quite unhappy with my order. They had gotten my meat wrong as I had asked for chicken but they gave me beef. I witnessed that some of the other orders were also wrong. Someone's burger was not even given to them so they had to ask for it and someone had paid for a meal but had gotten no fries. The food was good but the service was simply disappointing.

I ordered a banana milkshake and they had to give me vanilla

I asked for chips and, needless to say, they provided me with chips.

It's a Mcdonald's same as your expert anywhere else. It's quite a small branch with little seating. But plenty of free parking.

Cold food for which we waited ovet 25mins. The place stunk of weed where a group of 4 ternagers were going to the bathroom coming back stinking. Not enough staff to serve drive through, shop and the huge amount of delivery drivers. Sort it out Maccys!!

Good on this visit apart from missing sauces. Was however rectified when we mentioned it.

Awful they managed to mistake a coke with an oasis put brown sauce in the wrap when I asked for ketchup plus it took nearly 15 minutes and they only had 1 person brining out the food the sausage and egg mcmuffin was cold when it was brought out to me aswell SHOCKING

It maccie ds. But the staff are really polite, and it must be hard to remain polite on those late nights with East london ghettoness. I respect that. So well done staff. But please, can you make better chips and atleast salt them and change the oil. Thank you 😊

Once again, a McFlurry with very little chocolate and sauce. And half a cup of coffee. This has happened to many times to be coincidence 🙃

In general this place can be hard work-you can order across all aspects but if you order on the app or within,things seem to take a while and you would be very wise to check before leaving-order problems seem frequent and rarely anyone to sort or help. As always delivery orders seem priority and the delivery drivers seem to push in thinking there more important, so the entire experience can really test your patience.

Waited at the drive thru whilst 4 other people were served in the other lane and told to wait when I said hello a few times.so decided to head into the empty store instead. There was mud all over the floor, and other litter including unopened sauces, cigarette butts and wrappers. Tried to use self service but didn't take contactless so paid at the till. Only two delivery drivers came in but had to wait 15 minutes between paying and receiving the food, all whilst sitting in a cold and dirty environment. All in all 27 wasted minutes for food which included a half full mcflurry with a miniscule amount of topping and most over the edge, and 3 cold burgers with 2 cold chips. Probably the worst experience ever. Update: thought I'd give it another shot, everything except the apple pie was stone cold. Sprite tasted like line cleaner and chicken burger tasted just weird. Update 2: ordered via their app and as usual one item missing and everything that should be hot was cold as always. Told to speak to Uber Eats, after a 15 min wait they will refund the missing burger and as the order was delivered on time will do nothing about it all being stone cold.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered through mcdonalds app via Uber Eats. Recieved my order missing a quater pounder and the rest off the food was freezing cold. Contacted mcdonalds who say need to go through uber eats. Contact them and they say can only refund the missing item as the delivery was made in time. The refund will be 99p as it was on the xmas offer. I'm now out of pocket and no food as it was not edible. How can they make a mistake like this when it was only 2 burgers, fries and a drink and a mcflurry ordered wasn't exactly a large order. Mcdonals need to sort themselves out happens too many time they get things wrong it's not rocket science to double check an order. This was a treat for myself as 8months pregnant but safe to say I won't order again. Surprised people still use them when they get so many mistakes wrong.

They always get our order wrong and they take a lot of time to make the order but the food itself is just like that of all McDonald's. Very inconsistent and not organized.

Popped in after football training and was pleased that the manager told everyone to allow 2 minutes silence for remembrance Sunday. This included the staff. Brilliant! Well done 👍

Sadly, our local McD has alot to do to improve their customer service..... I've reviewed many McD's on other platforms an this one sadly is the worst so far, incorrect orders, lack of product actually available, customer service is below poor.... They just fob u off with vouchers but never improve or learn from their mistakes .... Rude staff that deliver to the click n serve an then tell you to come in store next time !!!

Mc Donald store as usual. Regularly visit this place. Kids go for happy meal toys but most of the time the toys displayed are not available and they give anything random which disappoints and makes them unhappy. All McD stores should either keep good stock of or remove from display to know it before buying.

Consistently getting orders wrong and forgetting to include items.and send burgers with half of the items included

Literally the one of the best burgers I’ve had , I ordered a quarter pound with extra pickles and usually in other McDonald’s they wouldn’t put enough extra pickles but this McDonald’s put so many pickles just the way I like. Literally soo happy for this burger and the extra pickles.

One thing you can rely on - they will get you order wrong, it'll be cold and look like its been hurled across the kitchen. Last time I'll ever order from here.

Ordered and paid by app. Told we had added and item, which we didn’t. Had to pay extra and then at the next window they said we hadn’t paid which we had. Asked to see bank app to prove this breaking Gdpr and then told its only pending “duh that’s how it works with banks”. Girl goes to the manager as says ‘give them their damn food” who the hell does she think she is, oh yeah Stephanie. Had a few cross words with her and reminded her she was there not to disrespect customers but train her staff in this. No wonder do many have attitude problems. Tried calling the manager since 7.30 this morning and after 20 calls nothing!!!!! Awful disgusting management and to add insult to the process it took 30 mins of which time our food had gone cold by the time we got home. Avoid this like the plague. 1 star is too high of a rating.

I am a delivery driver. Do not order food for delivery from here. Drivers are ignored. Your food sits there getting cold while they chat and focus on drive through customers only. Some staff wear dirty clothes when on duty and handle food without gloves. If I could give 0 I would.

Very nice chap this morning, very kind service at 5:40AM. Food is excellent and waffle latte is perfect.

Went to westcroft macdonalds this morning, I was shocked by dirtiness, there was pots of empty ketchup scattered on the floor near the podium, bins inside the restaurant were overfilled, looks like they were not emptied from night before, I was not at all impressed. Would never go there again.

I ordered a double bacon McMuffin for take away (drive thru) and I realised at home they got me a double sausage McMuffin.I HATE sausage so it has gone to the bin...And ruined my morning.Thanks guys!👍🤢🤢🤢

I picked up a plain cheese burger and small fries to keep the girls quiet on the way home. They actually got the burger right although it was a little heavy on the black pepper.......... but the state/quality of the fries was disgusting 🤢 ( see the photo attached) I wouldn't even feed them to the dog !!!!

It’s funny how they always remember to take your money but never remember the dips! Probably the worst McDonald’s when it comes to ordering for delivery. If you fancy something to eat from this place, make sure you order extra as half of it won’t arrive.

I work here, before you think about applying to this restaurant I'd advise you apply to the other places. The atmosphere is terrible few lovely managers but BM is horrible, he yells at you if you do something he doesn't like everyone genuinely dislikes the guy because of how he acts...

uber delivery was shocking and forgot the chips and drinks and came 10 minutes late

We ordered on a saturday evening and we waited 2 hours for our delivery. On arrival we were given a bag which had a broken cup full of coke which went all over our carpet, we then discovered we were missing 4 items from our delivery but couldn’t get hold of anybody for our order.

Can you guys get a new mcflurry machine please yours is always broken!

I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, BBQ sauce, Tropicana, with a book. Plus a chicken mayo burger from the saver menu. I received the chicken nugget happy meal, with no sauce, no book (but a toy) and the chicken mayo burger had the cold Tropicana in with it. Who puts a cold drink in with a hot burger?!? I challenged the staff, who said "we always do it like that" - no.. no ! Don't ever put a cold drink inside with food. 🤨🤔 And read the screen correctly next time.

We used the drive through and the person who spoke to us and got the payment was a lovely and pleasant person, food was good and fresh.

Westcroft has a number of placed to grab a quick bite. This McDonald's was easy to find and park, clean and quick service.

Do not like the new layout. Dislike having the use the machines to order. Big disorganised queues at the order points. Service slow, seating uncomfortable and badly arranged. Stressed atmosphere. If the balance of the redesign is to get people to order for delivery rather than come in, it'll work.

I only went here for my grandkids as they love the food. I don't eat here anymore as had bad experiences in the past with different area Mac D's. It was in the evening we went here so not many people about so can't comment much. Staff seemed pleasant enough though. Don't be put off by my ratings if you love the food at these establishments it's just my personal experience that has put me off.

Would give 0 if I could. 36 minutes waiting for meal we paid for. We were not only ones. No care or worry amongst staff. In fact person serving left our bag to order food himself and surprise surprise he got served instantly. No apology or refund. Just expected us to be grateful. Also was not busy. However every car and deliveroo driver got served expertly! Last and Final chance for this ’fast food’ restaurant. And was same feeling across the 10 customers waiting instore.

Bag was put on the side and then the guy filling the bag went home and then multiple members of staff kept looking in said bag and just ignored it. I could've gone to mordor and back by the time the food came.

I can live with you getting my food order wrong nearly every day but walking in to a restaurant at 8:30 am and it’s colder in the restaurant than it is outside makes me wonder if you really want customers

At the time of visit (lunchtime - 12 45pm) restaurant wad busy, with service being quick. Clean tables. Only 2 outside bench & tables. Though more outdoor seating near Morrisons. Low music level. Clean (male) toilet, though WC was out of use. (Urinals only).

I got the hot chocolate it was OK I prefer Subway But McDonald's is still solid 👌

1st time in 20 years, I got all food cooked in dirty oil. This has put me off. McDonalds. Specially this one in WestCroft.

worsed mac donalds ever! We are always ordering food from here and now im at the point where we wont ever bother again. How this mac donalds can get so much so wrong every time. Half my order missing today. Kids very upset! yet they tell you to order again and request a refund!! Yet they wont refund my second delivery charge. If you order Dips that you pay for you never get. Order Tea, you never get milk. Never get straws or serviettes. Either cold, or most items missing. My order today only consisted of Pancake meal, 3 hashbrowns and a mcmuffin meal. I only got Tea and a Mcmuffin! You have some serious issues!

So i was driving home from work in northampton and i live all the way in aylesbury and i was feeling very tired so i thought id treat myself to a maccies so i stopped at this maccies which i had never been to before and i went through the drive through to make it snappy and i was greeted by alice one of your workers and she was really nice and treated my food kindly her attitiude was positive and really made me feel less tired she was greart to talk to while i was waiting very sociable i think she is the best maccies worker i have ever met and deserves to be employee of the month - olivia age 36

I broke down in the drive through on Sunday. I was in a bit of a flap as my car was totally d as. 3 young chaps who were McDonald's staff couldn't have anymore helpful. They looked after me and even told me to go inside have something to eat and they would bring me a cup of tea. They told me not to worry. Thank you to all involved. Unfortunately as I was in a flap I didn't think to get their names.

Poor customer service. Rude Manager Bought spicy veggie wrap along with large fries through drive through service. After going home the fries are cold and just 17 fries in the packet. Called the Manager. After listening my complaint just hang up my call. Tried Almost 20 times they didn't answer my call. Such a pathetic Manager. Don't know how she became Manager for such a big chain. She is not suitable for customer assistant. Ended with my meal in the bin.

Everything was wrong and food is cold! It took about an hour to get delivery and also I have paid for express delivery. Who's is working there should get retrained because not doing the job good. Missing items, missing straws and double milkshake when I order one even on the receipt says one!

Staff are rude unless and men's toilet cubicle broken they won't let you use disabled toilet basic human rights will be complaining to head office useless people

Your typical McDonald's. All of the self service machines didn't give receipts, which isn't too much of a problem waiting for the manager to give me on took longer then I'd like though.
