Prezzo in Milton Keynes

Beautiful decoration, very clean and nice to look at. However service was shockingly bad. Took too long to take our drinks order, which we had to force the waitress to take our food order at the same time. I ordered a very typical Spaghetti Bolognese. Arrived looking very boring and taste was equally as bland. We left feeling very surprised and disappointed.

Previous disappointments at sister restaurants in this chain meant no visit to a Prezzo in a few years. However with kids in tow and a generous school holiday deal we decided to try again. Excellent meal from an improved menu, great service from Penelope and favourably priced drinks means we shall return soon.

food was lovely but the best part is Penelope who greats you like an old friend and never forgets a thing, she is a star and keeps us going back.

My partner and I were sat and served very quickly. The food was great and affordable due to using our Tastecard. Would definitely recommend.

Great for pre concert meal. But,no vouchers could be used yesterday! Didn’t say that online,only said they couldn’t be used in London,which I expect. I won’t use Preezo again Greedy!

Having been here a lot of times we knew what to expect. We were using our 2 for 1 voucher which is a good deal. We both ordered the saltambocca (prices at £18 per serving) and was disappointed with the portion size. There no way any sauce, the chicken was dry and a small bit of overly crispy prosciutto, cabbage was lovely though. Not good value when charging so much for that dish. Previous generations experience was good with a lovely lunch but would think twice about going again.

Lovely atmosphere. Restaurant very warm. Staff excellent. Food lovely. Very efficient and friendly staff. Gluten free options great.

Always good food and staff great. We go there often for lunch and always enjoy it. Waitress always fast, helpful and reliable.

Another great evening, meeting up with friends. Good food and great service by Penelope, who made us very welcome, is always smiling and served us well.

We go to Prezzo quite often and within a month I noticed the portion sizes had reduced quite a bit with some dishes. Even the plates were smaller. My daughter often has a chicken dish but on this occasion, it had significantly reduced in size and had way less sauce. I had a Prawn and Safron with Pea Risotto - there were 4 prawns in it and one spoon of rice. It could have been a starter and yet I was charged just under £17. I finished mine way earlier than my family ate theirs. My husband had a pizza that looked the same and my other daughter had prawns and spaghetti - she had well over 10 prawns and the dish was the same price as mine. I doubt I will go again. I know things have gone up in price but reducing portion sizes too and very noticeably. Nope. Not going again.

Average is probably the best word to describe this. But when you're paying nearly £100 for dinner for two adults and a child, i would definitely expect a little bit more. I found out my main course wasn't available about five minutes after ordering. Picked an alternative, but it was so small - 8/10 pieces of ravioli in a thin sauce for £16 i believe. My colleague had a salad and paid extra to add chicken, but again, it was very small for the price. I appreciate that prices have gone up on everything recently but i feel like Prezzo's standards have dropped slightly at the same time.

Lovely restaurant, amazing pizzas especially the new courgette and ricotta one. Great waitress Penelope who was very attentive and hard working during a busy time! Recommend :)

We had a lovely lunch with my friend at Prezz Stadium. We ordered fried mozzarella , spaghetti carbonara and penne rusticana. Our waitress Agnes was lovely, she recommended for us the best wine to our lunch. Definitely recommended .

This was our first visit to Prezzo, MK and to be honest I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews. However, I we has a wonderful evening. We were acknowledged quickly at the door at our order was taken quickly. Myself and my oldest daughter ordered the sea bass, my youngest a pizza's my husband ordered a fish ravioli dish. Our food arrived quickly and was presented lovely and they were all hotamd tasted great! We also had dessert which and again was lovely. My oyster criticism was we did have to wait a while for our bill and in the end we had to ask for it. We also went aware that it was card only, maybe this could mentioned at the point of order. We appreciate that there was a small sign as you come on but we completely missed it. We will be returning.

I came here with my daughter last Thursday. We were attending a funeral the next day and she had had a long flight from USA. I had driven for 5 hours. We wanted a quick dinner and an early night so I booked for 6pm. The restaurant was practically empty - a good sign we thought. The waitress took our orders and our wines came out quite quickly. Our shared starter of one meagre cheesy garlic bread was very disappointing for the price. The restaurant began to fill up quickly and by 7pm was almost full. There were several large parties which we noticed were being served very quickly. We were NOT! We called the waitress over about 7:15 - an hour and 15 minutes from when we ordered and we pointed out that while we were still awaiting our meals others had already been served. She assured us we were next. NO! We called her over again only for the same response. We eventually got our meals at 7:30pm! An hour and a half for 2 pizzas - quite ridiculous! Not even worth waiting for - too soggy and undercooked in the middle. We both left at least half. Nobody responded to our request for the bill so we put our coats on and headed for the door. Needless to say our waitress magically appeared and had the audacity to ask why we were in such a hurry as we had been here for only 2 hours!! Won't be returning.

Visited on a Tuesday evening, seated quickly, service really good. Food as expected, restaurant clean and good for a quick easy meal.

We attended PREZZO at MK stadium on a busy match day. The restaurant was very busy as you can imagine so luckily we booked. We were a few minutes early but front of house sat at the bar and sorted drinks and we were quickly sat at our table when ready a. Few minutes later. Given how busy the restaurant was it shows how well run the place is in how attentive the staff could still be. We’d like to commend the friendly and efficient staff who greeted and waited on us. The food was fresh and delicious too, well priced and came in good time. Obviously a great team here unlike the two that played across the road :-) highly recommended

Prezzo is usually fairly reliable for average quality meals, but this one fell a little short. My chicken, bacon and avocado salad was missing a crucial ingredient - bacon. I politely mentioned it to the waitress, who pleasantly offered to go and get some, seemingly unsurprised by the lack of it in my bowl; almost like she was expecting it. “Hey chef, we’ve got another one of these pesky customers who want some bacon in their bacon salad - have we got any lying around somewhere?” No apology to be heard, she returned with the elusive crispy slices of pork in a ramekin. Not a disastrous experience, but a bit more sympathy wouldn’t have gone amiss.

Our first visit here and we were greeted in a very friendly manner and did not wait long at all to be seated and visited by our server. She was also very friendly throughout. The food was excellent I had pizza which actually was larger than I was expecting and very tasty. My wife had the pumpkin ravioli which she thoroughly enjoyed. However the toilets were rank to say the least. The only mens was shut and the women’s were like pub toilets. Dirty and stained. The tap dribbled water so was very difficult to wash hands properly and there were pubic hairs in the sink. Even the hand drier looks like it was last cleaned pre covid. Such a shame as the rest of the restaurant was really nice clean and welcoming. We would definitely eat there again but would make sure we didn’t need the toilets next time.

Food is always great and staff are very friendly! My partner often come here and the food generally is very consistent. I can say that parking is good, the walk is only a minute long. The menu is very accommodating to all diets and it's clearly laid out. Id ask that the desert menu include more options for different diets as it is slightly limited. All in all the experience has been very good considering its a chain restaurant.

My wife and I were out shopping near the MK Dons Stadium and found PREZZO, food was very nice and the staff were friendly and attentive, will definitely Be back for more

So disappointing it was not worth the £100 for the 2 of us. We went on Christmas eve and the staff seemed more interested in talking to themselves than dealing with us. The food was such a let down had the gnocchi and prawns there was just no flavour to it. Also had the garlic bread with cheese and I'm sure it had not seen any garlic in its life and the amount of cheese on there was just a joke and for the main I had chicken chacatori which was just chicken breast and mash how they charge £20 for that is a joke. Was so un impressed no flavor at all. Will never return there
