ASK Italian - The Centre:MK in Milton Keynes

Visited with friends for lunch one of which has servere allergies to latex, tomatoes avocados and bananas which we made the staff aware of. The server and manager could not care less. The manager refused to serve us as said the chefs cannot take their gloves off to cook.

My mum and I have visited twice now and were served by Bart both times. His customer service is outstanding. I have severe allergies, and he’s always incredibly thorough—double-checking the menu to make sure everything is safe for me. The food is always fast, hot, and delicious. Highly recommend!

Would rate a 0 4 of us came for lunch one of the girls I was with has a Latex and tomato allergy the woman serving us said the Chefts can’t take off their gloves because of cross contamination they could of washed there hands absolutely rubbish servis will not be coming back go it’s pathetic

wish i could rate a 0, the service was ridiculous. we have a couple of allergies and they couldn’t of been less helpful. attitude to guest was disappointing they didn’t even show any bit of care. definitely not recommended.

Popped in for a light lunch yesterday. First visit. Very welcoming staff, prompt service and the chosen dish was delicious. Will be there again!

I love this Ask Italian, the staff is very friendly and engaging. On this occasion Bart and Kasia served me when I had my Pomodoro Spaghetti and I felt comfortable and noticed! I have a weak spot for Italian food and have been vegetarian for almost a year now so the options here are very helpful!

I had Bart as my server, excellent customer service he was very friendly and quick to get back to me as requested while also handling other tables. 10/10

Although the food was great, the stand out element was the excellent service from Mona. She was extremely attentive to our needs, recognising things before we did! She was friendly and patient. She made the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you Mona!

Lovely place to eat, wasn’t busy or loud. Food was tasty, came quickly. Bart, our waiter was really friendly and always around if needed.

Loved it! Bart gave us a warm welcome, the staff were super accommodating and the food was fab. A complete polar opposite to Pizza Express, who turned us away and couldn’t be bothered.

Always good food and friendly service. My wife and I went for lunch today and the coffee machine was out of order. Broken for three weeks. Very poor not to be able to have a coffee at the end of your meal. Mona offered to get coffee for us from the nearby Nero coffee shop so we could enjoy our dolce & digestive. She did this for us and is an example of the lengths the staff will go to, to make your Ask experience a perfect one. Well done Mona and the rest of the team for making up for company complacency ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent experience as a diner with Coeliac disease. Told the lady as we went in, and the waiter reconfirmed when he came to take the drink order. So reassuring to know the staff were communicating. Bart was great throughout the meal.

We fined early before the theatre, perfect location, pretty quiet. Family limited vegetarian menu, especially pizzas. Delicious pasta though. Service excellent, Bart was very helpful and jolly. Just a shame the coffee machine wasn't working so we cut our visit short. Would eat there again.

I have dined in hundreds of restaurants across the UK and abroad. Michelin stars, fast food joints, family restaurants, and anything else you can imagine. The service I had tonight from Mona was so good I had to leave a review. My food was on my table straight after finishing each previous dish, and my waitress was attentive to ask me what I thought of each dish. This is the kind of service we as customers come to restaurants for. Regardless of the food being okay — but nothing very impressive. The service alone made this a wonderful visit. Thank you Mona!

Though the food was good the way this guy at city centre mk outlet who is bald and has a tattooed hand talked to us was the rudest person I have ever met. I mean he literally was like it’s on you to double check allergens, it’s on you to say it you have a tastecard though we called before hand booked a table with all specifications on Thursday night which was pretty much dead for the restaurant of a big size had literally on 5 tables. Honestly he should not be near customers for sure. The other lady there was really so lovely and I wish I could just ask her to wait us so we could really enjoy the food that was delicious
