The pizza amazed me, crunchy on the outside and well cooked on the inside, quality ingredients, fast service and a very clean place. They were also very helpful in letting us eat inside despite the late hour.

Ordered a Meathead Pizza. Really a freshly made one from the huge stone oven but just a little bit too salty. The BBQ wings are real nice. I rate it higher than the pizza I had. The pricing of the drinks is a suprise. It is even fairer than in the supermarkets. Service from Hajra is excellent 👍.

I have celebrated my son's birthday here and everything was perfect from serving, food and environment. Hajra it was very helpful, she helped me with cake and serving and it was so nice with kids and me. Thank you. Definitely we will return here.

Another great time at Fireaway. Food was fantastic and the staff (Hajra first of all) went above and beyond to make our experience great. If you ever have the chance to come here, do it, it'll be worth it!

The pizza is fantastic as always, the delivery time changed but at least they called and checked if still okay to deliver. The pizza then took 30 more minutes on top of the delayed time

The pizza is good but the actual service is probably the worst in Milton Keynes. We regularly use food delivery and in the last 5 years I have not known a more dishonest, unreliable or apathetic company! It’s such a shame as I have had one good delivery from them but now the delivery and store service is awfully slow. We actually ordered today and the delivery scheduled for 3.20pm did not arrive. No updates or call. When we called we were told the driver left over 15 minutes ago. It’s not a 15 minute drive to ours… and the app did not update so it was clearly a lie. Now 4pm, and still nothing. I would avoid this restaurant as I think they just don’t respect customers or value and are incredibly overpriced for late, or undelivered food. Things arrive cold, and inedible.

The service from hajra was amazing she was brilliant and made us feel so welcome she also was very good with our young daughter . Very clean place to eat. The food was soo tasty.

Great Halal food at a reasonable price. Excellent and very patient service, especially from Hajra. Been here a few times now, and it definitely won’t be my last time. The atmosphere is good and very clean. Would highly recommend.

We discovered this place tonight and went to eat in. Hajra served us. She was welcoming and not pushy but attentive. She helped us choose and pointed out meal deals. Pizzas were cooked swiftly, in sight, and were delicious. Tasty and not at all greasy. Had chicken strips, too, which were delicious. Everywhere was clean and staff friendly. Took home the leftovers! Will definitely visit again.

Hajra provided us with great service and the place serves great food for a good price :)

Food was running late. So I called for an ETA. The girl on the phone said it would be 20 mins as the driver had left. I waited 20 minutes bit still nothing so called again. My house is sometimes difficult to find and have had experiences of delivery's giving food to neighbours. She said 20 mins. I politely said she said this 20 minutes ago and she said "f this" and hung up. I called back and she kept hanging up the phone. Waited 10 minutes and called again and another colleague answered. Asked to speak to a manger. Told the manager what had happened and the manager called the driver and told the driver I was angry with him. I was angry at the woman who hung up on me swearing!! Driver arrived very apologetic. Tried to explain to the driver I was not angry at him. Food was good tho. Just customer service was shocking.

Visited based on the reviews and boy were we not disappointed. We opted for the pizza/side/drink option and it was great value. We were served by the lovely Mira, who really is a credit to the company. Can’t wait to return!

awful experience. ordered our food on uber eats at 7:30. it did not arrive until 10. it said on uber it would be delivered 8:30 and at 8:40 we called up and they said our food had just left and it would be 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later still no arrival so we called up and told them and they said “let us check with the driver we will call you back” they never called us back so we called again and they were saying at one point it was on the way and then changed their story and said it had already been delivered. i told them it had not been delivered so i’d like a refund and they said they would not refund as it’s not their fault ? when it is their fault. they said they’d remake the order and send it out again which meant waiting another 30-40 minutes. absolutely shocking experience will never come back especially when the food is average at best. would recommend going some place else where the food is good and the staff aren’t rude, lying and not helpful at all.

Favourite pizza by far. Fresh and made to perfection. Never had a problem and I’ve been using fireaway for 4+years, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pizza, Also lovely milkshakes too!! Definitely recommend!

Went for the first time last night after going to simply race and it was great. The staff were friendly the owner was fab and really took care of us. Food was amazing great price and delicious you can customize how you want the ingredients were fresh and you they give you just the right amount of toppings. Much better than pizza Express ! New menu with loaded fries , milkshakes lots of drinks and dips as well. Keep up the good work guys good hospitality and staff that are smiley and actually give you a good experience are rare nowadays and we really appreciated it 10/10 new favourite places 😊

Worst experience ever. You order 1 pizza and it takes 1hour to arrive and they make excuses when I try cancel the order.

We were a party of 6 and ordered several pizzas... they were all great! My daughter said she gives the pizza 10/10... she really loved it. It's great that all is Halal as well, which made us order more things like the chicken strips, which was also very nice. Staff were very friendly as well.
