This place is fantastic! The pizzas are made with freshly prepared dough, baked to perfection in a stone oven, and you can watch the magic happen in their open kitchen. There’s a great variety to choose from, with delicious starters and a wide selection of drinks. The atmosphere is vibrant, full of colour and energy, making it a perfect spot for families to create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, and the prices were good. I just feel it's in the wrong place to get a lot of people through the door. Which is a real shame that they deserve to be busier than they were.

What a shame it's gone so downhill there. It used to be my go to ace for pizza. Not ever again. I take my dad so I can treat him before he goes home (out of the uk) so as you can imagine we don't see one another often. The food was wrong. The service was slow. The building itself was so cold inside i couldn't take my coat off. None of us could. My son ended up getting sick from how cold it was .I wonder has the management changed? Is that why the food was so bad?

The service I found was a tad slow, probably due to low staff. Pizzas are really nice though Just DON'T buy the veggie or meat lasagne as these are technically ready made meals they warm up in the microwave.

I wanted to share feedback on a recent experience at your restaurant. I had placed an order for 2 pizzas, and while it took quite a bit of time for the lady at the counter to process my order, I only requested olives to be removed. I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes, which I did, but when I returned, only one pizza had been made instead of the two I had requested. When I pointed this out, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes, but there was no apology for the oversight. Additionally, it seemed the second pizza had been rushed, as there wasn't enough sauce applied, particularly around the edges. When I mentioned this, the pizza maker initially said it was "how it was meant to be," but upon further inspection, he acknowledged the issue and corrected it. After the additional wait for the missed pizza, I was asked to pay again, adding to the delays. Given the inconvenience, I believe it would have been a good gesture to offer the pizza for free as a form of customer service. These small acts of goodwill can go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed with the service

After good experience last time, had a bad experience today. Pizza was delivered 1 hour late and was extremely cold and stiff…..

Ordered a Meathead Pizza. Really a freshly made one from the huge stone oven but just a little bit too salty. The BBQ wings are real nice. I rate it higher than the pizza I had. The pricing of the drinks is a suprise. It is even fairer than in the supermarkets. Service from Hajra is excellent 👍.

The pizza is good but the actual service is probably the worst in Milton Keynes. We regularly use food delivery and in the last 5 years I have not known a more dishonest, unreliable or apathetic company! It’s such a shame as I have had one good delivery from them but now the delivery and store service is awfully slow. We actually ordered today and the delivery scheduled for 3.20pm did not arrive. No updates or call. When we called we were told the driver left over 15 minutes ago. It’s not a 15 minute drive to ours… and the app did not update so it was clearly a lie. Now 4pm, and still nothing. I would avoid this restaurant as I think they just don’t respect customers or value and are incredibly overpriced for late, or undelivered food. Things arrive cold, and inedible.

We discovered this place tonight and went to eat in. Hajra served us. She was welcoming and not pushy but attentive. She helped us choose and pointed out meal deals. Pizzas were cooked swiftly, in sight, and were delicious. Tasty and not at all greasy. Had chicken strips, too, which were delicious. Everywhere was clean and staff friendly. Took home the leftovers! Will definitely visit again.
