This place is the best pizza restaurant I've ever gone to, I ordered the most complex order and they served it with no complaints, five stars.

Terrible customer service — would give zero stars if possible. Me and my partner have been at this place one time before when we had a good time and I left a good review although recently he called this pizza shop on Saturday night and greeted the staff by saying “hello brother.” Instead of a normal response, the person on the phone response was a shocking stream of all sorts of vulgar insults and then told him never to call again.Completely unprovoked and absolutely unacceptable.The person sounded drunk and unprofessional He went to the shop in person to get an explanation, but nobody there had the courage to speak up or take responsibility. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We won’t be returning, and I suggest others avoid this place too

Great little pizza place, bit of a hidden gem. Loads of choice, for pizza, pasta and wings. The pizza was excellent, great dough and cooked to perfection so just crispy enough. Wings were also cooked really well, the blue cheese and sriracha sauce was great. Friendly service and incredibly quick.

No cheese What is this service charge no waiters no one sitting down empty didn't even tell us about service charge meant to be discretionary just added 12% service charge ridiculous wedges weren't wedges they were like roast potatoes pizzas weren't Asian or tandoori at all just racist didn't think a pizza could be racist. despite the charge had to get our own cutlery and seasoning, even had to ask for plates!!! Overall the most loser loser loser loser experience of my life didn't even get greeted when we entered didn't ask if we enjoyed the meal didn't say goodbye ridiculous what a waste of my life could you be any worse? You just made me really really sad the chair I was sitting on has some weird bogey crusty musty stuff on it

Came into Fireaway pizza late on a Friday night and it was quiet so we were served quickly. The service by Kitto was really good and the food was fantastic. Pizza was nice and hot. Everyone had a fantastic meal. Would highly recommend.

First time here as a quick meal before the Theatre. The pizza was actually very good and fairly priced. Not greasy and very tasty. Friendly staff and clean environment. Would definitely recommend and I will use again

I booked here for a quick, post-escape room lunch: playing at Locked In a Room gets you 10% off the bill. Upon entering, I realised that this was not a restaurant- rather, a takeaway with extra tables. The server didn’t appear to be aware of my booking, but there was plenty of seating, anyway. Most of us got the Firestarter deal (Signature Pizza; Side and Drink for £15.99). My BBQ Boss was utterly average. Fries are a ‘special’ menu item i.e. not included in the list of sides, so I had to settle for some offensively greasy and somehow undercooked potato wedges (see pic). One of my friends specifically asked if the Chicken Strips come with the sauce on top, or on the side. He was told on the side. They arrived covered in siracha. Everybody else felt underwhelmed by their meals, too. The server had the nerve to apply a service charge- I can tell you that came straight off (but not without a meaningless objection from her- something along the lines of they don’t usually remove their *discretionary* service charge, but she would for me because the food was late?) I regret bringing my friends to such an awful eatery. I’m usually good with food choices.

First time tried the fire away pizza -the base was really thin and the edges we’rent heavy and stodgy. Would def come back.

We were staying in a hotel in MK and got chatting to another customer as their delivery arrived from this place, it looked great. We put our order in and it came pretty quickly, fantastic food and good value with the discounts. We would return if ever in MK again. Many thanks..!

The place was more underwhelming than expected. The taste of the pizza was quite boring and the tomato sauce was super pale. The margarita was quite tasteless. The waitress was sorry for the darker crust, in my opinion that saved the pizza from beeing really bad. There are better places for pizza in MK

The food was tasty. Thin crust. Service was great. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed our time. The mango milkshake was delicious.

Took advantage of Fireaways Blue Monday promotion of a free pizza and didn't disappoint! Best pizza had in a long time and wouldn't bother going to Dominos etc again.

To be honest, while it’s nice that you offered the promotion “Blue Monday Week”, it was not made clear that it was only for margarita pizzas. The promotion clearly stated “pizza on us,” with the condition that any additional toppings would be charged extra. This ultimately meant we would end up paying more than we would at other places—or even if we had chosen your “build your own pizza” option. We came there in order to get the promo pizza plus extra one, some dessert and drinks but When we had been said it’s margarita only and +1 for any topping (red onion etc) and we had been said that only after making our choices as it was not stated at the begining of our experience (when we mentioned the desire of using the free pizza code), after this we decided against ordering drinks and desserts, which we had initially planned to pay extra for, because we felt misinformed and taken advantage of. Instead, we chose to go elsewhere and we regret et coming To The town for This promotion… It’s your loss, as we were ready to spend more, but after hearing the terms explained by the staff member at the counter, we felt unwelcome and discouraged from spending anything additional. The whole experience was disappointing - poor communication, poor customer service, and not something that would make us want to return. Don’t worry, we won’t be coming back.

Was meaning to try here for a while and then saw they were doing a free pizza offer this week so thought it was a great chance to try. There was no gimmick I got a big Pepperoni pizza for free and it was delicious! It has nice booths for you to eat your pizza in or you can take it away

Ordered was fulfilled however, the pizza was not cooked properly with the toppings only just warm when eating. Our side dish was the same temperature and the sauce grainy. In addition, we only realised when getting home, which was less than half a mile away. Had to order from just eat from elsewhere!!!

My pizza was delivered HALF EATEN! Can you believe it ? I was in complete shock and couldn’t believe my eyes when both pizzas were half eaten, and they had the audacity to leave the crusts !!!! When I rang… Apparently the owner delivered my half eaten pizzas ! What a load of tripe! Order dominoes instead ! Shocking.

Poor delivery service. Takes more than an hour to deliver. On multiple occasions order has been delayed with no compensation or warning.

I visited Fireaway Pizza today specifically for their ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ Tuesday deal, which I saw advertised on their website. To my shock, the lady staff informed me that the promotion is no longer available for today. This was extremely disappointing and felt very misleading, as the website still claims the offer is active. It’s unacceptable to promote deals that are not honored in-store. Hypocrisy!!!! I expected better this. The rest fireaway pizza is lovely everytime and delicious.

I liked the shape they made the kids pizza. Looked like Mickey mouse, which I thought was a nice touch. Meat heaven pizza was really good. The meatballs on the pizza was surprisingly juicy and flavourful. The service wasn't great though. The waitress kept bringing food out to the wrong table and the high chair for my son was very dirty. I had to clean it myself.

Food was fine, but took almost 2 hours to deliver. Nobody picks up the phone. Lots of hungry kids very annoyed. Would not recommend delivery service.

Fresh, 'made in front of you', authentic Italian pizza. Best ingredients sourced straight from Italy. I believe this is their flagship store. Banging pizzas, and don't hate on the Nutella pizza if you ain't tried it 😋

Go there every day at lunch good service and good food

Really disappointed today. Ordered pizza for two at 6.45pm and update said it was out for delivery at 7.20pm. It’s now 8.20pm and order has still not turned up. We live about 15 mins away from fireaway so absolutely cannot believe it has still not turned up an hour later. Terrible delivery service that needs improving.

I recently ordered two pizza from fireaway, expecting the high-quality experience you’re known for. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the pizza due to the dry and unappetizing dough. The texture was far from the light, airy, and soft consistency typically associated with Neapolitan-style pizzas. Instead, it was tough and dry, which detracted from the overall flavor and enjoyment of the dish. Given that the dough is a cornerstone of a good pizza, this was a significant letdown. I’ve had good experiences with your pizzas in the past, so I’m not sure if this was an off day or a change in preparation. However, I wanted to bring this to your attention as it fell short of the quality I’ve come to expect.

Food was barely luke warm on arrival as well as being very late. Staff on the phone and at the door were pleasant but a shame the food had to be microwaved and was then pretty yuk.

As soon as I came out I vomited 🤮 Anyway apart from that all was good 👍🏼 I usually come very Sunday and I spend good money until today 😭

If I could only give 0 stars. VERY unprofessional staff and so hard to get in touch. Had to call over 30 times to be able to get in touch. Food arrived 2.5hrs late and was cold and dry so had to turn it away. DO NOT ORDER from here. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

the Calzone seemed to be semi cooked as there was some parts where the cheese was cooked and other where the cheese hadn't started to melt correctly. this is only one experience so I would not hold this against them.

I can't comment on "service" or "atmosphere" as we had a takeaway, but I can certainly say the pizza I ate tasted off - a mixture of stale and tainted. I should have stopped eating after the first bite, but as I hadn't eaten all day, I persevered for two slices before quitting. It's been a long time since I've been that sick with food poisoning. 12 hours later and I'm still really ill. With so many options in Milton Keynes, I won't be ordering from them again.

Pizza great as usual but on ordering the firestarter deal there is now a charge on the side which seems to be a bit expensive and there was no green leaf salad with chicken strips and no chilli honey, regular customer leaving, changed drastically

Really difficult to understand when an successful business take a step backwards. Used to enjoy visiting with the family, with affordable family deals and something for the thirst for the adults, unfortunately neither are available anymore, making it a very expensive and non enjoyable experience. No longer a choice of places to go.

food arrived 40 minutes after the dispatched notification. box was battered and pizza had been crushed to the roof of the box. food was fine, delivery had handling was appallingly bad

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, BBQ wings, and wedges, and the entire meal was a massive letdown. The pizza was unbearably dry, with absolutely no flavour to redeem it. The wings were soggy, undercooked, and completely lacked seasoning, making them almost inedible. As for the wedges, they tasted like plain potatoes overwhelmed by far too much Parmesan, with no real effort to balance the flavours. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

What a shame it's gone so downhill there. It used to be my go to ace for pizza. Not ever again. I take my dad so I can treat him before he goes home (out of the uk) so as you can imagine we don't see one another often. The food was wrong. The service was slow. The building itself was so cold inside i couldn't take my coat off. None of us could. My son ended up getting sick from how cold it was .I wonder has the management changed? Is that why the food was so bad?

The service I found was a tad slow, probably due to low staff. Pizzas are really nice though Just DON'T buy the veggie or meat lasagne as these are technically ready made meals they warm up in the microwave.

I wanted to share feedback on a recent experience at your restaurant. I had placed an order for 2 pizzas, and while it took quite a bit of time for the lady at the counter to process my order, I only requested olives to be removed. I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes, which I did, but when I returned, only one pizza had been made instead of the two I had requested. When I pointed this out, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes, but there was no apology for the oversight. Additionally, it seemed the second pizza had been rushed, as there wasn't enough sauce applied, particularly around the edges. When I mentioned this, the pizza maker initially said it was "how it was meant to be," but upon further inspection, he acknowledged the issue and corrected it. After the additional wait for the missed pizza, I was asked to pay again, adding to the delays. Given the inconvenience, I believe it would have been a good gesture to offer the pizza for free as a form of customer service. These small acts of goodwill can go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed with the service

We ordered at 7:00 and by the time it was 9:30 the food was still not here! A bunch of lies to cover up the fact that they can’t serve their customers properly!! To not waste your time I heavily advise you really not to bother

Don’t bother! Ordered 3 pizzas online at 7pm. 9.30 and six phone calls later still no pizzas. Full of poor excuses. Could have flown to Italy in less time! Dreadful customer service. Do not recommend.
