We were served by Lumi who was excellent and attentive. Good food and an enjoyable evening. Decent restaurant experience. Happy to recommend.

The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was delightful, and our server, Cristina, was an exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful, and I highly recommend dining here.

Dad's birthday meal and staff were lovely, efficient, and attentive. Had some issues with starters with food coming out cold but they had sorted this very quickly after I found someone. Our waitress was Justyna who was lovely and surprised my dad with candles in his cake. Overall a good visit. Great offers, good selection of food, lovely people, prime location, slightly overpriced for drinks, desserts were 😍!

Christens was amazing as usual and I tried 2 cocktails for the first time and they were amazing and the taste was consistent. And as usual, she gives a great service always!!!

We came here for my sons 7th birthday and had amazing pasta and sorbet for dessert. Lovely atmosphere with nice lighting.

Saturday lunch. Food was normal Zizzi standard. Service was functional rather than friendly. We ordered and paid everything with QR code and they still added 12.5% service charge. Back again sometime, I don't doubt.

Normally do not have any issues with this venue but on this occasion the starter was overcooked and only slightly warm when it arrived. The main course, none of the plates were warm so the food cooled off very quickly. Not the most enjoyable dining experience. However the service was very good, Christina was very engaging and attentive, she did her best to make things better, thank you very much for the great service.

My waiter 'Michallis' was very attentive and gave great recommendations for food choices.

Marsela was very helpful, always on it with service and ensuring all our needs were met. She has served us lots and every time she never fails to impress-thank you

Came here for valentines meal, ordered the set menu. Our mains came after a 90 minute wait and was wrong, contained ingredient we had specifically asked to not have. When the poor waitress took it back he gave her severe attitude and made her upset in front of the restaurant. They apologised and gave us the correct dish a short while later. Then dessert came and my brownie was cold and my “melted hot chocolate” was a block. The ladies serving us were brilliant but the chefs attitude however wasn’t’! We go to zizis regularly but this was by far the worst experience.

A large, warehouse type feel, a bit chilly and not much atmosphere. Starter was delish, but one of the mains was cold when served. The dish had to be sent back to be reheated and even then some of it was just warm. Decided to go ahead and eat it as everyone else had food. They did remove it from the bill though. Service was great, couldn't fault our waitress, she was lovely...and they sang happy birthday to me lol so.that was fun.

We went to Zizi's for a work do. It was my first time visiting this Italian chain restaurant. All of it was a bit underwhelming. Welcome: 4/5 nice waiters and welcome was good, canot say that it was brilliant either. What I would preferred is a bit more personal approach with a smile. Smile goes a long way. Ambiance:4/5 I liked the open kitchen being introduced into the restaurant area. Nice wooden chairs and rustic feel. For more italian feel, I was expecting some typical music or additional typical decor that will give the customer the feel that is an Italian restaurant. Food: 2/5 this was the biggest letdown. First, whoever was at the bar need to learn how to make a Mojito. Mojito is served in a long, tall glass with lots of mint, rum and crushed ice. Instead I got served some random alcohol in a small funnel shaped glass with cubed ice, some raspery juice and one single mint on top. I don't know what that was but it certainly was not a Mojito. Second, I had bruschetta for my starter, topping was simple and tasty enough, but bread was chewy and hard like it had gone stale or left out to dry for too long on the hot plate. The bread should be soft and infused with pesto or the toppings, not dry and stale. Third, Italian staple dish like mushroom risotto should be full of flavour. Instead rice was overcooked, tasting bland with no truffle oil or seasoning and I had to hunt for mushrooms. There was not enough mushrooms. Overall: 3/5 a bit meh and disappointing which is a shame, my biggest criticism is food. You really need to work on getting the authenic Italian staple dishes nailed to perfection.

Castomer service was amazing even it was Saturday evening food was served quick recommended place

I have been here this weekend. The food was good as usually and the staff nice but it was so cold inside, I had to wear my jacket throught dinner and so was everyone else in the restaurant. I will definetly not go again in the winter and don’t recommend anyone to go because it is not a nice experience to go to a restaurant to have good food and a good time and be so cold and not comfortable. I would like to mention that the heating was off as our table was right behind them and there was no hot air coming.

First time coming to this zizzi's over the weekend and found the experience wonderful. We had a very lovely waitress (marsela) who was excellent the whole time, she was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to family/friends and will be eating here again soon.

We came here for a group meal with friends, and were served by Christina who was very attentive and friendly. As a coeliac I feel like a bit of a burden eating at restaurants but Christina was so knowledgable about the allergen menu and made me feel really safe with the allergen procedures. All my food came with a gluten-free sticker and was also delicious. It also all came out at the same time so we could all eat together. Thanks Christina for making our meal out a lovely one!

Really tasty food. I had the Casareccia Pollo Picante which was delicious. The service from Christina was exquisite. Very friendly and speedy service. Will definitely be coming back.

Modern building in MK. Standard Zizzi food but the place is great for families, couples and friends.

Been there today, had great moment, my family loved the food including my son that ordered twice and that was a miracle. Lumi was taking care of our table from the booking till the last moment, lovely hardworking waitress, I will be back next week!

Cocktail was great but the pigs in blankets had room for improvement and were better with the savoury tomato sauce that accompanied the calzone than the supplied syrup. Service was the usual excellent standard, as was the calzone.

Visited @5pm on a Saturday. In a large box of a building there's little atmosphere. The food was good and served quickly but the staff were pretty miserable, professional but no smiles or making us feel very welcome. Wouldn't go back.
