Me and the wife just went here for lunch, we ordered one of each calzone, these have been the best tasting so far over both Prezzo and Bella Italia, service and location both great, as you would expect.

can't comment on food as I sat there waited and people came in after me got their drink orders then their food orders taken and I was sat there like a lemon waiting to order so I left and went across to banana tree and had a fantastic meal.

A warm welcome with friendly and attentive service. Megan and Lana made it a very enjoyable experience...we look forward to our next visit.

Cristina served us at the Milton Keynes branch, she was super efficient and very helpful. She was vigilant and was cool headed when things got busy. Zizzi are very lucky to have her! X

Nice enough restaurant to sit in sand service was ok but the food was sub standard at best. Garlic bread starter and kids pizza were fine but the adults pasta left a lot to be desired, and both of us left over half. One was burnt, and I saw how the waitress looked at it, she knew it wasn't right but served it anyway. The other was generally dry and unpleasant in flavour. Realistically we should have sent them back but we'd had a long yet lovely day and were hungry.. And didn't want to taint the day with complaint. Will not return

The new menu is not very good, to busy. Service was poor and waited ages for my dinner and pay the bill. Not a lot taste to the pizza ever. Not going back again.

Came in with a work group having a work meeting meal. They gave us time to chat and have a few drinks before ordering and sat us away from others so we didn't disturb and so we could have a decent discussion. Christina was fantastic, a proper laugh and offered great service, as did all of the staff to be honest. Would definitely go back!

The food is always amazing and the service is always brilliant too. I love going there with my husband mark,also all the staff members and managers are always accommodating,lovely and welcoming. Also the server Lana was amazing too. So I will always recommend this amazing restaurant.

Service is terrible Food is mediocre (cold pizza) Staff are very unhelpful - do not know the menu. Prawns really nice - cold stodgy pasta. This may have been a bad night for the venue but I would have rather have had a cold McDonald’s We cleared our own empty bottles & collected our own cutlery. On this this experience - avoid at ALL costs

We love this restaurant especially the welcome we always get from Penelope. She has made this place special for us. She remembered us from month after our first visit even sitting us at the same table. She is friendly, obliging taking service to another level. this restaurant now feels more like visiting a family run business than a chain. She is what we keep coming back for along with the lovely food.

This place was really good they let you customise your meal they were very polite and accommodating. The service was very good and the food tested really nice. Prices were good too.

Lumi our waitress was lovely and took care of us the whole evening - The service was friendly but still gave us the time to enjoy the experience on our own - the new app recommendation was amazing too - I didn’t catch the blonde lady’s name but she was great support on the floor - will definitely be coming back!

When we arrived we were told they didn’t accept cash it was card only. I am sure cash is legal tender last I looked. They can’t possibly infor e this. I ordered a starter cheese fondue when it arrived it was served with big baps of bread which were topped with something I didn’t recognise. When I complained that on the me u and when I have eaten it previously it ws served with spirit bread which are thin slices of bread. The waitress told me that that was not so and they have been serving it like this certainly for 8 yrs while she has been there. We didn’t pay for the starter but thats not the point. Next I ordered a lasagna what came was dog sick a messy slaushy horrible mess that smelt of sick. It was pre frozen and whilst bubbling along the sides it was stone cold in the middle. It is supposed to be six layers lasagna but you could barely find one layer. It’s my worst experience and its such a shame as over the years we have enjoyed excellent quality food here. But now I would not recommend it as my experience both food and service were horrendous. I shall never go again.

Wonderful night, served so quickly and attentively by Lumi and Mars. Nothing was too small, and the food was out of this world. Fully recommended for the wonderful service and night!

Despite a super busy Thursday evening they found a table for us and looked after us super well, bringing a finger bowl for sticky honeyed fingers and managing our every need.

If I could give zero stars for service I would! Our waitress was so disinterested. No eye contact either. Pizza was nice, pasta hard and lacking flavour. Won’t be back!

We were sat by staff in the area where they order on line and we were forgotten. I had to go and ask for menus, we were never asked if we wanted desert and I had to go and ask for the bill.

I recently dined at Zizzi in Milton Keynes and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waiter Christina . She was incredibly lovely, polite, and helpful throughout our meal. I have several food allergies, and she took great care in ensuring that my dietary needs were met, which made me feel at ease. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made our visit memorable. I would love to be served by her again in the future. Highly recommend!

Was a beautiful sunny evening, I ate alone here and the atmosphere was very chilled and lovely. I am gluten free and the food was excellent, hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and friendly. Would recommend a visit.

Food quality is very low and it's definitely not Italian. Ordered a burrata and I was given a mozzarella with staff claiming it was actual burrata; finally the manager came and explained they had run out of burratas and that was in fact a mozzarella; the dish was eventually sent back. At the end of the meal they still came and handed me a review request card asking for a "good" review despite the fact they knew the service had been poor. They didn't offer any discounts or freebies to compensate for the bad experience. Definitely not recommended!

Zizzi is a family favourite of ours. The food is always delicious with friendly fast service and we would like to mention in particular Lumi. She is always so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend Zizzi.

We've been going to Zizzi Milton Keynes for family parties for 5 years and every time they've been fantastic. The staff are so helpful, the food is great and the service brilliant. They really looked after us and a special shout out to our server Lumi, she was excellent!

It's like one of those restaurants you'd visit while on vacation, eat there, and be satisfied, as the food wasn't bad. But if you'd come to that area again, you'd go and try another place.

Lumi did a great job looking after our large table, taking good care of allergy needs and preferences. She helped set us up on the rewards scheme and was attentive throughout our meal. Food was delicious, a very enjoyable visit. 🙂

Zizzi in Milton Keynes is the best. Very tasty food! The team is welcoming and friendly. They have no issue to accommodate any dietary requirements. Simply, they are the best!

We enjoyed a nice family meal. Lots of vegetarian options and gluten free available . Kids menu is great value and lots of choices . Large drinks menu alcoholic and non alcoholic All our food was hot and tasty we would definitely return.

Now im not one to give 5 stars i find it hard to give as some places are just not it; however the GLUTEN FREE menu/food was absolutely phenomenal the best i’ve had in a long time absolutely recommend to GLUTEN FREE community!

Special thanks to Christina, who was a wonderful server despite it being a very busy evening, and who kindly helped us when our Zillionaire points weren’t working. Very friendly and kind member of staff. We loved this trip to Zizzi - from starters to desserts to mains to sides, the food was cooked excellently for a chain restaurant. The prawn skewer add-ons deserve a special shoutout. Will definitely pop back to Zizzi for a casual dinner.

Given 2 for the staff were lovely and very helpful. Can’t be faulted. Would give zero for the pizza. What the hell has happened to Zizzis!?? It has always been our go to pizza place, but last couple of times have been truly awful pizzas! Dry, flat, expensive, lack of toppings, basically like cardboard. Didn’t complain as I paid on Tesco vouchers so felt bad mentioning it. Sadly think my days at going to Zizzis are over.

came here for my bday lunch and everything was absolutely stunning😩the cocktails were gorgeous, fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned and the pizza was phenomenal. deserves more than 5 stars, would highly recommend. very happy and pleased with the service and high quality food

We visited the Zizzi restaurant in The Hub, Milton Keynes, last week for our son's birthday and Neda was our waitress. She was so attentive, cheerful, friendly, made us feel really welcome. The waitresses sang happy birthday to our son and brought his ice cream out with a candle in it! Amazing service as always, we love this restaurant!

what an amazing time we had. Went there with my friends from work. A very nice, helpful pregnant lady looked after us (I can’t remember what was her name). The food was amazing, the atmosphere was really nice, wasn’t too noisy. *I never wrote a review before so this is new for me. Just started today as I joined Tripadvisor (not a social media expert neither) and I wanted to share my experiences from the past months to support the places I’ve been.

Waiter was extremely attentive and couldn't do enough for us.

Dinning with my wife received quality service from Cristina, very friendly although the restaurant was busy, regularly checking if I need anythiny with smiley face. The food were also in a good standard. A good experience with food and service, will come again.

Staff had an attitude, brought the same wrong order twice and then seemed arsey, brought the side at the end of the meal, way too busy for the number of staff. Food was below average.

Food is good when it arrives, but anything not pizza, we had to wait for. When paying the bill, the app and the paying machine was not working, so ended up having to pay all on one card eventhough it was three separate bills, and beware of tip without a choice. It also really is time for Zizzi to allow cash payments again; no other restaurant we visit is like this - the pandemic is over Zizzi!!
