Starbucks in Milton Keynes

I came in on my lunch break to quickly grab a drink and lunch. I ordered a vanilla frap with added java chips, which is something I order quite frequently. A Barista handed me my drink and i was immediately surprised by the color of it because it was a completely different color than what I usually get when I order the same thing. I asked her to double check, “this is a vanilla frappachino with java chips, correct?” and she said “yes!” and i said “oh right okay, it just looks like a completely different colour” and she didn’t say anything else. I headed back to work and started my drink just to find that it is indeed not the drink i ordered, it’s a chocolate base frapp with the java chips. It’s way too sweet and rich and just annoyingly not what I asked for. I understand mistakes happen but I’m frustrated that I double checked with the barista and she told me it was right when it wasn’t. Attached are pictures of the very chocolately frap I received today compared to pictures of the normal vanilla frap with added java chips. One is very obviously vanilla, one is very obviously chocolate.

I absolutely love starbucks, and I have been to so many, and i think this is my absolute favourite one!

The lady who took our order was nice and polite but the man who gave us our drinks was very rude to my partner, will not be visiting here again

Really impressed with the service and happy atmosphere created by the very switched on and positive Nathan N ! Always good to know when I’m looking for a movie and coffee..

Before watching a film at the cinema yesterday we went for a hot chocolate, it was very tasty and we got served by a girl with blonde hair who was very nice.

The staff are always friendly and polite but today Alex went above and beyond. My granddaughter lost her phone and he could see she was getting upset. He did everything he could to help us and then just as we went to walk away, he found it. Thank you Alex. We really appreciated your help.

Lovely coffee & bites to eat but can feel draughty & like you're in a train station with all the noise from the cinema.

Nathan and Alex made our Saturday morning. Friendly faces, very polite and attentive, and great coffee to boot. Good job fellas! We will definitely be visiting again.

I love that they have opened a Starbucks at the cinema! When I have been the staff have always been friendly (Even thought they are rushed off their feet at busy times - might need more staff). Drinks are what you would expect of a Starbucks and I haven't been disappointed. The extra bonus at this Starbucks is that you get a discount if you are a Cineworld Unlimited member!

Coffee on way to work. Friendly staff. Quick and good service. Always helpful. Nothing is ever too much. Always offering the latest things and when you say no, there is no pressure

Expensive and staff seem unhappy to be working there . Not what you expect at the prices you are paying .

Over priced products, served up by staff who all seemed to be bored. Was not a pleaasant experience, and I will not be back.

Great coffees but food expensive, dreadful selection and over priced (as is the coffee). Very accessible and parking good plus there is a drive through. It needs a better selection of food. I did have the breakfast bap but didn't like the sausage at all. They will have to offer more as macdonald said and Burger King are next door and whilst the coffee her is good people want fast food with a selection?

Always friendly and efficient and just what i need to complete my visit. Their range of food makes it easy if you want lunch or just a naughty snack

Fast friendly, enjoyable experience every time I grab a coffee. Always very clean and tidy. The staff always got the extra mile to help.

Customer service is non existent. The staff are just wandering around chatting and giggling doing NOTHING while the queues build up and people keep waiting firecer to be served!!!! The staff isn't tactful either, on one occasion me and my girls went inside to bin our McDonalds wrappers in their bin and guess what, one of the staff just commented on this with a raised voice, can you imagine the embarrassment when all eyes were on my family just doing the right thing, putting wrappers into the bin instead of leaving them just anywhere. I hate that place with all my heart and have never gone there for a coffee since then. Now I bring my own in a little flask :-)

I regularly visit Cineworld and often visit this Starbucks ... I don't know why I ever go back. The staff regularly get orders wrong or are out of stock of drinks items - they usually don't let you know this until after you've paid and then they go and check. Customer service is poor. Almost every time I go there is an issue with my order or the service. Definitely am not going to return unless Starbucks roll out some better training to this branch and the relevant manager(s) address the issues.

The Starbucks in Cineworld within the Xscape serves the standard Starbucks offering.

We went here for a coffee and it was not up to the usual standard of service. They had very limited choices of sandwiches and when we asked if there were more we were told that there wasn't. There were six people 'serving' but you would never have known it by the time it took for us to get served. Not impressed.

Good quality Starbucks coffee & tea, much as you'd expect, but very draughty makes it not welcoming to enjoy your drink

The prices are very high here. You can get better food and drink at other place in the Xscape building. One of the female staff is very rude and discuses other customers with other customers.

bit small and dark. next to cinema so can get too busy at time for comfort. Prices are too high. The service is good.

i think its too hyped! the brand has become so popular, dont know why. i like Costa 10 times more than i like Starbucks. Costa has better coffee.. better staff and better food and of course ... better prices ... if no choice and in need of coffee than would go to SB but otherwise ... i would choose wise!!

Dirty & untidy, but luckily great coffee. We dropped in to kill an hour, and as ever were treated to great customer service & great coffee. Unfortunately bins were overflowing, tables littered with debris & generally untidy

Comfy seats. HUGE bucket of tea. Watching the world go by during a welcome break from a little retail therapy. Welcoming, cheerful staff. Will definitely visit again.

I have already been two or three times and although there are still some teething problems, it has improved each time I have gone. It is a great Starbucks for people-watching and a welcome addition to the Xscape and to Cineworld. I can recommend the ham and cheese toastie. Note: currently Starbucks card is not accepted here, but Cine world card is, so you can get discount.
