Nandos is just amazing, having it in restaurant is just amazing

Good drinks, however the girl with black and pink hair doesn’t treat customers very nicely..

I have been here this weekend. The food was good as usually and the staff nice but it was so cold inside, I had to wear my jacket throught dinner and so was everyone else in the restaurant. I will definetly not go again in the winter and don’t recommend anyone to go because it is not a nice experience to go to a restaurant to have good food and a good time and be so cold and not comfortable. I would like to mention that the heating was off as our table was right behind them and there was no hot air coming.

The food is delicious, with very large portions and a wide variety. The staff is friendly. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it 100%.

Had lunch here whilst visiting a craft market. The quality of food was reasonable. They had enough cooks but didn't seem to have enough serving staff. My main issue was when I paid I was shown an ecopy of the receipt on a small PDA type device (hard to see properly) and only received my receipt by email. Once I had a proper look at it I'd been overcharged for two dishes when I only had one. I complained to head office from the email on the receipt and they did correct it a couple of days later.

My friend told me that she was ordering pizza from Papa Jones. I was super sceptical due to all the negative comments, but beside the time my experience was positive! As for time, I have no problem waiting, but for 48 min it was displaying “We are cutting and quality checking your pizza"—the"COVID test can be done in 15 min.—cutting the pizza in seconds. So what was done? Jokes aside, I had no issues with what folks were writing: lots of yummy toppings, warm and nice. Very good meal at a fair price.

I was food poising after 3 hours, spend 3 days in bed with pain and discomfort. Service charge added for NO service, never back again.

My food was freezing meaning it was not made fresh as it wouldn’t of come that cold. The coke was flat. Why would you deliver out food that’s been sitting on the side. I pay all these extra charges to get food that has been sitting on the side. I am pregnant and not happy at all.

We’re staying at the hotel, which was very good! However, our festive meal was booked in this restaurant. Three courses for the best part of £40.00 Starter….was ok, basically toast with tomatoes on it! The main course - steak…..with about 8 (frozen chips), two cherry tomatoes. The steak was tiny and should have been medium rare……it was like boot leather and had no taste whatsoever. It was in a word …..pathetic. Then the peppercorn sauce, we had to remind our servers that the steak came with this…did not turn up for ten minutes after the meal was served. Desert…..Three scoops of sorbet and ice cream…..you can’t really get this wrong! Luckily, this was a work event and not paid for by me….however, this reflects badly on Marco Pierre White and can say easily the worst steak I’ve ever had……rubbish

No one was there I was screaming for 5 minutes - waste of time

Had lunch today with work colleagues. Really good quality, tasted fantastic; pheasant and steaks. Everyone was happy. Loved every meal I have had over the years.
