Wasn't great buffet experience the choice of food was limited, awful experience salad dried out, popadoms stale, lacked in flavour, for the price £22 per person very disappointed, the dessert best part children wasnt anything exciting at all, personally wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

Very good food lamb curry was amazing with freshly made naans at request and Amandeep was a very welcoming and helpful host

Greta food and great service. Amandeep is an always smiling face makes you feel welcome . The entire team is on their toes to welcome and help you once you become a regular like us. They all come from great family values and hence the food and service is authentic Indian!!! Best of best. Something you don’t find in today impersonal restaurants

simply the most horrible place I've ever been, this food is not suitable for pigs, the problem is that the establishment is run by Arabs, not Chinese, and the fact that for people from third countries the service and cleanliness is normal, for us civilized people, we will not accept this establishment is just a scam to get money this place has no right to exist in this beautiful city

The food was not that great, I paid £95 3 adults 1 child the egg fried rice that had hard bits which actually cracked my back tooth and seemed like other people had other options then the buffet, "family members". I now need to go dentist to look at my tooth and my partner had the same problem with the rice, we had a sneaky service charge which I thought was naughty considering chasing the staff members all day for drinks. Don't recommend the price is extortion considering there grilling farm foods products from frozen, that's why I don't recommend any sea food from this place just not worth food poisoning you'll be fine sticking with beef or chicken.

Been here twice now, the food is lovely. The only thing I'd say is that they could do more cold food options, ie:- salads bits and pasta choices too. Would definitely eat here again.

Really liked the place as it was my first time visiting the place. I liked their food, which was at level best nearly perfect. Their customer service was outstanding and a very good lady by the name, Neeraj, served my family and I. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their family or loved ones to restaurant and have a good time.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money Paid £23 for a “night out lunch” at this buffet, and honestly, it was a complete letdown. Every single meat option was cold, chewy, and completely bland. No seasoning, no flavour – just tough, tasteless food that seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. The variety might look decent at first glance, but when everything tastes like nothing, what’s the point? Even the sauces couldn’t save the dishes. You expect at least something to stand out at a buffet, but here, everything was equally disappointing. Save your money – seriously. For £23, you’re much better off grabbing a meal at KFC or McDonald’s. At least there, you can taste something, and you know what you’re getting. This place just feels like a rip-off trying to pass itself off as a “premium” buffet. Never again.

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the management. This place ranks as the worst restaurant I’ve ever visited. Refused to pay as the food was beyond words. I offered of course for our drinks but as the food was completely inedible we refused to pay for it. The manager was aggressive and unprofessional and would only allow us to leave if we paid for one cover. He couldn’t argue about the quality of the food on offer and was just shouted until we paid. This is the worst place we have ever dined and would recommend anywhere other than this restaurant. Shame on you.

This whole ordeal happened within 35 minutes. Out for my fiancés birthday meal, We sat down and ordered our drinks, which took a while to come out, we then went up to get our food and found that there was very limited options, not a wide variety of options, we had one plate each. my plate consisted off 3 ribs and 2 duck pancakes due to lack of options and my fiancé had about 6 items on his and both of our foods were either burnt, chewy, watery and luke warm most definitely not fresh. We didn’t even finish our plates as the food made us feel sick, we decided we were not going to eat anymore. We explained politely how we weren’t satisfied with the food and were not happy to pay £21.99 EACH for food we barely touched and was quite frankly un edible but were happy to pay for our drinks and a little extra for part of what we had eaten even though we didn’t feel it was worth that. The manager came back at us and said how we should of asked them to refresh the stations to which I explained A - that’s not my job and B - we didn’t know the food wasn’t going to taste good until we tried it to which we were then put off to try further. He then offered us £8 off our £50+ meal and we said no as we refuse to pay for a buffet that we didn’t actually use properly and we were happy to pay for our drinks. The manager then became very rude and aggressive towards us, threatening that we cannot leave unless we pay. I called my dad for advice and at this point the manager said he would take one plate off. Still VERY unhappy with that offer my fiance paid for one plate and our drinks ( one beer and one cocktail ) which still equated to £40 just so we could leave without anymore confrontation, once we paid, the manager proceeded to tell us we weren’t ‘ invited here anymore ‘ even though we will NEVER set foot in that food poisoning trap ever again and kept his aggressive attitude towards us as we left. Absolute disgrace of a place, disgrace of service and would STRONGLY advise anyone not to eat or waste their money here. The bad reviews on this place speak the truth and I wish I took their advice. Place should be shut down for how awful their staff and food actually were. Disgusting. 🤮

Great variety of hot and cold food as well as the desert buffet. Good choice of food for kids and adults. Dining area clean and the waiters always ready to help. Big thank you to manager Ramesh , chef Lalit and all staff for great service. Highly recommend. Thank you Said

my favourite place, will go over and over

I had chicken tandoori more like tanrawi. The chicken could have still been clucking might as well of laid an egg on my plate. Not a lot of compensation. Food in general wasn’t great don’t come here needs to be shut down.

Went in just as they opened. Cold food. Poor selection. Nowhere near as mentioned on website. Drinks very expensive. Not a very good experience at all. Should've listened to the reviews.

Some dishes weren't available , Indian food was nice but the rest just passable. Biggest disappointment were the deserts, even the kids left them on the plate

Called prior to arrival to ask does a 1 year old have to was told as long as they don't have much. Got there and asked same thing and they said as long as they don't have much. Asked for clarity in this and they said if they eat anything. So 1 year old who ate 1 cucumber, half chicken nugget and couple chips £5. It is what it is. Food was cold. Low quality meat. Lots of salt used to increase fluid intake. This of course fills you up even faster. Soft drinks also very expensive. Very little selection and nowhere near what is mentioned on the page. Save your dosh and just go mcdonalds. £60 odd between 2 adults, 9 year old and 1 year old. Never again.

Fairly good value for money, with a good selection of dishes regularly topped up. Service is good and staff generally friendly. Some dishes missing/been out too long but overall good for a weekday night.

Staff were rude, food was disgusting, dry and inedible…. Food that was there that is……not 4 different cuisines, there was 2 and half at most. Chocolate fountain??? It was melted chocolate in a bowl that people were dipping their fingers in!! All the kids ate was pizza. Avoid this place at all costs…..was better under the previous management!

Just few options were available for us, we felt like these are left over dishes from previous day. For Veg its better to avoid this place.

I am very satisfied with the food. Everything fresh and good. Very good service. But especially Miss Vasiliki who made us feel at home there. Thank you to all the staff and Miss Vasiliki. We were very excited, we will definitely be back! I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Sunday afternoon, Family of six, kids definitely had their fill. Food is just okay, nothing exceptional or worth mentioning/recomending. Fast service, attentive and friendly staff. Quick to remove empty plates and alert to if you needed anything drinks, etc. Seemed pricey for the quality of the food, compared to other buffets we've used. Cleanliness around food seemed lacking. However, put that down to messy and disrespectful customers. Could see there were some "challenging customers in" so experience may have been better another time. Toilets seemed like a after thought, then son went before we left and said someone had trod chips and food into the floor. So again, not the resturants fault. Overall didn't feel the value for money, place felt over used and under loved. Doubt we'll use again unless hear of improvements

I honestly don't want to give a star. It's the first time I come here and I left disgusted at maximum I found hair in the rice. It is very crowded and agitated in this bin because the restaurant can not be called. Terrible terrible!

the main food is nice and there's a lot of variety but whenever I've gone there's not been any much sushi left. The deserts are dry from the fridge, and there just isn't that much choice of dessert. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great

I Went to this buffet with my date, because we were both feeling peckish and slightly low on money, Reading how much they charged for food during lunchtime made me choose this place, but besides the atmosphere obviously being generally busy due to it being half term by the time we went. The staff were helpful. But the Selection of food that there was and most of what was there was out of stock, low or closed for an unknown reason. They only had half of the Indian section available, oddly a lot of sweet foods, a few mexican sauces, and less than one whole pizza on display. Granted, staff might have been busy sorting everything out for the children to enjoy, but it's very underwhelming when considering they did not warn of any sort of closures throughout the half term.

The standard were not met, staff were inadequate with their pricing atrocious with them being disrespectful to customers. They charged my 10month old baby for a salad leaves and few cucumbers £5 .No proper vegetables(all dry and not fresh) no fruit and no food for children, food was cold and disgusting. Most of the food is indian.Not going there again!

Delicious food. Beautiful Ambience! Served by Neeraj who was very pleasant and friendly. She went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. I will recommend it anyone who wants good food in a nice setting.

The worse food, nothing is fresh, pre cooked meat on the grill and they stick the meat on the grill to warm it up. On the Italian section was only pizza, probably from Asda. The salad buffet was disgustingly dirty all mixed. The noodles and the vegetables were dry and all mixed too. The place itself is disgustingly, dirty, the walls all greased. For the price you pay should be at least more clean. The site advertised is not near what this really likes! Very disappointed and never going back there!

all together i wish i could put a 0 star review, absolutely diabolical, we all sat down and got our food, ordered drinks and they didnt even ask for the size and they just gave us all large drinks which added up to an extra £20 to the bill, we got our food and started eating, the food was decent to start with but we all noticed its just chicken, chicken here chicken there chicken everywhere and it all together was not it, i got dessert. all the little puddings taste the same, and the ice cream is just mush and ice, and all together the food is disgusting my friend had barley anything and still ended out running down to the toilets and threw everything up and yet i feel like im going to throw up too, all the staff were foreign and couldn't help, i asked for a sick bag or bucket and i got the response “toilet sick bucket” and she just ran to the toilet and was checking the toilet for sick, still got charged for eating barley anything. do not recommend.

Food was good. Basic buffet, nothing really stood out. It was hot and tasty and had a lot of options. Desserts were good too but just basic and generic. A bit pricey for what it is tbh.

In my 19 years of breathing on this planet I have never had such a drastically dreadful dining experience. The staff were miserable and looked like they were working for free, not a single ounce of passion in them. Don’t get me started on the food, it was stale, dry and took staff a few centuries to restock the plates. Now, STAY AWAY FROM THE BEEF, this genuinely almost killed me! The fat (the size of a regular grass snake) which was disguised in the beef dangled down my throat and tickled my oesophagus. I had to pull the lengthy fat out from my throat. Staff just watched whilst I neatly became a daily mail story in their restaurant. I am disgusted, please stay clear and DO NOT book a table. A McDonalds date is more suitable. 👍

Low-cost buffet, but this is reflected in the food and atmosphere. Chinese buffet was the most disappointing, but the Indian buffet was good.

Mk buffet village is one of the best restaurants i have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and their food is amazing.

Stairs, walls & door on way upto the restaurant were dirty! "Italian Cuisine" - £1 Iceland Pizza, Tinned Meatballs & Grated cheese on pasta Indian Cuisine - Cold curry and rock solid naan bread Chinese - Rubber inedible ribs, soggy chewy prawn crackers Food is definitely not to the correct temperature!!! Empty desert shelves, "chocolate" ice cream tasted out of date!! When asked by staff if everything was ok, I told them no and explained. His answer "Well can't be true no1 else has complained" why even ask if that's the customer service you provide. GRIM 🤢🤮

I was food poising after 3 hours, spend 3 days in bed with pain and discomfort. Service charge added for NO service, never back again.

Im MK Village you always find something nice to enjoy,the fresh pizza,kebap with fresh naan,calamari ring,lamb,chicken etc.The sweets are really nice,chocolate fountain with marshmallows in particular.

I’ve been in this restaurant a couple of times and everytime the employees come and disturb by asking for empty plates even when you are still eating and not even finished the food yet. They would come every few minutes which is unacceptable. When you need to them to get your plates they never come. They should let people eat in peace. Most of the stuff off the menu was missing. Food didn’t taste good, nuggets were raw and uncooked maybe they need to pay attention and cook food properly otherwise people will end up with some kind of disease. Pizza slices were bite size, maybe they should consider slicing it properly so that people can actually eat. Normal tap Water isn’t free it’s about £ 3,50 a jug and we were charged for it and wasn’t even aware about it, when I asked they ignored me. Employees don’t understand English when you try to speak to them. We do not recommend this place to other people and we won’t ever come to this restaurant. Very bad experience never again.

Honestly not great tbh . Buffet area is quite narrow and the food quality is not worth cost. Much of the food is not very hot temperature wise and overall poor .

The staff were friendly and helpful. A few items on the menu were not available and some of the dishes did not seem fresh. Overall they have a wide variety of dishes from various cuisines, Indian being their forte. The lamb was cooked well but all the chicken dishes were overcooked. The Italian dishes were disappointing while the Chinese dishes fared well. The desserts were good and ended the meal on a high. I would not recommend anyone to go into this place with high hopes but going for the first time and given the price, it was a satisfactory experience. I hope they improve their food quality in the future.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The food was ok for what you are getting. The buffet is just overly too busy for how small the buffet area is, and you do feel like you are on top of people; it was a Saturday night, so I did expect it to be hectic after all they’ve needed to make money. The staff was all friendly, even if they seemed rushed off their feet trying to deal with everything. For the most part, the food was lovely and hot. However, like any buffet, food can run out quite quickly, but if you visit these types of places often, you normally understand that. The only issue we had was our bill being incorrect and having other people's drinks and food added to it. It was no big issue. After a few attempts at getting it correct, we paid. Just be mindful to check your bill, and remember, these places here are bustling and slightly crazy.

Best Indian dish I ever had. Though other cuisine is average, but their Indian food has earned the 5 star from me. The lamb was the best.

I went to MK buffet after some time yesterday with my family. This is by the worst buffet place I have ever eaten. The quality of the food and taste has drastically fallen since many years ago when it was called Red Hot Buffet. The meat quality is appalling and the taste is terrible. Please avoid this place if you want to enjoy a buffet.

All food was tasteless….. nothing was good

Generally I always give restaurants the benefit of doubt. Everyone can have a bad day, but this is one restaurant we will not be going back to. Here are my reasons why, 1. Lift to the 1st floor only takes one person at a time 2. The restaurant was cold, despite having glow heaters around the area. 3. Does it actually hurt the staff to smile 😁 it is actually a service business. 4. The food was lukewarm, the sweet and sour chicken neither tasted sweet or sour. The Katusu chicken was dried out...and so on. 5. The handles on the entrance doors were help together with sticky tape. Now we might have gone on a bad day, it was a Friday and cold outside.

It was a great evening, we'll come again soon

Came for a family Friday lunch. Something for everyone, including the pickiest children in the world! Quick service to whip away used plates and yummy pancakes freshly made. We'll be back.

My evening was amazing, from walking into the restaurant and receiving the best customer service to the waiters/waitresses always making sure our guests were accommodated. Food was great, buffet had a lot of choices to choose from, and the drinks were very refreshing. Would definetly come again. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the toilets were looked into through the evening to keep the standard up.

Really good place to eat. Would recommend it to people. The only thing that puts me off big time is when other customers don't watch their kids with the food. The last time I went a parent was with their kid and their kid was half biting sweets and putting them back in the bowls and the parent just watched.

party of 40 went yesterday for a works event. great choice, great food, great service. great vegetarian choice as well.

Came here on 8th November , 20 of us for a family meal . The food was tasteless and cold , it was absolute carnage trying to get your food as packed and everyone running around piling their plates up . It was like feeding time at the zoo ! There wasn’t enough staff and the desert choice was shocking , waited 15 minutes for some mediocre pasta and the duck was like cardboard! Don’t even get me started on the chow mein ! The worst one I’ve eaten in my life ,It literally tasted of nothing . food is located right beside the stinking dirty toilets and the whole place looks like it needs a good clean . Asked for the bill and they hadn’t taken off the £100 deposit I paid a week before (luckily I spotted it ) this is definitely not worth the money . Spend your money elsewhere ! Oh and to top it off half of us had bad belly after eating here .

I love the food. I think the price doesn’t do justice to the service and quality of food. Waaoooo an absolute great place for your everyday lunch or dining. My partner and I enjoyed the food and service. We even called the manager to compliment him and also wanted to buy shares. That should tell you how much we loved the place

Fantastic place. You get full value for money. The food is soooooo on point. As a tourist it didn’t feel different on my tongue. Every bite was worth it. I wanted to buy shares so badly

Not a large selection of foods but most of the classic buffet items and the ones I tried were ok. Took a while to receive our drinks. Nothing special, just ok. Price is reasonable.
