Delicious pizzas and chicken sides

Pizza sometimes is too greasy, I think it depends on who makes it.

I'm sure the wraps are half the size now and the never seen wings that small. All tasted alright but the size isn't worth the price.

They fumble the half n half pizzas but always make a tasty chicken feast. They actually care about your allergies and will accommodate.

Domino's Pizza has became one of the worst pizzas.

Really poor service Ordered online Waited 8-10 mins for collection but they lost my order. Didn’t offer to make another pizza. I got a refund but they didn’t give me proof of refund. So many people in the kitchen but didn’t work as team, lack of communication. They need training clearly.

Staff were rude. Order was incorrect and wrong toppings given (allergy concern there). Was told refund processed. 3 weeks later and no refund still. Keep being told 3 working days. Recommend going to different store

We stopped here while passing we aren't local and this just didn't taste like a classic dominos, tasted like a back ally pizza shop was also very greasy.

Not quite sure what’s wrong with this particular Dominoes location and my address. But there is always an issue when ordering for delivery, they either drive right past my house, are always late or, like, in the most recent occasion the driver drove all the way to my address but didn’t have my Pizza. There’s always something. However, I give three stars because the Pizza for the most part is fine and when I have called they’re always apologetic and work to resolve the issues; so I won’t fault them for their willingness to make right.

This is the second time I try to order from this branch and fail. Their opening times are supposedly until 3:00AM for Delivery ONLY. I tried ordering at 1:50AM and another day at 2:00AM but nothing. I called their landline atleast 10 times but no pickup. You would expect more for the amount of money you are paying to be honest. What a waste...

I've just seen "my delivery" go out to Cranfield, and back to the shop. absolute shambles. And the chappy in the shop gives me some crap

My experience with dominoes has always been good .. pizzas are always fresh and hot, friendly and polite staff who take extra care for customised orders

Quality pizza for a quality price.

Every time I order delivery there is an issue, and to have a manager come to my house telling me they won’t serve me anymore because I complain too much, when he can see from the pizza in the box he’s holding that it is raw dough. it’s delusional and definitely gone downhill over the past 12-18 months. Used to be a favourite of mine as I found it better than the other local dominos, now they are rude and abrasive and they would rather lose a customer than to get the order right.

Placed an orders for delivery for £40 they said they can not deliver my food. I offered to pick the food up and they hung up on me. Rude customer service and would not resolve the situation. Stole £40 off of me. Hung up on me 3 times when calling back to resolve

Shocking customer service.... got left to stand there for 15 mins with nobody making any eye contact to take my order...avoid if your hungry.

Excellent service and yummiliscious pizzas that were so filling and worth the price. My kids loved the pizzas and we are certainly going to return for more of the tasty pizzas!

Lovely pizzas but rubbish service, ordered to collect and I was blanked by all the staff members. I stood at the entrance waiting for 5 minutes until someone asked to help. Train your staff to be more attentive, manners don’t cost anything.

Expect cold food and long delivery times. If you're lucky enough to get food it will most likely be the incorrect order. Worst Dominos ever!

Awful. A wrong pizza was delivered, everything was cold and to finish off the driver dropped a starter onto the floor outside. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.

The Meat Feast was nice, and their deals are okay (you'd be crazy to pay full prices).... But the Chicken pizza had hardly any chicken (as pictured) and tastes very processed.

Very poor service, ordered 30 min ago to collect. When we get there we had to wait another 15 min. This place really need to get a hang of their processes.

Ordered at 11.19pm, the pizza was never delivered. Phoned the store multiple times with no answer. This isn’t the first time, ordered on another Saturday night and they took 1hr30, to deliver me a cold pizza.

Placed an order Thursday rang to confirm delivery and they pretended I never placed an order but took £180 payment, told me to just order gain, when I pressed they had my money they told me they were shutting soon despite the app, website and google saying they close 3am. Told me to ring in the morning and hung up!! Won’t give the money back for 10 days! Still no apology and won’t admit the hours they advertise are wrong. Stay clear use another Dominoes

Advertised as open til 3am. Placed an order for £180 for staff at local warehouse to be delivered at 1.45am received email confirming order. Called them to confirm location and they denied order, denied that they were open til 3am. They were rude and the manager told me to call back tomorrow and hung up on me. That's £180!

Terrible service! We placed our order at 23:43pm and it's now gone 1am and still no delivery! The app keeps saying it was out for delivery over 40 minutes ago! I called and spoke to a man named Vikki who said he is the manager. He then said it would be 10 minutes and apologised as he is short of drivers. Guess what that was clearly not the case as over 25 minutes later the pizza is not here! We want a full refund! To add insult the restaurant is not picking up the phone!!!!!

Long time customers and honestly we have consistently received good service. Orders are correct and arrive on time. Drivers are always polite. Food is good albeit slightly undercooked but we expect that from Dominos. Overall service at a high standard 👍

On Saturday I ordered some food for myself and two friends. Come Sunday I was throwing up and had diarrhoea. My friend phoned later on and said that she wasn't well and I was starting to think it could've been the food we ordered. I phoned to speak to my other friend and she had the same problem. My mum was the same. I phoned the shop and he couldnt care less. I've since phoned head office and reported this problem. Hope to hear back from them soon. If anyone had the same problem please let me know.

I'm not happy with the way my order was handled last night. I placed my order at 8.20pm, when the driver turned up he had someone else's order. An hour after I originally ordered my food finally arrived. Whilst eating my food another driver arrives with someone else's order yet again! Then gone 10pm another driver turns up claiming I haven't paid. I sent my partner to collect the pizza and by this time he is asleep in bed so I do not know if it has been paid but the driver would not leave, he also disturbed family members by calling the bell so late at night. I am appalled at the customer service here! I use this dominos all the time but this has seriously put me off from future purchases.

20 mins after saying our pizzas were delivered had to ring to find out where it was. They said it was a new driver would be there shortly. 20 mins later rang again and was put on hold for 8 mins. Then told driver couldn't find house and had taken back to dominos, they said they would send him out again. We said we would like fresh pizza rather than ones that had sweated in a box for 40 mins. Dominos said it would be at least 90 minutes because they were busy. 1 out of 10 for service and 1 out of 10 for customer service. Worst branch we have ever used be warned.

As of this time being 1.40 am pizza ordered at midnight. As of yet my food has not arrived. According to the checker it's been in quality control for 60 mins now but has not been sent out for delivery. For the last half an hour been trying to call them about the food and as of yet no one has answered. Also have tried to call customer support but they are having a training day and so can't help. Would have thought this type of thing would be perfect for trainees. Utterly useless and I expect the food will be stone cold if it ever actually arrives. Think I will eat else where next time.

Like any other domino branches, you can enjoy variety of pizzas here. Located in Kingston area in Milton Keynes. I always order online and then go for collection whenever I get message from them. The branch is not crowded and the waiting time is about 10-20 minutes. There is a car wash just off the store if you have time to kill while your pizza is being cooked.

My local and a great pizzeria. I've ordered many a time and food is always hot and fresh - and quick. Don't hate the haters. If you're in the vicinity (or order area), hit them up!
