McDonald's in Milton Keynes

My food was freezing meaning it was not made fresh as it wouldn’t of come that cold. The coke was flat. Why would you deliver out food that’s been sitting on the side. I pay all these extra charges to get food that has been sitting on the side. I am pregnant and not happy at all.

Very poor customer care. Very busy time 1pm, no seating and upstairs was closed. I asked if upstairs could be opened as we have young children who'd like to seat and eat, I was tutted at. After speaking with the manager, upstairs was opened which was great. However...... toilets out of use. Upstairs was filthy...... I understand it's a busy restaurant but it is in the middle of mk shopping centre, at lunch time, a month before Christmas. Seating should be available and staff should be happy to help. Slow service, staff stood around looking unknown of what to do next. Food was good.

The happy meal was completely forgotten off of our order so my daughter had no food. And to top that off delivery was late, meaning that the food we actually did received was stone cold. Disappointing.

Very loud 🔊 and the seating were greasy 🤢 with chips scattered everywhere was not pleasant 👎when I went to the bathroom🚽 to see a mess of a toilet and looked like people had accidents on the floor 🫨🫨 the workers were very rude when I asked them why I waiting so long so I ordered again for an ice cream 🍨🍦🍨 and then the ice cream machine was broken. Very bad day for me and my kids. 😡😡😡

All the food is cold! I’ve just spent£24 And this is unacceptable,then you contact you and it’s a response in a few days, that also is unacceptable,what am I suppose to do with cold food in a hotel room? A full refund to be put back in my babk

I don't wmat to use this app anymore but have no choice because of the credit on it.... Absolutely disappointed!!!

The food is disgusting even for McD standards... The buns are hard as wood, the drinks are stale, the orders are not followed, a very disappointing experience in general and they are so incapable they should be illegal!

2024 update: visit with friend, where I ordered a vegan McPlant burger (made with pea protein) meal with fries and a coffee. All were great options to get, the flat white was excellent value for money. My meat-eating friend had a burger, with fries and a coffee. We were a bit puzzled that the meat burgers only came with cold drinks if you chose a meal. My friend ordered their burger, chips and drink separately so they could get a coffee too. We visited late, about 6 - 7 on a Friday. The shop itself seemed busy so I opted to eat in the almost empty food court area opposite. WARNING - the touch screen order points are still unreliable for physical order tickets. Always make a note of your Order No when it flashes up on screen, as you may not get a paper receipt. I've taken off one star for that, as it's a long standing but irritating issue. I know I'd be upset if I didn't know my order no because of that issue.

Even for McDonald's standards that was low. Very disappointing. The drink was completely stale, no fizz and only about 2/3rds full. The burgers didn't have extra sauce like I requested. Generally disappointing considering it was an easy order.

I live 8 minutes away from the specified Mcdys. So explain why my order was so late! And soooo cold - although I know the reason for it being cold was because the driver turnt up with the bag wide open!! No instructions followed, no dips! Although 3 were meant to come with the specific items ordered and then I ordered extra!

It is incredible! They sent half of the order and they forgot to send the gem and the butter...

The worst Mcdonald's I've ever encountered in any country. While the food had a litany of errors and quality issues, the service from the supposed manager on duty is what really made the place terrible. The manager is clearly of the opinion that the customer is always wrong, that service should be slow, that food should be below Mcdonald's standard and generally that he would not live up to any of the requirements of a Mcdonald's site. My primary concerns were missing pickles on a burger and very small quantities of smarties on a flurry. On asking to confirm that there was the correct amount of smarties the manager immed became snarky and refused to even consider looking in to it or to actually look at the product. Filthy store, rubbish everywhere, bins out of service, bin juices dripped from one side to the other across the floor. All of that could possibly have been excused if the manager had even a vague understanding of customer service.

I ordered at 6:13pm. It took 40 minutes until status was changed to preparing. Then it said the courier was at the restaurant for 15 minutes. I received my order over an hour after I ordered

so bad. took 30 mins to arrive. food was all cold. mc flurry and milkshake was melted completely.

There is always a ridiculously long wait at this mcdonalds. Today I waited 20 minutes for a basic meal for 1, and this is a regular occurrence. Would love to see that change sometime soon.

Not to do with the food etc but my husband applied for job and 20 minutes before the interview they cancelled it, we only noticed it after walking there. He found a better job in end but still. Not good regarding that.

I haven’t gotten any order. Delivery guy called me saying he’s at the hotel, I come downstairs and don’t see nobody and it said it’s been delivered.

So I brought a double cheese burger and while I was there waiting I kindly asked the manager to make sure my burger was cold as I’m pregnant and need to be careful, and when it comes to fast food I’m probably more paranoid then necessarily (first time mum) he said no worries and fast forward to me getting my meal. Guess what the burger was stone cold so I asked to get it back. I got my new burger and it had bacon in it and I can’t eat bacon so I asked them to send it back. I got my new burger and guess what it was stone cold again. This time the same manager came along and told me he wasn’t replacing the burger because it was hot so to prove a point I grab a bit of the meat and pinch it. Please tell me how I would be able to do that if the burger was hot like he was saying it was, just because the cheese was melted around the bum not on the meat of that makes sense. I was fighting saying it wasn’t hot and the security guard came in and said the same thing it was cold and to give me another burger the manager said I won’t be replacing any food or money due to her being an awkward customer I tried to explain to both of them that. Normally I don’t complain about McDonald’s because let’s face it you never get hot food, but due to being pregnant I have to be careful. There was a lot of back and forth saying the same thing, but I wasn’t getting anywhere apart from stressing me out and my baby so I just walked away paying £7 for chips and a drink. This is at the point McDonalds so just be careful

When will McDonald's get it right??? If you offer dips or customers pay for them when are you going to actually put them in the bag . Is this how McDonald's make money . 70p for a garlic mayo dip mmmmmmm I'm not loving it . I was really disappointed with the service. I waited for my food for more than 15 minutes along with other customers. It seemed like my order was taken off the screen / system, probably to avoid recording the delay. This was definitely not a fast food experience.

so as part of the new mix n match promo is the sauces and you get to pick 3 . We ordered 2 lots and ONLY RECEIVED 1 SAUCE . COME ON MCDONALD'S GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Didn't packed the bag well. I worked at McDonald's, if the food or drinks doesn't fit to the bag (you can't close it fully) you need to put it inside bigger bag. They put four drinks inside and sticked bag handles together with the sticker (why would you sticker handles together???) The point of those stickers is to close bag fully, so it won't be open. No there was no point to put protective sticker on the handles because the bag is fully open anyway, dumb...

This is one of the bad McDonalds. It was so busy when I came yesterday and waited ages for a simple order. The vegan burger was tasty but the chips were terrible and the portion size poor too. The drink was more ice than Fanta. The tables were all messy and the toilet is also out of action before 9am. Terrible.

No missing items, so definitely a success story! Food could have been hotter.
