Me and my husband absolutely love needs noodle bar it’s one of my favourites for noodles I always have egg noodles with veg and black bean sauce yummy

I have had these noodles and spring rolls once before with no issues. Today I attended (receipt attached) and asked for the same order I had before. Kids egg noodles with sweet and sour chicken. Today I was told I cannot have the spring rolls because they are in the same fryer as the calamari? Sorry…? The VEGETARIAN spring rolls are not in a separate fryer to the calamari? Please invest in a fryer for things other than fish. If I didn’t mention my allergy and assumed (as I should) that the vegetarian option would be vegetarian, I would have ended up in hospital. I appreciate the employees honesty but I have also eaten here before (I was served by different staff) and they said my allergy was fine and they would take care. I was not sick from the spring rolls and all was well. All I ask is that we take allergies and intolerances a bit more seriously.

We had such an amazing time here, the chefs were really fast and the food tasted so Amazing. If you are ever in London don’t miss the Ned’s noodle bar which is just a few minutes from the London eye. Best noodles experience. They also do vegan noodles..

Bland food, AWFUL pickled ginger all over the food (which is advertised as an optional topping we didn't ask for), and they forgot half of our 2-item order in the 3 minutes it took between payment and having it ready for us. Contents were obviously supermarket frozen veg and poor quality meat. Grim. Avoid.

Food was incorrect, meat in vegetarian order so couldn’t eat at all. Wouldn’t pick up the phone to resolve. Unacceptable.

I was disappointed the noodles were tasteless, and the very hot sauce I chose was overly salty without any spice or flavor. Overall, it was so underwhelming that I wouldn't even give it one star. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for flavorful noodles.

I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the food on here. I see a lot of people calling the food bland, and though I've only tried a few of the sauces, I think they all have a great flavour to them and aren't bland at all. Yes, they have a little less flavour (mostly in terms of sweetness) than your average e.asian take-out food, but Ned's literally advertise themselves as being a healthier option, and with that naturally comes less sugar and sodium in the recipes, as well as less oil, so I really don't see that as something negative, since it's part of their branding and is to be expected. (Not to mention it tastes closer to home-cooked food than take-out food, which of course is a good thing!) If you find the sauces to be bland but you've been ordering sweet&sour or bbq, i really recommend their Singaporian style sauce option for your noodles, its very flavourful and has a pleasant kick to it. The black bean sauce is also very good! In my opinion the menu prices feel very fair based on the portion of food you get, as well as the quality. Is it the cheapest? Well no, but you do get what you pay for!

Food had no flavour meat chewy and hardly any of it I had two mouthfuls then threw it away wasted my money and I'm still hungry 😑 if I could give no stars I would

First time here today and really really enjoyed the chinese bbq noodles. Very tasty and just enough for me. Will definately be back.

I really did want to like this place and I still think it was ok but unfortunately, the noodle box was really bland just some steamed vegetables and cooked egg noodles couldn't even taste the sauce I asked for and the noodles were yellow rather than being coated in the colour of the sauce as it should've been I don't know if they did this to be healthy or what but I wasn't particularly wanting a healthy meal at that time nor did they market it as a healthy option the meats were ok but again lacking flavour and for that price, not justifiable but the dumplings were good so maybe the other menu items would be good😐

Thought we would give this place a go came on Sunday 7th April. Soon as we walked in saw that the place was clean (we came in from the back entrance). Then we went to order the guys near the grill (atleast 3) eating and also the server eating from the takeaway pots! I refused to give my order until she stopped eating. I work in food and never would I approach a customer basically eating a full on meal! The Chicken Gyoza saved it because the rest just wasn't nice.

Chicken was added into the whole of the vegan dishes . The entire order was order vegan gluten-free. We are all vegan gluten-free dietary requirements. Could not eat the meal after finding the chicken added. Threw away the entire order. Could not trust any of the orders. Very offended to find chicken on our dinner table. Spoilt the whole night. Very upsetting. We have lots of photos of the vegan gluten-free dish with unexpected added chicken. Vegan guests threw up due to meat allergy. Disappointed Neds. Will not use again. I rang them and they Refused to accept any responsibility and said we should have specified we didn't want chicken in our dished which were listed on the menu as as vegan and gluten free. Spoke to the chef and he was very rude also. Restaurants shouldn't offer vegan dishes if they plan to add chicken and then rudly say its the customers problem we don't eat chicken.

Food was average.A lady staff with horrible attitude was taking our order for 4 person. I wonder how the management select a staff with zero customer service???Very bad experience .

Can't share experience of the food as it never arrived..can share Neds are stealing from their customers, took my 40 quid for the food but said just eat are liable as it never arrived ,not neds, well if neds hadn't took my money for the order they wouldn't have been preparing the food ordered, so scamming thieves who left kids waiting for dinner. What's worse is they will still get paid, plus their delivery guy messed up as he had a delivery from mc ds 4 my neighbour, I gave it straight back and pointed out we ordered neds n he apologised 4 handing me my neighbours yet still marked ours as delivered when he wasn't even carrying it lool

The food hasn't arrived, says delivers and neds are saying despite taking the 40 quid ,just eat are who owes us the money, not themselves, yet just eat can't be contacted

Have been going here for a while for lunch and each time has been great! Staff are lovely and the food hits the mark each time, would HIGHLY recommend going for a Chinese BBQ sauce specifically.

Absolutely love this place!! It has become my go to lunch place most days of the week whilst I’m at work! Lovely staff who are always friendly! Would really recommend this place if you’re looking for something healthy and filling for lunch!

Server was a tad slow to recognizing I was standing there waiting to be served, but on the whole, food was good and it was cooked fresh to order, and a lot of it. 🙂

This place is serving flavourless chinese food and this guy is so rude and frustrated with his job. Get him out. Goodness he made my Friday evening so hard to bare. Such a snotty guy literally doesn’t know the words please excuse me or thank you. Get him away from hospitality if the owners are are reading this get him out he is rudest guy ever. Rude with customers, drivers from food delivery works as if he is doing us favour. Really poor.

Food was ok but would not go back.

First visit, will not be the last. It was lovely, I had mixed meat yakisoba noodles, freshly cooked and piping hot. Great variety on the menu too.

This is my first time leaving a food review, thats how bad the noodles are! First time eating here, i ordered a large chicken & tofu yakisoba box. Its the blandest, driest thing I've eaten! Hell supernoodles bang compared to this. I also ordered the chicken Gyoza too, which was really nice and thats why i gave 2 stars. However the meal costing £20 with a drink! It's a rip-off. Also how can you be sooo expensive and not do mushrooms? wasted my treat this week on this rubbish! Not worth it, not recommended yours sincerely a fat foodie!

1st time using walked by so many times but my daughter loves noodles so gave it a try, and boy was we.not dissapointed we had a regular and very filling the spring rolls ... LUSHVILLE will definatley come again next time im in MK thank you xx

I ordered rice noodles and paid extra for xtra meat, no meat in box and got egg noodle.

Has to be by far the worst place I have ever visited. I definitely will not be visiting here again and I hope nobody else does either. I went with my family of 11. The staff member called Magdelina I think she was called on the 28/12 at around 2pm has to be the most rudest person I have ever met. We had children with us and were attempting to get seated and sorting the children out who were very hungry. She started yelling at us for absolutely no reason. We explained that we were attempting to make space and sorting our seating out. She didn’t even give us the chance, she was being so rude and shouted at me saying’There is no space’ implying get out when we did nothing wrong. She does not deserve to be in a customer service role with how rude she was with customers. She embarrassed us infront of all the customers. We had to leave the place before we could even place a full order. My sister in law had ordered noodles as her daughter was so hungry and upset. She had to request for the noodles to be refunded due to how rude the staff member was and practically throwing us out of the place for no reason. We had to go elsewhere to eat with hungry upset children.

Tasteless and expensive ( 10 pounds for a box)…and too oily …had stomach pain…

Ordered egg noodles with prawn. Taste bland, few prawns in it. It is expensive, no value for money.

Everything would have been nice except for the noodle as it was too soft and mushy. I recommend softly cooking the noodles next time so they would still be long and nice to chew rather than excessively frying them. Also the taste for the sweet and sour noodle was so off and too sour.

Been to the bar a couple of times, service by staff at the counter is usually great, food is fresh and tasty. Atmosphere is basic. However got served by the lady chef once when no other staff was available and what an experience, we couldn't get an reaction from her even if the sky fell down, she was unpleasant and almost felt like she was forced to work there. ASIMO would have been best placed to serve customers. Not been back since then. Found a better place across the street!

Ordered for 3 people. Went and sat down while waiting and noticed on the menu they do a set meal for 3 that matched our order but with drinks. Our order separately came to £1 more than the set menu price. My wife went to enquire whether we could just have the drinks to match the set menu deal, we were not even asking for a refund. At this stage the chef turned around and yelled No the order had already been placed in an aggressive manner over and over Really poor and unprofessional and not an ideal way to retain costumers. A reputable establishment would have made us aware of the set meal menus. But the overreaction in such an aggressive manner is unprofessional at the very least. Also premises is clearly leaking as in photo below and no wet floor or caution sign in sight....

Omg love this place! I was visiting my friend who is the general manager Magdalena, she’s amazing at what she does. She and her team members cooked amazing food for me, so many different combinations to try, it just reminded me of being back in my native homeland. The smell, the food, the way it’s prepared and presented. Just fabulous and funny enough, a friend who lives in the USA, happens to already be following the instagram page too, before I even followed or mentioned it to him. Definitely recommend this place, the staff need a raise, I’ve also seen when the place is busy, and they do an amazing job.

Enjoyed the food first time experience. Bit expensive but will definitely use again.

The staff members need to learn and respect the customers and understand what exactly they require. They are not polite at all. Do not bother to guide through what fits for customers with their dietary requirements. My first time experience, never recommend to anyone or look back again to this restaurant. I ordered through Deliveroo and was not happy as asked for extra squid and paid for it got hardly any also the noodles were suppose to have oyster sauce and they were very bland. My daughter asked for duck noodle and had two pieces of duck. I would recommend eating in there as they are not very helpful on the phone at all. I will personally not use this place again for food

I am a regular goer to this place and sadly today is the last time I will go again. I walked in the store and used their bin. Apparently I can’t use their stuff without paying first?? I noticed the lady was constantly glaring at me in an aggressive way moreover. I took the menu and looked through it. I was leaving to ask my family what they want and they lady seemed to have an issue with it. I asked her if there is an issue and she was extremely rude to me. The food is usually good here. This is a first time experience for me here. I asked for her name and she told me general manager…? I later found out her name however. To maintain privacy I will not put her name. I will be taking this further. If there is no response to resolve my concerns.

I ordered in person, but they gave the complete opposite of what i ordered. Only realised when i’d already left. Ordered thai spicy sauce with beef but was given vegetable with chicken and some sweet sauce. I’m giving 5 stars because it actually tasted really good lol! So whatever order they got mixed up with worked out in the end for us. Next time i’ll have to check the box before leaving lol

I have tried Chinese food for many years, definitely not authentic taste was lacking of quality, took the chance after reading reviews hoping it's changed, the Singapore option is normally chilli, this was defo not the same food. Never again wasting 10pnd

I ordered a meal deal which cost £13.50 chicken and prawns rice noodles with spring rolls and a drink diet coke. First of all it was way over priced menu in return what they offer to the customers. I was starving and order my food. It took almost 20 minutes to prepare my order. I went to the table to collect my order. It was piping hot and no instructions or warning was on packaging to warn people about the hazard. I started eating the spring rolls. They were tiny but taste good. OMG honestly when I started eating the noodles they burnt my tongue and sense of taste gone in my mouth. Because I was starving I continued eating my meal. After eating some of it. I asked the young lady to give me a carrier bag to take it away due to it was way too hot to eat straight away. I had to buy a sandwich to satisfy my hunger from the another shop. I would say the price is almost double for what it should be. If you are one of those people who enjoy food at a certain temperature then be careful you have to wait a while for your food to get a decent temperature to eat with flavour. My advice is not to waste your money. Try any other place. There are many other decent food shops which offer better value of your money. Choice is your. I am NOT going there EVER again. UPDATE- After the DISGUSTING response from Ned’s Noodle Bar. I never challenged about the freshness about the food. I was talking about the quality of the food verse The COST what customer pays for the food. I ordered Chicken and Prawns noodles. All I got was 3 tiny prawns and no chicken bits at all in my noodles. The management should take the reviews seriously rather than be DEFENSIVE. People are not stupid. In response to my genuine review they said other places serve food which is cooked from yesterday. Don't bother ordering from here unless you're after dog vomit! I made the mistake of ordering a prawn laksa and received fettuccine in a watery curry sauce.

Its pretty good, but not very good value

The food here was nice. They have a variety of different options as you can choose the base, sauce and protein. They also offered some different side dishes, like prawn crackers. The staff here were very friendly. They recommended some food combinations that we should try. The udon noodles were very yummy. We didn't have to wait long for our food. There are seats inside the restaurant, but you can get a takeaway or delivery too. I thought it was slightly expensive for what it was, hence why I did not give this restaurant 5 stars. Having said that, I would return here in the future.

Spicy noodles, what could go wrong.

I didn't even receive my order why use just eat when they can't deliver the food then that makes the company look bad! I have no clue if the food was good or not as I didn't receive it!

They have good Chinese noodles options which reminds of eating street truck chinese noodles. Good system which allows to select your main and sauces from a wide range of options. Recommend it if you are looking to have authentic chinese food.

Went to this place a week ago. It was the only halal-certified restaurant in the whole shopping mall complex. staff was great and extremely polite. the seating arrangement is well set out with a lot of space. the only bad thing was the food itself, which was extremely bland, with a little more flavour or major improvement can be made. other than that, everything else is great but major improvement towards the food should be considered by whoever is in charge of making those changes.

This was the 1st time I tried this place. Very disappointed I assumed it would be like Wok to walk in London considering the concept of the menu like a stir fry and everything mixed on a wok. There was a thick layer of "jasmine rice" with a thin layer of the beef/prawn sauce topping. There wasn't enough topping for the rice however if you had stir fried everything might have got abit of the sauce on the rice. There was 2 Asian man there and 1 lady working the lady was on the laptop was ever so rude telling the guy behind the till off because he made a mistake and now she had to remake someones dish (boo hoo) we are all human we all make mistakes. I was gonna step in and tell her it's not the time of place. She really needs some management training. Also it took way too long to make 20+ mins to make 3 peoples food, although most items were already half cooked.

Me and my wife ordered sweet and sour chicken with rice noodles. Nice balance of chicken, veg and rice noodles and it was tasty. Whilst the food was nice, and happy for the price paid, we did specifically ask what was gluten free as I am gluten intolerant. within an hour of eating I began to feel uncomfortable, now a few hours later I feel lethargic, tired, stomach pains and severe gas. Whilst I can say that the establishment is one of the few places to advertise gluten free, I fear I have fell victim to some cross contamination. So I am afraid I won’t be coming back. Please note that there are no toilets if you have small children.

For first time customers we felt very comfortable and informed about what we were ordering from the young girl at the till named Barbara, the service was very quick and the front of house gentleman named James was very attentive, funny, bubbly and just all round lovely. We will definitely come back again.

I have just left the Milton Keynes noodle bar! I am absolutely disgusted and upset by the experience I have just encountered! I spent £66 on food for myself and my children as a treat after visiting Father Christmas - sadly despite all the food being mediocre my duck with vegetables and bbq sauce was a box of watery tasteless vegetables with hardly any meat in at all! I had two mouthfuls and couldn’t eat anymore. I asked for a refund - the woman who was incredibly rude offered to remake the food but I declined as I was so disappointed and the other food I had tried from the other meals we purchased was not pleasant but was at least edible! She refunded the entire amount of £66.50 without telling me I would then be expected to repay the £57! Rather than just refunding the £9.60! Meaning my bank account is now £130 down as opposed to the original £66.50! she initially refused to do the refund with Apple Pay despite me explaining this of course could be done! When I told her she had not explained that I would have to repay for the meal she laughed in my face and told me she has never had an issue with this before and never had someone who could not pay this small amount! As you can understand this meal for us was a complete treat! It was a huge let down and the manager who then continued to laugh at me whilst I got very upset that I would be £130 down until the refund cleared! I would like a resolution - we have eaten at different neds over the years and this was such a horrific experience I feel wholeheartedly embarrassed and conned!

Im not sure what all these bad reviews are about, everytime i go to Milton Keynes the first place i go to is this noodle place!! i always order a kids box of egg noodles, soy sauce and chicken!! one of my favourite food places!! you get such a big portion for a kids box!! definetley worth it!! yum

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Ordered for delivery and the food was great. Came piping hot, huge portions (couldn’t finish mine). Everything tasted fresh, beef was soft and reasonable deals online! Definitely will use again

Had the Thai Green Curry with Tofu, hands down the best around, even better than some restaurants! The portions are also very good for the price!

Very disappointed. I got large egg nodels, with chicken and prawns . paid £11.60. It had a lot of vegotables which i was not expecting. I struggled to find prawns and chicken which I asked for. Whata waste of money. I am not recommending this.

Went in there, the person who took my order asked me to speak English and said that they could not understand me. I was speaking English. Food was also very oily and sickly, could not finish. Not authentic Asian noodles at all.

It the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like some sugar sprinkled on noodles. The Thai green curry had no coconut flavour and along with Mexican hot sauce just had tons of curry powder in them. Even the barbecue sauce was bland. The tables were never wiped and had bits of food on all them.

We tried this shop, we will never go back. I was really excited to have noodles with chicken and sweet and sour sauce, unfortunately they are cooking everything separately so I ended up with bucket full of tasteless lunch. Avoid if you can and spend money somewhere else.

Do NOT recommended The place was nice and seemed very clean and new but when it came down to the food i orderd a large sweat and sour with chicken prawns and egg noodles was given a regular not a large and the food was horrid.the chicken had the texture of an eraser that had been sat in a pencil case since 1999 .the prawns would have been disappointed if they knew they died for this. The noodles would have been nice if they had some flavor but that would be too much to ask for at "neds noodle bar " but on the upside the can of fanter was nice . i should have known not to go there it was the only place without a que out of the door .the only reason i have not forgotten "neds noodle bar" is the constant wanting to be sick, nausia and temperature i have from eating your food

I am not from Hong Kong, but I have visited Needs Noddles a few times. The quality of the noodles is very good, they are freshly prepared and have flavour, a variety of choices in terms of food and drink. I will come again.

I am a regular At neds noodles and the food is excellent and customer service is always very good,. However I visited this place today with friends and although the food was excellent the customer service was very poor and found the staff member very rude
