Food is good. Chips are brilliant. Waited 20 minutes for food which was a bit ridiculous. Also on the pricey side... but the quality of the chips made up for it. I will be returning.

**Terrible Experience – Hair in My Chips and Rude Staff** I’ve been a regular at this place but after tonight, I’ll never be going back. I ordered chips to-go, excited to enjoy it at home. But when I opened the order, I found a long strand of hair in the chips — completely disgusting and unacceptable. Already frustrated, I decided to return to the restaurant to address the issue. That’s when things went from bad to worse. The staff was not only unhelpful, but they were also incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they insisted that the hair didn’t belong to them. They refused to take any accountability, brushing me off as if it were my fault. I wasn’t expecting much — maybe a simple apology, or a replacement meal — but the complete lack of responsibility and disrespect from the staff was shocking. Mistakes can happen in any kitchen, but how a restaurant handles them shows what kind of business they are. I’ve always supported local businesses, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. If you value good customer service and hygiene, I recommend avoiding

Cold hard chips. £4.30 a bag too! Disgusting!

Chip hard & cold,fish had more batter than fish We used to use this shop a lot but it's not the same quantity anymore 😕

Traditional family run fish and chips takeaway. In our experience food is always good.

My sister and I ordered cheese and onion pasty and chips and mushy and curry sauce well when we sat down to eat it the cheese and onion pasty was so hard and tasteless the chips were lovely we also got mushy peas but no curry sauce instead we got mayo all in all gose with out say so disappointed

Great chip shop. I used to avoid it a few years ago as the service was so slow - it was quicker to drive to another chip shop in Neath Hill. Highly recommended

Just ordered through just eat our whole order came quickly but the chicken breast was missing from the order can get hold of the driver the manager refused to send another so we have lost £6 for the chicken will not use again terrible customer care when the shop blames the driver and the driver blames the shop utterly useless

Only had chips however they were so soggy.

We had a classic order of battered fish and chips, steak and kidney pie, scampi and grilled cod. The food was fresh, tasty and generous. The chips were delicious. We went back a week later and everything was just as good. Staff are friendly but not familiar and the service was timely. Very happy with everything about our experience. Highly recommended.

Some of the best fish and chips in the area IMHO. I have places nearer to home but get them here as they are consistently good 👍

Rude staff. Only able to serve one customer at a time leading to a wait of over 20 minutes for two portions of chips. Food very expensive for poor quality. Will not be a returning customer

Had a large cod n chips yesterday, the cod was huge and cooked beautifully crispy batter. Fish so tender. They don't skimp on the salt n vinegar like other take aways do. Also less than a tenner

Cod is consistently cooked well with chunky flaky meat. Chips are always tasty too.

Far to expensive for the quality of the food. Chips were soggy and a very small size. Used to be one of the best chip shops around. Sadly that's not the case anymore.

Well chips are greasy with brown grease on them , pies are hard as microwaved , jumbo sausage is ok , the ribs or should I say bones are awful , I bought ribs I had 5 tiny ones and there was barely no.meat at all , in honest go to willen park

I have lived in Milton Keynes for over 40 years now and had fish and chips from various fish and chip shops but since moving to Neath Hill 11 years ago I now find that other fish and chip shops are not quite as good, food always freshly cooked, good portions, in the Neath Hill one. a Clean and spacious waiting area and very cheerful and helpful lady who serves. My daughter lives in Bletchley and will now come all the way over here if she wants a fish and chip dinner.

Chips made from quality potatoes..Cooked to perfection. Very happy with our chippy lunch ..yum yum !!

The food is fabulous. Been here many times and every time they nail it. I highly recommend the 5pcs Southern fried chicken, you get a lot for your money. No matter what you buy, you will be blown away.

Lovely Fish & Chip meal from Neath Hill F&C tonight. The Haddock was realy fresh and tasty and the Chips were just right. Thank you guys and gals...molto bene!

Nice fish but had chips other day and wasn't the best to be honest .everytime I come in I get dirty looks ! You can just tell the manorism isn't right. Won't be coming back unfortunatly

For me & my missus, Mario, Libera, Marco, Daniella & Louisa cook the best fish & chips in MK! There are other, good, chippy's, but we rarely go anywhere else! Always friendly, always greet me with smile, consistently excellent quality - especially their chips! 😊

Been coming here as a kid, this place always has my backing, family run from the get go.

Food is allways in point shame about lady serving just seems moody and thought it was just cause it was busy but went again last week and still the same services ! Guy is brillant and funny

Always been using theire service because of the delicious fish and chips . But yesterday had a nasty experience gave the lady 20£ note and she refused to give me a change by telling me I gived her only 10 and owned still 10p . And then agreed that she will recount the till .. came back today, and she answered me that the till was ok . I had a friend with me by the cash point when I took out 20 and when I gived to her . Still she refused , to give me a change . After using theire service for years .. never going back there . So guys be careful with higher notes have correct change with you .
