Always a consistent warm welcome, great service and a good variety of beer. Fantastic food-a really interesting mixture including all the classic pub style stuff- but the real gem is a variety of Asian-style dishes not to be found on the Island. However the fish and chips is unbeatable.

Nice food, great vibe, good price. Get the lasagne. Bailey at the bar was a great dude, super friendly and a good laugh.🙏

Had driven past many times thinking it was closed. Lovely lunch had, nice atmosphere and wonderful service. Will be booking for Sunday roast and the quiz and curry night.

We sat 13 down for a post party Sunday lunch, excellent service, great food. Enjoyed it so much we are all returning with more guests in December.

Fantastic place, working away, forget the negative reviews, food portions large, including the starters, tasty and staff, owners were fantastic, I will be back 😀

Sunday lunch at The Mill Bay Carvery, Ventnor Seafront. What a lovely meal! Great food at a fair price for Sunday lunch, great service, friendly staff and a stunning sea view. Highly recommended.

We booked to visit on the 14th feb for 1 night. Due to circumstances changes we had to cancel the booking. I tried to call numerous times left voicemails, I called the Wats app number they sent after the booking,again no response. I also emailed 3 times to clarify the cancellation as it was over 3 weeks in advance. I finally got a reply on the 27th Jan to say sorry we've had a power cut for 2 days and have been unable to access vlicemails or emails. Clarified they had cancelled the booking. Today 15th Feb I receive an email to say following on from a no show you will be charged the whole amount of £130! Again relentlessly tried to contact the place with no joy, left voicemail and sent email asking them to contact me. I called the credit card company as luckily we had provisionally booked via this method. To my absolute horror I was Informed that not only had the Mortal Man tried to take the £130 for the room that had been CANCELLED but they had also taken further attempts to deduct a £90,£50 and a £30!!!!! The credit card company have put a stop on this and it has been reported as fraud. I would absolutely not even attempt to book at this place it's not even worth it. If I had paid debit card thus would have been automatically deducted from our bank, totally unacceptable and shocking customer service also AVOID BOOKING !!!!!!!!!

Indian cuisine is specific, but it's worth trying... Lots of carry, coriander, and it tastes good too 😀 Sometimes you have to try something different 👍

We came in with family one day as was out for a nice walk and decided to pop in in a brisk cold day to grab some hot drinks. We went to sit inside (four of us) as there was a table there but was told that we had to sit outside as only having drinks!! (Even though, as it turned out, the whole stay there , the table we wanted was not used by anyone else!) Ordered drinks and my wife's coffee came in a plastic cup/mug. That's when they eventually arrived as took quite a while. The waiting staff clearly need more training or just need to feel wanted by their empoloyer as they really dont seem happy to be there working!? Or maybe the problem is that because it's Such a nice location, with great views, the staff and owners aren't really bothered about customer services as they will always get people coming in anyway. Maybe change the attitude and you will get more RETURNING customers rather than one offs. I live locally in Nettlestone and for sure would be back time and time again if things were different. Such a shame

Visited in the summer and had no complaints, unfortunately yesterday was not good. The chips were cold and old and the fish wasn’t much better. We were told that it was the potatoes that caused the grotty chips. I don’t think so, they were probably from the previous evening! Unfortunately won’t be visiting Corrie again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food there was very nice and worth going back. The scone was homemade and very nice. The tea and coffees were nice. Do not believe all the reviews and visit them.

Ordered a takeaway from here as we usually do. Have never had issues in the past however got our order home to find they had given us 1 dish wrong. Called up to have this rectified and a rude lady put the phone down on us. Called again and was asked for number so they could phone us back. At this point the 3 dishes we did order were now getting cold. Went back to collect dish that they didn’t give us and was met by hostile rude customer service. By the time this dish made it home the rest of it was cold. Won’t be ordering again from here.

Tasty fresh food at a good price. Very good portions. I’m intolerant to dairy and gluten but Tower Bank Arms bent over backwards to accommodate me for breakfast and dinner. Stunning food and a lovely atmosphere. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Love this place, go there whenever staying in Steephill cove. Like the scenery, it's lush 😍 in fact I'm off up there this evening.
