The best restaurants in Holy Trinity Guildford South East

Ordered sushi it was too cold and tasted old. Not the same quality as before, I will not buy sushi there again.

I ordered a large giros plate (26th April 25) and I was brought a half plate with barley any meat. Very disappointed. Is like lately their shrink the order. I was going there for more than 5y but as this was the 2nd strike I experienced I will never go back.

The blonde woman that I assume is the host totally ruined my experience. She was rude in her manner, short with us and made it very difficult for us to pay separately for the meal we had. She looked me up and down and kept whispering some comments to the male that was standing next to her. Front of house is clearly not for her as the birthday experience we had with the waiter upstairs was totally disregarded after how we were treated by her! Follow up! We were genuinely shocked to read your response, as it appears you’ve confused us with another group entirely. We did not argue about charges, demand compensation, or behave in the way you described. Your account of our visit is completely inaccurate. Seems like the response is fake to mislead the customers- please check other responses! What’s even more upsetting is the tone and manner in which you’ve chosen to speak to paying customers. Rather than addressing the actual concerns raised, you’ve chosen to publicly accuse us of dishonesty and effectively ban us from returning—based on a situation that never happened. It’s deeply disappointing to be treated this way, and we’ll be letting others know about our experience. We would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to think twice. P.S. it seems like you are the exact same woman that was so mean to me during the visit so no wonder you cannot take the criticism. I can reassure you, we were a group of 8 in early February so clearly you were highly dismissive to different customers you confused us with. Please stay away from this place as this is just ridiculous!

We tried this Lebanese restaurant in Guildford, must say the atmosphere the service & the food is all very good. We tried many dishes, Shrimps, Chicken livers, squid rings, Lebanese spicy sausages, the mixed platter all very cooked very well & was delicious. Would recommend this restaurant.

Burgers are incredible. Best I’ve had I recon. The people there are really friendly and can’t do enough for you. Best place I’ve been for food in a long time.

We were kindly fitted in on a busy Friday night, despite the restaurant being very busy. Incredibly friendly service, and delicious food...especially the paella. Actually preferred the veggy one!

Great experience with family and friends. The food was amazing with excellent service from Mattia. Would definitely recommend for great Italian cuisine.

It was ok. Asked for a sauce and it never came, when the bill came I was over charged by £30 pound. Only when questioned was it altered. In fairness they were very apologetic and refunded me straight away.

Very rude operator. We ultimately left. Behaviour could only be described as schemie low IQ. Very embarrassing to witness.

Great restaurant they accommodated us as a walk in, the tacos for two board was full of flavour and delicious just a bit on the small side and not as spicy as we'd hoped, we ordered sides but still felt hungry after. Amazing service though and the food and drinks were beautiful!
