Vitality voucher didn't work and that was enough to annoy me.

Love going to Itsu in Guildford, staff is so friendly and welcoming, even if they’re busy, they always provide amazing customer service. Food is delicious, lots of options. I can definitely recommend.😊

The staff are so helpful here - we were struggling with the app and immediately someone came over and helped and resolved the issue with really nice manner. As usual food is excellent 👌

This is the 2nd visit to this “ food outlet “ and as before I loved it. Easy ordering along with payment and by the time you select your drink and sit at a table the food is there. I have tried various meals and enjoyed everything I had. Friendly staff and super fast service. Becoming one of my favourites!!!!!!

I had Korean Udon and an Aloe Vera drink for lunch. The udon noodles were delish! Definitely going back.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff most of the time. I don’t recommend the chicken noodles and they advertise them in bowls but i always get them in paper cups. A bit confusing service but overall a nice experience.

Your sushi is always amazing. Your driver was fabulous and delivered straight to my door even though I live in an apartment building. Dragon rolls are out of this world!

Not such a new concept now but still interesting and feels so much better than another burger or expensive sandwich joint. Self-serve ordering screens are so impersonal. But being on the corner of one of the busiest streets in Guildford, a fabulous spot to watch the world go by.

The food is very delicious, the toilet is clean. You can even go there for the smiling faces of the staff.

I like to visit this place, the customer service is awesome and they are very kind staff, they have plenty options in the menu and i recommend to try gyozas and baos.

Healthy, hearty, filling food at a great price point for the quality and freshness of ingredients. The staff were very kind and attentive and the atmosphere was nice. Perhaps the small menu is the only downside, as I don't like to buy the same thing twice, so would come back more if there was a greater range in options. I've had the vegan meatball rice dish and the vegan noodles with the gyoza and both dishes were lovely. The miso soup was also well-made.

The itsu is a takeaway restaurant for asian food . The staff was really friendly and the food was nice . If you are hungry and need a quick bite.this is better than Mac or bk

Ordered 2 of thr meal deals. Wow! Super tasty Teriyaki chicken and rice. Loads of tasty veg in it and the dumplings rock. Can't wait to order from Itsu again

decent food for the price, like how everything is not full of onions...very quick service, very clean airy space if eat in. you can only use card and self service screens though...nice qyoza and soup, healthy. drinks expensive for what they are though. nice to have some healthy fast food options and vegan foods that aren't all spicy! thanks itsu :)

Great food, good value for money, clean and friendly store staff. I highly recommend this branch, especially since its hours has just extended.

I must say I don't really like cashless and screen operated places. But the staff and Guildford branch are really friendly and professional. On one occasion I did get sushi that one piece if salmon smelled too strong, but the (I think) manager was so apologetic and dealt with it well.

Sushi was not fresh. Stomach upset and nauseated after eating it and it was the only thing I ate that day. Diarrhea the next day too. Very bad experience

Great place for a quicky, healthy meal. Staff are super friendly. The atmosphere is very calm with great music in the background. Plenty of seating. Open until 9pm EVERY DAY. Wish more similar places would adopt this closure time. Keep it up Itsu. 🙂

Credit to Diego at the Guildford (UK) branch. Super friendly, helpful, greeted every customer, helped them to their seats. A top member of your team, you need to get him on some fast track program.

It was average. Fast and hot, but taste was minimal. Will probably look harder for another place next time.

Monika was so friendly and welcoming. She helped me choose from the menu and her suggestion was perfect. Diego made me an excellent meal, even with special requests. I’m very thankful for that. Definitely recommend it and I’ll definitely come back!

Clearly a bag of stir fry veg was used to make this - nothing like the description or the photos. Fine for convenience, but a 2yr old could prepare this.

Nice and fast self service and if you're a student, you could get a student discount if you tell a member of staff that works there. Food was nice, would say it's on the saltier side. I ordered a double chicken teriyaki rice bowl but I found the rice drenched in sauce. Was good nonetheless.

My son and I had lunch here today and it was fantastic! He really enjoyed his sushi and I loved the famous coconut chicken. The food was prepared really quickly and a lady cleaned a table for us-great service! UPDATE OCT 2022: Visited again and had avocado sushi box and paradise rice with chicken-delicious! Restaurant and toilets spotless and quick, efficient service with a smile! FYI the chocolate mochi are delicious!

A bright modern restaurant, with lots of seating. The staff are very helpful in explaining the automated self service kiosks. The restaurant is cashless, and the food is quickly made. We had a lovey lunch there

Old and rotten sushi. Disgusted. The avocado was covered in mould. They dont let you select the sushi anymore, they insist that you order it and then pack rotten food in your bag. Disgusting. Avoid.

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant as it was nearly closing time but have eaten there before when it's been quite full. One observation about the food is that it seems quite salty🍲

Literally just bought Thai chicken coconut rice soup it’s says on the description green veg got it take away when open it 3 strips of chicken whole tub full of rice no veg whatsoever I couldn’t even take it back as I walked back 20 mins away and not worth walking back again So so so disappointed It’s in itsu Guildford

Had a brilliant experience here today. Was buying a large amount of sushi as a treat for the children in the school I work in and as you can't order for pick up I rang to see the best way to go about having a big order. Monica who I spoke to and subsequently saw in store was especially helpful and assured me that that would start to prepare things and make sure they had everything in stock for when I got to the store later. When I arrived they had ths sushi ready for me and promptly started on the hot dishes. They a little trouble with the till system as it had recently change but she was super helpful and reassureing throughout and went above and beyond in helping me today. Thank you so much Monica and team!

A cute place with good food. A special appreciation award for their soups and their mint tea (super hot and delicious even after dinner). At 8.30 pm all the ready meals are half price, great opportunity!

Safe place to get Sushi when out and about. Staff and friendly. The self service machines makes ordering much easier and food comes out quickly.

Shared a fabulous selection of dishes today which Jack kindly helped us to select. All delicious, so fresh and very tasty. Will definitely be making regular trips here- there’s something for everyone here.

Typically good itsu food in a city centre location. The restaurant was fairly full at lunchtime but service was quick and I found a seat without too much trouble.

Hands down the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend their Thai Chicken rice bowl. Healthy. Light. Nutritious. Affordable. Sustainable packaging. Absolutely loved it. Will buy again.

Quick, easy to use, tables available even though it was a Saturday lunchtime, my first time and I had chicken gyoza and sushi. My teenage daughter didn't recommend the gyoza and I should have listened. Whilst it tasted fine, I think it was essentially reheated in a microwave type of thing, so it was just 'meh'. Gyoza are supposed to be steamed first then quickly thrown in a frying pan so the bottom is all crispy whilst the rest is soft and lovely so it was very disappointing. The sushi was good, having lived in Asia for a long time it's difficult to find sushi here where the rice is cooked properly and hallelujah it is in itsu! My daughter says the noodles are good, and lots of people were eating the noodles. So yeah, it was OK!

A very helpful manager but the food wasn't great. So this is not a Guildford specific review but one of Itsy. I had the gyoza noodle soup. Completely tasteless. No depth of flavour. Binned it.

Jack served us at our late night endeavour for food! He was very kind and friendly and offered us an extra avocado rolls dish as he spotted 1 avocado piece I ordered was coming to the end of its life. He also helped us choose and offered sauces. Such a sweet guy :)

Was alright - but not convincing!

1st of all IT’S NOT HEALTHY, all those sauces are made from 99% coconut oil which is pure saturated fat, and the management staff were vulgar towards kitchen staff regarding a wrong order

I Love sushi and had never tried itsu Guildford before tonight. I was absolutely impressed! The Sushi was delicious and the service was perfect. I cannot wait to visit again soon!

Just purchased chicken teriyaki rice pot.. fine but some body forgot to add chicken... don't bother ...never again

Hot food is microwaved, sushi is not made to order and is overpriced. Response: None of that is relevant to my comments. This is not a "single bad experience", it's a deep rooted issue with your practises. Even McDonald's doesn't use a microwave for god sake.

Okay to quickly grab a bite. Staff are slow to help with your order if you need to ask them something. Food was okay, portion sizes small but felt healthy ish.

After a nice day out with some friends we foolishly decided that mediocre sushi would be a good way to end our day. HOW WRONG WE WERE, though the food itself was passible its consumption had clearly angered an elder god somewhere as the following hours felt like divine punishment reserved only for the worst of sinners. TRIGGER WARNING: graphic description ahead. Though there is no curse strong enough in Elvish, Entish, or the tongues of Men to describe my experience I will do my best. After a short two hours my stomach began to rumble dangerously prompting me to go to the bathroom. Upon sitting down I let loose a torrent of liquid pain lasting nearly an hour, giving me only short breaks with which I used to beg god to kill me as I clenched the toilet seat. After spending several minutes cleaning myself and my bathroom I believed it was all over, but my relief quickly turned to despair as I began vomiting more violently than I have in my entire life. The severe sickness and hangover that led to me quitting drinking pales in comparison to this. I vomited so hard that I cried then laughed then cried again, with my concerned housemate finding me hunched over the sink in a hysterical mess. Even after showering and brushing my teeth twice since I still smell a vile stench in my breath and can only hope that either I recover or finally die soon as I lie quivering in bed hardly able to stay conscious.

Bau buns lovely and moreish. Coconut curry pretty bland, too much brown rice. Price great and speed also a bonus. Will try again for sure
