Lovely meal and great service. The assistant manager asked if we were celebrating and, when we told him it was our 31st anniversary, he gave us the deserts for free. Lovely guy who deserves to go far.
Very cute and cozy place. Plenty of food choices on their menu. Service was also great and the drinks were tasty.
Every time I visit Cobham I go to Coppa as it has always been a great experience.
Recharge Cafe, Ground Floor. Went here with a friend for lunch. We wanted some quiche which looked very tasty. It was stone cold. Asked if it could be put in the microwave. THEY DON’T HAVE A MICROWAVE. So they were tasteless. Wanted some saucers for our cups of coffee. THEY DON’T HAVE ANY SAUCERS. This is Mercedes Benz. Not some little greasy spoon. Disgraceful. Don’t bother.
Friendly staff, food look fresh and nice, we had the chilli and rice. Which I have to say was overly hot, as in cooked hot, it was lukewarm. Plus the chilli did not have much taste to it. I understand you have to make bulk but just slightly disappointed. Later on though, in the afternoon we had a cup of tea and shared a scone, jam and cream, that was much better.
I don’t normally write reviews but I think the lady behind the counter really needs a speaking to regarding her customer service really letting the business down came today 9th 11:10
Dire! Cafe looked nice and clean but surprisingly empty. Ordered on the app as the signs asked us to. One roast beef dinner, one roast chicken dinner and two large cappuccinos. Mouth watering already. After about 5 minutes a male employee came to the table. They have run out of beef. OK then we'll have two chicken dinners. Another 10 minutes goes by. The same chap comes back. They have run out of vegetables!!!! We request a refund. No problem - except that there was quite a problem. The staff did not know how to do the refund. They did find out the mechanism eventually!
What can I say? Morrisons cafe runs out of beef and vegetables, all of which are on their shelves just a few paces away.
Came here on Sunday evening, and ordered a McPlant burger and an additional burger, from an adjacent rival restaurant, within these Services.
Service was very rapid and fastidious and McPlant burger was very tasty.
Went for lunch at 12 noon and there was very little to choose from and the sandwich I did buy tasted more of the plastic wrapping than it did of the sandwich. The coffee, however did taste okay.
I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and found the staff quick and efficient. Apart from that they are friendly and make you feel part of the family. The coffee is greatas is the food they supply.
Be very careful when ordering food from this place, my card details were used fraudently after ordering on line. The same thing happened to two of my neighbours.
After a good perusal of the garden centre on a fairly cold day in April we were looking forward to a reasonable lunch, nothing too elaborate. We were shown a table and ordered and then had to wait 30 minutes for our order, NOT a full meal , but a toasty and a quiche with salad. Before they were served I had politely asked a waitress if our food might be served soon. The response was an abrupt, "We are busy!" There was no apology. The salad accompaniment had no dressing and on request I had to wait a further six minutes before had to ask again. The manageress did apologise afterwards but I did suggest that perhaps staff need further training.
