Domino's Pizza in Elmbridge

Be very careful when ordering food from this place, my card details were used fraudently after ordering on line. The same thing happened to two of my neighbours.

I have order takeaway from this shop waiting an hour not received, called manager James didn’t care he said I sent your order but replied no receive, he said your neighbour received asked my 95 years neighbour no one responded, call manager James said it’s your problem, simple, . Do not order from this shop.

Your order will be late 100% so you can sleep for 2-3 hours and after the delivery will arrive. Unprofessional

The worst service ever! Numerous occasions where the pizza is an hour/2hours late. It arrives cold and they tell you to stick it in the oven. When you phone them to find out where is it they lie to you and tell you the driver is on the way. Half hour later you phone them again and the driver is only leaving now. Absolutely horrendous customer service! Do not recommend!

Excellent takeaway - 2 mini Personal pizzas - one Tuna, the other Veggie were excellent. Potato wedges were also very pleasant. Order to delivery time was only about 15 minutes which was very good. Delivery dude was pleasant and affable.

Very nice delivered takeaway, late night on Election Thursday. Ordered a trio of Personal pizzas - Tuna Supreme (quite new and excellent), Veg Supreme and Cheese and Tomato. Ate the first two, with the latter left over for Friday - very rapid delivery, with all the pizzas prepared very nicely.

Miserable night in, after full realisation that the Winter was forthcoming, as of Wednesday. Best remedy? Takeaway pizza. Staff are always consistently decent, and venue is clean and tidy. Two small, ‘Personal’ sized pizzas and potato wedges ordered. Food good, as per usual.

Excellent 10.30pm Friday pizza. 13.5 inch Cheese and tomato pizza was really pleasant. Quick delivery as always. Young lady called Charlotte who delivered the food was very pleasant and delightful. Thank you 👍

Decent 7pm delivered takeaway whilst watching ‘Ex Machina’, ‘Leviathan’ and ‘Nightcrawler.’ Ordered online and delivered within twenty minutes - very good service. Young delivery lady was very polite and affable. Two small Personal pizzas - one Veggie Supreme and a Veggie Volcano - both halves were very good, leaving one for tomorrow. Potato wedges were nice, additionally.

Thrice before, I’ve visited this place in the last 4-5 months, and usually collect. Each visit - very good, polite and professional. Obviously with the lockdown - takeaways everywhere have seen a vast surge in orders, with some only offering deliveries - totally fair enough. The weather was superb, on a day off from work, so sat in the garden watching the superb ‘Knives Out.’ Ordered a pizza, online - good price - 12 pounds for a very large pizza, which I could not eat, in one sitting - so I saved the other half for several hours later. If you don’t eat meat, then the Veggie Volcano was very good indeed, and delivery, given the circumstances was very quick.

Very good once again, prior to viewing the Spurs/Man City match and the NFL Super Bowl. Excellent Regular Veggie personal pizza - on a BOGOF offer. Staff are always friendly, and are seen working hard during food prep. Premises are clean and tidy. Very good rapid takeaway service.

Possibly over 5 years since I last had a Domino’s Pizza. After a lengthy day in London, I decided I could not be bothered to cook for myself, and opted to avoid the pub, and continue the last 3 months of being mostly a hermit, and staying in. Place is extremely clean, and the young chap, at the front of house was both extremely polite and friendly. All staff involved in the Pizza making section were working very fastidiously, and the wait for the preparation was not long at all. As I went in to order/collect I went for the Personal size pizza, which was in a BOGOF offer. Vegi Volcano pizzas were both excellent.
