Absolutely amazing service. Food was wonderful and staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend for family's with older kids. Amazing dining experience.

lunch today dreadful. so dry panini skimped on tuna and even less garnish to plate and service without so much as a smile. visited this cafe not expecting but hoping for an improvement as in the past food and service has been very poor. Friend served and eaten meal whilst other meal on order either so long in being served or forgotten. Almost empty of customers compared to when previous owners ran establishment .much better value cafe on second floor .

Quick trip to UK. Nice enough food for a massive intl. hotel chain based in an airport terminal, but there was an exceptional waiter called RAJ who absolutely rocked it. Worked his arse off and really needs some recognition. Well done!

This place deserves a good rating, as the service and food is excellent . One of the best Chinese restaurants, outside of Hong Kong, that I've been to. The Dim sum and dumplings amazing, the sizzling beef perfect and even the vegetable chow mein had a magnificent flavour. Highly recommended.

First time visiting, never again! Arrived at 6pm, waited over an hour to be seated, Used the online app to order, only to find out that it was not working and staff were aware of that fact. did not see fit to tell us before more time was wasted. Then had to queue to place order. Food, mediocre at best arrived at gone 7.30 minus one item that was forgotten. Fantastic service, NOT. Thanks Nandos for an unforgettable birthday treat.

The best part of the Gatwick experience for me and our go-to for the pre flight meal. The food is always good with a great and varied vegetarian selection. It's a very efficient system so your order arrives very quickly. The staff have always been nice and friendly, even at 4am! Consistently excellent all round.

Ordered online took 30min to get drinks and we had to ask 3 times. Food brought little by little but some fries missing. We asked for the fries twice and get soggy fries. We I brought back the fries to the manager get almost shout at to go back to my place. Manager and servers on their phones not caring at all about customers while we were having 1h to eat. You can probably find a better place to eat in Gatewick.

Had a fresh vegan baguette filled with rocket, tapenade and avocado. Wish there were more different fillings and croissants too (vegan). For a big place this is a very limited menu.

Good menu choices for most meals , but we were here for breakfast . The staff were busy already , but were very patient while my group mulled and decided. The food was reasonably priced and well prepared

The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. some of the best food I’ve had recently.Spacially( lamb chops)They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way.The poneer tikka and nan bread was especially memorable. We had a very enjoyable meal in the large bar - plenty of tables with large lime green chairs. Something of a novelty for me in that you look at and order your meal choices and drinks via an on table mini computer screen. No paper menus so to speak but all very efficient and the bottle of chenin blanc wine (£25.50) arrived incredibly quickly and was good. We enjoyed our respective mains of burger and lasagne and with one dessert and 2 coffees the bill including the added tip of £7.49 came to very expensive £81.57. Lucy our watiress was efficient and helpful.However it was convenient and we had a relaxing time here - would willing eat here again.

Ordered food the waitresses were great, the food was good, quite a lot of choice on the menu, overall a very enjoyable meal.

We had breakfast hear while we waited for our plane. We had croissants with cheese and ham and they where very tasty. We also had a cup of coffee and a tea. It was a nice place to sit and chill while we waited and it was nice seeing the people walking round the airport.

We ordered the breakfast with freshly poached eggs leek and spinach based on an attractive photograph outside. What we got looked like a bowl of dishwasher water with leaves floating in it. The freshly poached eggs were like last nights hard boiled eggs and we didn’t find any leeks. It was edible but dreadful and nothing resembling the photograph. The place was empty and I now know why.
