Almost inedible. Chicken burger filled with cold chicken. Should have sent it back but couldn’t be bothered. On the plus side the service and glass of wine were okay.

My breakfast plate was average at best sausage rubbery, bacon leathery, eggs cold Service was a tad slow and above all else the price is extortionate £21.50 for 1 tea 1 coffee and an English breakfast

My wife and I fancied going somewhere different for food as we always end up in Wetherspoon’s and it always tastes the same… So we thought we’d try this place,the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very nice and definitely hit the spot. We’ll definitely go here again in the future.

Stopped here for a fast meal with little time to the flight. Waitress was lovely and got the order in fast. Fish and Chips was very good indeed and came in about 10 minutes. Well done!

Arrived at 7.00 for a early flight needing a quick decent food. We were quickly served by a very pleasant waitress and an excellent ‘ Veggie Breakfast” arrived really well cooked, reasonably priced @ £15 and most enjoyable.

An early morning drive to Gatwick, parked the car, got the shuttle bus to North Terminal. Plenty of time to enjoy a chilled English breakfast at lovely Sonoma, which is raised up above the hectic main reatail/seating/waiting area. Super-helpful friendly staff, lots of hot food, decent menu, delicious coffee and tea... all good value. By far, this is our fave eatery at N Terminal. It's up a flight of tairs, but I'd think there's a lift.

this restaurant promises 10 minutes service it took 30 minutes we asked for a coke and fanta and they forgot, we had to ask twice again to get our drinks and then half of ourfood came, we waited a bit but nothing after 10 minutes we asked and they gave us dirty looks and said it will come it never. After that she was on her phone while taking glasses from tables, we asked again and they brought uncooked fries.

Ordered online took 30min to get drinks and we had to ask 3 times. Food brought little by little but some fries missing. We asked for the fries twice and get soggy fries. We I brought back the fries to the manager get almost shout at to go back to my place. Manager and servers on their phones not caring at all about customers while we were having 1h to eat. You can probably find a better place to eat in Gatewick.

Nous avons mangé ici avant de prendre notre vol retour vers Lyon. La cuisine est acceptable pour un restaurant d'aéroport, on commande et on paye avant de manger. Le burger que j'ai commandé était correct mais le pain était très mou. Les frites sont correctes ; les prix sont élevés comme partout dans les aéroports...

We both had fish and chips. Service was good but sadly food quality was shocking. Food was hot but fish was full of water and completely tasteless! We’ll give this place a miss next time. Sad to say we can’t recommend Sonoma Gatwick.

The best part of the Gatwick experience for me and our go-to for the pre flight meal. The food is always good with a great and varied vegetarian selection. It's a very efficient system so your order arrives very quickly. The staff have always been nice and friendly, even at 4am! Consistently excellent all round.

Fantastic service from Christine and very impressed with the teamwork of all the staff. Very reasonable food prices considering the location. The Salad had some lettuce that was not very nice but the rest was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful, although I didn't appreciate being called 'bro', but the food was not great. I asked for scrambled egg on toast with smoked salmon and roast tomato. The toast was soggy, the egg not seasoned and the tomato raw. The salmon was OK, but that comes from a packet! In addition there was a long wait between tea and coffee being served, and food being served. I understand it's an airport restaurant and people are busy, but seriously? We'd finished our drinks by the time the food arrived

Due persone per una colazione alle 10. Coda, ci fanno sedere, inquadriamo il codice QR dove leggiamo: "In caso di intolleranze rivolgersi al personale". Chiamiamo e aspettiamo. Il cameriere ci dice che dovevamo spostarci perché lì non andava bene per le intolleranze, che avremmo dovuto segnalare prima di sederci. Ci spostiamo. Aspettiamo ancora. Finalmente arriva la cameriera. Le spiego che ho un'intolleranza. "Devo prendere il tablet". Aspettiamo. Sul tablet vedo lista generica allergeni e devo firmare una liberatoria che esonera il locale da ogni responsabilità. Firmo. Chiediamo 2 croissants e due cappuccini. La pasticceria non è disponibile. Ordiniamo 2 cappuccini, pane e marmellata, io salto colazione. Arriva 1 cappuccini per la persona con le intolleranze (non al lattosio, né a qualunque cosa che possa essere presente nel reparto bevande): "E' stato preparato separatamente". Mi viene da ridere. Paghiamo 16£. Morale: 1h30 per un cappuccino. La politica dell'azienda è la parcellizzazione assurda del lavoro e una politica che finge di venire incontro ai clienti con intolleranze. Una vera presa per i fondelli.

I’ve never had a bad pizza from here. The girl always tries to find the best deal for you and the food always arrives like the oven is outside your house. The toppings are always very generous and make dominoes and the hut pizzas look like Tesco value pizzas! I cannot fault the food or the staff in any way whatsoever. 10/10

I ordered jeera chicken wings and they came out as tandoori wings in a tomato sauce, absolutely shocking. Tasted nothing like it was meant to and I cannot believe someone thought this is acceptable. Wrongens. Kebabs, mediocre. Bajias were tasteless. Safe to say, I won’t be eating here in a rush!

Quick trip to UK. Nice enough food for a massive intl. hotel chain based in an airport terminal, but there was an exceptional waiter called RAJ who absolutely rocked it. Worked his arse off and really needs some recognition. Well done!

Paid nearly £10 for a prawn mayo jacket potato and my daughter had tuna, there was no butter inside the potato and none offered and no side salad, the staff all looked like they were chewing wasps, no hellos just grunts, we won't be eating here again, the food was dry and taste less

Have ordered from here about six or seven times. The food is very hit and miss. The portions are inconsistent, as are the temperature and quality. Ordered the chicken strips one time and they were great. So we reordered them a month later and the strips were much smaller. Have ordered the large cod a few times and each time, it was over cooked on one side. The chips are hit and miss in terms of temperature and quality. I’d rather drive to Pound Hill to the Master Fryer even though I live in Langley Green. It’s a shame as the owner and the staff are always nice. But then I don’t go there for the atmosphere….
