I can't rate this place highly wlenough for its food, decent coffee and friendly service. Something that's sadly missing from other coffee shops. Great food! Great coffee - Keep it up!!!!!!
FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC LOOKING FOR A CHEAP DRINK AND PEOPLES PLACE TO HANG OUT AT, THIS MAY WELL BE THE PLACE FOR YOU, AS I FOUND, IT A GOOD SPOT TO CHILL OUT AT. GOOD SELECTION OF DRINKS AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE PEOPLES TOO. I LOOK FORWARDS TO BEING THERE ON THE 10TH OF AUG 2024 WHEN THERE WILL BE BHANGRA MUSIC AND BOLLYWOOD MUSIC WITH RNB AND GARAGE AND HIP HOP, I FOUND THERE ARE DJS ON ROTAITION WEEKLEY, DJ FLAVA DJ SHANE DJPRECIOUS AND MANY MORE..
I visited this Costa about a week ago with my sister, who has a serious dairy allergy and is also gluten intolerant, which rules out oat milk from most mainstream brands too. My sister noticed that multiple orders are prepared simultaneously but none of the tins used to warm the milk were labelled and it would be incredibly easy to get them muddled up, with serious consequences for customers. When my sister asked the staff member if she was sure that she'd given her the right coffee with soya milk the woman was rude and dismissive and this was building on her visible irritation with my sister that I noticed while we were first placing the order. My sister never drank the coffee, it was too high risk. Had it been the wrong milk she could have been hospitalised. Dairy and gluten allergies are serious and customers with these concerns should be treated with care and respect and furthermore, Costa should implement procedures which give customers reassurance that mistakes won't be made and they should train staff to handle these situations with greater care and concern. I won't be using this costa branch ever again.
Useless company. Ordered a kebab meal for a birthday celebration. All appeared good, but after an hour they called me and asked for £3.50 in cash for delivery. I agreed, but still no sign of food. Called them and was met by a hostile man and woman accusing me of not answering their calls. Useless. Avoid at all costs
From the moment I entered Creams Café, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the owner. His hospitality instantly made the place feel more than just a dessert café — it felt like home.
Owner personally took the time to explain everything in detail, from the freshly made waffles to the smooth and creamy gelato, crispy crepes, and the wide variety of delicious toppings. His passion for quality and service really shows in every corner of the café. The atmosphere is vibrant, the desserts are beautifully presented, and the staff — under his leadership — are incredibly professional and kind. Whether you're craving something sweet or just want a cozy place to relax, Creams Crawley is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!
Food was over priced especially for a Full English breakfast = 1 egg, 1 sausage, 1 slice of bacon, a spoonful of mushrooms 9didnttaste cooked) and 2 tablespoons of baked beans, half a grilled tomato, 1 piece of toast - sent food back as was cold after waiting 30 mins and the pub wasnt even busy,. I commented that the plate was also cold and why did they butter the toast, which frankly looked like it hadnt even been toasted, you NEVER sent out buttered toast and you NEVER send HOT food on a COLD plate, sent it back and wasnt overly impressed with next plate, again cold plate, but margarine (not even butter) came out in a small pot - why didnt they do that in the first place. Very disappointed wont be going back there again.
Firstly, the host was very reluctant to seat me at a table and would have preferred me to sit at the high bar - I'm in my 70s and there were plenty of gree tables. My scrambled eggs arrived very promptly but as others have said, the toast was very hard and as the eggs were on top, I found it very difficult to butter. However, there was so much pepper on top of the eggs most of it was inedible. No one came near to check all was OK and I really regret I didn't say anything but it was 6.30am and I was very tired.
We had breakfast hear while we waited for our plane. We had croissants with cheese and ham and they where very tasty. We also had a cup of coffee and a tea. It was a nice place to sit and chill while we waited and it was nice seeing the people walking round the airport.
I'm on a course in Crawley and visited 2 weeks running for the football. Great atmosphere worth plenty of screens, pool tables and dart boards. Highly recommended for the sports fans.
I don’t know why there are so many negative comments on this bar? Although I never ate the 3 lads on the bar were very friendly, there is 3 largers on tap along with a cider. Very good prices for an airport hotel bar.
Have ordered from here about six or seven times.
The food is very hit and miss. The portions are inconsistent, as are the temperature and quality.
Ordered the chicken strips one time and they were great. So we reordered them a month later and the strips were much smaller.
Have ordered the large cod a few times and each time, it was over cooked on one side.
The chips are hit and miss in terms of temperature and quality.
I’d rather drive to Pound Hill to the Master Fryer even though I live in Langley Green.
It’s a shame as the owner and the staff are always nice. But then I don’t go there for the atmosphere….
Fantastic meal. All courses excellent but the vegetarian main with halloumi, grilled veg and curried chickpeas was particularly good. Jo was our very friendly waitress.
An absolute disgrace. After returning the first meal as the beef was not pink as advised and all the vegetables were cold and soft not to mention a Yorkshire pudding that was flat as a pancake and the stuffing was solid and cold. They then send me a dish that was even worse. The YP was frozen inside.
All I got was sorry we will refund the meal. No free drink no real acknowledgement of the trash they served.
