Excellent Sunday breakfast Had an excellent breakfast here, one of the best I’ve had for a very long time. The staff could not be more helpful.

Fabulously attentive and friendly. Great food as always from green king made much better by the staff especially Alison!

We had our wedding in the Thyne barn at Gatwick Manor. Michelle and her team are absolutely amazing. Such a friendly bunch of people. Alison and James are fantastic. Michelle went above and beyond her job as an events manager for me, she really did make the day run so smoothly and had everything in hand so I could relax and enjoy my day. This woman is a true diamond. Gatwick manor is a beautiful venue to have my wedding, no question. The Thyne barn has its own character with wooden beams and quirky decor. Michelle helped plan where everything would go, shes got a stage where I had my wedding singer (the amazing Harry Bennett) I had a sweet station, photobooth and a separate table for cake. The team turned around the ceremony room to a beautifully laid out dining area for my guests where pure white linen was laid with my centre pieces and decorations. I highly recommend Michelle and her team to take care of your wedding or event. Thank you so much Michelle, James and Alison and team xxx

A lovely experience with beautiful British pub food combined with genuinely friendly service. We arrived without a reservation and asked about the possibility of dinner for a family of six. Alison and Dani were great and explained that they were full but were pleased to offer us a table adjacent to the bar. They made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed six different main courses, each one was tasty and delicious. We also enjoyed a variety of drinks including a deliciously rich, full-bodied Argentinian Malbec. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and Alison and Dani clearly have a great rapport with all their customers, many of whom are regulars. We also enjoyed the Premier Inn next door and the combination of the two offer the best overnight stay that we have ever enjoyed at Gatwick. If you are looking for a good value, ‘non-airport’ feel experience we would strongly recommend the Gatwick Manor pub restaurant and the adjacent Premier Inn.

Stayed at the Premier Inn & popped over to The Gatwick Manor for evening meal, where we experienced attentive & efficient service from James. Nothing was too much, quick & friendly service. Great spot for dinner before an early flight… the staff were so helpful. My husband had gone to park the car and was delayed but Charlie allowed me to preorder before the 8.45 pm cut off for the kitchen. Thanks Charlie, v grateful. I saw that they were equally as helpful to the table of 6 who arrived just after me. Hospitality is a tough gig… Will definitely book a night at the premier inn next door and grab a bite to eat here the next time we fly from Gatwick.

We like to go out for evening and weekend drinks/meals and are always looking for nice places to visit. We decided to try The Gatwick Manor inn. We ordered a couple of beers and sat outside in the sun. It was a lovely day and sitting in the garden was very pleasant. A place we will come back to we thought. Then a couple of weeks later we received a £100 fine for parking without registering the car. This was out of the blue as we noticed no signs inside the pub or in the car par and were not informed of this by staff members. . Had we had seen the signs we would have registered as it’s no big deal and no payment was needed. It’s such a shame as we genuinely enjoyed the visit and the Manager was friendly and knowledgeable and atmosphere was great. I don’t want to put anyone off visiting the pub as it’s great but just do register your vehicle to avoid a fine.

We were served by James. Lovely person and very attentive and helpful! The vegetable grill was delicious and also the sea bass.

My now husband and I got married yesterday at Gatwick manor- Shipley suit (30/08/2024). I can not praise the team there at Gatwick manor enough. The support we got from them was incredible from the start to the finish. Michelle- the wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic. The day went so smoothly, every little detail that we wanted was achieved & nothing went unnoticed. I had no stress or worries about the wedding as I knew Michelle and her team had it all under control. She was always present and was there to answer my questions (there was a lot) and I super grateful for her & the team. From the get go, they were all so welcoming to myself, my partner and my guests. The bar team were so lovely & amazing- so so polite & happy to have a chat! We had quite a few guests complimented about how wonderful the team was during the wedding. Michelle has got some dance moves- so make sure she gets on the dance floor! We are unbelievably grateful for everyone’s support on the day.

We have been here on a few occasions. The food is amazing - never had a bad meal here. The staff are efficient and welcoming. New waitress Hattie was wonderful - polite and welcoming. Just a small point - maybe staff should wear a uniform or name badges to make them look more professional.

Return visit after disappointing first experience. Hoped this visit would be improved but unfortunately not. Service staff were lovely but food took sooo long to arrive, over an hour. Food was very basic and steak not cooked as ordered. Will not be returning. Please remember to register your car on arrival, I went straight into restaurant to meet friends unaware of this and received a £100 fine in the post a few weeks later!

We were served by Hattie who was really helpful and friendly. She came to the rescue when I couldn’t decide on a wine and made a great choice. We’ve been to the restaurant on a number of occasions but the service from Hattie and the rest of the team excelled today. The food as always, was amazing!

Popped into this little diamond pub for lunch and a meeting I had the cheese toastie and asked if I could add bacon. It wasn’t an issue at all for them the bar man Jamie was very accommodating and jolly will definitely visit again

Superb new menu - the lamb shank shepherd's pie is a must as is the pork terrine. Great service from Alison, Genevieve and the team for the evenings I was there. Genevieve in particular as she was on the evening the new menu launched - handled queries efficiently .

Stumbled across this place after going to Trip Advisors "No: 1 for quick bites" (The Old Punch Bowl) in Crawly and walking out. Really don't know how it got that accolade.? Had seen Gatwick Manor on the way in and whilst the food was good standard Chef and Brewer fare served up nice and promptly, the 5 stars are really awarded to the staff (Ali', Jodie and Dimi). Great, friendly, accomodating and attentive people who served with a smile, were talkative, engaging and knew how to look after the clientel. Well worth a visit and by miles the right choice over the 1st place..

Visiting this restaurant 3 times and every day food was fantastic and also friendly staff especially young lady with rare to me name Gevivien I think, we will come to this place again and very recommended this restaurant.

Two of our party had the no leaf salad with halloumi which, if it wasn't for the halloumi, would have just about been sufficient for a small starter & no sriracha on the small bit of cauliflower on the plate. One of us had a sirloin steak which was so tough he sent it back, another steak was served which was as tough as the first. I was, however very happy with my Kerala chickpea curry. Our waitress, Genevieve, who had been welcoming & attentive throughout the evening, dealt very graciously with our complaints & the manager also came to apologise & assure us that our comments would be fed back to the general management. Our sweets were very good. We were only charged for two of them as compensation for the poor meals. The steak meal was not charged for at all.

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday at the Gatwick Manor in the lovely Shipley Suite. It was a big party! Michelle the events manager could not have done more for us and ensured the party was a great success! so I am very happy to say, the best time was had by all! so thank you to all the staff and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Staying overnight at the Premier Inn only 20 yerds away, we went in unsure whether we wanted to eat or have a glass of wine. In fact we had a warm welcome, had a great little bar table and the food was amazing. We ordered lasagne, one with chips the other with ciabatta, and it arrived piping hot in less than 5 minutes. It came with tasty green veg and salad which was perfect. We hadn't booked and was a great surprise and we really enjoyed our dinner. The service was really friendly and helpful which was lovely too. Next time we're book to avoid disappointment as they were virtually fully booked and we were lucky to get a.table.
