Very good services, specially North terminal. Affordable flights option.

The South Terminal parking lot is really difficult to park in. I think the design is not good. It is difficult to enter the parking lot above the second floor and the passage is too narrow!

The flight was done without any problems and with comfort 🙂

It's a busy, but efficient airport. Restuarants choices are great.

Easy to navigate. Helpful staff. Lots of trolleys available. Check in and baggage claim mostly quick.

Great airport but a little confusing when you get off at North Terminal as lacks clear signs of whether you are North or South. Also you have to use an elevator to get to the train station to the South T which is a complete pain, needs an escalator!

At Gatwick Airport this evening no Gatwick Express service with six (6) employees joking in the main departures station. No info at all 😈😈😈

Leaving a one star SOLELY because of the Boarding process. All the collaborators were great up until that point. Near-end they make you check your bag *again* for it's size measures, where they make you fit your bag through a metal cast which you have no warranty that it is actually the size the luggage is supposed to be. The collaborators are extremely rude and impulsive, and they will do ANYTHING to make you pay for the equivalent of a bigger bag if yours "doesn't fit" the metal cast. When I say they'll do anything to make you pay, I mean that the lady in front of me fit her bag in the cast THREE CONSECUTIVE TIMES and they were STILL telling her she had to pay for a bigger luggage ticket upgrade; only on the third time and after other passengers yelled at the receptionist did they let the lady through. I my case, I didn't even have time. As soon as I placed my bag on top of the metal cast they IMMEDIATELY told me to get off and pay. My brother, who was accompanying me, grabbed my bag and managed to fit it through, and when he was nearly done putting it inside, they yelled at him to get off and pay saying that "it doesn't fit". Scammy and scummy is how I would describe the experience, and I'll do anything to not use any of this airport's services ever again. -55 Euros out of a scam.

Arrived at 7am for a 9:30am international flight and very efficient new security scanners with no queues. Nice to see terminal not too busy for a change . Staff were all very polite

Gatwick is the best when you live in Brighton or around Brighton . Great connection with the train , great people prices at the duty free airport . If you travel from north terminal make sure you have 15 minutes to star for the shuttle

The food is simply fabulous and every day it gets better.

Every time I have to come to London via Gatwick, which are few, because I almost always land at Heathrow, I am more surprised by how much, with a few tweaks, they have modernized the airport and made access and exit easier.

North terminal staff and amenities are far superior compared to the South terminal. The south is basically a nursery teaching children how to play tsa and airport. And most the lounges are closed with no obvious reasons

Easy to get to from London by train, in my case the southern... Go with plenty of time since the security checks take a long time due to the long lines that form, apart from the fact that the police see something strange in some suitcase. They move aside and open it for you...

Terrible, terrible experience! Besides the fact that it’s located hours from London, you should expect: cancelled flights (just Google it), absurd waiting times for luggage (last time it took me nearly an hour), and an awful lot of walking.

This is the filthiest airport I’ve ever been to. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Stains and trash everywhere.

Passport scanners cuts down on queues at passport control. Then short walk to train station..

Picking people up, , not much to say about this, 20mins parking for £10 a tad high.

You have to walk for miles, there aren’t enough loos, it’s hours from London. Avoid.

One of the best airports in Europe, easy to navigate through it with lots of shops cafes and very good signage.

One of the Best airports I 've ever seen and I' ve seen a lot! Everything is clean, accessible snd so clear. Thanks to the stuff! One might use a National Express that can deliver You to London Victoria Station that is not so far from Belgravia.

London Gatwick Airport; London's other transatlantic airport. this was my first-time using Gatwick Airport and an immediately noticeable difference was ease of access to the airport from central London. LHR is closer and more convenient with tube access, were as Gatwick is farther from central London; however there is access via rail from Victoria station via Southern Railroad, Thameslink & Gatwick Express. That said, upon arrival, Gatwick Airport was connivant and loaded with all the shops and restaurants. The airport was very proactive with my father's mobility issue.

Travelling without baggage gatwick is a speedy airport, great train link

Very large airport with lots of shops and restaurants, boarding is rather well organized but a little long (I was during a busy period). As for the journey to London, a free shuttle takes you to a station where it is easy to take the train (journey costs around 15 pounds, just pass your credit card at the portico because if you go by the machine to print a ticket it will be a little more expensive). I stopped at Clapham Junction and the journey took around 45min

Never again. Unfriendly and super slow employees. No Smoking area and no Information about a flight delay.... Probably worst Airport in whole Europe... Pro tip: Never transit Great Britain. I cant imagine anyone would go here for vacation!

Most unprofessional staff that I have ever met in any airport. I have travelled multiple times and I have to say most of the times were ok-ish but there were 2-3 times that either the person that was doing the check was a completely idiot plus unprofessional, or the x-ray did not scan my bag so it had to go back (losing bits of time) or they change the airport rules so often you never know whether you should include all liquids inside the tray, or outside or in the bag. As an airport it is not so bad but it definitely lacks some charging spaces or some more comfortable seats (what is it with these wooden ones?!) what genius thought that these wooden curvy seats will be comfortable in an airport. Unless they want to torture people, waiting their flights...?

This is the worst airport baggage system in the world. I fly a lot for business. About 300 flights a year for the past 10 years. I have never lost a bag at any airport in the world. It's a very rare occurrence. I have flown to LGW twice this year, and they have lost my bag both times with very little help reconnecting me with it. Due to this I will never be flying into LGW ever and I advise everyone of the horrible system here. Additionally on both of my flights to LGW I was one of 5 people each time that had a missing bag.

Modern, well soundproofed, clear directions and good choice of restaurants

Signs are inadequate, parking fees are very high, the drop-off area is primitive, and the charge fee is very expensive

Absolute nightmare. As an autistic person, the lights n sound literally everywhere are abominable, plus further fiasco with the disabled toilets. I have quite a few disabilities, and the disabled loo beside our gate was LOCKED. Locked, and none of the staff members I asked could open it. We were the last ones to board because I had to go two gates over to find a toilet. Seriously, anything they say about being accessible is a joke.

It's one of my favourite airports. Vibes are always so good, which makes travel fun.

Decent airport with good selection of shops and restaurants. Always have issues with flights waiting on runway not getting clearance for flight which I haven’t seen in other airports but other than that all good

A great experience. Smooth, efficient, clean, safe and welcoming airport with friendly staff and a swift and efficient service. Managed to get onboard within 15 mins, managed to depart within 15 mins. What more could you ask for?

Good airport, although very busy. I had a flight in the morning and there were many passengers everywhere. Comfortable waiting areas and places to charge your phone. Accessibility between terminals is excellent and train access to the airport is useful.

My sister left her cell & glasses in the ladies loo South Terminal about half an hour ago Very stressful She ran back to find it whilst I was phoning her number A lovely lady working in the Ladies Loo answered my sisters phone, asked for description and then name She managed to find my sister & reunite her with her belongings Unfortunately my sister did not get this wonderful woman’s name so plse pass on our eternal thanks and blessings 💢‼️

Just wanted to thank the cleaning staff at South Terminal ladies loo near arrivals. I left my cellphone in the toilet & only realised 10 minutes later. Rushed back & one of your ladies had found it along with my glasses. Heart-stopping moment. Thanks so much for your honesty. Really appreciated.

The check in for first, business & club class card holders is a bright airy space, with minimum waiting times & a smooth check in service.

No issues for either departure or arrival

Kicking out all the transferring passengers and then making them go through the control is not a good strategy.

Quite well organised for a big crowded airport

A huge modern airport near London. The parking lots are large and quite convenient (for 1 hour it seems to be 8.10 pounds). I was saddened by the lack of smoking rooms inside the airport (in such a large airport, they could make a couple of hoods and smoking-friendly rooms).

Airport too small for the amount of flights it hosts, the staff are completely rude and annoyed, they believe they are the best in Europe, they told me verbatim words, a shame.

Have travelled through this airport many times. but not for a few years. Found it to be very dirty. Needs a good cleaning contractor. Weatherspoons great and friendly staff.

very nice airport staff are friendly yes busy like heathrow airport but defo if i was to decide for next travel i choose gatwick it is very clean and organised everywhere is clearly labelled trains are easy to find and always on time duty free always have the best offers and the customer service is very excellent and announcements you can hear clearly as well. Variety of food stores, ease of checking and organise security and boarder control

Hands down one of the Best Airports I have ever traveled through anywhere in the world!!!! While staying in France, we decided to spend 36 hours in London, so we flew from Charles De Gaul into Gatwick... Our flight had us landing at 7:30 and we need to connect with the train into London by 8:00 so no margine for error... We land on time taxing to our gate, and then we make our way to up the Jetway and through the doors as we work our way to customs moving like the wind. Once we got to the customs area, all we had to do was take a picture, and all our info popped up on their screen, and off we went!!! From customs to the main train connection, we went up the stairs and to the platform with 15 minutes to spare. Well, we made it to London and are now back heading home. From the train platform to checking in, it was a cool breeze!!! As we make it through customs and security, you walk through the biggest souvenir store ever, and let me tell you, we bought tons before making it out like two large bags full of gifts!!! We finally made it out of the store and into the common area of the airport that was just as cool, with lots of restaurants and even more stores to shop from... While you wait for your gate to pop up, usually 30 minutes prior to departure, they have plenty of tables and seating with charging stations galore. It was probably the first time I never had to worry about my phone being charged!! Again, the best airport ever traveled through!!!

Have to say, although I have had some hideous past experiences, this time has been great. Flying out and back a week later, could not have been better or easier; flights on time, through passport control and security in less than 5 minutes each time, and a good selection of shops and restaurants in the departure lounge. My only niggle was the number of badly behaved and rowdy travellers in the departure lounge, being filled with alcohol at 0700 prior to boarding flights.

Great airport no problem parking

Arrived at North Terminal and parked whilst away in long stay carpark using the shuttle bus service. The drop off point at the North Terminal is quite a walk and open to the elements until you get inside.

Most of the stuffs are rude and racist. Never flying from Gatwick again.

Many facilities are not perfect

⭐ 1 star (would give zero if I could) Shocking! Each time, the gate is announced only 10 minutes before boarding, with at least a 10-minute walk to get there. Totally disorganized and stressful for passengers!

Please note CHE is Switzerland not Czech Republic. Please can the home-office up training of staff.

Great experience with no issues at all

Well laid out airport, bright and airy, you have to separate electrical devices from rest of your luggage into different trays, usual shops but also some more unusual ones, this is nicer than stansted

The most convenient airport from my London location. Door to door in 50 mins. Always smooth and efficient.

My favourite airport in the UK (North Terminal) Very well sign posted, super organised, well connected to cities via train. Shuttle which takes you from the train station to the North Terminal. Check in super quick and efficient - staff are helpful and polite :) Security very quick - no need to take out liquids laptops etc. In and out within a minute (using fast track) Departure lounge is modern and airy, well organised, air conditioned. Loads of choice for food options, shops duty free etc.

Second biggest airport in London and the worst connected to it. If the trains aren't working or your flight is late you are screwed. Stansted & Luton at least got options.

Lots of airplanes taking off and landing. Definitely recommend if you want to take off, land, drop someone off or pick someone up

I am impressed with most of the things. Passport control was super quick for UK passport holders.

If you have a night transfer, you can just sit on the ground and freeze from joy there.

Amazing internacional Airport, pleased to travel to London

Parking prices are extortionate. Paid £6 for a 2-minute drop off. What was that for? Did you collect my luggage? Washed my car? Covered wear and tear for driving on your horrible road surfaces? Definitely in top 3 worst airports for London.

Whilst queuing to pay for my items in duty free I could hear a woman shouting repeatedly, we then realised she was shouting at her colleague, and shouting at all of the customers. This was really unprofessional behaviour from Tamzin at the self check outs in North Terminal Duty free on the evening of Friday 29th November 2024. If someone would like to inform her to praise in public and reprimand in private, and also not threaten her colleagues with “I’m telling management”. What the whole queue witnessed there was work place bullying in public, honestly poor guy on the receiving end. Tamzin needs an attitude check. Date of experience: 29 November 2024

The airport is busy as always. Although it is struggling at times to cope with the large volume of flights, this has a knock-on effect of frequent delays.

Arrived, through passport control, collected luggage and out through customs in about 30 minutes. Not bad.

Not too busy, staff helpful with platform number for my train.. platform waiting areas to escape the 🥶.. Vending machines for snacks, lifts available if escalator not easy to use.. 🚈⚡️

Makes Bristol airport look like a future city. How is this poor quality the 2nd airport of the UK?

Clean and well organized airport. Well connected to the city of London by train. Big flaw is that in 2024, at the controls, they still have to check the liquids and have them put in specific bags. These English people are back!

The staff throughout the airport are very helpful, smiling, very friendly. The airport itself is terrible. Very inconvenient passenger logistics, inconvenient information, "tired". Very expensive everything. The price tag is in European figures, but expressed in pounds. Shocking from unaccustomed!!!!!

Great hub. Airport has enough to keep you busy while you wait for your flight. Everything seems to have gone up in price now 11/2024

This airport is crying out for reform, not even the 4 chargers they have work.
