Troy Kebab House in Crawley

Excellent! When I come to the UK, if possible, I go and have a lamb shish kebab. Their sauces are delicious!!! You will love this place.

We had an amazing evening at Crawley celebrating my daughter’s 18th. Staff were attentive, food and drink were excellent, catering for one of the party who was coeliac. Highly recommended

Food is good but service is particularly bad. Inadvertently give a wrong order and the server becomes irate and starts throwing things around in the kitchen. It’s becoming a place I go to lesser and lesser! They’re in over their head!

Excellent food. I’ve been coming here for Doner Kebabs for many years. I’m compelled to write a review to say thank you to the staff for their integrity; I was accidentally overcharged a few weeks ago and the staff took me at my word and discounted today’s takeaway by the overcharge! I hope to be back many more times in the future and always recommend this kebab house to my colleagues and friends! 10 out of 10 for Troy👍🏻

Absolutely disgusting food hour and half late wrong order phoned to complain get a girl talking gangster stuff down the phone I want a refund not a war ....get a grip stay away from this place

Order turned up 45 mins late, wasn't even the correct order, refused a refund. Amber on the phone hung up on me. Customer service shocking.

Stranded in London for "severe weather condition", luckily found an hotel in Gatwick, but once there i found kitchen already closed. An extremely friendly receptionist calls for me this which should have been one of the best kebabs in town. I give my card details and I am told that the payment is declined. After having argued with the receptionist, for trivial reasons, I am suggested to try and call the other branch of the same chain. Payment doesn't work so the receptionist uses his card and I pay him cash. I check my bank app and notice that the money has been withdraw from the first fast food, who said payment refused and argue for that! I call back to make sure I get refunded and beside apologies to the previous mentioned situation, I am re-assured that the money will be refunded. It's been now 10 days and the money hasn't been refunded. Thieves, rude and incompetent. STAY AWAY !!! To the fast food responsible: please provide as soon as possible before I will proceeds through legal actions

Got cheesy chips from here after a night out and they were delicious, actually melted the cheese and gave us lots of ketchup , instead of just leaving cheese on top , and was enough in regular portion to share! Only negative is that staff are too flirty with the ladies.

Don’t buy from this shop, very late delivery if they turn up. Worst company ever . Never never again

Food order was completely wrong . The food I did receive was flavourless and colder than the ice pole. Hair was found in food just overall a terrible experience and waste of money. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Been going to Troy’s for last 20 years but I must admit very disappointed in today delivery. Had combination kebab and Meat is much less and very stingy with the salad. I will avoid a from now one and try elsewhere

My partner and i ordered for the first time. It certainly wont be the last. Very fresh ingredients, so much flavour and great value for money. I had to call up about something and the person on the phone was lovely. Very highly recommended.

I can not fault this place. They’ve always delivered the food ahead of time, always piping hot and always delicious. Had a charcoal special delivered this evening on a meal deal 10 and it’s absolutely spectacular

Best kebab shop in crawley hands down and I have tried a lot trust me better than any in Croydon / Haywards heath / Burgess Hill Brighton and Redhill (although CG opposite Halford Redhill not bad). Troys never dissapoints and the chillie sauce is worth 2 scoops on the chips or kebab, the burgers are superb (chicken burger not so much) Recommendations. Large chips extra crispy- two scoops chillie sause with garlic mayo.. Separate pita. Large chicken shish- 'well done' 2 scoop chillie and garlic all salad but no onions extra cabbage + 2 slices of lemon to add a zing. Chicken shish or Donna wrap- 2 scoop chillie garlic mayo, salad no onions extra cabbage. Half pounder- well done! 2 slices of cheese cabbage lettuce and burger sauce. Accompany any of those with a tropical rio and 'hey presto' your living like a king for the evening.. Ps chillie sauce got a bit of a tang so if you don't like heat go for one scoop!!

I love a doner kebab, but I know lamb is a fatty food, which I try to cut down on. I don't like having salad in it, as cold salad and hot meat & bread is not a good combo, in my opinion. I always have this at lunchtime, rather than the evening for the simple reason that I have had major life saving stomach surgery which has left me with IBS. My mouth likes chilli sauce, but my tummy doesn't. So I am very sparing with it. The kind gentleman there knows my little foibles, and will put some sauce in a little pot for me. And if I have no salad at home, I just get tomatoes. It is a take away only. But it seems clean, & I have always enjoyed the food from there.

The Troy’s next to kfc is no good there food service and the behaviour of the guys is poor.guys you can’t treat everyone the same just coz you cater late and the people come late after clubs may be a bit tipsy but that dosent mean everyone is the same.

We have regularly ordered from here, but today it seems rude and argumentative is the behaviour. I asked for all salad but no jalapenos, the order arrived with no salad at all. When we rang to let them know we were met with a very argumentative and hostile person.Will not order from here ever again. Where is the customer service these days. Rude rude rude. Kebab was a good size, well cooked and tasty, although more expensive than most nearbly kebab shopsLarge chips were tiny, The whole meal was I think quite overpriced certainly not worth the money I paid for it.

Troy Kebab was recommended by my Friend and it is worth it. Try the Sish Kabab, the taste is amazing and adding salad with sauce make it you satisfied. Since i like it Sish kebab, i have not tried other offering but will recommend to try if you are in crawely.

Fantastic food, really good quality, fantastic service. Delivered on time and still very hot despite me living out in the countryside, by a nice friendly driver. Will definitely use again and would 100 % recommend.

First the food was delivered to the wrong hotel, then I had to wait another hour for my food (which was average at best) only for it to be lukewarm. this whole experience ruined my evening prior to going work. I wouldn’t even consider using this restaurant again!

Jason was so lovely and helped us order our food. Very helpful and respectful. Made our food very quickly and had a smile despite being nearly 2am. He worked very hard to cook our food quickly. Even the cheesy chips for the bouncers at moka. GO JASON YOU LEGEND

I have been coming to Troys Kebab house since I was a young boy around the town. The slices of finely cooked meat fall so delicately to the serving pan when sliced from the spinning skewer with love from any one of the staff members. The meats are cooked to perfection and to taste. The staff really come in to their own late at night after the revellers leave their late night bars and clubs. It is this time of their working day they put up with untold abuse and for their constant professionalism in these stressful situations is why I rate them so highly. You are greeted with a call of "hello mate" upon arrival and asked if you want chilli sauce and salad upon your food. My personal choice is chilli sauce and no salad and I like to eat it there and then in the street. I once ordered three small kebabs and ate them one after the other. This was back in the late 90's though so perhaps they were smaller back then.

Very expensive for what it was, burger fell apart, the chips were burnt and there was no sauce on the kebab so it was very dry. Top it all off with a £2.50 delivery fee, won't be using them again!

Friendly staff, great chit-chat with Rumen, sort out vegan kebab for my friends. All of them been so helpful. Will be return soon. Thanks guys.

Ha ha can't believe Troys charged me a whopping £11.00 for this!!. They certainly have a sense of humour....

Very long delivery time, 75 minutes. When food arrives very disappointed as was from another company! Certainly not the same service or food quality as the first time we ordered....hence ordering a second time, but won’t be third!!

After visiting Troy Kebab yesterday evening, I won’t be visiting their takeaway again!

Brilliant service and on time to the second. First time I have tried them but easily the best restaurant on this app so far. Food is delicious and great portions. They even gave me an extra portion of chips with my nuggets. Will certainly be ordering again.
