Had takeaway from here. The meat was very poor quality, very fatty with and chewy. Food didn’t seem to be very fresh and hardly any veg in with the dishes. Food took over an hour and whilst we were happy to wait, it was a let down once we tried it. I won’t order from here again or visit

This was probably up there with one of the worst takeaways I have ever had in my life. The food tasted like it was the day befores left overs. It was soggy and just eat was an hour late. The crispy beef was not even crispy it tasted off and mouldy. I’m pretty sure the hygiene rating at that place is very off, it’s over priced dont order from here if you want good and quick service for a reasonable price it’s disgusting. When I complained the lady told me she wanted the food back let’s not forget I ordered salt and pepper chicken and they gave me about a quarter of it and caked in oil

As we were served drinks we had a bottle of water spilt over the table and was made to feel it was our fault, the staff begrudgingly changed the table cloth. Was told the all you can eat menu had gone and they had introduced a set menu.Asked about the set menu and was told we would have enough food for 3, we was given a quarter of duck and 5 pancakes, 2 satay chicken 2 spare ribs 2 mini spring rolls, the squid was enough for 1 and the chilli chicken was about a mouthful. As for the mains they came out 5 minutes apart, to be fair my dish ginger chicken was ok but the wife was given 4 greasy chicken balls and the daughters chicken curry was cold.As for the service It was disgusting the waitress lent over the food to take away the empty platesI never gave a tip and the look on the waitress’s face was a picture.I have eaten here many times in the past but I can safely say tonight was my last time.The staff were rude and all they cared about was the takeaway service.Out of 10 I would rate the Mo Lin a big fat 0

We visited yesterday after ringing and being told they do the buffet. When we got there the lady said there is no buffet just a set menu. I couldn’t fault the food it was lovely just very small portions. However the service was shocking and when they then had a massive group of women arrive prob about 10 of them. But that was apparently acceptable as they split over 2 tables next to eachother. That’s 10 women from I imagine separate households. Would not return and would def not recommend. If they carry on that way I hope they get caught and slammed with a hefty fine. Totally not acceptable!

We did not have a reservation to eat at this restaurant but a table was found for us. Our temperature was taken on the way in and our contact details recorded in a book. Also the tables were well spaced out. We really appreciated the efficiency of the way in which Covid precautions were applied.We chose courses from a 'set menu' for two. We thought the food would all be served at once but it was presented in stages. This enhanced the eating experience. The menu contained a good selection and we enjoyed every dish. The staff were very attentive too.I usually say that 'I don't like Chinese food' but I would happily return here.

Not only were the staff rude and inpatient on the phone, the food was inedible. The beef floppy and fatty, the chicken like rubber. The duck was ok but apart from that the rest went in the bin. Great shame, thought looking at the reviews we may have, at last, found a decent Chinese. Sadly not.

Service is always terrible but it’s the only ‘all you can eat’ around here which I assume is the only reason for its success. The manager has a horrible attitude and they take a long time to take your food order so you can’t order as much as you want in the allocated time. You are made to feel like a burden being there. In the Eat Out to Help Out scheme they lied to customers saying they must spend £20 each and that they must buy a soft drink to be eligible for discount, meaning £1.50 of their £10 discount automatically went on a glass of flat fizzy drink. The manager yells at staff in front of customers making it very uncomfortable. The staff are treated like slaves. After my most recent visit there, I complained to my sister. She told me she hasn’t been there since the manager took crab off my sister’s plate because the chef gave her too much (it was an additional charge on top of the buffet price). When my sister asked what the manager was going to do with the crab, she replied “sell it to another customer” and shrugged. It had been sitting on my sisters plate for 20 minutes and had been partially eaten. It’s just a horrible place to go. The staff are constantly changing as the manager is a bully, you’re not made to feel welcomed there and they get irritated if you want to order more. I’ve heard similar stories of the manager trying to con a disabled woman out of money and also yelling at a customer and refusing to bring condiments out as the manager disagrees they should be put on the dish. Avoid this place and don’t risk a take away - it’s probably already been on someone’s plate.

Working in Crawley at the moment, picked up a takeaway this evening, and I have to say it was perfect, I couldn’t fault a single thing, the Singapore Fried rice was awesome, but even the simple sides, curry sauce, chips were really good, can’t wait to try the actual restaurant. Will be returning very soon.

A friend had recommended this place. I wish they hadn't!. I booked a table prior to arriving. understanding that there may be a wait. So we arrived and waited for a bit. drinks came pretty quick but then we were forgotten about. We could see it was busy, After a further 45 minutes we were able to get someone's attention and order food. I had my father in law visiting and felt we couldn't leave. So We ordered 2 bbq ribs and 2 spring rolls for a starter. The ribs were covered in gravy which was nasty. the spring rolls albeit they initially only sent through one portion they were tasty. We ordered chicken fried rice (bland), crispy chilli beef ( covered in bisto) it was disgusting, pork chop suey (tasteless) the szechuan chicken was the tastiest thing we ate.we had left the majority of the food but my father in law hates food waste so he asked them to put it takeaway (i threw the lot in the bin when I got home.) We did want to order dessert but we were the last table and it was already 11pm. (Arrived at 8.30pm). I understand they were busy but this has to be the slowest chinese restaurant I've come across along with bland and gross food. It was our first and last time.We won't be back!

Me and my girlfriend decided we would take advantage of the £10 eating out scheme and booked to go to this restaurant on 25th August at 7.30pm.We arrived on time to be shown to our table. The restaurant was extremely busy and whilst they took our temperature as we came in, I did not feel CoVid safe as there was far too many people in such a small area.We waited at the table for 15 mins before we even got a menu, which was a choice of a very watered down set menu for £20 each and the full normal menu. The cavat to the eating out deal was that you had to spend a min of £20 per head. My understanding from checking government guidelines was that resturants were not permitted to have such rules, so i feel they are breaking the guidelines.We then waited for 45 mins before we even ordered the food and drink. we went for the set menu as we could see it was busy and clearly we thought we would get a quicker service that way.We waited another 30 mins before we got our drinks and after complaining we got our starters 90 mins after we arrived. To cut a long story short we didnt get our mains until 10pm. The mains were much smaller portions than usual and the food quality was not up to usual standard.We complained to the staff and asked to see the manager only to be told he had gone home and the comment was " you ate your food now you pay".Never going again and would strongly recommend you avoid this place.

Had a very nice King Prawn Curry here and a couple of beers. Total bill around £21. Food came to £13 so expected a £6.50 discount. No. They are imposing a £20 minimum spend. I complained to the head waitress. She said the food was already too cheap and couldn't offer the discount unless my food bill was £20. I tried to explain that they still get all the money, just takes a week to get the discount back from the government. Clearly she has no idea how the deal works. She seems to think the restaurant is giving the discount. So I paid up but will not go back. Sad as I really like the food there. They have now marked up the posters in the window with "min spend £20" which is probably illegal. I also went back in a couple of days later with a document I printed out from the BBC website about the scheme. Still no change.

I’ve been here a few times for their “buffet” which is made to order and very good value for money. The staff are always polite and appreciate you being there. Would recommend trying it if you’ve not before but I’d go a little earlier or a little later as prime time is a little slow service but that’s to be expected.

When we were going into the restaurant door, a young couple came out. They told us not to go in because there was only one fixed menu available. They seemed very decent and genuine, but I said that we would give the restaurant a try because it was one of my favourites. They said it had been one of their favourites too.After giving our contact details and having our temperatures checked, we were shown to our table and given the a la carte menu and a laminated sheet with an "Eat out to help out" fixed menu.We normally eat the cooked to order buffet, but that is not available at the moment so ordered from the a la carte menu. The food was excellent. The service was great too.When we got our bill it was split into alcoholic drinks and food. We were given the £10 discount (Eat out to Help Out) each off the food bill.It's still brilliant here.

Told below minimum, asked if we could buy more soft drinks to make it up. Told we were out of time as 90min limit. Not informed of this when booking. They are registered for the scheme but are not giving discount. Seems like a scam to me.

As always, the food was fantastic. I can’t fault it. ... however ... I am massively disappointed with the service we have received. We spent £55 on food and soft drinks and because it was a Wednesday, we SHOULD have qualified for the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. When our bill arrived we were told that we didn’t qualify for the scheme because we had to spend £20 per head. An easy fix, you might think!? Just spend a bit more on drinks to get it over £60 ... no...! We were only allowed 90 minutes at the table and our time is up... even though we arrived at 6pm and it’s now only 7:15pm. When we explained that this wasn’t 90 minutes and other tables have been here longer, we were told that their next booking had arrived and they needed the table. Please be advised that THERE IS NO MINIMUM SPEND ON THE SCHEME. Their justification for the minimum was that they can’t cover the overheads for the the table at less than £20 per person. YOU GET IT BACK FROM THE GOVERNMENT IN FULL. I’m unlikely to return there out of principal. But if you’re reading this after August 2020, the food is pretty damn good.

Had food delivered from here last night. Have never had food from here before but my son wanted to try this restaurant. We gave strict instructions on intolereances and what to omit from the food mainly onions to find all 3 main dishes had onions in. I can honestly say the food did not look appetizing at all. Out Of 4 mains I could only try 1. Also Just eat is advertising 25% off for NHS staff but when you phone MO LIN direct to order they won't do it. Shame on you. Wanted to do direct order to explain what to omit from the food. Bearing in mind business isn't good at the moment you should be taking extra care to make sure food is cooked according to order and also try to match what the food apps are advertising. I won't be using you again and definately won't reccommend eating with you when you reopen!!! Complete waste of my hard earned money

Had to bite my lip. Then we asked for the bill and because it was Valentine’s Day they charged us more for the bad service.,Well we learnt a lesson there.

This was my second trip to Mo Lin and I can safely say it was so much better! The first time it was very busy and a bit manic (please read my other review named ‘Interesting...’). My boyfriend and I went on a Friday evening - always book a table as the restaurant is very small! The service was 100% better, we were even told what not to order which we found very honest and we really appreciated it! The food was delicious (especially the steamed buns!). Will definitely be going back here!

We booked a table for 2 adults and a high chair for as soon as the restaurant opened because we wanted to take our small toddler. We were seated at a table made up just for the adults, no place setting for our kid and given the a'la carte menu. When I asked if they'd stopped doing the eat as much as you like menu, they were replaced, but grudgingly. All the tables around us were given this from the start. No prawn crackers were brought, but we're taken directly to all the tables around us. Ditto with the heating plates even though we were at a table larger enough to keep this safely out of reach of the kid. We ordered starters and some chow mein for the little one to eat at the same time (we were sharing it with him, but wanted it with the starter not the main) and were questioned on this as well. Before our starters arrived, the waitress came up and said that they were very busy, so we needed to order mains or we'd have to wait an hour and a half which seemed strange because at that point there were only 5 or so other tables seated.... Surely you staff the kitchen according to the number of tables in the restaurant and don't plan on keeping anyone waiting that long after an order?!? During the starters, I fed my little one with my chopsticks and like a typical toddler, he wanted to try himself. I asked for another pair so that I could eat without arguing with him and was told no because of health and safety, it's not safe for him to control them himself. We explained that we'd still be helping him and he mostly wanted to hold them rather than eat with them but the answer was still no. Not that they'd know this, but we're the kind of family who always clean the floor around the toddler after her eats in a restaurant, and ask for a dustpan and Brush if he's dropped food as we don't think a waiter should have to clean up Mrs worse than an adult would make. The mains came about 25 minutes after we'd finished starters, one at a time over about 20 minutes longer, which seemed slightly excessive. The food was OK mostly, but a little over-greasy and the special fried rice was soggy. When we asked for the bill, we got 2 barely warm towels and 2 pieces of orange. It seemed as though because our toddler was too small to be charged for (he ate about a third of a plate of chow mein and some bits off my plate that didn't change how much we ordered) he just didn't exist to them. I do understand that in all you can eat, every head counts but we didn't order more than we would for two and weren't even offered the option to have him treated as an actual person and be charged for him, he just didn't exist to the surly waitress who served our table. All in all, the experience left a bad taste which lingered worse than the MSG did. We won't be going back, we'd much rather spend our money somewhere our child isn't considered a nuisance and where the customer seems to matter.

I've eaten at Mo Lin on several occasions, the all you can eat buffet has always been freshly cooked, tasty, plentiful and good value. It's not high class, but it's certainly not awful either! I would say the service is commensurate with London's China Town, if you know that, you certainly won't be disappointed with Mo Lin! Crawley's own little Wardour Street!Always worth a visit, and always a safe bet.

Sat 30 Nov 2019, x2, 2015WE came here 2 years ago, and it was great.Tonight, not so!It was pretty busy, with lots of big groups/tables, but not 100% full. We were offered a table right at the back, which initially seemed a good choice, but less so when you understand the ordering model they implement: 2 choices, "a la carte", or "all you can eat". For £19.50 each, but with lots of "inclusive" (ie "no surcharge") items we could order, we opted for "all you can eat". However, there's a £2 charge for any plates not eaten, so instead of ordering 5 dishes, you only order 2 or 3, then 2 or 3 more, etc! That's great, as long as the turnaround in the kitchen is sufficient. plus enough waiting staff. Therein we clearly have 2 initial problems, made worse by being at the back of the restaurant - no waiting staff made it as far as us for food order for over 20 minutes!!!We eventually ordered "mixed hors d'ouevres" for 2, plus crispy prawns, and chilli chicken... another 'age' later, a plate (which we presumed to be all 3 orders) arrived, and we set to try/eat it...Alas, there started the real problems... the food was undercooked, tasteless, bland, unedible, disgusting, vomit-inducing - ALL of the above!!!Mixed hors d'oeuvres:chicken satay - undercooked, tastelessbreaded prawns - tasteless, bland, vomit-inducing!spare rib - edibledim sum - disgusting, more of a "bushtucker trial" than anything else, vomit-inducing!vegetable spring rolls - tasteless, blandchicken wings - barely any meat, but that was the ONE and ONLY tasty item on the plate!prawn/sesame seed toast - undercooked, tasteless, vomit-inducing!20-30 minutes later, a dish of clearly-undercooked "chilli chicken" turned up, but we turned that away, and cancelled any further food, and asked for the bill (based on equivalent "a la carte" price for what we'd had), plus wine/beer that we'd had - just as well, as it took a LOT of liquid to get rid of the disgusting tastes of the food, and we hastened to a reliable "drinking hole" to help!Curiously, when we cancelled the other 2 dishes, and asked for bill, there was no querying, no questions, no concern - THAT in itself is a tad curious : are they used to customers walking out?!Quite simply, the worst food I have ever tasted, and worthy of inclusion on "I'm a Celebrity"!!!We won't be going back!!!

Very surprised with the bad reviews. There was 8 of us for my birthday meal. Everything was fantastic especially the food. Every single dish we had was so tasty. You can’t leave loads of leftovers otherwise you get charged £2 per dish but I think that’s fair enough. We tried to order the minimum and kept ordering more to make sure we didn’t leave any and they were more than happy to cook more dishes for us. I should have taken the mans name but we were served by such a friendly waiter as well.

I have been few times with family and friend and I have decided to stop going there due to poor staff service specially when you are ordering a lot of food. Being an all as you can eat one would expect to normally try different foods but does not seem to please the staff with even one male throwing the dishes on the table to show he was not happy that we were eating more than they expected us to. I will miss the food though.

My trip to Mo Lin was very interesting, it was saturday 31st August and my boyfriend and I had randomly decided to go for a chinese, we arrives at Mo Lin at 1930 to find out that they were fully booked but we could have a table at 2030 - great! As I only live around the corner we went to asda, got a snack and went home before we arrived again at 2030.

We came to Mo Lin on Sunday lunchtime for the all you can eat menu. We were promptly seated by friendly staff. Drinks arrived promptly. Starters ordered quickly. Food was fantastic. The best meal we have had since being away on holiday. Staff also described some dishes that we were unsure of. This is our second visit and we will definitely be returning. Couldn’t fault it.

The food was mediocre at best, but the staff ruined the experience. It was going well at first until we were waiting an hour between our starters and our main course, when we then had enough of waiting as we had other places to be, we then asked where our food was and they said they were about to start making it, and said they are busy and it was normal for it to take this long, despite members of the party having been before, and not reviewing the same as I am now. The waitress was laughing in her responses to us, as we tried explaining how it was polite to check on us and offer more drinks etc apologising for the wait, however we were blanked for this entire hour. By the time the food came which was another 15 minutes. We were leaving, and they said they would box up our main courses to take away. A really good “all you can eat” experience, not! When a friend then went to pay, they were going to charge the full amount in which my friend refused and demanded 10% off, at which she snatched the card, and said you’ll get 10% off. And we left very disappointed... and hungry!

This is a nice Resturant. Good food good service nice and clean. It offers an all you can eat menue. However once again on my visit 17th July they try to take menues from you so that you cannot order more food. We did not order much however after about one hour took chopsticks from behind me and my partner. We still had wine in our glasses and bottle. This would make a lot of people feel uncomfortable.

Extremely clean pleasant surroundings, Toilets exceptional.. This was our first visit and we found it to be good value for money . The food is authentic Chinese and each order is cooked fresh , no food waiting around as on buffets. Price was£15 per head as much as you can eat but each dish must be completely eaten or £2 added to the bill.

It's a real shame as the food is good. If there are just 2 of you eating here, the service is chronic but we laugh about it, when there are 8 people and you are spending alot of money, it's not laughable. Order starters and only get half of it, so if you don't like what has arrived you are stuffed! Then the mains arrive, EVENTUALLY! and still only half arrives! Staff are rude, when you challenge, no customer care at all, they just kept saying "we are busy"the service got worse with less people, we can cope with being busy and having to wait, but 2.5 hrs is a joke, they take the menu when they feel you have ordered enough, even though its suppose to be all you can eat! It is definately not, because you just don't get what you ordered??

This is such a shame, because the food when you eventually get it is good! But it’s just such hard work getting it! Table booked for 8 people for 7.15pm. Order starters & mains at same time (so we wouldn’t have to wait so long for the mains to arrive after we’d finished starters!) starters eventually arrived but 2 of our group didn’t get anything they had ordered until everyone else had finished. Their food eventually arrived after we asked for them again. We waited another hour for mains & enquired where they were, to be told they were busy with takeaways!! Again after lots of asking & 1 member of our group leaving (as he was so angry & fed up) dinner eventually arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering. The table next to us waited even longer than we did & eventually left without having their mains. Just appalling service & when we complained to the staff- they totally ignored us & walked away! We complained bitterly & it really did spoil our night. They gave us some money off the bill but that does not make up for ruining our evening. This restaurant is not cheap & this is not good enough. If you get told by staff ‘not to come at the weekend as we are really busy’ there is definitely something wrong! 2 of our party had NO mains because they were just fed up of waiting! The management need to sort this out. Would I recommend this restaurant- Absolutely not! A total shambles. Waste of money! TERRIBLE.

Visited in a group of six. There was plenty to choose from on the menu and you’re able to order as much as you like (as long as you eat it). Everything we ordered was amazing, all freshly made to order and bought out together so everyone can share. Alcoholic drinks are well priced as well and the service is very friendly. We paid around £30 each in total which is amazing value for money considering the amount of food we had. Will definitely be returning

Our second time here and again we contradict other previous reviews. OK it was Sunday however excellent food (salt & chilli squid cooked perfectly). Place was clean and tidy, service excellent and reasonably priced. I guess you have to make your own mind up and to do that you have to try it.

We don't usually order food but yesterday I thought why not. I read some of the reviews and i placed an order. I didn't have high hopes but expected at least average Chinese food. When the food arrived, the peking duck with pancakes were disgusting - Lidl one is much better. The beef dumplings were smelling strange and off. I was not even sure that this was beef. The chow mein had burnt bits of duck - i mean burnt, charred and tasted off. Even the dog refused the duck meat when offered. The only salvaging thing was that the Wonton soup was edible - the dumplings were somewhat suspicious. The chicken satay - I think they were frozen initially. Iceland satay chicken tastes better. All in all, a waste of money as we had to throw most, if not all of the food away. Please avoid if possible.

Group of 12 friends came here for Fri night dinner- no tables big enough so had a large round table with small square table put on end which worked. In terms of delicious food this is the best choice, however if you want good friendly efficient service then this is not the restaurant of choice.The idea is All you can eat for a set fee. Well they do not like you ordering too much, and actually you never get what you order anyway. If you order say 4 dishes to start, you will get 2 then the other 2 will come sometime later, and usually you will have to ask for it, this goes for the main meal also. Staff are not friendly at all and everything seems a chore to them. You will not be offered the opportunity to order more drinks, and trying to get their attention is pretty pointless as they just ignore you. Soft drinks are flat, and they just argue against you about it.Check your bill as they will try and over charge. Remember it's a set all you can eat charge!

The response - ‘only one dish can be cooked at once!’ Expensive for such poor service and lack of food - shame as the food is lovely!

Went here with a couple of mates. Paid £19.50 each for the buffet, food took over an hour to come out and only half made it to the table, although they enjoyed it, half of us had to wait another 30-40mins for our food which they had forgotten, all in all it would have been a lot cheaper for us to order or a menu rather than the buffet, the moment we walked in we were greeted by a man who seemed nice, but said our table was down 1 and the women on the phone gave us a proper dirty look, all evening we kept saying how rude the staff came across, I personally wont be returning here. Spent over £150 and could probably have got it down our local Chinese for £40 as wait times are so long you wouldn’t order anything else

Visited Mo Lin for New Years Eve with a party of 14 people, I am a vegan and my partner is a vegetarian. While all the meat eaters were tucking into their various dishes from the buffet menu we sat until 11.20pm before they eventually brought 1 dish each from our buffet selection! After another 15 minutes our small servings of vegetables arrived. The vegetable Chow Mein had a few strips of peppers and a couple of bean shoots. I order singapore rice noodles with vegetables, I don't think I found any vegetables!

Was a lovely place to eat and was loads of food however had two choices of menus. An all you can eat and then normal. It was one menu per table so didn’t suit all of us. A pint of coke meant half a coke which was hilarious. Staff were nice but wanted you in and out is what it felt like.

Booked as a family of four. The food was good. The Prawn Toast was the best I have ever eaten. However the attitude and general rudeness of the staff was way below acceptable. I am not usually too critical of this, as long as I get my food but this poor by any measure. A smile and a thank you goes a long way. I normally just score on the food and on that basis alone I would go for 5*'s but I'm only giving 3*'s, as manners cost nothing and the staff should be doing a lot better!

Awful from start to finish, very poor food quality. We ordered starters and asked for enough prawn toast for 4... so 4 portions. We were bought out 1 single tiny square of prawn toast each. This happened with all of our starters and our mains and upon questioning that we had asked for enough for all of us we were told it doesn't work like that anymore and you are bought 1 potion per table no matter how many there are of you and if you need more you can re order once you have finished. Absolutely ridiculous.. it is not an all you can eat buffet then as they advertise. I understand not ordering excess food and then not eating it is not acceptable and they do have charges in place for that. Just awful it really has gone downhill. Ordered crispy lamb and it was grey.. Just vile. Don't waste your money. Surly service from the Chinese as always

This restaurant is 'eat all you can' with a difference - there is no buffet, you keep ordering off the menue and the food comes out fresh every time to your table. I've been a number of times and never had a bad time - this is the best Chineese restaurant I've eaten in in the UK and I've been to a few. If you like Chineese and your in Crawley I would strongly reccomend you give them a try - also make sure you book as they can get busy !

An unplanned visit one evening with three colleagues turned out to be an excellent decision. We tried and shared a variety of dishes on their ‘All You Can Eat Evening’ menu. Everything was good, but we particularly liked Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Spiced Salt, and Crispy Dry Shredded Beef, Chilli. Heartily recommend Mo Lin for an excellent experience.

The crispy duck is deliciously cooked fresh and served table side with green onions, cucumbers, hoisen sauce and pancakes. I enjoy this as a meal accompanied by any other starter. This time I tried the Sesame Prawn Toast which was nicely prepared but not to my taste. I prefer the spring roll or Dim Sum instead. Service is attentive.

Visited on Wednesday 13 June, rather than there usual yummi sesame prawn toast, I went for Smoked Chicken with garlic and chilli, very nice! Then my favourite Singapore Noodles with lashings of Dark Rich Soy all washed down with a few glasses of Chenin Blanc. Very friendly helpful staff that are always smiling. Perfect for a midweek night out :0)

I have visited this restaurant several times since moving back to Crawley in August 2017. Service is good and food is excellent. I prefer nowadays to get anything one might expect/want to be crispy as an eat-in as I find that take away means the item loses it's crispness, as the steam has a bad effect.

I have always rated this restaurant, in fact previously I have said it is as good as Gerrard Street in the West End of London. So it is with a heavy heart that I have to recount our experiences a couple of weekends ago. Stangly we have never eaten there on a Saturday night- and probably wont again- as the service was dreadful - it was busy, but when we arrived not full as they were waiting for a table laid-up for about 20! After a short wait we ordered starters ( love dim sum so we had lots) these arrived reasonable promptly, except for one dish which came some 15 mins later. We never got the main courses we ordered, as after asking when we would be served at least 6 times, we gave up after over 1 hour waiting. And what was most annoying...the big table got served as 'they had pre ordered', take-aways went out of the door on a regular basis, but the rest of the customers just waited and waited and waited! In the end we spoke to one of the senior team on duty ( we know the staff quite well) and she said " I've told the boss customers are annoyed, but he wont listen, so you can leave and you owe us nothing, Im really sorry". It is such a shame that they cannot prioritise their service correctly. I'm not sure if we will ever return.

The food is good but the service is the worst I've ever had. It's supposed to be all you can eat, but it's more like what they allow you to eat. We ordered and they missed half the order. One waiter said we couldn't order and more of one dish. Saying ' we wouldn't eat it all ' we were messed about for 2hrs trying to get what we ordered. Drinks were poor and flat. The service got worse to the end. We ordered again what they missed. The staff laughed our complaints off a walked away. When they second order came through it was half the size of the previous dishes. One waiter then cleared the plates when we hadn't received all our order. Whilst being aware. Another waiter asked if we had received all our orders. Clearly they didn't care as they took our plates away. They tried to seem apologetic but clearly knew what they were doing. It must be in the training. We ask for the bill as we didn't seem welcome anymore. We paid the bill then a waiter knelt down to one of my friends whos is pregnant and clearly vulnerable and strongly suggested a service charge. We will never done at this restaurant again.
