I received some amazing service from one of the workers, ella who didn’t only serve me my food in under one minute but also provided incredible recommendations and always with a smile!

Went in early afternoon as I was hungry (duh!) and Popeye's was packed. Burger was pretty good, standard fast food fayre, and the meal was pretty decent. One particular standout was the young Asian lady working there. She helped with my order, smiled a lot (Not easy working a minimum wage fast food job, trust me, I've been there and got the T shirt) and she was very attentive. This was the real stand out for me. Food was good, but this girl did a brilliant job. Please BK give her some recognition. I've worked in hospitality for years and this girl did a sterling job. Worth a visit.

Ordered “Express meal 1” from the board above the counter which said “any starter, garlic bread’ any 9” pizza and a can of soda” - we ordered and paid £13.99 then at the end he handed us the meal without the garlic bread. We asked about the garlic bread and he immediately pulled out a delivery menu with the same deal that didn’t have the garlic bread on the deal. He pretended to not know the menu above his head said garlic bread on it and that it was a mistake??? It felt pre-prepared as he pulled out the delivery menu so quickly. Without the garlic bread the deal barely saves you anything. Also a delivery menu shouldn’t have the same pricing as an in store order, so it makes sense to get garlic bread too if you’re ordering in store. Feels like a deliberate and preorganised scam. Either that or the guys working there have no idea and the management need to sort out the menus ASAP

The manager is an absolute rude Peterson was shouting at me and the poor staff.

The pizza was super delicious and yummy. The staff are so humble and caring with the Resturant itself very neat and clean.

The worst nachos I have ever had the misfortune of ordering. Expensive drinks.

Iced Matcha latte was way to sweet i asked for no sugar was full of sugar i guess they just use a pre made mix.

Said it would be 10-15 mins delivery was an hour and 15 and it literally had 2 bits of ham and like 5 bits of lettuce was just bread!!

Absolutely terrible, genuinely the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. The oil hasn’t been changed in years and 2 fish and chips cost £40 just to add insult to injury. 100% avoid at all costs, much much much better chippys in the surrounding area.

I tried it again recently having been disappointed before, and it was so good that I went back again a couple of weeks later and was again impressed with the fish and chips.

Food arrived, calzone was decent, partners chicken wrap was also good, but cheesecake did not turn up and chips were cold and so soggy they had leaked through the paper wrap and into the carrier bag, phone line wont pick up dont bother with sides or deserts

Ordered on the phone, very good pizza that delivers on time. Both delivery driver and person on the phone were very friendly, and everything was warm, fresh and the pizza is always high quality. Highly recommend :D!

Absolutely rubbish service today. Asda is Asda! Went to petrol station- it was shut because card machine didn’t work okey I said can I pay cash then- no they can’t open just for me as it will tease other customers. 4 hours later I’m trying to call Hollinbury Asda to find out if petrol station reopened. Do you think there’s a slightest chance to get through? Tried all the options- no options will allow you talk to anyone and no options will offer “petrol.” Nightmare!

I don’t care what time of the night it is. You can’t charge someone £5.7 for a small portion of cheesy chips you cooked earlier and reheated in the microwave. Terrible.
