Food arrived, calzone was decent, partners chicken wrap was also good, but cheesecake did not turn up and chips were cold and so soggy they had leaked through the paper wrap and into the carrier bag, phone line wont pick up dont bother with sides or deserts

Ordered online, order was ignored for ten mins so i called, he confirmed he had my order, then the fod never showed up, I tried to call the shop as its still open for another hour, no answer whatsoever. This is just yummy grill under a new name to dodge bad food reviews and ratings. Waste of time, and effort, don't bother.

I thought I would give this place a go well disappointed was a under statement ordered large lamb done with chilli sauce and a can of pepsi max so half hour later it arrives driver gives me a bag thought that's a bit light I said where is the pepsi max there was nt one so off to the kitchen I go opened the box well I thought this must be a child's kebab large no chilli sauce either so that's the first and last time I have something from there

Thought I’d give this place one last chance after numerous failed takeaways. Called up to order 2 portions of chips (that is all) for collection & was told 10 minutes. I arrive.. to be told oh it’s going to be 15 minutes he’s just gone out to buy stock!? For chips.. laughable!!

Terrible. Delivery took 2 hours. Food was cold and tasted cheap. Items missing from order. Would not recommend!

We ordered and collected 5 different meals. All kebabs. All came with rice, salad, sauce and in pita. All packed separately to keep it warm. All good. Tasty, flavoursome. Good value, good food.

I think some of these reviews could easily put you off, you should definitely try it for yourself. We ordered a bunch of chicken& chip wraps and some kebabs for delivery. Food arrived after 40 mins and was beautiful. Chicken shish meat was very tasty and all of us were very happy with our food. They did forget my chips, however as soon as I called they delivered them within 10 minutes with a complimentary cake. Will defo be eating here again!

Ordered for ASAP delivery, estimated 35 minutes. Ended up waiting 2 HOURS for delivery! Pizzas were almost cold, chips and garlic dough balls were stone cold. Chips were dry. Ordered tomato base on one pizza and got BBQ on both. Not worth the money or wait time honestly.

The driver couldn’t find my address, which is literally 5 minutes away from the venue by car.. Our food was terrible Safe to say I will never order from them again an absolute joke!! Took a hour and half to be delivered

Very disappointed our dinner was ruined just came up on just eat thought we’d try it never again kebabs came with no salad in and drink missing then phoned and they said they would send salad and drink and then only a drink shows up so we had just meat and sauce in our kebab the meat was over cooked and dry chips weren’t very good either and the garlic bread tasted like cardboard do not recommend

Ordered a few times from here, overall I would say the food itself is reliable, the place has been improved and staff are more knowledgeable from previous visits, I hope to see more positive innovations and promotions from this business, would recommend to the people of saltdean nevertheless 👍

The meat was not fresh! the worst kebap ever eaten.

Friendly enough staff. Bit slow on service. I popped in at 6.30 on a Sunday. 3 working. One behind the bar, 2 clearing up so had to wait for my pint. Decent choice of 4 beers though.

Only ever had positive experiences here. The manager and staff members, including drivers are lovely lovely people. I ALWAYS recommend this pizza to guest I have to stay, top quality 👌🏻 made with love and passion for creating quality food. Beats any mainstream pizza chain. Highly highly recommend🥰

very unhappy, ordered a halloumi burger but came with a hash brown inside and wedges inside as well, super annoyed and was very poor quality, the chips were soggy and bland, my diet coke was out of date by 4 months, wouldn’t recommend

The worst takeaway we have ever had. Donner meat was under cooked and very dry. The meat balls we couldn't eat as they was stuck to the tinfoil it was cooked it. The chips was wet soggy and it was all cold Save your money and just put a pizza in the oven

Food embarrassingly poor… Cold, dry, over salted meat, undercooked chips, limp brown salad. Never experienced such rude staff in my entire life. It is a miracle that this shop are still making enough money to open their doors. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF ORDERING FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF AN ESTABLISHMENT.

Absolutely atrocious experience. The mozzarella sticks arrived with no cheese in them, the chips were cold and they sent the burgers with the wrong salad and sauce in it. It took me two and a half hours to get through to the restaurant and when I did their customer service was non-existent, telling me they'd ring me back and when I called to chase it told me the manager had gone home when I could hear him talking in the background. Will call again tomorrow to chase this.

Went the other day, and i think a food safty inspection wouldn't go a miss. Place was dirty on the outside, don't want to imagine what the kitchen is like. Hope i'm wrong.

The good reviews on here must be fake this place doesn't even deserve 1*. If you want your takeaway night ruined order from here; Lowest quality food I've even seen/tasted, delivered on time but soggy undercooked chicken, burnt garlic bread, no taste. Refused to let my children eat it. Actually rank!

Where I start, I made an order at 1:30pm I tried to call the restaurant multiple times before ordering (no answer). It’s now 4:00 with no Order. THEY ARE STILL NOT answering. This is disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Used to be our go to kebab place (would order through Deliveroo), food was worth the money and delivery was quite quick, however quality has clearly declined over the past year, the past few times i’ve ordered at least one item has been missing, and on our last order almost everything was either wrong or missing when we called they said that their supplier had changed/they were out of certain items, but did not offer to refund or send out missing items, and were also quite rude/condescending on the phone. We then tried to request a refund from deliveroo directly when we realised that they hadn’t even given us our receipt so we couldn’t get a refund from them either. twenty odd pounds down the drain for a disappointing evening. Don’t just send something else if you don’t have what we asked for, we couldn’t even eat it so it’s just a waste.

Absolute awful service. Placed an order. 40 minutes later they rang us to let us know they could no longer complete our order and was cancelling it. Then hung up on us. We tried calling back and after 5 attempts they answered and we enquired about a refund as they had already taken our money. He said you should get it back in 3-5 days but he didn’t know as it wasn’t his money.. then hung up on us again. He was rude and dismissive and said “it’s not my money so I don’t care when you get your refund”. Avoid.

Placed an order at 6.03pm, waited an hour, tried calling the phone just rang. Order eventually turned up at 7.37pm. The chicken box meal deal was a waste of time as way too spicy even the so called bbq chicken wings were too spicy. The driver delivered the food as if we had already paid, I told her I need to pay & she looked confused. I'm wondering if she isn't going to keep quiet & keep the money for herself. DISGUSTED we had to wait so long, wrong order on an item, tried to complain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE: Almost every time I’ve ordered from this place since the new year, they’ve managed to get the order wrong. I usually let it slide because of how good and nice the staff used to be, but it’s finally crossed the line. Our food today arrived stone cold, 20 minutes later than it was meant to, the burger was wrong, and the cookies were burnt. We called the restaurant to ask if there was anything they could do, and we were told to call back after 6pm when the manager would be in. We did that, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, shouted at us for saying we ordered through their website after he didn’t hear us say the first time, and then hung up on us. Will not be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Ordered food at about 19:30 on a Thursday to be delivered. Food never even showed up. Phoned up around 21:30 to be told it had left the shop and was on its way with the delivery driver. Its now 22:45 and I've had to give up waiting and got a refund from Uber Eats. Shamefull, avoid! up

Absolutely Useless!! Ordered online and was advised food would arrive in 45 mins. After waiting 1 hour 20 mins I called and after waiting a further 5 mins on the phone I was then told that their “printer was unplugged” and they hadn’t been receiving online orders!! You couldn’t make it up (although I’m pretty sure they did!). Was then told it would be a further 30 mins for them to get the order to us. By this time we were too far in to cancel and order elsewhere. Food finally arrived over 2 hours after ordering. Certainly won’t be ordering from here again.

Normally good food from here. Tonight my meal was cold, the meat as you can see was burnt black- Riock hard and cold. Who on earth thought it was acceptable to send this out. Disgusting. Even my dog refused it.

We ordered lamb wraps and chicken pittas. Absolutely lovely kebabs. The salad was extremely fresh, loads and loads of lettuce and onion, all vibrant and crunchy. There was so much meat it was fantastic. The chicken shish was my favourite as it was so juicy. The lamb doner was really tasty as well. The hummus tasted wonderful, a bit thicker than normal hummus. Their breads were also fresh and soft. I preferred the wrap bread to the pitta but both were extremely tasty. The food was delivered on time and was packaged well. Very happy!

Ordered from here on today Sunday 15/08/21. The order took nearly 2 hours and when the food come it was cold. Chips were soggy all the food was unedable . Very disappointing in the end I threw it all in the bin. Won't be ordering from here agian .

Distgusting business. They have two other pizza places and pretend not to know one another, all three have the same terrible service, rats in kitchen and very bad food. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Just look uo yummie pizza review if you are unsure.

Walked in and was ignored by a staff member whilst on his phone wearing a grubby apron and shorts. The kitchens looked untidy the display freezer was filthy and food just thrown in. The ceiling was very stained and just a mess. Decided that im not eating food from here. Walked out . This place needs cleaning and run properly.

Was a loyal customer for many years, and have had pretty poor service over that time. The last experience was completely outrageous though and consequently I will never go there again. Was made to wait 15 mins for food, even though I ordered ahead of time. The manager came out and rudely told me not to call ahead in future, then when I calmly explained that I've done this many times, he refused to serve me saying they cannot accept card, thereby completely wasting my time. The service at this place is the worst I've ever experienced at any business, and the food is normally pretty poor too. Avoid!

Delivered the pizza to the wrong house. Called them and they said call the next day for another pizza for free, when called backtracked and just did refund. Waste of time, ridiculous.

No stars from us. Absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order, they delivered the wrong order, phoned the shop and they said they would resend the order. Delivery driver comes back and asks if we have wrong order and wants to take it back to deliver to correct person (erm what about covid and we didnt want our order that had already been delivered to wrong person and touched by them!) Phone the shop again as reorder has not arrived, manager was very rude, said we had a kebab (that we had touched the box of to see if it was part of our order - it wasnt) and refused to give a refund when we asked because this had gone on for 2 hours now! Very poor service, not sure if it was the shops error or the delivery drivers error but it was not resolved. Do not order from here, clearly no understanding of or following of covid rules. Received my order early after not having any updates on the site saying it was coming. Onion rings were burnt. Received half a pot of coleslaw. Cheese garlic bread was just melted cheese on bread. Not toasted and no garlic. My wrap did not have my chosen sauce in it. And to top it off it was all cold!!!!!! All lines busy so cant talk to anyone. Really dissapointed. I never post reviews but feel pretty disgusted with the service I have just received. Last night, I placed an order and it was all wrong. I tried to call several times, however, the lines were busy. I even got in touch with the delivery driver and he said there was nothing he could do. I managed to get through to today and I explained the situation. I said I have pictures of what arrived and copies of my receipt to show that I hadn't got what I paid for. The first gentlemen, whilst helpful in getting some else to speak to me said 'What are you looking to achieve here?" so this made me lightly miffed. I was then passed along to who I assume was the manager. I explained the situation again. He then very rudely said he didn't have time to deal with this and I would have to go through Just Eat. I'm extremely saddened and disappointed. I didn't even get an apology for their mistake! I know it's only food and mistakes like this happen all the time, however, I don't accept the rudeness, nor them not making the time or effort to try and resolve their mistake.

I'm confused I thought you was called my yummie pizza? if this is my yummie pizza in saltdean they do the BEST pizzas bigger and better then any place I've been to the food is always hot and fresh when it arrives it taste so great full of flavour! As good as or better then tht other pizza place dominobs! My yummie pizza is doughlicious!

Ordered from here a few times and always had amazing and tasty food. Great service and the collection buy one get one free deal is really good value. Highly recommend the Halal pizza, only place locally which offers it and my sisters American husband specifically asks for it whenever he visits! keep up the great work :)

Always lovely food, on time ect, BUT they should not be charging to pay by card!! Always a 50p "service charge" which isn't shown on the page untill you're about to pay. These charges where actually banned in 2018!

We ordered some pizzas etc.Food came on time,hot and very tasty.Unfortunately they forgot our bottle of coke.The great delivery driver sorted it straight away by going to our local shop and buying a bottle,at his suggestion. Great food,wonderful customer service .

The pizza was great. Still warm when it arrived peacehaven. Toppings were reasonably generous, enough to make flavour. Garlic sauce was also fine. Price not bad but could be bit cheaper, only opted as fire pizza peacehaven cancelled my order and Domino's weren't doing the medium + garlic bread 10.99 deal.

Ordered a dubble pepperoni with extra pepperoni and I got 3 slices on each slice. And it tastes horrible. I got more pepperoni on my frozen pizza at Tesco than here. I recommend dont use this place at all. Not worth the money they charge.

Whilst trying to order over the phone the staff were clearly arguing in the background swearing pretty loud...chaos! Food turned up freezing cold, swimming in the WRONG sauce and the post of sauce I actually asked for has spilled all over the bag and into the other wraps! Tasted disgusting! Never again.

I first time tried a pizza from My Yummie Pizza Saltdean. The food was very delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this pizza place. We are lucky to have a nice pizza place in our local area.
