Box Rocks Hove in Brighton and Hove

Absolutely disgusting !! Ordered chicken from here tonight and it's arrived with a chicken foot in! When I spoke to the manager he told me "they come like that we just cook it" no refund offered just a discount which I certainly do not need as I will never go back !! Extremely disrespectful towards their customers and I hope no one else has this same experience seeing as "that's how they come" ... Do NOT go here !!

I went in just to get some fries on a quiet saturday night and i left feeling extremely uncomfortable. The whole time I was waiting for my order I could see a really blatantly obvious camera from this guys' phone peeping up over the counter taking my photo (could hear the sound of them being taken too) from a member of staff sat down below the counter. And I know for a fact that this guy was taking it as he was attempting it for a good few minutes as I could see the phone appear over the counter again multiple times whilst the other worker looked on smiling. I wish I had just walked out if I hadn't already handed my money over earlier. I'm just confused why the **** would anyone in a takeaway need to take photos of young female customers or any customer in that instance? I have been going to box rocks for sooo many years and I certainly won't be back again now

We have ordered food from here before, and it has been fine, but our last order was very poor. Very little salad, soggy garlic bread and chips and the meat was dry and stale tasting as if it had been kept warm for a while before being served. We will not be using this place again.

Take away menu says open,phone dos"nt agree!!delivery from 15.00hrs...still no answer!!! Check the web page...open at 16.00... Ok i have the menu..i have delivery time...phoned at 16.02!! Can i make an order to be delivered please?yes that will be 55 mins.!!!!! How can it be so long,you only just opened?the driver is out on 2 delivery's! How can you just open,cook the order and then send driver out in 2 mins?? Errrrrr.....dont bother il take my money elsewhere!

I ordered food from box rocks many times and always was great food, I would say best kebab in Hove and fast delivery. Lovely and friendly staff

Ordered a kebab, fried chicken and chips by phone. Told it would take 40 minutes but actually arrived at house within 20 minutes. Good, hot food. Enjoyed it very much and would definitely go back.

I have ordered twice, bad telephone manner, pizzas turned up cold, worst place to have food, I would avoid, box rocks, should be, box sucks....!

We have had a few meals from here,and they were ok but in the last few months they have been disappointing The food order has been wrong a couple of times and cold And we ordered last week and waited over an hour But we only live 2 minutes down the road we could of collected the food ourselves but we were busy. The fact is that box rocks has gone down hill, When we order food from them theres always attitude with them and when we complained last week the guy was rude so that's it for us at box rocks kebab shop. Make your own mind up.

Lovely food, fast delivery and reasonable prices. Plenty of choice, exactly what I would expect for a take a way. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Thought the kebabs from Box Rocks would be hard to beat but their pizzas are superb. Cooked to perfection with generous fresh toppings and delivered in less than 30 minutes. Can't wait for the next excuse to go back!

The first time we'd ordered from here for a while after previously having to wait a long time for a delivery. I forgive them after just having had possibly the best chicken kebab ever. So much chicken and very tasty.Delivered on time and hot. We will most definitely be ordering again. If my other half had any say we'd be ordering at least twice a week.

Been to hove Box rocks a few times now and never had a nice kebab! Even the dog don't eat... Then to top it all I have a place in selsey and the only kebab shop in selsey is box rocks been here 5 times now and it's just the worst shop for food ever... Dinner meat is bad cheesy garlic bread stale garlic sauce like water.. Many people here moan a lot about this shop but no where else to go. Well worth the travel into chichester. I never moan about places but just could not resist with this place

Box Rocks serves lovely freshly cooked food at very reasonable prices. Have tried southern fried chicken, kebabs and pizzas and all were very good.
