The pizza was super delicious and yummy. The staff are so humble and caring with the Resturant itself very neat and clean.

Listed under a different name on Uber Eats, and I’m not surprised why. Avoid Brooklyn Calzones. This is how my calzone arrived. First of all, it’s not even my order. But most importantly, how can a business be okay sending out something like this? It arrived with the can like this. Calzone was squished and even if it was my order, it’s inedible. I called these guys and explained the situation. Poor communication. And was asked to pay a £2 delivery fee for a new order… I explained I didn’t have any cash on me… Will I get a fresh order? Time will tell. Avoid Brooklyn Calzones on any of your food delivery apps 💖

Ordered through just eat, called half an hour after the order was "delivered" and the guy said it was on its way. Half an hour later and we call again - the man asks my friend and the same person on the phone is incredibly sexist and asks her if he can speak to "her boyfriend or a man" instead of her?? It's 2019 and companies are still out here being sexist and rude to their customers

Just got two chicken burger and chips meal. I wasn't aware that some slab of a microwaved chicken nuggest constituted a chicken burger. And the chips tasted like wisps of a lonely, hollow death. Further more I ordered a Dr. Pepper not a Pepsi. I guess you could say I washed down my dissapointment with more disappointment.

Well cooked burger, chips cooked perfectly. Would recommend :)

Pizzas are great especially the 18 inch just wish they can answer the phone when the phone rings.

You go to a place like this and you don't expect quality food, but you do expect them to be able to take an order. On my last (and final) visit on Mon 1pm on 20th August 2018 the guy at the counter refused to put an order through because he didn't know where the button was on the till. I was happy to be patient with him as he said it was his first day but he started shouting at me! When I wanted to add a side order to my pizza he completely lost it and refused to talk to me! I left a bit befuddled, with no idea what I had said to upset him and with no pizza. Complete waste of my time and ruined my excitement about treating myself to a takeaway. There are other options on Portland Road and I seriously advise anyone to explore them before visiting here.

Okay to start off with this review if your happy to order a pizza at 1am in the morning being told it’s 15mins when it’s takes almost 1hr! To get here ridiculous and not only that when the pizza finally chooses to arrive, one of our pizzas we chose to order was half an half with half pepperoni and half BBQ to find the complete opposite and a messy pizza with no BBQ sauce on there great start then the second pizza we ordered well there was a few Black hairs on our chicken which on the phone when we complained and wanted our money back had said they don’t give refunds but they said “yeah it’s that busy we don’t bother with hair nets” bloody disgusting if you ask me!

Absolutely disgusting and have not offered a refund! RAW chicken, raw potato skins, raw chips and burnt pizza bread. All inedible- what a waste of money and raw chicken is extremely dangerous. I tried to sort with the restaurant but am reporting to environmental health for sending out raw chicken as this is dangerous

Absolutamente repugnante! ! Desde aquí pedimos pollo esta noche y llegamos con un pie de pollo! Cuando hablé con el gerente me dijo "vienen como que acabamos de cocinar "no reembolso ofrecidos sólo un descuento que yo ciertamente no necesita como nunca volveré! ! Extremadamente irrespetuosos con sus clientes y espero que nadie más tiene esa misma experiencia de ver como "que vienen". . . No vayas! !

Fui en sólo para conseguir algunas patatas fritas una noche de sábado tranquila y me marché extremadamente incómoda. Todo el tiempo que estuve esperando mi pedido podía ver una cámara realmente ostensiblemente evidente desde un teléfono este uds en el mostrador de la raza es mi foto (podía oír el sonido de ellos tomaban demasiado) de un miembro del personal sentado debajo del mostrador. Y es un hecho que este hombre estaba tomando como él estaba tratando de que unos cuantos minutos, ya que podía ver el teléfono aparece en la barra de nuevo varias veces mientras que el otro trabajador tenía sonriente. Ojalá hubiera sólo salimos si no ya había entregado mi dinero a antes. Yo sólo estoy confundido por qué el **** alguien en una necesidad para llevar a tomar fotos de clientes jóvenes mujeres o cualquier cliente en esa instancia? He estado yendo a las rocas de caja para tan muchos años y yo sin duda no volveré de nuevo ahora

It was so bad. How can you mess up chicken and salad. Three slithers of lettuce and a tomato. The guy was nice.

This was the worst kebab I have ever had. We ordered one large donner kebab wrap with garlic mayo and all the salads and a small donner kebab with garlic mayo and all the salads. Firstly the wraps were both exactly the same size there was the exact same amount of meat in both wraps there was also no salad or sauce in either of the wraps. I rang to enquire about this and they refused to take responsibility saying I did not order sauce and salad I looked at the order to check I did infact order salad and sauce before ringing, I asked if they would be able to send out another two wraps with the sauce and salad and they refused. They refused a refund and hung up abruptly. The wraps upon arrival were also stone cold... WORST kebab ever. Awful customer service over the phone.

Was not given the right food. The order was all wrong when it came and chicken wings had no taste asked for potato skins and got a jacket potato very disapointed will not be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking tbh please don't order from these , we ordered this eve as used to collect a few years ago when we lived in hove and food was great as a Friday night treat , obviously had been taken over waited over 1 hr for delivery turned up stone cold , rang to complain took 3 different people to work out what was wrong was told replacement would be with up in 20 mins. That was 1hr ago and still waiting !! We will review on justeat the same review , can't believe I tipped the delivery driver who's ass was hanging out his pants ,,, please people order from elsewhere

The kebabs and pizzas are nice for the price. Friendly service as well. Obviously not the best food in the world but for the prices they offer you can't really complain.

Que pedimos comida aquí antes, y ha estado bien, pero nuestro último fin era muy pobre. Ensalada muy poco, pan de ajo y patatas fritas empapados y la carne estaba seco y rancio degustación como si se hubiera mantenido caliente durante un tiempo antes de ser servido. No usaremos este lugar de nuevo.

Menú para llevar teléfono abierto, dice "nt acuerdo dos!! entrega de 15.00 hrs... aún sin respuesta!!! Compruebe la página web abierta en 16... Bien tengo el menú.. tengo tiempo de entrega... llamó a 16.02!! Se puede realizar a entregar un pedido, que será sí 55 minutos.!!!!! Cómo puede ser tan largo, sólo abrió? el conductor es en 2 entrega! ¿Cómo puede abrir, cocinar el orden y luego enviar el conductor en 2 minutos? Errrrrr... no te molestes il tome mi dinero en otra parte!

Ordered a kebab, fried chicken and chips by phone. Told it would take 40 minutes but actually arrived at house within 20 minutes. Good, hot food. Enjoyed it very much and would definitely go back.

We have had a few meals from here,and they were ok but in the last few months they have been disappointing The food order has been wrong a couple of times and cold And we ordered last week and waited over an hour But we only live 2 minutes down the road we could of collected the food ourselves but we were busy. The fact is that box rocks has gone down hill, When we order food from them theres always attitude with them and when we complained last week the guy was rude so that's it for us at box rocks kebab shop. Make your own mind up.

Thought the kebabs from Box Rocks would be hard to beat but their pizzas are superb. Cooked to perfection with generous fresh toppings and delivered in less than 30 minutes. Can't wait for the next excuse to go back!

The first time we'd ordered from here for a while after previously having to wait a long time for a delivery. I forgive them after just having had possibly the best chicken kebab ever. So much chicken and very tasty.Delivered on time and hot. We will most definitely be ordering again. If my other half had any say we'd be ordering at least twice a week.

Been to hove Box rocks a few times now and never had a nice kebab! Even the dog don't eat... Then to top it all I have a place in selsey and the only kebab shop in selsey is box rocks been here 5 times now and it's just the worst shop for food ever... Dinner meat is bad cheesy garlic bread stale garlic sauce like water.. Many people here moan a lot about this shop but no where else to go. Well worth the travel into chichester. I never moan about places but just could not resist with this place

Box Rocks serves lovely freshly cooked food at very reasonable prices. Have tried southern fried chicken, kebabs and pizzas and all were very good.
