Pizza Hut in Brighton and Hove

Lovely food to fill the belly. Staff were very friendly, with continuously asking if our food was OK.

I ordered via just eat as I am disabled and was having a bad health day ... the order never arrived , they said they had given this to a driver , however it was clear this food had not even been prepared and they kept telling me to take it up with just eat and refused to cancel the order that had not been delivered saying only Just Eat could do this etc , staff incredibly rude and refused to find a solution, I will be now charged for food that will not arrive .

We came here for a school trip as a party if 42. We gave our order in advance to speed up the process. When we arrived, we had our drinks glasses on our tables, ready to go. Our starters came within a good amount of time and all correct. Our mains took, all came out all correct. The staff were awesome, going out of their way ensure we were all good. Getting desserts was effortlessly too. The children loved the ice cream factory, which was well stocked. I cannot thank the staff enough for giving us such a smooth experience. Thank you from Devon.

We went to pizza hut as we were not with much time before the movie. This visit was an absolute disaster, after ordering we were quicky served with the drinks but the pizza was not coming for more than 20 minutes. When the waitress was coming, she had an accident and spill all over the floor. Then they approached to say that this will take at least another 20 minutes. So we decided to cancel the order as we didn't have the time. No confirmation or anything was provided, so I asked for that. The manager came over with his phone to show me that it was on the system. Despite all the inconvenience, we were even charged for the drinks. No courtesy or any compensation. A waste of time!

Sorry not visiting again. Weekend visit. Staff were good, bathroom was clean. Food was poor. I had immediate reservations by the price, £16 for a 2 topping pizza was not viable. I usually use dominos or Papa John's and am accustomed to Hawaiian having mushrooms as well, so the first set back was the rather cheap amount of toppings for the price. So I opted for the unlimited pizza buffet. All in all, I think I took around 8 slices. The pizzas were rotated every few minutes, but were a let down. The pizzas are supermarket quality. The bases are not fresh, despite what is written in various places in the restaurant. They looked and tasted frozen, like the kind you'd buy from supermarket. The tomato sauce and toppings was then obviously put on the pre made bases by the staff, because it literally fell off everywhere, making a complete mess . BBQ chicken buffet pizza tasted the same as Texan BBQ stone base from the co-op. Expect slightly thicker base and more sauce, and obviously the £10 extra price tag. Let's take a look at the photos. The browning around the crust is what you usually get when you stick a Dr oetker pizza in the oven. Mushrooms completely dehydrated and lacked flavour. Just out of the shot is a redundant plate from a child who ate just 2 slices, of the rather unappetising pepperoni pizza, the poor quality pizza base wet with grease. Said redundant plate, a dump for the unwanted crust because there weren't actually any bins in the restaurant. The idea is that the staff clean up when you're finished. The ordering system is confusing if not a joke. I think I paid £30 for one adult weekend buffet and one child's buffet, because I ordered the wrong one, only once I started eating and realised nobody ever bought me a bottomless glass. So on top of the buffet I paid for, I also paid £3.69 for my drink, £3.50 or something for what was probably apple juice from concentrate, and then obviously the child wanted ice cream so that was an add-on as well. Can't compliment on the salad. I was deterred by it. Other types of salad in the red onions (and all over the floor), Had a few red onions but I was hoping to see olives which I didn't. All in all a complete waste of money for pizza quality I can get from a supermarket. The pizza base really lets it down. Firm like it's a frozen pizza base. I've had better quality pizza from dominos which tastes fresh, even firehouse grill in peacehaven for £11 gave me a vegetarian pizza that actually tasted fresh. The ridiculous price tag on a two topping pizza is not viable, the "for illustration only" pictures on the menu do actually look like fresh, sourdough type base, but can you take the risk? I never saw any staff in the open kitchen actually preparing a pizza base on the fly, if there was some sort of guarantee the standalone pizza was freshly made I Might have bought it. But given dominos typically have a £10 medium, £12 large deal (or 50% off all pizzas equating to the similar pricetag), I'm glad I didn't take the risk. Menu wasn't the easiest to follow, I spent about 5 minutes trying to work out if I was missing some sort of deal as the pizzas were so expensive. Cheapest one person "deal" looked to be around £19. Would have given 1 star, but the quality of the toilets, table cleanliness and staff friendliness was acceptable. Did not see hair nets, so the hair baked in pizza photo I saw on Google maps is believable. Won't be visiting again. I appreciate the costs are in line to cover business running expenses but jesus at least up the quality of the food .

Do not fall into the trap of tipping in advance! The restaurant is cashless and has you order via QR code, where they prompt you to tip before any service has been delivered. Food was good value and very tasty however the service was incredibly slow as the kitchen is pre-occupied with all of the delivery orders. We were waiting almost 40 mins after finishing our mains for dessert to arrive, despite chasing multiple times. Atmosphere isn't great as the place is full of loud children but this was expected so didn't detract from our experience.

Unfortunately, a really disappointing trip to this Pizza Hut branch. Whilst the starter and main arrived in decent time, we waited over 30 minutes after requesting our dessert for it to arrive. We had to ask three separate members of staff what was going on, and it turns out the first time we requested the dessert, the order was never put in. When I went to the bathroom, it was not clean and worse, the stalls lock was broken with no sign to say out of order, leaving me to pee with my foot against the door. Overall, waiting for such an uncomfortable amount of time was not how I planned to spend my Saturday night. I won't be returning to this branch, and would advise others not to bother either.

The staff were inattentive for the entirety of the visit and unbothered when I told them I had found a hair in my pizza. Not my hair as it was baked in. She offered to remake it but after I had waited long enough for the first one I simply did not have time to wait again. A real shame as I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut.

Really expensive and mostly all self-service.

The food was topped up very quickly and temperature was good. The service from the team was lovely, they were very friendly. The ice cream was my favourite part, the flavour was lovely and the buffet is very good value for money

We where popping into our local Pizza Hut at brighton marina . All was good just next to carpark not too far to walk in rain . As we approached the restaurant we where finally greeted by a member of staff , we could see just 4 tables of which 3 where just couples . I asked if I could sit in a area where I normally sit , I was told because low on staff we could not ? I said but you are very empty and it's raining outside , no!! I was told this is company policy ? So I said I would have to go to other places near by but a walk in rain . Pizza express where fantastic as they said we could sit wherever we could get a place . It was also not so busy but where very happy to be allowed to sit where we wanted as a customer. I will now boycot as I feel standards have dropped in this place . Unhappy customer , but very happy we found pizza express .

Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed with the food and the place in general. The garlic bread was cold upon coming out, and the chips just didn't taste good... however, the only thing stopping me from leaving a 2 star review is the cheese filled bites or whatever they are called. I won't be coming back and furthermore in the men's toilet the cubicle door doesn't shut properly. Miserable place

The usual pizza hut like many across the UK. We got two pizza "individual" to take away. One margherita and one pepperoni. Nothing special. Far too expensive and the size was ridiculously small. Total 30£ Not even in Portofino, or Saint Tropez!!!!! Never again.

This place is a joke, food awfull soggy pizza disgusting salads, tasteless, place is cold like in the fridge, they dont accept cash. Do not bother support small businesses rather spending money in this soul less places

Having read all the bad reviews, still there is no explanation or apologises to their paying customer's who keep the lazy untrained staff in their jobs. Food over priced ,salad repulsive, and service really poor

Worst experience ever!!! Went to pizza hut for our 6th wedding anniversary first time in a long time we have been out as a couple without our children, went in the whole restaurant was basically empty baring 2 other tables, sat down one of the Booth like seats where broken, was told to order by the QR code which was ok. The salad bar was completely disgusting it all looked like it had been sitting there for days some bits where watery and kind of frozen. When our pizza arrived it was swimming in oil it was dripping off the pizza when we showed a member of staff they asked what we wanted them to do about it! For the price they are charging the service and food are just day light robbery, the toilets stank and the locks on the doors didn't work there was Nat like flys everywhere! The staff are wondering around like zombies with the Attitude of not caring one bit. Over all the worst experience way over priced and complete let down.

Slow, inattentive, not bothered. Cold and unwelcoming vibe in this place. Felt like we were an inconvenience and staff were doing us a favour anytime we asked for anything. App is not friendly, and aside from the ice cream factory, food is underwhelming.

The waitress told us that the pizza we ordered was unavailable, which could have been erased from the menu of this branch in Brighton Marina. This was after we waited 20 minutes when we finished our salad bowls. I wish the menu got sorted out as there was a delay of our order being served. The cheesy garlic bread wasn't worth it as there was barely any cheese (mainly a blob) on each piece of garlic bread.

If you've ever had the Pizza hut buffet you more than likely know you'll be hard pressed to get a cheese or Pepperoni slice as these are the tastiest slices, chefs were on it putting out a good selection 👌 went on a less busy weekday so managed to get my fill of each. Cannot complain for 15.99, the salad bar was fresh and tasty 😋 (the secret is to crush the tortilla chips into your salad, also use the cheese sauce 👌). The drinks machine seemed to be low on tango apple syrup which is my favourite drink to see probably anywhere as its the poor man's appletiser but you know oh well 🤷‍♂️ the machine was one of the pepsi kind where you can make a drink with your choice of added flavours like strawberry or lime. Excellent service! upon entering we were immediately greeted at the door, seated and told how to order. Will be back 🍕 🔥

Giving a four star review for the friendly female server today (29/04 at around 8pm). She was incredibly cheerful and it was nice to see a smile! Conversely, the manager was stone faced and unwelcoming. I also find it odd that you are required to wait to be seated but then order via QR code. The food arrived quickly and was nice enough, although quite small. I wouldn't come here without a discount.

Greeted at the door by a tall, skinny, short brown haired, rude, sarcastic, thinks he's hilariously funny server. He proceeded to make my family feel uncomfortable with his odd behavior and over familiar creepy approach. Spent alot of money for Pizza that was like cardboard and came out looking like it has been cut with a spoon. Won't be returning

I was not impressed with the service or the food from pizza hut as I asked for a chicken supreme gluten free pizza and when it came it hardly had any cheese on it and more tomato sauce then anything else and when I complained about the cheese not actually being melted or cooked properly I was told that is the standard of how their make they gluten free pizza that way so I got a refund which I have to wait 3-5 working days for and when I was asked for them to make me another one I responded by saying yes but never got one while I was expecting to wait for a pizza that was never going to come which annoyed me I highly don’t not recommend anyone to go to pizza hut as it really has gone downhill from when I was a kid. I won’t ever eat here ever again!!!

Went for an early dinner and was completely ignored by the staff while waiting for a table. The two members of staff spotted us but mindlessly carried on their conversions before going into the staff area. There were plenty of tables. Very lazy staff.

Its a classic Pizza Hut! The restaurant was clean and the unlimited salad bar and ice cream factory Is super fun. Our waitress was friendly! But when you enter the restaurant they encourage you to use a QR code menu /order system.Corporate pizza hut if your reading this no one likes QR menus they are weird

I hadn’t stepped into a Pizza Hut since around 2009, and I must say, the place seems frozen in time. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t great—the toilets were filthy, and the entire restaurant appeared rundown. We were encouraged to use the Pizza Hut app, but it turned out to be one of the worst-designed restaurant apps I’ve ever encountered. As someone who works in IT and has spent 15 years in the field, I found the app’s user interface extremely unfriendly. After several failed attempts, we gave up and approached the staff directly to place our order. Once seated, our food arrived promptly. However, half of our order was messed up. My pizza was prepared incorrectly, and even our starters were a mix-up. To their credit, the staff compensated by providing the correct starters for free, in addition to the ones we had originally ordered. Still, I’d have preferred getting the right food from the start. The pizzas and other dishes were nothing to write home about—just serviceable. They fell squarely in the realm of mediocrity. But here’s the kicker: the prices were exorbitant. For what we received, it felt like a rip-off. I’ve been to other places with better food, a nicer atmosphere (sans the unclean building), and significantly lower costs. It’s a shame because I used to love Pizza Hut. The whole place seems stuck in the mid to late 2000s, except for the pricing. Speaking of which, I expected mid-range food for a mid-range price. Instead, we were charged over £100 for a few starters and mains. That left a bitter taste in my mouth. Pizza Hut hasn’t kept up with the times. It feels like stepping into a Blockbuster or a Toys “R” Us—nostalgic but out of place. I doubt it’ll survive the next 5 to 10 years. While the staff were friendly and efficient, the real issue lies with the business itself. It hasn’t evolved or modernized. It’s a genuine disappointment. I’m giving it 1 stars: one for decent service. The food was awful. As someone who cherished Pizza Hut during my childhood, this realization stings. It’s a relic of its time, while everything else has moved forward it’s stayed where it is and is a shadow of what it used to be

I haven’t ordered from here before but saw they’d got a gluten free pizza and it was in a value bundle so thought I’d try it. Really tasty GF pizza, clearly marked, and sweetcorn mini cobs. Pepsi. All £16.99. Food was warm on delivery and a lovely driver. Genuinely pleased with my choice as you can tell 😂

Shocked at the prices - thank goodness we had a discount code Shocked that it was so cold that the customers kept their coats on. Shocked at how thin the pizza was - which explained the lack of toppings despite being described as 'loads'. Shocked at the lack of service especially when we said the pizza was dry and crispy - the response was 'ok' and she walked away. Shocked that they are still open, people won't pay those prices when everywhere else is cheaper.

Thank goodness for the discount on the app, check prices before you go, it's shocking. Seating - in one section the tables are too high for the height of the seats. In another part the long bench isn't full depth so you feel like you are hanging onto the edge. And much too close to the next table especially for a place that means you get up a few times for salad bar or drinks. Temp- very cold. Went a few months ago and assumed was a one off but clearly not. Lots of customers kept their coats on. Food - i dont know how a pizza could be so thin! It tasted old, we think maybe because it was so thin the toppings were also at the bottom and over cooked maybe. Staff - one person walked past and asked if everything was ok i think, but she kept walking and sort of asked 4 tables at the same time and didn't wait for an answer. We did manage to speak to her later and we said the pizza was very dry and crispy . She said ok and walked off. Price- i knew it wasn't cheap, but didn't realise quite how bad. Deserts £7.95 and they are very small. Considering it feels more like fast food than a restaurant, that price for a slither of cheescake is ridiculous Toilets - even colder, i was shivering. That will definitely be our last visit to there.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for 5 years and really quite disappointed how it has gone downhill. In the past you would be served by waiting staff which is more pleasant than using an app. You would also receive your drink within 3 minutes, starter within 10 minutes and main within 20 mins. It took over 10 minutes in an almost empty restaurant to receive a bottle of beer an apple juice and an empty glass for the bottomless fizzy drink. So upon going to get some salad from the salad bar our mains were waiting for us upon our return to the table. Obviously not the end of the world but not ideal either. Also I questioned where are garlic bread was and was told it was on its way, it was then delivered to the wrong table and I had to ask yet again by which point I'd almost finished my main. The manageress tbf was very apologetic and these things can happen. The pizza was very good although the stuffed crust had a stingey amount of cheese in it, and I paid for extra cheese on the pizza which was a total waste of money as it looked no different to normal. The childs pizza was poorly presented and I probably should have sent it back. The reason I am so disappointed however is the price. £5.59 for a 33cl bottle of beer is heavy, worse still a stuffed crust pizza is £34! For these prices I would expect much better service and much better food.

Dirty, disgusting poorly maintained . Glasses and cutlery dirty . Toilets, not fit for a dog to use .

Went for a dinner looked after well by Charlie. He provided very good service and a type of food (pizza) we needed. smiley face and always ready for help. Thanks Charlie for amazing service and food.

First off the staff were very nice and accommodating. Qr code ordering is fine but impersonal. The food is really REALLY bad. It’s just so tasteless and unloved. When you are charging 15/28 pounds for a pizza im afraid you need to deliver something half decent. There’s nothing good about the food in Pizza Hut. Came for lunch today last minute didn’t need to book. Met at the door by friendly waiter who explained the menu and how we could order, then sat us to our table. Impressed instantly. Very attentive service, checking if food ok and manager came over to ask the same. Buffet food was freshly cooked hot and very tasty. Lots of variation. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Definitely not the best Pizza Hut, with staff overrun and missing things on our order and delivering a non-gluten free pizza in place of a gluten free one - good job we checked. Could also do with a clean. Update: hasn't improved much - you're expected to tip when you order your food on the app! Quiet weekday lunch, we had the buffet. Pizza was freshly cooked and very tasty, salad bar was plentiful. We went for the All-in buffet, which includes unlimited soft drink and ice cream machine, as well as the pizza and salad bar. It was very tasty and shouldn't have eaten so much, but it was good.

Wouldn't bother - they have no adaptations for food intolerances the servers really couldn't care less you have to order via an app - which is all well and good if your tech savvy and the prices for what they are selling are eye watering!!! Nearly £20 for a small pizza - as soon as we saw the very limited menu and what they were charging we left and I will not be going back again

Well I booked a table over the phone with Liam on 3rd October for 7 people which included a baby that required a high chair. Got there today to be told that no booking was made, and that they will see what they could do even though it was pretty empty. Eventually was told that they can fit us in, and then was told abruptly that it is card payment only, which I replied that's fine. Literally had only been at the table when a waitress came up and asked if we were ready to order, which we said no we are not ready as only just sat down. Food was okay, salad area very messy especially the dressing pots. Staff very miserable

I've eaten Pizza Hut in 6 countries, and I can say that they are ubiquitous with a standardisation of preparation, taste and consistency. I love the pizza here and have since I was 5 years old. The marina Pizza Hut is a great pizzeria, with enough of an enticing buffet spread to encourage even the most steadfast of a-la-carte fans to at least give it a try. But that's not what makes marina Pizza Hut incredible. The service is. Clearly trained in the old school ways of assuredness in their attendance and attention to the prime pulls of restauranting, like making the diner feel important without being patronising, valued without feeling shop-talked and thanked for our custom without making it feel rehearsed. I take the time now to give a very deliberate and specific shout out and commendation to Liam, who's service was faultless and genuinely excellent. You do the company credit Liam, and I hope management recognises the value of someone with your approach to the job. Would I take a date to this Pizza Hut? Yes. But like a 6th or 7th date... It is still just a pizza hut, after all. Will I dine here again? Ill be there for lunch on the weekend. Keep up the great work!

What had happened to Pizza Hut !? This place is a complete rip off and a source of food poisoning most likely from the salad bar. Severe stomach pains etc for 48 hours after visiting this dirty establishment. Tables aren’t cleared let alone wiped down. £29.95 for a pizza with minimal toppings just a load of stodgy bread basically. If you look at other reviewers pictures there is one showing a menu from 2021 when the same pizza cost approx £10.00 less ?!?! Complete waste of money as well as being ill afterwards, never again. Hardly surprising the company is going down the deep pan!!!

I am ashamed of this immoral and inhuman act. I and my family and the family of my relatives whom I invited to eat pizza, and after paying the account, we went to eat pizza. Each person took two pieces and some, and after we returned to the renewal, we did not get pizza because they left us only pork and meat pizza, and we do not eat anything but cheese or vegetable pizza. When I asked them, they did not renew, and after my insistence By ordering from more than one employee, they were delayed for more than twenty minutes after our appetite was drunk

The service we received from our waitress Alison was lovely. She was pleasant and welcoming and served with a smile.

So this pizza costs 15 quid.. nmeanwhile the second photo is 10 quid from franca manca… surely the point of these chains is to make it cheap for families… absolute rip off for basic pizza… this kind of thing shouldn’t even get close to 10… you can go to get beaut artisanal pizza for under 10 quid in a way better environment… lessen learnt

Major problem, order online while at table, who wants to do that? Wanted to get more drinks but didn't bother as took so long to order. And why would you give a tip this way when they did nothing? Food was good. Taking all cleaning products just to wipe down a table doesn't look good to the other customers. Hand dryer not working in gents, toilet seat broken as was lock on door. Disappointing !

My family and I were customers with 2 girls age 7 and 9 . We had to be outside with our dog . The manager would not open the outside umbrellas .Thanks for staff for trying . Poor customer service plus no hand dryers working in disabled or men's toilets.

A FUIR! Les prix sont extrêmement élevés pour des portions ridicules. C'est du vol ! De plus il faut payer en ligne donc pas de CASH! Enfin , 10 min après s'être installés on nous dit que le restaurant ferme dans 15min pourquoi ne pas le dire plus tôt ? Pourquoi si tôt ? Ils vous mettent les pizza dans des boîtes avant la fermeture alors que certains sont servis à table. Et pour couronner le toi la serveuse est aimable comme une porte de prison. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais et ne le conseillerais pas à un ami.

Me and my family went to Brighton for the afternoon, and as we got there for lunch, we decide to stop off at the Pizza Hut by the Marina. It was a good place to have a quick bite for lunch. Would recommend if you need a quick pitstop before going to the beach.

Food was ok but restaurant seemed to be very messy - it felt grubby. I noticed tables not being cleared and cleaned promptly after diners had departed. Also general mess / disorganisation around the place.

Absolutely awful experience. Went for a birthday meal. Greater by the manager who asked if we had any allergies. I replied yes, tomatoes for my daughter. Was given allergy menu. Ordered food. Said 3 times that there’s a tomato allergy to my daughters plate. No sauce or tomato on her pizza. Plain base. She understood. Waited ages for food. Comes out, gives my daughter her pizza. They’ve seized bbq sauce over her pizza?! BBQ has tomato in! They’ve just given an allergen to a child with an allergy!!! I’ve explained she can’t have it for that reason. She takes it back and says it’ll be another 10/15 mins to re cook!!! My daughter is autistic, she didn’t understand why we’ve all got our food and her not… When food finally came out 15-17 mins later, she didn’t want it, she was put off from earlier and wasn’t hungry by that point:… They also forgot our side order of chips…. They came out once we finished our meal! Spoke to the manager, who apologised and said he’s not really sure what to say. He’s told the chef off, my daughters meal is free! She didn’t eat!! He says the chest read the order wrong and got confused!! That’s when I got more annoyed and said , what they’ve done is an allergy breach. You’ve placed a known allergen infront of a child with that allergy, their lucky nothing serious happened, where she ate it… Plus the side order was forgotten! He then offers 2kids meals free, and s pudding…. Hardly makes up for it really. The waitress then never came back to our table. Our food/plates were left in front of us. We had to go and case someone to actually pay. The table next to us wasn’t cleared for vet an hour!!! Very attentive staff!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack understanding of an allergy! Absolutely awful experience. Went for a birthday meal. Greater by the manager who asked if we had any allergies. I replied yes, tomatoes for my daughter. Was given allergy menu. Ordered food. Said 3 times that there’s a tomato allergy to my daughters plate. No sauce or tomato on her pizza. Plain base. She understood. Waited ages for food. Comes out, gives my daughter her pizza. They’ve seized bbq sauce over her pizza?! BBQ has tomato in! They’ve just given an allergen to a child with an allergy!!! I’ve explained she can’t have it for that reason. She takes it back and says it’ll be another 10/15 mins to re cook!!! My daughter is autistic, she didn’t understand why we’ve all got our food and her not… When food finally came out 15-17 mins later, she didn’t want it, she was put off from earlier and wasn’t hungry by that point:… They also forgot our side order of chips…. They came out once we finished our meal! Spoke to the manager, who apologised and said he’s not really sure what to say. He’s told the chef off, my daughters meal is free! She didn’t eat!! He says the chest read the order wrong and got confused!! That’s when I got more annoyed and said , what they’ve done is an allergy breach. You’ve placed a known allergen infront of a child with that allergy, their lucky nothing serious happened, where she ate it… Plus the side order was forgotten! He then offers 2kids meals free, and s pudding…. Hardly makes up for it really. The waitress then never came back to our table. Our food/plates were left in front of us. We had to go and case someone to actually pay. The table next to us wasn’t cleared for vet an hour!!! Very attentive staff!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack understanding of an allergy! Me and a few friends have been here once lovely food. On the costly side however it makes up for it in delicious food. High quality service and a good evening out. 100% Recommend to anyone.

This is a decent Pizza Hut. It is close to rival McDonald’s and opposite both the car park and the cinema. It also has a gym to the rear, the car park has a four hour limit, so time it well, an hour here needs three and a half in the gym working it off. As a Pizza Hut, it is a nice cosy one with good views of the cinema queues. I would avoid the garlic bread as it was too dry

Very disappointing visit, had messaged customer service, but never got a reply. Had to chase up our food and dessert as we were sat waiting for nearly 45minutes for pudding to come out. Restaurant only at half capacity maximum. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

The speed of service, the fact that several staff came & made sure we were happy, the price paid with a Tastecard!

A quite tired Pizza Hut that is showing its age. The food was good, with great gluten free options, but the price and size discrepancy between regular pizza and gluten free left me feeling like I was being penalised for being celiac.

Nice Pizza Hut at Brighton Marina. They have the latest menu including the pepperoni with honey which isn't everyone's cup of tea but I think it's delicious!

DIABOLICAL! Firstly you have to wait to be seated yet you don’t get any table service whatsoever just mumbled as as you get seated. I asked for cutlery 3 times and had to leave my child to go find some. No serviettes anywhere to be seen. There is no system. The tables are dirty no one cleans them after removing plates. It’s run by teenagers - which just look at you. The food was disgusting and tasteless pizza/salad. I paid over £30 to treat my family the worst experience. I also had to search for a Highchair after asking a for one as we entered. I used to come to this place all the time and it was so good. It’s like You pay a fortune to go sit in a dirty place to eat horrible food and have teenagers just look at you and not do anything. Also they gave us the wrong size pizza with the wrong base. And the noise of the music was so loud that my child was getting agitated. I don’t think any of the staff wanted to actually do anything. Lastly a whole family of about 10 just left after waiting at the door for ages as no one was seating them. Luckily I wanted to tell them to run at this point.

The food is awful !! Pizzas are very small and base is tasteless and whatever flavour we found was from the bottle sauces they just squirt all over the pizzas. On top of that we all had finished our desserts and one person was still waiting for theirs after we asked for it twice and after we all finished ours.The place was not even busy!

Awfully slow service. Had to ask for brownie 5 times. Finally arrived after everyone finished their food and desert. No apologies from staff nor from manager. Food is mediocre overall. Never again.

Kids 11th birthday for context. Food wasn't good, but the kids didn't seem to mind as they were able to self service on salad and ice cream. The salad bar was under supplied but was refilled later. Service was pleasant and they did well serving 9 children. The restaurant was mostly empty and the atmosphere was depressing.

We came here for the buffet lunch at about 2:10pm. Most tables were cluttered and dirty from the previous customers, only some were available and clean. All the bowls under the salad bar were very dirty and we had to ask for a plate for the pizza. The pasta was all gone and didn’t get replenished and neither did the sauces provided at the salad bar. However the pizza was good and the staff were lovely.

been here three times and every time it’s been great. never had to wait long for anything , the staff were all really kind, unfortunately i forgot to get anyone’s name but everyone we interacted with was lovely + attentive and even when talking to other tables they came across patient and caring. food has been great every time idk what a lot of these reviews r on about !!

Service left a lot to be desired. Had to remind two different staff members to bring our drinks. Only went here as our options were limited before we went to see a film. I don't think we'll be returning.

Didn't receive part of our order, had to tell them 3 times and it still didn't come. In the end asked for refund for the pizza missing as we had all finished only to be told that as its all done via app now from the table they no longer carry cash. They could refund me if I give them my email... To be honest you couldn't even give me a pizza whilst I was there and asked 3 times, so I was very doubtful of leaving and expecting a refund still. So eventually got my pizza to takeaway and my little boy had to eat it in the bus...

Food was great, staff were brilliant but there was only one server for several tables and they were run off their feet. Lots of tables were left uncleared because they obviously had to prioritise seating and serving customers. The toilets need a big revamp: tiles are loose, decor looks dated, fixtures are falling off the walls. The toilets had wet floors. There were several places throughout the restaurant that looked shabby and in need of repair. It’s a shame because I would have thought with the closure of the city centre branch more care would be put into this one. As I say the food was lovely and served promptly, the person working was doing a marvellous job (especially considering my children like to visit the toilets and salad bar every 3 seconds) they just could have used a helping hand.

It’s a mess, dessert was 2 hours late and that is no joke, asked for our desserts at 5pm, countless attempts to see how long they’ll be, at the end, we walked out at 7pm without them.

Good food, long wait, had to move tables as the spacing was close. Not particularly busy had to ask for our glasses after we had ordered, cutlery and salad bowls. Half the salad bar was empty

Visit on Tuesday 7th March at lunch time and although just after midday found a good selection of Pizza for the buffet lunch and the salad bar topped up and fresh. Customer service was good and made welcome. The only downside is they serve freshly cooked pizza which is obviously hot and give you cold plates. If they had warm or hot plates to compliment the hot pizza . Then on this visit a 5 star award would be the compliment they deserved.

Family of 4, got seated then left for 15 minutes waiting to order tried to get staffs attention but seemed more interested in the delivery customers than the customers sitting in the restaurant. Got up and left without them even noticing. Walked over the McDonald’s.

Food was okay but service was absolutely dreadful. As in, non existent. Staff just chatting at the till, meanwhile people waiting for service, dirty tables everywhere and people at the door waiting for a seat walking out because no one has come to then in around 10 mins. Pretty awful.
